Where should I start? Let me start by giving a little background on my situation, needed to get a new car as my lease was expiring in a few days and this was my last weekend to purchase a new vehicle. I did my research and I was set on a Durango, that is why I ended up purchasing the vehicle from Don Whites. First off the salesman was arrogant, pushy, and overall rude. Whenever I told the salesman that something was important to me and my wife, he constantly said "it's not a big deal". When finalizing the deal, he promised to throw in all weather mats, when I went back in to the dealership after the sale was finalized he told me that he didn't remember saying that and that he had nothing in writing. After then agreeing to purchase them from the dealership for $75 dollars, I was told he quoted me incorrectly and the price is really $135 plus tax. But when I told him that's not what we agreed on, I was then told once again "it's not a big deal, it's only a few bucks more". After some back-and-forth negotiating with the salesman and finance rep on the price, and other terms I was then told that the lowest APR % I qualified for thru the dealership was with Suntrust for 3.64% even though I told them I was prequalified for 72 month loan at 1.99% from my credit union. The financial rep said that he called my credit union and that wasn't the case and I could only get the higher rate from Suntrust and that I should be happy that I got that. I then asked the rep to start the paperwork with Suntrust and that I would go into my credit union on Monday to get something from them saying I was approved for 1.99% and to hold off on filing the paperwork with SunTrust to which he said "no problem". Come Monday after sitting with a rep at my credit union I was told that no one received a call from the credit union to check on my pre-approved status. I then have the credit union rep call the financial rep at the dealership to explain that I was approved for the lower 72 month rate and to change the paperwork; that is when the financial rep told the credit union rep that the paperwork was already filed and that there was nothing he could do. The reasoning behind the high APR was because the finance rep was rating me on 75 month loan, not 72 like I requested. Apparently when you apply for a 75 month term, it automatically pulls the rate for an 84 month rate. Another issue was when when the financial rep told me that I could enroll in a bi-weekly payment plan and save $$$, he never told me that there was a $399 application fee plus a $1.95 installment fee attached to that agreement. I discovered that once I got home. So after contacting the GM at the dealership and explaining the situation and what had transpired with the financial rep, he told me that "I've known the 'financial rep' for xx amount of years and that doesn't sound like something he would do". What ever happened to the customer is always right? After my conversation with the GM, he agreed to change up the paperwork to include my credit union as the lean holder as long as I was able to come back into the dealership to sign the new paperwork. When I returned to the dealership I met with one of the owners and asked him what the next step was, if I was to contact SunTrust to tell them that the loan was now thru my credit union or if they or my credit union need to contact them. His reply: "Why? The paperwork was never filed", even thought the financial rep told my credit union rep just the opposite and that nothing could be done. If I had more time to visit other dealerships, I would've. I was just in a situation where I couldn't. The salesmans name was Trevor Roy and the Financial reps name was Bill Gonzales

I did take my car to Don White to fix the heater. The heater was fixed but, the dashboard was making noise, then I noticed about 10 screws on the floor-mat. Apparently, whoever opened the dashboard to fix the heater, did not put back the screws. I contacted the service manager and explained the situation. To my surprise, there was no apology from him and, instead of wanting the car back right away to be fixed, he wanted me to bring the car to him in two weeks. I knew by waiting that long it could have damage the dashboard. As a result, I did take the care somewhere else and paid about $200.00 to open the dashboard again and put back the screws. At another time, they forgot to put enough oil in the engine. After the oil change, just to make sure, I checked the oil level which was way low, almost none as indicated in the oil stick. I showed this to a service adviser who added oil. Otherwise, the Hemi engine would have been damaged. I informed the service manager who expressed no apology for this gross oversight. Within the past six months or so, I have had other issues with this dealership as well. Although this dealership is only a few minutes away from where I am, I will no longer want to take the risk for taking my cars to Don White. I have already contacted the Jeep customer relation for this.

At 11:00 am I left my Jeep Grand Cherokee for an oil change, brake rotation, and two recall items. Patrick Hennessey took my car promptly and I gave him my cell phone number to call when the vehicle was ready. At 5:30 pm I called to see if the car was finished, was put on hold, and never did get a person (except the annoying woman's voice repeatedly and continually advertising Don White). At 6:00 I called back to be told the service department was closed, but that I could pick up my car until 8:30 pm. I think the service department does good work, but I would have appreciated a call from Patrick to tell me the car was ready since I needed a ride to the site. I do thank the ladies in the office for their courteous assistance.

I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport through the dealership and my experience overall was very pleasant. I visited them a few times to get a feel for which vehicle best suited my needs and wants and Trevor was very helpful and attentive, taking me on multiple test drives and being very accommodating. I have been going to Don White Timonium for service on my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan for some time now. My service tech agent is James Johnson. I have known him for some twelve years or more now and feel confident that he has my best interests at heart when he recommends service. I bypass any number of mechanics and garages to get to Don White's, but happily do so knowing that James will not steer me wrong. It is wonderful to be able to trust someone to fix your car right the first time!

One of the frustrating things about car service is the often lack of communication. Your car will be ready at....and then you call and you can't reach your service advisor, and you leave a message, and you wait....However, This was not the case with Don White. The service advisor, Joy, was just that: a real joy. She called me to go over the service (I had done a night drop-off), she called me with an update, she called me with a solution to a problem....all in a timely manner, and always pleasant and polite.She made what could have been a very frustrating experience one that was smooth and easy.Good job.

I bought my 2009 Chrysler 300 here last year. Even tho it was a used car they still treated me like I was buying a brand new car. Now when I take my car for service Oil changes/tire rotations and such. I always feel welcomed especially by James (service department). He always comes out of his way to come say Hi and chit chat for a moment. But all the guys in the service department are very nice and welcoming. For that reason I don't mind waiting for my car while it's being worked on. I was met by a young salesman Trevor Roy, to my surprise, he was polite and had respects to what I wanted and what I was looking for. We had just came from another dealerships, one who had a car I liked but the salesperson was so rude. I am a single woman looking for a car, I get tired of salesman, who think they are better than me, just because they are a guy and then be totally rude. With Trevor, he was so nice and polite, it caught me off guard. Plus he understood just what I was looking for and in the right price range. He not only got me a Jeep, he got a loyal customer. My son who had got his Jeep at another dealership after seeing how they treated me, plans to always go back to Don White's Timonium over any other dealership.

Don White's is an awesome dealership. I bought my first Jeep from there in 2009 and my only regret is I didn't buy my second one there in 2013. The sales team is top notch and the service team takes great care of their customers. Even though I didn't buy my second Jeep at Don White's I continue to go there for my oil changes and regular maintenance. I personally deal with James but all of their advisors are great. I had my Jeep in for a regular oil change about a week ago and just before I left someone mentioned the automated car wash was out of service. I had noticed when they pulled my Jeep up that it was freshly washed so I figured mine was the one that broke it. Turns out it had been broken for a few days and James HAND WASHED my vehicle. The dealership I bought the Jeep from wouldn't waste their time washing it at all and here James took time to do it by hand, that says it all right there! If you're in the market for a DCJ vehicle, do yourself a favor and see this great crew. You won't be sorry!

