I live about 5 1/2 hours away which is the only reason I selected I wouldn’t return for service work. Otherwise these guys were the most friendliest people I’ve ever met at a dealership. They knew how far I was coming so they had the car and all the paperwork ready when I got there. They took the time to explain everything to me even though they were, at this point, closed and they answered every question I had. I would definitely make the drive to purchase from them again!!

The service department performs the work when it is scheduled to do so. This reduces the time it takes to get something, that you really would rather not be doing, done without wasting any time.

Took great care of me. Work directly with Nissan and they are covering 90% of my transmission replacement. They have my car and are working to get it repaired. Great customer service. Made this stressful time manageable.

Excellent service on our 2021 Rogue. Joey the salesman set everything up including a loaner car which was a huge help to us. The whole experience from buying the car through getting the repair completed in a timely manner was seamless. Will definitely recommend Don Moore to friends & will use them again for our own needs.
