This was by far the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had. Marlon was, quite honestly, the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with. No pressuring. No badgering, and made every detail to the transaction as easy as possible. The finance team was amazing and their process was smooth as well. I highly recommend Donohoo and most certainly can’t see using anyone, but Marlon. Thanks, Marlon!

Very simple process! I did this for 40 years and kinda took some of the fun out for me. I enjoy haggling a little. They don't, price is what it is. More cars than you can imagine and an extremely friendly staff. Very helpful and not a pushy person to be found.

I thought the entire process was as smooth as buying a car can be. We had Eugene and he was great! Wonderful communication throughout the day. Will definitely consider shopping here again in the future, and will recommend to others. WONDERFUL selection of used vehicles.

I had an idea of what to expect when I walked into a car dealership but let me tell you it was NOTHING what I expected! No one was pushy at all what so ever. I actually didn't even have to speak with a salesman until I text drove (alone with no salesman) how ever many vehicles I wanted. Kyle and Chelsea were super efficient and very good at explaining every thing! Thank you for this great experience!!!

The ladies at the front desk were awesome and very nice. The finance portion is done within 10 minutes that’s with signing paperwork and taking ownership of the car you purchased but I got a car that I liked and when I questioned why something didn’t work which was the wireless charger in a $36,000 used car I was told I didn’t see the manufacture dealership for warranty then when I got home I found duct tape holding some wires together under the front passenger door…I felt like after my money was taken my salesman “pro” was done with me. I was never offered to have the car taken too the BMW place to be fixed after being brought to my salesman attention. It wasn’t my best car buying experience by far!!!!