Contacted Scott Bachman in the service dept and alerted him to my concerns, Mr Bachman explained the process that they were going to take and then supplied me with a rental until the vehicle was completed Scott was very Professional and caring. Have had multiple Jeeps serviced here and only because of James Johnson. I feel like he is a member of my family and personal takes care of my jeeps as if they were his own. He's always available to discuss anything needed or recommended with them. He doesn't charge me for all the little crap that other places do. Prices are very fair. He keeps me informed of the status anytime they are in for service and will even email me pictures explaining the job being performed!!! Can't ask for more!!! Do not even waste your time to check out this dealership! This has got to be the worst possible place on earth to buy a car. Let me just say that I would rather ride a bus or walk, then to actually buy a vehicle from this dealership! This place is not in business to sell cars, for they treat the selling experience as a game, where they try to take advantage of anyone who may not be informed of a vehicles market value. They tried selling me a 2015 Grand Cherokee at sticker price, and offerered me approximately $5000 less then the KBB on my trade in. When I stated that there offer was totally unreasonable, then it turned into a game for their sales manager who was positively absolutely the worst sales person I ever encountered in my life. Having been the president of a sales company and being in sales for over 40 years of my life, if I would have seen any of my sales personnel act like this guy Buddy, I would have fired them on the spot. It got so bad that he tried to hold my keys hostage. I had to ask to get them back about 5-6 times. I have bought many a car in my life and I currently own five vehicles, and I can say without a doubt, that this was the worst experience I ever had at a dealership. And reading some of these other reviews, I now understand why. My advice, STAY AWAY! I will say that my salesperson Will though, was a perfect gentlemen when we took the test drive, and would recommend him to any dealership that may be looking for a good salesperson. His is way over qualified to be associated with the riffraff that he works for!

Note: this may of been the worst... and I mean worst dealer to work with in the history of dealers. If you go thru a recall process don't expect them to contribute in the least. Also note that they will jump you thru hoops not to pay tax for the recall and will make you file yourself to reclaim.As of right now I'm still going thru this process to reclaim Gap Insurance. 4 Months Later...I'm going to save you a ton of money and a lot of aggravation internet. So here it is in full1) Note that the E-Price is a fabrication. They want you in the door so you can argue over 50 dollars under sticker.2) The Service Department is actually quite decent. If you ever have a issue with your jeep.. Hopefully bought somewhere else they actually are pretty good. 3) The F&I Manager is Terrible.... Just Simply Terrible.4) Expect to have them attempt to sell you another car once your new car is reclaimed by Chrysler. Seriously, If you choose to just take the cash and go someplace else your in for a bad time like slamming your pinky toe into a coffee table leg bad time.So there you go. Hopefully someone reads this after reading there E-Price and I can save them from the worst experience in life other than catching Ebola.

i purchased jeep patriot2014.,all i could afford.,my jeep i am very satisfied with.,but did not like dealing with this place from beginning.,i found jeep on e- net for one price and (locked it in) but when at dealer price changed.,very pushy bunch. finnily after being called back numerious times got jeep for close to offered price, i was supposed to recieve lifetime maintanence but they started to charge me., lot of no good people at this place., if you can find good deal somewhere else go there!.

I had a really great experience buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Will in Sales. He's not pushy and just an all around great guy. I was at 5 other Jeep dealers trying to get the best deal and Will made it happen. Also at Don Whites they give you free lifetime oil change and free lifetime cleaning when you buy your Jeep there. Their Service team was good too. And one time when getting an aftermarket part put on there was a misunderstanding of what pieces were included in the quote and Jaryd (the parts manager) made sure it was corrected to my satisfaction and gave me the missing part for free. All around a very positive experience there. I recently recommended a friend and he got a great deal too and was happy. I would highly recommend them!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase from this dealership. My AC didn't work and neither did the fog lights and the windshield wipers were bad. I drove from Virginia Beach to purchase this vehicle and discovered partially back nobe of these worked. I was then told to take it to a dodge dealer locally to get them fixed. 3 days later I'm told not to do that and that they are coming down to pickup the truck and drive it back. Therefore putting another 600 miles on my recent purchase. After 4 days I'm told they're are on the way back and close by and they fixed everything. I meet the guy who drove it and my truck had mud inside and debris as well as he and his passenger clearly ate inside due to all the crumbs in the seat and floor, the pizza box on the back seat with fast food trash also on the back seat . I had just washed and detailed the truck the day before they pick it up and fully fueled the truck. The truck smells of smoke and I found a dip spit bottle underneath the passenger seat. I was told they were going to fully fuel my truck and they only put $75 in when it cost 150.00 to fill up due to the 60 gallon tank. I spent $23 at a car wash to vacuum it and clean it myself to the way it was before it was picked up. while cleaning it I found that the driver side front and rear tires and obviously hit a curb because they were scratched up. And the passenger side floor was soaking wet like a water bottle was spilled. to make matters worse they put the cheapest windshield wiper blades on the truck and Theyre not even the right size. I regret purchasing from this dealer

In 2008 I purchased my vehicle from Don Whites and that experience was great! However I have taken that same vehicle to the service department at Don White and each experience has been a headache ! Not only are they not personable they do not return phone calls in a timely matter or sometime not at all! In July 2014 I took my vehicle in the service department in order to fix the air conditioner. After have my vehicle for several days without a phone call they advised that my vehicles air conditioner was fixed. I then received my vehicle and days later the air was not working again. I contacted them and had to drive 30 mins away in order for them to fix my vehicles air conditioner yet again. At this point they contacted me and advised that it was the vehicles air compressor and that I would have to pay additional for them to replace that. I agreed and days later I received my vehicle back and they advised that the vehicle was repaired. Several days later while in the hospital postpartum my husband drove my vehicle, at which time he noticed that the air was blowing out hot air. Making a long story short it is now March of 2015 and the vehicle is still not fixed and I had to purchase a new vehicle from another dealer where I have had nothing but positIve experices with both the sales department and services department!!! Oh and to top it off a manager kevin Carroll tried to tell me that something was told to me that needed to be fixed that never was told to me and I know for a fact that if it was something in reference to the air conditioner I agreed to everything being fixed due to having a toddler and a newborn in a very hot summer it would not be safe to drive around in a vehicle with no air conditioner ! I will never purchase nor bring my vehicle for service to Don Whites again!

I've already researched my next vehicle thoroughly - found it, grand overland 2012 big sunroof v6 tow hitch and certified. Found 47 for sale nationwide. And one right up the street in Cockeysville! Show up, salesman approaches, I ask him the mileage (even though I already knew) he looks through his notes and says let me check, I'll be right back. Few minutes go by and I turn around and he is helping someone else. Guess they were better dressed.

The margin between the asking price and what I was willing to pay for was pretty close. The manger did not even acknowledge that I was there to buy a car, more-so that I had the cash with me to pay IN FULL. He wasn't willing to reduce the price to meet my offer. I left and I told the sales guy - "if the price change please contact me". He agreed, but to my surprise three days after I had left the dealership I found out that, DON White's dealership had reduce the price of the car to $8,700.00, when I left the dealership I made mention that I was willing to buy the car for $9,000.00. So I called and I was told that someone else had purchased the car. It is disappointing to know that a business would be run this way. This is the first time I am taking my time to rate any business, I feel obligated to let the public know how I was treat at this dealership. I rate it a ZERO. I purchased a 2007 Wrangler in July 2013, right away I noticed it was burning oil. I notified the dealer, and was told to keep track of it. This was obviously to delay the warranty. Here it is nine months later, and I am responsible for replacing the engine. Kevin treated me very rude, told me to "file a formal complaint with Chrysler" which I did. He obviously lied to Chrysler, because when Stephani came back on the line she said it was a "misunderstanding" This vehicle has been serviced at Don Whites, and they MIGHT honor the lifetime guarantee on the engine, but have to do "a lot" of diagnostics for which I have to pay.The FIRST step is to pay them $110 to check spark plugs. I will NOT dump money into this dealer. Searches have revealed there is a problem with the manufacturing of the 3.8l in which the oil control rings were incorrectly installed, it is estimated that 40% of the 3.8l are affected. My 2005 Grand caravan with a 3.8l does not burn ANY oil, my Jeep burns a quart every 700 - 800 miles.Back round on me, I was a professional mechanic for 17years, I have been a mechanic my entire life. I used to possess an ASE MASTER certification in automobiles and light trucks, ASE MASTER certification in medium and heavy duty trucks. I carried the same certifications from Michigan state. I changed professions 15 years ago, so I let my certs expire, I state this just to demonstrate I am knowledgeable in service of vehicles.Tom

We have been waiting for over 6 weeks for a part for this brand new Jeep, that we find out has not even been ordered. After numerous emails and phone calls, we've gotten no results Chrysler's customer service has been given our concerns, so, we'll wait and see if they satisfy this deal.Lesson learned, Always get Everything in writing.Also, make sure you take time to read and understand what you're signing, no matter how long it takes you. Because you'll be paying the bill, not them.Mr. Williams seemed very eager to help us and very kind. Although we're not sure with whom the problem lies.

