I was checking out Dothan, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep website. They had a variety of different types of automobiles. Joni that works here had asked what type of vehicle I was looking for. So I told her exactly everything that I wanted in an automobile. She was very friendly. Very fast service. The financing didn't take very long at all. Summer was great in the office to. Summer went with me for a little test drive. Thank you all! I appreciate everything you have helped me with. I would recommend everyone who wants to surf on the net for automobiles to choose this business or even a walk in! They will do everything they can to find the perfect one for you!!!!!

10/29/20 Well, ended up back at Dothan Dodge Chrysler again. The catalytic converter rusted clean through. The team did another exceptional job. Allison kept me updated on progress and Jeff performed the work. Thank you team Dothan! Allison was eager to assist in getting my 2013 Jeep Wrangler back on the road. She remained in contact with me and provided text messages throughout the repair process. I’m making Dothan Dodge Chrysler my preferred maintenance provider for my Jeep. Thanks Allison! Mike S. 2/25/2020 Unfortunately, I had another issue with my Jeep. This was unrelated to the first issue. The good news was, Allison was there again to handle everything. The patience and worth ethic at this dealership is indescribable and unimaginable! You would have to go there to see it!! I purchased a 2021 Challenger today and the customer service is excellent! My 2015 ram 1500 broke down on my birthday needless to say not a good day. I had the truck towed to Dothan Chrysler Dodge Ram and was informed it would be several days before they could get to even Get to look at the truck. To my surprise I received a phone call from Matt it seems they were able to get it in sooner than expected and completed the repair much sooner than I thought. I was very happy with the repair time and Matt and the guys from the repair shop were all friendly and very professional good job by all thank you Matt
