I bought a used car from here and really liked customer service. I interacted with sales manager Jim and he was excellent. Unlike other dealerships, he didn't put any pressure to buy car now or today end of the day like that. Also, seems to be very clear in terms. I hope to have business with them again in future.

No pressure, no hassle, no gimmick car sales. The whole car buying experience with these guys was great! I got a great van for a great price. The Dollar Car Sales team has set the bar for how car sales should be. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new car. A pleasant experience. Not high pressure. A fair price laid out from the beginning with no foolish dealership games. Thomas was great to deal with. If you're in the market for a newer used vehicle I would make this one of your stops.

I called to see if they had a car I seen on their Website and talked with Edwin. I told them I lived 2 hours away and wanted to come look at the car but couldnt until the weekend. Edwin gave me a a ball park estimate on my trade in. Edwin and the people at Dollar were all helpful when I called back to ask questions. I called back to make sure the car was still there and they had put it in their garage off the lot so we could see it and not waste our drive. I got to the dealer right when they opened and they had the car ready to test drive. We we're very happy with the car and bought it. The whole deal only took 2 hours and they gave us a full tank of gas. The only thing I have to complain about is there was mold on the seat belts and floor mats and the car was not washed and detailed but they took care of the mold right away. I recommend any one looking for a good car to go see Edwin and the guys at Dollar car sales.

Wow, what can I say? What a great experience throughout the entire process. I would recommend these guys any day of the week. No haggle no pressure and an honest salesman. I know how tough it can be and how exhausting it is buying a car but these guys were great. Thanks edwin! Check them out!

Only my second time buying a car, I went on cars.com looking specifically for newer Dodge Avengers, and saw a great price at dollar car sales. I called them and they set up a time with me for a test drive that worked best with my schedule. I met with Jim, who was even kind enough to come in on his day off. Jim was extremely laid back and not once did I feel pressured to buy nor try to upsell me. I felt comfortable the whole time, and I felt 100% in control of if, and when, I wanted to buy a vehicle. After pointing out some minor things that could be touched up on the car, he assured me that they would take care of it. I am happy to report I am now a proud owner of a 2012 Dodge Avenger!!!! These guys at Dollar Car Sales are experienced and are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend to anyone who reads this review to go give these guys a try!!!!!! Thank you Jim and the rest of the team at Dollar Car Sales!!!

This isn't a car dealer ship where a guy will come pressure you into buying a car. It's more of a show and tell and if you like it you buy it. I recently bought an SUV from this company. I met with Thomas who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was going to buy and about the walking me through the buying process. He gave me straight up answers when I had any questions and was quick to ask if I had any more. He didn't try to rush me or pressure me. I felt very comfortable and that's important when you are thinking about making a huge purchase like a car. The cars speak for themselves and the prices are pretty good. So all in all, you have excellent customer service, a great car, and a great price. I would definitely buy from this company again and have already recommended to others.

I had the pleasure of two sales people, I arrived about 20 minutes early and Pauly showed me the vehicle I came to look at. he was excellent, very polite, no pressure took us on our test drive. I originally had an appointment with Thomas, when we got back from our drive I met Thomas and completed my deal. I later found out that Thomas came in on his day off which was nice to see his dedication. Thomas was was very helpful, friendly and polite . even though Dollar don't like to deal on the vehicle it still was a fair price and the vehicle was very nice. I would recommend it to anyone and If I need another vehicle I will call them first. :)

Thomas was very friendly, helpful and polite. He gave me the keys to test/run two cars I was interested in and answered all my questions politely. I have not yet purchased a car and am still looking, with this place being at the top of my list. I appreciate that there has been no pressure and that Thomas has respected my space. I told him that I was not in a hurry; I would contact him when I made a decision (one way or another) and that I had my own financing.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Dollar over the years. I needed to find a larger SUV and shopped online first. I found the two I was most interested in and both were at the Dollar lot. Tom treated us well, gave us the keys to test drive any vehicles that interested us, and was knowledgeable about each car we looked at. Then we test drove some more at another lot. We settled on a Jeep at Dollar. After walking around the car and finding a couple of tiny nicks in the paint, they took the car to "paint" the nicks, found more than I did, and fixed them. I am very happy with the Jeep and look forward to the added space I need.

It has been many moons since I purchased a new car. Though the car from Dollar is used, the buying process is basically the same. My salesman, Tom, was great--thoughtful and no pressure. The whole experience couldn't have been easier. I feel confident about the vehicle I purchased and would recommend Tom as the guy to see!

We purchased my husband's car here a few months ago so when I needed to upgrade to a van, they were the first place we looked at. We checked out their selection and compared prices with other car lots - the other lots didn't even come close to the great prices that Dollar offered. The sales guys are awesome, super friendly and don't pressure you in the slightest. My van had low miles, still had a factory warranty, was super clean and nice inside and cost less than a van 5 years older at another lot. I would recommend this place to everyone looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle.

We shopped several weeks, many dealers, 3 different van models until we found Dollar Car Sales. We got a great deal on a Kia van, enabling us to buy a much newer vehicle than we had thought we could afford. The service was great; no pressure at all. Thanks, Tom!

I worked with ed over the phone and finalized the purchase with Tom. From start to finish the process was very clear cut and simple. Tom basically gave my wife and I they keys to any car on the lot and we got to drive it around and really get a feel for what we wanted. If you are looking for a JEEP, Dollar Car Sales has a great selection to choose from and certainly at the best price point as well.

They had the car I wanted at a very competitive price without needing to haggle. I was able to spend as long as I wanted looking at the cars without anyone standing over my shoulder. Very easy buying experience, I felt no pressure. The sales staff was very helpful.

Two weeks shopping for a car at dealers wanting to stick you with an over priced car was driving us crazy. Re-visited Dollar Car Sales on line, found the car we wanted. Called to confirm they had the car we wanted. They had just sold the car, so they pulled one from their fleet and sold us that one. We talked with Tom, the sales man, and he was great to work with. We filled out the paper work after driving the car. If you check the price of their cars, you'll see the retail blue book is more than they are asking for their cars. Its a great place for a deal and Tom wont push you into anything. The quality of the cars is great.