We had absolutely the worst car buying experience ever here. This dealership has a host of problems which must ultimately stem from ineffective management of the staff. The following summarizes our experience: -we made appointments with salesmen twice and each time the salesman was not present and/or didn't have the actual vehicle they confirmed with us on the phone. -the salesman we did end up with was very green and the interaction was quite uncomfortable. After every two sentences he had to "go talk to the manager" which dragged what should have been a 10 min negotiation into a 2 hour ordeal. -we were told that our car was being shipped from the midwest several times on the phone which anticipated arrival dates which got pushed back twice, only to find out 10 days later that the car never actually shipped at all. Utter and complete gross incompetence on their behalf for not following up on this and lying to us!!!! -10 days after we signed a deal with a set price, our stammering salesman called to inform us that actually the cost would be an additional $3000!!!! The senior manager would not honor our deal and we gladly moved our business to Heritage Dodge on Reisterstown Rd and actually got a much better deal and trade-in offer from them. This place is a complete disaster!! Be warned!!

Dont go here if you want to buy a new or used car the profession of everyone there is absolutely horrendous, there rode, condescending and they contradict everything they say. We went on a test drive of one of the Jeeps and the whole time the sales men in the back, I believe his name was Justin, playing on his phone and every other jeep we come across he said Yup I sold that one too he was extremely arrogant, he had no knowledge of the vehicle we were test driving ether, he had to keep looking through the back seat window and reading off the window sticker. The next day we go back and talk to some other guy, because we wanted to test dive a different vehicle and we got a different sales men. His name started with a J, Jeff, John, something like that, and he was even worse, he did the usual spiel and then he said Ill pull one up to test drive, but I noticed he never left the building, he disappeared and then came back extremely aggressive, he kept arguing with us and after a while we got the point that he just didnt want to help us at all. We didnt ever get to see the car, just the biggest (you know what) Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting, and Im not an aggressive guy, but you know its bad when you leave extremely fluster and wanting to beat the living quano out of someone. The worst thing is not even them well yah there really bad but its that the whole dealership gives the entire brand a bad name, so I give this dealership a zero I would not go here if I was the last dealership on earth, I would rather walk to get where I was going then get a vehicle from them.

My experience at Don White's was good as far as the actual car buying experience went. However, of course there is payment. This brings me to William Gonzales. I have never been treated so poorly at a place of business in my life. I'm sure how I was dressed did not help me "fit" his profile for an ideal customer, but my wife and I did not deserve to be talked to and treated as though we were second class citizens. When the total of the vehicles price came up, there was a discrepancy on what the agreed upon total would be (a miscalculation from the sales department, a honest mistake), so of course my wife and I wanted to discuss this between ourselves. During this time, we were interrupted by Mr. Gonzales three times, ultimately saying that if we couldn't afford it, just to walk away and he could reverse the paper work. I personally felt very insulted by his assumption. He did not know our financial situation, nor should that have mattered. The fact is, I could have went to the bank and brought the cash on the spot, but my wife just wanted to make sure the miscalculation was fair.Ultimately, we did end up buying the vehicle, but having to deal with William Gonzales has deterred me from ever going back to Don Whites, or recommending them to anyone as long as he is there.

I wanted to drop off my brand new jeep for service because it was making an awful noise. I spoke with Charles Walden first, and I described the problem to him. He was very arrogant and unapproachable. After an extended period of time, the service team proceeded to tell me I was involved in a high speed collision and my bearings/control arm needed to be replaced. I explained to them that I have never hit anything in this vehicle and was confused because there was not a scratch on it. They also said because it was in an "accident" I had to go through insurance. I later called Chrysler and explained the situation, and they said it was covered under warranty. The representative from Chrysler called Don White's, and they told Chrysler it had chunks missing out of the tire and body damage and was involved in an accident. Upset by them making a story like that up, I took my vehicle elsewhere for repairs. The next dealership instantly could tell it was not involved in an accident and covered the repairs (which were only $180, not $6000) under warranty. It is my firm belief that the service team at Don White's was attempting to commit fraud by having my go through insurance instead of warranty. That way they could make up the prices and labor chargers instead of Chrysler paying them for parts only with a warranty service. After I had repairs done at the other dealership, I received notification that Don Whites placed a claim with Chrysler advising my vehicle was involved in an accident and not to cover it under warranty. This was done intentionally because I chose not to do business with them. I will NEVER do business with this dealer or recommend them to anyone.

My boyfriend who recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee (Trail Hawk) took his vehicle there this past weekend. Only becuase we were in the area and the Jeep had been making a weird noise. Long and short of it, they told us we were in a "high speed" collison and the damamge was upwards of $6,000! I could not believe my ears !!!! There was ZERO damage besides a curb scratch. They told us it was not covered under warranty. Can you imagine being told you were in a high speed collision when you WERE NOT !!! So then, after taking to Jeep, Jeep agrees that they will pay for the service becuase there is no reason the ball joints etc should break on a brand new car that has only been driven on the highway -as covered according to Jeep. Jeep calls Don White's who LIES and tells them there is additional damage. So Jeep calls to say they would not cover the service. He was told he had to make an insurance claim which would jack up his insurance cost ! And why should he make a claim when he didnt even have an accident?!?!?! We were shocked at what was going on ! After a lot of back and forth, we took the Jeep to Adams Jeep of MD (in Aberdeen) where it was originally purchased. Adams took care of the situation without any accusations. Keep in mind, for a living part of my job accident reconstruction- so I know what a 55-60 mph crash looks - the scratch on the tire was NOT consistent with that of a "high speed crash." Needless to say I was sickened at what happened there. OH and then when we came to get the vehicle to take it to Adams, they "lost" his keys ..........

I had been looking for a Dodge Charger for quite some time -- I was just looking for the right price and the right features to come along. I found a vehicle that I liked online, so decided to come in and give it a test drive. The car was great! I worked with Ahmer, who was very helpful with answering my questions, and I felt like he was working with me to give me a deal that would be fair for both of us. I appreciated that he was not being very pushy -- he wanted to answer my questions and make sure I got the car that I wanted at a price I could afford. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process, and have no regrets!

Called about a new car price. They had added so many so called rebates to the price that no one in the world could qualify for. It added $4,000 to the on-line price, not to mention they showed the $995 in the discounted invoice price, only to tell me they would have to add it back in. They make look like the lowest on-line price, but they are not. You have been warned, so just add about $4000 to any price you see.

