I needed new tires. I called and spoke with Ray Seabolt. Ray was very professional and answered all my questions. I dropped my vehicle off and was given transportation to work while my service work was completed. I picked my vehicle up and again talked to Ray. He had everything ready to go. I have been trading with the Franklins for many, many years. Needless to say they do their part or I wouldn't be a repeat customer, just as the rest of my family is. The culture at their dealership makes the buying process pain free and enjoyable. All the employees are friendly, respectful, and work hard to find the right vehicle for you. They are the no-pressure alternative to the dealerships down the street and in larger cities. Those sort of tactics just aren't tolerated there. The most important part of this review has to do with my salesman, Adam Ellison, at the Somerset location. Adam is extremely knowledgable about everything from inventory and vehicle features to the finance process. I cannot recommend him more highly. I communicated with a couple dozen dealerships in several states to try to find a Corvette Stingray that fit my specifications. I work out of town most of the time and do not have a set schedule. I usually recieve a short notice as to what days I have off and that translates into a scheduling nightmare. It feels like the service advisors understand my situation and work with me to get my car in for service. They have waited for me after normal business hours and have also arranged after hours vehicle pick-up to match my schedule. I have had to cancel and/or reschedule several appointments because of my schedule and the advisors are always willing to work with me.

was treated unfairley, and customer service there was none, your staff just did not care, sales staff and your 2 finance guys, my wife and i just felt degraded by them, i finaly asked for my deposit back, and at even that point they did not care, and never tried to appoligize, just said sign here, you built a new dealership and its all about making money, they didnt even discount the truck i wanted, but they sure discounted the corvette they were selling, i am so discussed with your dealership i cant see straight, i have bought cars and trucks for my buisness all over the country, and have never been treaded, as badley as don franklin gmc somerset ky,

My dad recently purchased a GMC Acadia for me from Don Franklin of Somerset after I had researched online (cars.com). The sales staff and manager were quick, efficient, and courteous. I like that they weren't pushy. Above all...I <3 my Acadia!! Won't ever drive anything else :)
