Larry Taylor and the whole Dorsett team were a pleasure to work with. I had gotten in touch with Larry before I came to the dealership in regards to potentially purchasing a 2016 Tuscon they had available. He had the vehichle clean and waiting on me to test drive upon my arrival. He made sure I got all the rebates I qualified for and purchase paperwork was a breeze. I would recommend the Dorsett group to nyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle!

Justin Hall and Tony Parker were extremely professional and had very good knowledge of the product that they sell. I was dealt with in an honest and sincere way. In today's market, there are many options as to where to purchase the same vehicle. There is no doubt in my mind that I made the right choice of dealerships (and people) to work with.

we had a 2014 sonata and my wife purchased a iPhone 7 at Verizon; they did not know how to pair the phone. we stopped by dorsett's and Brandon dorsett connected the phone. he was great and if we were ever interested in a car contact him. I told Brandon the sonata was too low to the ground; we had a 2004 santafe and was pleased with the vehicle and would consider a tuson which would be what we needed. the rest is history!

Pleased with friendliness of sales staff and did not feel pressured with purchase of vehicle. Test drove vehicle and was shown different color options available.

As stated before Dorsett made the car shopping and buying experience a very enjoyable one. I was not looking forward to looking for and purchasing a new car, but they really put my mind at ease. Even with them being very busy they made me feel like the only customer in the dealership.

Very friendly do not push me into buying something that I did not want I know what I want when I got there and when my credit wasn't quite good enough they didn't shrug me off I was given options and I came back a week later and ended up in just the car I wanted I will definitely be back looking for Justin when my wife is ready for a new car.

I previously purchased two cars (both Mitsubishi Outlander Sports) from Dorsett Automotive. When it came time to purchase another car, naturally I only went to Dorsett. I thought I was going to again purchase an Outlander Sport. This car is so terribly reliable. However, I saw a brown Hyundai Tucson in the back of the lot. Even though everyone, including my husband, assumed I was going to purchase an Outlander, I wanted to test drive the Hyundai. I fell in love. I never looked in the direction of an Outlander again. The purchase was a fun, family - like experience.

We were able to purchase our new 2016 Santa Fe at a great price along with a fair price on our trade in.we were treated like we were part of the family. Our sales agent explained how everything on the car worked and showed us all of the new features that our old car didn't have. He spent time in the car with us after the purchase to help set up all the electronic stuff. It was a fun experience to buy our new Santa Fe from Chad Gillis at Dorsetts Automotive ! The new car sales manager, finance officer and the service department manager were all a part of our decision to purchase this Hyundai !