This is the worst dealership I dealt with. Don't deal with them online. Unreliable and no word of honor. I hope this will not happen to anyone else. Please publish this. This is actually happened to me on January 25, 2013. Thomas Bowman and his manager of Don Whites Dealership agreed with me the price for this 2012 Lexus RX350 for $34,500 . They asked for a copy of my driver license and insurance card so I sent. I had a loan approved and pickup the from my credit union. I received an okay from the independent mechanic I hired to check out the car. They told me it will cost $600 to transport the vehicle and I told them to charge to my credit card. They told me to send the invoice for the car on Monday. That was Friday, Jan 25 2013 at 4:49 pm : On Saturday, Jan 26, 2013 at 4:51 pm I received this email from them:Hello Queil,I regret to inform you that the Lexus RX-350 was sold to another customer this morning. As I was finishing the paperwork to send to you, I found that it was sold. I have gotten with my wholesale manager to see if we can acquire another for you. I apologize for the inconvenience. I contacted several Dodge dealers via email in my search for the right deal. Don White's gave me the most straightforward answers to my questions. Instead of just "Come on in and we will discuss it", they gave me actual numbers and useful info. I visited them first for this reason, thinking that if they then tried to change the deal, I could always move on to the next dealer on the list. But there was no deception or surprises. Everything they told me via email held true and I completed the purchase stress-free. I didn't get the exact deal I was hoping for when I entered. But that deal was very aggressive and I knew it. The final price was fair for both parties.

A family member recommended that I talk to Sean Fitzpatrick. He was busy the night I went in, but made arrangements for someone else to help me with some questions and the specifics on what I was looking for. Sean called the next day and suggested I come in again so he could see what I needed. I went for a second test drive and told him where I needed to be on payments. He kept working the numbers until we were both happy. Excellent customer service, no pressure to buy and everyone made the purchase easy and hassle-free.

As soon as we walked in the dealership, the salesmen made us feel extremely welcomed. I told them that we had received and email from the sales manager and they took us to the internet department and wew ent from there. I was set up with salesman Sean Fitzpatrick and we discussed what I was looking for which was a Dodge Journey that I saw on the website. The prices were not matching to what I needed to be at so we looked at some other new Dodge Journey's and the options that they had. Sean checked other dealerships to find what I was looking for at a comparable price and he did everything he could to match our needs. We found a blue 2012 Dodge Journey with the package I was looking for and Sean got the numbers ran and worked the monthly payment out to exactly what we wanted with no "beating around the bush". The dealership was great, the entire staff at the dealership were awesome, and Sean was amazing. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. When we were finished signing the paper work, they announced the sale to the entire store and allowed us to play "The Game" for a chance to win $1000. We didn't win but did get a free 24-point inspection and oil change!

When I bought my vehicle I paid $300.00 for license, license transfer, title, registration fee. I wanted my tags transfered to the vehicle I bought. I asked to do this myself and was told I could not, the dealership had to do it. Twenty some days later I get a card in the mail telling me that my new tags have arrived at the dealership and for me to come by and pick them up. I live 4.5 hours away in a different state! They had to mail me the tags and I had to go the the DMV and transfer the tags myself.I paid $200.00 processing fee which should have taken care of notifying my insurance company. 31 days after I bought the car, I have not received notice from my insurance co. listing my new vehicle. I called them and they said they have not received notice of me buying a new car. So I had to take care of the insurance information myself. So what did the money I paid the dealership go to since I did a lot of the leg work myself???I would never recommend this dealership to anyone nor will I ever step foot in there again. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership.

We had questions about car availability and what options were possible. He located possible vehicles that met our needs and had two on the lot for our consideration when we returned two days later. In addition to Mr. Best, the sales and finance managers were also friendly, considerate, and helpful. We have been dealing with Don White's dealership for 18 years and also have been pleased both with the cars we have purchased and their service department. I went on line to view the inventory. I saw a Town & Country that I was interested in purchasing. The vehicle was in front of the dealership with my name tagged in the window when I arrived. My experience at Don White's was very impressive. Sean and William's customer service skills are impeccable. Shopped around extensively in the Baltimore/Washington area for the best potential prices on new Grand Cherokees and Don White's was by the far the most competitively priced. Their internet prices beat the competition and all employees I dealt with were great. Ryan Jacobs, Sean Fitzpatrick, Jeff Borakove and William Gonzales were all phenomenal. Sean went above and beyond for us as he delivered our car the next day (had to have the exact model we were looking for shipped from another dealership). Ryan was extremely attentive and helpful in the days leading up to our visit on the phone. Jeff went back and found an additional incentive to further reduce an already LOW price.I will whole heatedly recommend any potential Chrysler/Jeep buyers to this dealership. It was well worth a 50 minute drive to beat the price at all other area lots and have great customer service.

My salesman, Sean Fitzpatrick was friendly, professional, helpful and honest. He helped me find my dream Jeep at a good price. Even though I am 64 years old he understood and supported my desire to purchase a Wrangler (which really makes me feel young again!). Jay was really cool to work with. Had to fight for a fair price but were able to reach an agreement. After buying the car noticed there was a scratch. Immediately went back to dealership and showed them. No arguments they would fix the problem and provide spare car until fixed. Overall good experience. A little stressful but that's probably because it was my first time buying a new car.

My biggest complaint is when I went to drive off and realized that my gas tank was a little over half full. When I asked Mr. Campagna, he stated that it's Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep policy to only provide $25.00 worth of gas. I know this to be incorrect as my friend leased a new Grand Cherokee from Criswell less than a week ago and they provided him with a full tank of gas. I assume this is Don White's policy and to the dealership this may seem minor, but to the consumer, it took my experience from a 10 down to a 6. This is the third new car I have leased and/or purchased in the last six years and I was always provided a full tank of gas, no questions asked. It's unfortunate that when I pulled off the lot, my next stop was to the gas station. That is the last memory I am left with. It ruined the excitement of purchasing a new car. Aside from that, from the moment I approached the dealership a staff member greeted me at the door to see how they could be of assistance. I had already been working with Mr. Thompson, their internet car specialist and the salesman personally walked me to his desk to introduce me to him. After a brief conversation I was introduced to Mr. Campagna who proceeded to show me the vehicle I was interested in. His expert knowledge of the product left me with no questions of the vehicles capability as well as the technology that it is equipped with. The low pressure sales technique was very refreshing and Mr. Campagna worked at my speed and never pushed me in any way. After several conversations both via email and phone, Mr. Campagna and I were able to agree to terms of a deal. Mr. Campagna showed his dedication to the job by agreeing meet me on his day off so we could finalize everything. At no fault to the finance department, the longest part of the process was getting the lease paperwork in order. Is Don White's policy of only providing $25 worth of gas enough for me not to recommend Don White's? I don't think so, but it is enough for me to voice my dissatisfaction and forewarn a potential buyer. A friend was in the market for a Durango and when I told him about the incident, he had immediate apprehension of dealing with Don White's. To a large dealership this may seem minor, that will save the dealer significant dollars over the course of a year, but to me it's enough to rethink where I lease/purchase a new vehicle when my lease is up three years from now.

I had made several trips to dealerships in pa and md. First upon arriving my wife and I were greeted by Derick. He was very friendly and professional. He was honest and straight forward with us the entire time. Financing wasn't complete yet they left us drive the vehicle for the weekend. Wow what a car we fell in love with it. Upon our return on Monday we found there was a glitch in the numbers we were quoted. This dealership and all it's staff worked diligently to correct the issue. The issue was corrected to our satisfaction with incredible care to their customer which in this case was us. I will recommend this dealership to everyone They were great

I was greeted the second I got out of my car by Jeremy. I had a car in mind so he pulled the car around and took me for a test drive right away. I needed a day to think about it. Jeremy called me the next day to talk. I realized there were other features I wanted and he had a van that matched what I wanted. We set up an appointment for the next day. When I got there he had it ready for me. He had my trade-in appraised and was able to get me the price I wanted. I was out the door in less than 3 hours. He made the process easy and was able to get me a great price on the trade-in, the new car, and the finance.

