We had looked at Hyundai Santa Fe's at metro dealerships, but we weren't real happy with our experience. We stopped at Dondelinger on the way to the lake and completed a deal in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient.

The sales person made the difference in the entire car buying experience. The choice in vehicles was easy because this was our second Santa Fe and third Hyundai. It was nice to have a sales person who took the time to explain the vehicles accessories and features! Thank you Chad Hartwig!!

Drew in the Service Department always goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care of. I'm never worried that he might be trying to sell me something I don't need. I purchased the car because of the service we've received at the dealership in the past. We will continue to come back.

I've never experienced the level of service anywhere that I experienced at Dondelinger Hyundai (except maybe at Nordstrom's ;-) ). There was never the high pressure one typically experiences at a car dealership, and the attention to detail concerning my needs was outstanding by any measure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dondelinger to my friends or anyone I meet. Dondelinger should be the standard by which all others are measured.

Dondelingers is a great place to buy a car; friendly staff, great service and a reliable product Chevy and Hyundai. Wehave purchased two vehicles in the past six months from Dondelingers are completly satisfied with both of them.

we have done business with Matt several times before. He is always a pleasure to deal with. We started off with Verna. They both were very nice to work with to get us the best deal. We had several phone calls from both of them to make sure every thing was going well with the new car. Very appreciative for that.

Brian was extremely kind and helpful. He was not pushy at all and answered all my questions thoroughly. He worked diligently on my financing to get me a payment I could afford. He has called numerous times to check on me after the sale ended to make sure I enjoy my new vehicle and answer any questions I might have. He was very easy and enjoyable to work with.

Awesome service! I had a couple questions after I left the dealership and Craig was able to assist me right away. He even arranged if I needed to bring my vehicle back for further instructions he lined me up with another sales person if I came on his day off if he was unable to come. He went out of his way to help!

This is my third new Sonata and the buying experience keeps getting better. Hassle free deal. Our salesman Brian Femling did a very thorough job of showing us all the features that were new to us. He spent as long as we wanted answering our questions. Our next experience was with the Business Manager, Matt Wignall who did a great job explaining the financial end of things. I have already said it all. This was my first time purchasing a car by myself. I liked the no pressure experience. While I was shopping, my other Santa Fe was being fixed with a recall problem and it was taken care of without any problem.

I DON'T like that this has a word minimum to pass! This is a NEGATIVE! So I copy and paste what I wrote on the previous page - ridiculous! I had such a pleasant experience with the staff there. We kind of became friends while test driving, talking and sealing the deal. I first met with Brady, who was brand new and so nice. Then, I ended up with Nate, who was mentoring Brady. I can't say enough about how nice they were and friendly and sincere. They were helpful and Nate really knew his stuff on the Hyundai Sonata that we bought. The 2016 technology and features are quite detailed and with me studying and his coaching we are very skilled in using the features. I will also mention Jen who helped Nate as we tried to finalize at the end of the day. All were great.
