I bought many cars over the years from different dealerships in the Baltimore-Metro area. Found Don White's and was impressed from day one. Our salesman, Steven "Will" Williams, made the difference as for a great experience. Very helpful but not overbearing or pushy. Visited the dealership three times in two weeks before buying a new Grand Cherokee L. Their service package is one of the best I've seen too. Highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Will!

I enjoyed the attention and consideration of my needs which I stated up front. I was given what I wanted as far as lease payments and the entire process was easy. My salesman was great and I didn't experience any of the stereotypical experiences that people have at car dealerships. Myles was my salesman and he was great and very personable and funny! He was easy going and easy to work with!!!

I LOVE this dealership! They make you feel like family. Buddy Lamont and Will Williams always make the process very simple and easy. We already had my car picked out ahead of time and we really just had the formality of the test drive, appraising my existing vehicle, getting it cleaned up, and the paperwork. Plus, we always have a great time chatting and catching up while I inevitably have to wait at some point during the new car process. That's just part of the process. But they also seemed to make the process go much faster this time. It was seamless. I am very happy with my new Jeep and I couldn't be more grateful that they found me a blue one at a great price!

Best buying experience. We were all over looking for a vehicle and found the one we wanted several times only for them to tell us it was sold and offered other cars we didn't want. Got to Don Whites and they had the car we wanted and at a better price and warranty. The salesman was so nice and made us feel comfortable without that in your face pressure approach. 100% will be bringing my son when he's ready for his first car.