I began my search for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee late summer when I initially met Sean Fitzpatrick at Don White's. I explained this was a quick stop and that I would be purchasing 6 months down the road. Sean was professional, friendly, informative, and most important, not-pushy or aggressive. I asked for him when I came back to purchase mid-winter. We had done some homework on various models, and he ran down all the variables and explained all the changes that had taken place in 2011/2012. He walked us through the purchase process, and helped us get a USAA discount, since Don White's is a preferred USAA dealer. I have purchased many cars over the years and Sean is the best salesperson I have ever had. The fact that he is not aggressive, pushy or in-your-face made all the difference in the world. I would recommend not only Sean, but also Don White's, because of Sean!

I found two new cars on the Don White's internet site that met my criteria and price range. I contacted Tiffany and was able to see them the next day. The vans were waiting for me, tagged with my name (a nice touch). Tony showed me the features and took me on two road tests. I decided to buy the slightly more expensive model because of the features of comfort, rear AC/heat and tinted windows. Tony and Tiffany were both professional and very friendly. As I am physically challenged they even brought the finance manager to me to close the deal, which was very considerate. I bought the 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan SE on Saturday and returned with my handicap tags on Monday to transfer them to my new car. Not long after returning home, Tony called to tell me that I had overpaid by almost $1000. I don't think I would have realized this on my own, so I am very impressed by their honesty. I would definitely recommend Don White's. In fact my friends that came with me to help me evaluate the cars, will probably travel from Ellicott City to purchase their next Dodge Caravan at Don White's. Good job!

I studied the car I wanted (Chrysler 200), I researched pricing and options, Edmonds, TrueCar and shopped around with several dealers in the area. I requested out the door costs from seven Maryland dealers. Ryan was truthful and forthcoming in all of our conversations. He even pointed out where competitive bids were not complete. I found everything he told me to be true. Don White was one of three dealers that had the exact car I wanted, Ryan got me in the door. Once there Derrick Finch was great. He worked with me, was considerate of my time, gave me all of the detail I needed to make a decision and made the whole buying experience a pleasure. I have purchased many, many cars in my life and as a rule I have hated the process end to end. This team has changed my opinion of what a car dealer can be. They demonstrated ethics and professionalism throughout the process and have won me over as a buyer, at least as far as Don White Chrysler is concerned. Good job guys.

Since the start when I contacted them, This has been a pleasure. Adrew was the Upfront guy who answered all of my questions before I made the 130 mile trip. When I got there(shortly after they opened on a Saturday), I was turned over to Nick. Nick took me on a tour of the car before the test drive. On the test drive, Nick guided me thru unknown road to me to give me the best overall evaluation of the car. Nick then handled all of my paperwork and getting the service area to prepare the car. I was out of the dealership in just under 3 hours an on my way home. Would highly recommend this dealership.

While I was looking for my nice new truck, he made every effort to not be one of those stingy, pushy salesmen! I was in and out of the dealership off and on for about two months before I finally made up my mind, looking at options, weighing the overall value and importance of each one to me. Not once did he push me to make a decision on something that I didn't want. He did a great job! When I was ready to close the deal he was able to meet my time restraints and get everything ready with the paperwork and the vehicle on short notice. My new truck was detailed, fueled and final inspected for flaws (there were no flaws). The overall appearance of the truck was outstanding, the manufacturer (Dodge) has done a remarkable job paying attention to details and final assembly fit and finish.Overall, my experience at this dealership has been a good one, I would recomend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.On the service end of things, I don't know yet... but if the staff in the service department is as professional as the showroom staff was, I am sure I will be happy.Dodge..... well, I believe that the hard crunch on the economy in the last several years has tought them that a great product and great people who stand behind that product will determine their success in the future and that customer service is what will lead them to the top again. In this day and age, people are more apt to keep a hold on their hard earned cash and the deciding factor of a sale will rest on the shoulders of outstanding customer service..

I inquired about a vehicle, and Ryan invited me down to check out some matches. He paired me w/ Tony McCusker in sales. Bill Gonzalez handled the paperwork and warranty. I found exactly what I was looking for. I came in w/ my own financing, though I agreed to allow the dealer an opportunity to compete. I ended up going with one they provided. Am currently still awaiting finalized financing information, as the one provided at the time I left the dealer has fallen through (as I was informed two weeks ago). That's the only snag, and I don't blame the dealer. My overall experience was good. I love the vehicle.

The dealership was much farther away than the one practically in walking distance. However, they had the vehicle with options I wanted and thus they made the sale. Thomas was my point of contact and was willing to make adjustments on the advertised Internet price for the vehicle being a prior year model. This was all worked out via e-mail. Nick then took over the actual sale when I arrived to sign the papers and picked up the vehicle. The only glitch was a delay in getting to the finance office due to a buyer in front of me. I am not sure what the problem was with that sale but I was able to sign a couple of papers and walk out of the finance within minutes.

Tony showed me a truck that fit all my requirements for my sons 1st truck. I told him I was interested but then found the same truck elswhere, cheaper and with less mileage. Unfortunatley the other truck was sold before I could get it and I had to call Tony back to see if his was still available. He was very nice about it and still tried to work with me. Obviously there was nothing he could do about the mileage but he met the price even though he had the upper hand, knowing the only other vehicle my son liked was no longer available and he needed something immediately.

I was greeted at the door and instantly taken to the individual I had asked to see. The quality of the paperwork for the new car purchase was accurate,though a bit slow in getting done. Each individual I dealt with was very friendly and optimistic that we could make a deal. I was somewhat disappointed that they were not more aggressive on the price. I also would have liked to know the add on costs such as dealer documentation fees and tag/title costs before I came into the Dealership.

I just bought a new Dodge Avenger from Nick at Don White's in timonium, and I couldn't be happier. He was probably the most knowledgable and friendy car salesmen I have ever worked with. He knew so much about the process that he had an answer ready for every question I presented, from information about the car and the features, to the sales process and financing. He was friendly and courteous, making me feel very comfortable about a process that can be stressfull, and made me feel very welcome.I found exactly the model I was looking for and I love the car. I had to leave the dealership for a bit to go to a doctor's appointment, and he actually let me take the car with me for a sort of extended test drive. The only part about the car that I didn't like was the lack of spoiler, and he ran a quote to add a spoiler while I was out. It was ready when I got back, and the installation of the spoiler was included in the financing.I had gotten a quote from Carmax for my car, with the intention of trading it to them and putting cash down, so I could keep a bit in my pocket. Nick matched Carmax's offer, and still cut me a check for the amount I wanted to keep. If they couldn't match the offer, he was ready to go with me to Carmax to trade it in there.They financed me even though my credit was mediocre, and got me the payment amount that I wanted. I enjoyed every step of the process, and would recomend anyone and everyone to give them a try. I live in columbia, so this was a bit of a drive for me (that I did just because they had a model with the features I wanted) but I plan on going back there for all my needs on this car now. The staff at Don White's is just unmatched.

I priced our truck at over five dealerships. I managed to get Ryan Jacob on the phone when I called Don White's. He was quick to get me all the information I needed and go to bat for me with the feisty manager on price. Additionally he would go outside and check the vehicle details the few times that I called. He is also one of the very few, and I mean very few, car/truck sales guys I talked to or met that actually really knew about the vehicle. He knew 85% of the questions I asked about the truck and the other 15% he admitted he did not know, but committed he would get back to me asap with an answer which he did. Based on my experience with him my wife and I drove 80miles to meet with him and drove home a new car. I like Ryan, thank him and the others at the dealership (also especially Luray, who helped me get my transfer of my tags done smoothly and easily) who made the buying experience mush less painful then I have ever experienced.

For several weeks, I was experiencing a shudder (aka death wobble) on my 06 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I took my 2006 Jeep Wrangler to Don White after 2 very unsatisfactory visits with the service department in Dundalk, Maryland. We drive to another Dodge dealer to have our maintenance done because of the numerous issues we've had with service. It was bad enougth that an employee approached my husband at his place of work to appologize for how the front desk saff as well as the service manager spoke to his wife. The only redeeming quality at Don White's is the excellent sales staff. It's a shame they can't back it up with repairs because we would be happy to spend our money there.

I liked this dealership for the simple fact that they had the car I wanted, in good shape, at a reasonable price. That is about it. The condition of the place is pretty drab compared to most car dealers. The bathroom is almost scary. They have a whole team that is there to ensure your satisfaction, but they never follow up after you leave the dealership. The process seemed a little unprofessional, almost shady, compared to my other experiences buying cars. It didn't feel like you could get a direct honest answer from anyone, but then again I was buying a used car. Although I tried to negotiate a deal, they did some work with the numbers to just change the length of my loan, so in the end I paid the ticket price. I felt like I was annoying them when I followed up a few weeks later to ask about the status of my tags. I live out of state and I have a residential parking permit which is connected to my license plate, I started getting tickets with my temp tags and used the only temporary permit that I am allowed for the year. I paid the $100 processing fee so that they would expedite the process, but ultimately it would have been much faster to just do it myself. In the end it all worked out, there were only a few bumps in the road and I am happy with the car that I purchased.

Ian-very professional and gave me good information about warranties, etc. Very interested in internet precense of dealership and my customer service experience.Damica-she made it possible fo rme to buy the car. She took pictures of the used vehicle with her own camera and emailed them to me at work so I could make a quick decision. She was my only mode of communication with Ian and communicated my questions directly to him. she constantly kept me informed of the status of the sale and Ian's activities so I was not in the dark as to when I would hear something back. She was professional and honest.Sean-was very friendly and helpful with getting me in the car the day I visited the dealership. he was acommodating about a tricky issue with the damaged car seat and worked very hard to make things run smoothly for me. I was extremely unsatisfied with th service i recieved at don white's in timonium. When i first arrived for my appointmet i was told "Thomas who the appt. was made with was actually off today we are going to have someone else help you". The main person i was working with was very nice and very helpful when looking for a used car. BUT as we started talking a man walked right by me and shook a customers hand and said Hi im Thomas, nice to meet you. I should have known then that i was going to get lied to multiple times that night. When it came to financing and getting an appraisal for my car it turned into a confusing, horrible experience. i asked multiple times about my appraisal and was told they didnt have it done yet. I was told multiple times they follow kelly blue book which showed the lowest i could get for my vehicle was 7,000. When the offer finally came back they told me the max they would do is 3500! which was ridiulous. financing also became a confusing issue and then after being there for 4 hours i was told "they were going to let me go home and they would call more people in the morning to try to get me better offers." not only did i drive over an hour to get there and then leave unhappy(and with my old car) but i didnt recieve even 1 phone call at all the entire next 2 days!!! clearly they werent trying to "help me out" they were really just lieing to get me out of there. it wasnt until i called after the 3rd day to ask why i never recieved a call for them to tell me they would see and call me back. i did finally get a call but with nothing good to say. I felt all i was told were lies the whole time and it was a huge waste. clearly i will not be returning.

I purchased a 2009 Mazda 3 from Don White's. I was very displeased with their professionalism during the purchasing process. I was asked to sign documents before they were filled out (which no one in their right mind would do), and when I refused the salesman and one of his colleagues rolled their eyes at me and then said. "It's not a big deal, just sign it and we'll fill it out." The first fill up after I purchase the car the gas cap was stuck in the tank. Eventually it broke when trying to remove it (which I needed to do or I'd have been stranded without gas). I had a 3 month, 3000 mile warranty on the vehicle, but, even though they caused the problem, they wouldn't replace the ~$30 part. I guess they figure $30 is too much for customer satisfaction. I absolutely recommend avoiding this dealership!

Salesperson did an excellent job of understanding our needs and answering all questions related to the car. The back-office was personnel-constrained during my visit (on a holiday) which led to a lengthy delay and a less than acceptable financing experience. However, upon voicing my dissatification, the Finance Manager made every attempt possible to regain my trust and ensure my satisfaction. When I picked up the vehicle the next day I was treated extremely well and the financing/closing was "re-performed" with much better service. I left happy with the overall service experience and would recommend both my salesperson and the finance manager.

Ian jumped in and located and locked down another rvehicle. Jeremy then drove the 100 plus miles to transport it back to the dealership. Upon entering Don Whites showroom, I was greeted by friendly sales people and the car I called them about was waiting for me with a "Welcome" note attatched. My purchase transaction was smooth and I am very happy with the experience. I will definitely go there for my next purchase.

We just signed a lease on a beautiful new 4 Door Jeep Wrangler. We had a wonderful experience with Jeremy and his NO-PRESSURE sales style. We first worked with Kevin online and he was great. He set us up for a test drive quickly and efficiently. When we arrived to test drive the Jeep we were interested in was waiting for us and we were introduced to Jeremy. He was very friendly and personable, right from the start. My husband really liked working with Jeremy over the phone, etc. but did not have a great experience with his boss. When it was time to sign the deal and take possession of the Jeep, Jeremy was super accommodating to me (I was the one signing all the papers) and did not make me feel pressure or stressed at all. I would recommend any person or family to look Jeremy up and work with him directly at Don White's when buying or leasing a JEEP, Chrysler or Dodge.

I work alot and wasnt able to go see the car right away but katrina always left me messages and answered all of the questions that i had so dealing with her either online or over the phone made the beginning of our transation even more comfortable. Kevin greated me as i entered the sales floor and explained the details of the car even further and introduced me to Rob who actually handled the sale. Rob was really cool and calm and answered even more questions about the car and pointed some stuff out that i had not noticed about what the car came with. everything went smooth and i appreciated all that he did with the finance department. in all i was content with my experiance here and trust that the guys and ladies at Don Whites know their stuff.

Simply the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. Ian Deveroux and his crew were very efficient, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure my purchase was hassle free. I found this Ram 2500 online, called Ian, and it was a done deal. He even delivered the truck 4 hrs away to me in Pennsylvania. I never even left my house. I have purchased 6 new vehicles in my life, and this was by far the best experience I ever had. Easy and hassle free. I will be back next time I need a vehicle.

Don White Dodge Chrysler Jeep is a preferred service facility for my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. I have used this facility for a number of years now, and am regularly taken care of by Mr. James Johnson, whom I have come to trust. I believe Mr. Johnson appreciates the attention and care I demonstrate for the optimum operation of my vehicle and is always knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and eager to help. At the same time, I do not get the impression the service department is trying to "pad" the work order with unnecessary and expensive repairs. I can leave the facility with confidence in knowing that the job was done right, the first time.

I always have my Durango serviced at Don White's even though it is not where I purchased it. Don White's is a very convenient location for me. I always feel the recommended repairs and service are necessary. I feel the price of the service is very high compared to what an independent shop would charge me but I feel better having it serviced at a dealer whose service employees have worked there for a very long time. I recently needed a new engine and after pricing out several options, I went outside of the dealer because the price was less than half of the dealer price with a much longer warranty. That was very dissapointing to me. I usually work with Chuck (can't remember his last name) and I have been working more with James Johnson in Chuck's absence. I am always treated with respect and the repairs and services are explained to me fully and are of high quality. There were a couple of instances where the service was not satisfactory. 1) I had brake work done and I noticed a scraping noise afterwards. Something was overlooked at the time of service and it was easily and qickly corrected when I returned the vehicle. 2) My car was to be picked up and towed to the business who replaced my engine. Calls were made to the dealer by me and the towing company to expect pickup that day and when the towing service arrived, my vehicle was not able to be released. I was charged for the extra trip. Don White's did compensate me by providing a service (detailing) at no charge.No one is perfect and I don't get upset when things happen as long as responsibility is taken and the issue is corrected. I also greatly appreciate the shuttle service that is available. I wish the prices were more reasonable. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to share my thoughts and experiences with you.

Although my salesman was extremely pushy and seemed to only want a sale when I purchased the Jeep, the service department seems to be the exact opposite.

This is my third van I have had from them and the service department is the major reason why I keep going back for sales!!! The service was awesome. Had been thinking of doing a trade in from my '05 grand cherokee to the new '11. So far so great. Derrick Finch was very Knowledgeable about the vehicle along with the sales manager for the night they worked well together to accomadate my needs(financially)like a real team! I was very unsure & skeptical about trading in my Jeep for another Jeep, but i did with Absolutely No Regrets. Very friendly and professional dealership. I was put in contact with the dealer through an internet buying service from my insurance company; I made email contact at midnight on Friday and was called before 9:30am on Saturday, and I had a new vehicle that afternoon. Good stock/selection, and they beat my bank's financing rate. They respected what I was willing to pay and found a match that almost met all of my preferences. Like every other dealer I've worked with in the past, I sacrificed on my trade-in value for the simplicity of not having to find a third-party buyer (which is my fault, as I probably could have had all of the options I wanted had I gotten a bit more of a down-payment with my trade-in). Overall, a good experience, and I would use this dealer again even though I drove 35 miles (past 4-5 other dealerships) to get there.

We had shopped at another place much closer to home so we had some prices for exactly what we wanted, but we got a Great price from them on a truck with even more options than we had originally wanted/priced!! This dealership is great. I bought my Jeep Back in March of 2010 and ever since then they've been nothing but helpful and attentive to any needs and/or questions I've had. I put a lot of miles on my Jeep and I'm in for oil changes/service more than an average person. James is always able to offer me a same day appointment that works with my schedule, and I am very appreciative of that. The technicians take great care of my Jeep and everyone at the dealership that I've interacted with is always interested in how they can do better. I have wanted a Jeep for years, and only recently, have had the ability to look for and buy a new Jeep. I searched Jeep.com for the type and price of the jeep I wanted, and the features I would like and could afford. Then I went on line for the dealers in my area, and found that, of the closest, Don Whites in Timonium had the best selection and service.(Thanks to Ian and Thomas) I made an on line appointment for a test drive. The car was ready and so were the staff. They could not have been more helpful in making me feel comfortable about driving a new car, and one so nice and powerful!( believe me, I was nervous, I had not driven a new car in years!)I went home and decided on the car I would like to get and looked again at the other dealers.(I never make a decision without re-thinking it about a dozen and 1/2 timesI came back, talked to Jeremy in sale about the truck and specifics, and found I had to order it, but no big deal..I did not want to drive my new truck in Baltimore's snow without knowing it well..But that is me.)So, I ordered it.Two other people wanted to buy it when it came in, so I must have made a good choice!Keith inspected the jeep, and made sure the everything about the car was exactly right before it was cleaned up and ready and made sure everything was there and working as expected and Jeremy made the sales process really easy. Much less stressful than I had thought. ( My last new car was in 1984...so you can only guess this is a little less stressful than buying a house, but not much!)Bill helped me understand the financing and the options for warranties, what a smile(:The only hard part was writing the check. You know, I am one of those women who hate to let money go, but if I had to, I would do it again, twice!

I came to the US from Europe and was urgently looking for a car. I spotted one (Dodge Caliber) on their website and booked online for a test drive. Someone from the dealership (Thomas) called me within 15 minutes to confirm my appointment etc.I turned up on the day of the test drive, met Thomas who introduced me to Rob. The car was waiting for me outside and after a quick tour of the car we were off for a spin around the neighbourhood. Rob answered all my questions fine and we got everything sorted within a week. It probably would have been quicker if I didn't have to wait for a money transfer from Europe and everyone I was in contact with was always friendly, polite and helpful.

I bought my first new car at Don White's a few years ago without any issues. So when I returned to trade in for another new car I figured they would be more than willing to give me a great deal since I already purchased a vehicle from them. WRONG! My vehicle lost a lot of value due to it being rear-ended. Understandable, but I was still being punished for it with a lousy trade in offer. They wouldn't give me an out the door price despite me asking for one, they kept pressuring me to put more money down, and they wouldn't budge on the price of the new vehicle either. They even recommended I consider another type of vehicle, insinuating that I couldn't afford the particular vehicle I was looking at! I could afford it quite well had they not lowballed me on my trade. I asked for my keys and left.I called back a few weeks later and spoke to the sales manager and explained my situation and he said he would help me out, but he never called back. I even called one more time after that and spoke to my original salesman and he never called me back. So all in all, I gave them 3 chances and they failed miserably. I recently traded in my same vehicle at another dealership and received a MUCH higher offer despite it having almost 10k more miles. If you prefer the shady sales tactics and techniques of typical dealerships then this is your place. Even their website is obnoxious with pop-ups, music, more pop-ups!! Don White's, Darn Right?? No thanks.

Frist new car in a long time and doing it via online. Great bunch of people to work with. The DODGE CHALLENGER was the pick for me........ Once we got are numbers to be a win win (quick). We went and sign the contract. They did not force any extened warrent or other crazy stuff. They gave me a price and stuck to the price without no Torro PO-PO, at the dealer ship.That's correct the price as stated nothing fell from the sky or they left out muffler bearings upgrade etc.. Un-like other dealers adding prep charge and other crazy fees etc. to jack up the price. It was a nice experince. No little tricks, bait and switch like another dealer pulled on me..Jones Junction sells cars online also and shows the inventory with a bottom line price. Only if you qualify for all the discounts....Just a little heads up Don Whites dealership was a good experience. Would I buy another new car from YES with out a problem quick fast and to the bottom line

My salesmen and I agreed to a price and finance deal. I specifically told him, I did not want a 72 month financing deal and that I would only do a 60 month deal. He agreed to this, gave a me a monthly price I agreed with, shook hands, and signed a "handwritten" agreement. After 6 hours of negotiation (12-6pm), it came down to the final signatures...and right next to the price we agreed to it said "for 72 months"! I specifically said I didn't want 72 months. Had I not read the entire contract, they could have slipped this past me. I ended up getting my Jeep Patriot at another dealership, and bought ity on a 72 month loan for the same monthly price, yet they threw in a nice extended warranty and, more importantly, they were very upfront that it was impossible to give me the price I wanted on a 60 month loan. The honesty and sales tactics of the staff at Don White's is horrible, sneaky, and ruthless. They wasted my time!!!

Unfortunately there had been a mistake with the internet price. But 2 days later, they called me back and said that they would still honor the price. I now have my 2011 Jeep parked next to my 2007 Jeep.

*******DON WHITES CHEATED THIS MARINE WAR VET********I unfortunately did business with Don Whites not long ago. What started out to be a great experience completely flipped flopped on me. Basically when I decided it was time for a new vehicle I started doing research on the new Dodge Rams. On my search Don Whites popped up on the web and it looked like they were running some decent deals so I got in contact with them. They were really nice and said that they would drive on down to me the next day to test drive (I live about 2hrs away). I was really excited about the new truck so I went to a local dealership and test drove on of theres that was sticker priced at $45,575, which was about 9,000 over what I could afford but it was just a test drive. So the next day one of Don Whites dealers drove down what they had to offer but it was far too little for what I was looking for and sure enough the local dealership here said that they could get me in the truck I drove for $36,000 out the door. I was shocked and was going to take the deal but the stupid nice guy in me called up Don Whites and told them the deal I was offered and said "Hey this is an amazing deal so if you can MATCH OR BEAT it I will still do business with you guys for driving the first one down". The manager said "ok, give me an hour or two and I will get back to you". Sure enough he called about two hours later and said "we got your truck, its in New York and its just missing two things, but we need you to come up here and fill out the paper work before we get it". So I headed up there and all kinds of different employees approached me and OVER and OVER again talked about how good there service is and how they are ranked #1 on this website for customer service, bla bla. Sadly I bought into all the talk. The first big issue was that I was told I was getting the truck for 36,000 out the door and of course that changed once I had got there and it became 38,500 I was a bit upset but the ole lady said it go ahead. I had to wait about a week before the truck was delivered to me (I could have had the other truck from Prince Fredrick that same day). The truck was delivered and the two Don White employees took off within 2-3 mins. There was no paper work to be signed that the truck was delivered "satisfactory, what I wanted ect, ect...) But I was told there would be and that I could decline the truck if it wasn't what I wanted. When the truck showed the tail gate was down....(they said to leave it down cause of the spray in liner). It was actually cause there was a nice thick 7-8 inch scratch across the bumper (painted bumper). Along with that THE TRUCK WAS MISSING over $4,300 dollars in options. Of course I called and one dealer said his boss was out till Monday, but for me not to worry, he would call and that they would make it right. The manager Mike never did get a hold of me, instead I had to pursue him. After arguing back and forth and each person I had to deal with pointing fingers at the other, (lots of "well he didn't tell me that") and each time me calling him cause he would not call me; he said that I could trade in the truck I bought from them for the truck that I wanted but I would have to take the hit on the truck that HE sold me ( mind you this is days later ). That hit was gonna work out to be another $3500 -4000ish dollars and I was already at the most I could afford. I then asked to speak with the owners son and of course that call never came. I have heard that the owners are good people but after some research one of DON WHITES employees told me that its all ran by the management and has gone down hill since Mike was put in charge. This leads me to believe that the manager never told the owner.So basically I chose to do business with Don Whites and I WAS PUNISHED FOR DOING SO.The manager kept trying to tell me that I got everything I asked for and then saying that no one told him about the options. The fact is the manager is the guy I told about all the options and the sticker price of 45,575 and the truck that was delivered to me had a sticker price of 41,000 ( the stickers from the manufacturer) so there is no way that he did not know he was selling me a vehicle that was missing over 4,000 in options. The truck they sold me doesn't even have a class 3 tow hitch and was the biggest reason for me to own a truck. The manager had no argument and no intensions of making the situation right and making a continuing future customer. As well as the owner who never bothered calling.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE EVEN IF ITS OUT OF YOUR WAY.DON'T BUY INTO ALL THE POSITIVE COMMENTS ON HERE AS THEY TRY TO PUSH IT ON ALL THERE CUSTOMERS that they think are happy customers....They tried pushing this on me and said they were going to send me a link in my email and of course after I made my call they never sent it, I found it out on my own!

I had a hard to do deal with a great amount of negative equity and Don Whites was able to overcome the negative equity with the jeep cherekee. The sale went very well and I am very happy with my new jeep 4x4. They were very much to the point, I explained my situation and they went to work for me. This was great customer service and I would recomend this dealership to anyone who is looking for straight to the point dealers and a great buying experience. My fiance and I have been searching for a specific Jeep and found one very close to what we were looking for at Don Whites in Timonium. We had done our research and found that their prices were incredibly high. When I called and spoke to Ray, he told me they couldnt do anything about the price but come in and see what we could do. This was my worst mistake and biggest waste of two hours ever, plus the 2+ hours it took me to get to their dealership and back home.Within 20 minutes of being there, I had dealt with three people already and got bounced back and forth which was very annoying to say the least. The salesman we had the "pleasure" of dealing with was not much help, had no personality and completely turned me off, making me want to leave almost instantly. What was even more frustrating was the back and forth with his manager and insisting we "have a seat" while he goes to negotiate absolutely nothing. He eventually had another gentlemen come in and try to explain the pricing to us. This guy told me that if I were to go to a dealership in Pennsylvania or Virginia, Id probably end up paying $700-1000 to get it to pass inspection in Maryland. Are you seriously kidding me? My brother in law works at a local car dealership and laughed when I told him that. He (the other gentle who came in to talk to us about pricing) didnt like when I spoke up and called him out either, getting quite an attitude. I felt like they were trying to trap me there with all of the back and forth, along with the commands to "have a seat, Ill be right back." If that wasnt enough to make me want to leave, their prices were quite unreasonable. They offered me a Jeep Cherokee with 48k miles for $17,918 with no options what so ever, or the original one we looked at which had 32k miles with a navigation and upgraded sound system for $19,291. Thats $1,200 more for 16k less miles, upgraded stereo and navigation? Something does not add up here. My fiance and I have spent quite a bit of time looking at prices on the Jeep Grand Cherokees lately and when I can go to another dealer and get the same vehicle, options and less mileage, cheaper why wouldnt we? Not to mention the original Jeep we were looking at looked like someone had drove against a curb and completely ruined the front passenger side wheel I didnt bother to even look at the rest of the wheels or the car since I knew I wouldnt be purchasing anything from them. There is quite a bit more but quite frankly, its not worth my time to even begin to get into any of it.All in all, Ray Cramer was nice but our salesman and whoever the other guy was who came into their closest with us, sorry, I mean office, were way beyond aggravating. I surely will not be recommending this dealership to anyone and will direct everyone and anyone looking for a new vehicle away from them. Maybe next time theyll think about their actions before letting someone walk out and hiring incompetent employees. With nearly $10,000 cash and an almost perfect credit score, I could have made someone very happy last night, but they obviously failed and lost more than one customer.

When we arrived, we really felt like getting a VIP treatment, low pressure, and very friendly and knowledgable staff. Our sales person was Jeff. All questions were answered diligently without overstating the facts. This was the first time I can say buying a car was a most pleasant experience. The car was cleaned and in top condition.The day before our purchase at Don White's we went to Heritage Jeep in Owings Mills, who had a similar vehicle in stock. When I inquired about certain discounts at Heritage, they confirmed in writing that they would apply. After we arrived at Heritage, they would not confirm their earlier commitment. For comparison, we had asked for the same discount at Don White's. When we talked about the final price, Don White's without much haggling said, what we told you over the phone applies.So, the bottom line is: very positive experience!

My experience at Don White's started out as a good one. However, the problems started when it came time to test drive a car. I received an overnight test drive car that was both a) filthy, inside and out, and b) almost out of gas (when I received it, it had well less than 1/8 of a tank; I had to fill it up just to make it between my home and the dealership the next day). When price negotiations started, things went from bad to worse. I promptly returned all calls from the dealership, but was not returned the same courtesy. Rather than calling back to let me know that they could not match the price that I had received elsewhere, it took 2 calls from me to the dealership to learn this information. If buying a car was this much hassle at this dealership, I can't imagine how much of an inconvenience it must be to get your car serviced there...needless to say, I did not, and will never, purchase my car from Don White's.
