This place is great! Mechanics are honest! I won't go anywhere else! The previous review was from 2 years ago. This place has dropped off a lot. My last state inspection passes fine. This inspection was done after the truck was in the driveway pretty much since the last one. This time they found 1k in repairs needed. I found another repair shop to do it for $500. The also did a motorcycle oil change that was $100, full synthetic oil change for $110 and $200 to install 2 tires I bought online. It's just become too expensive here. And they seem to look for "repairs" that need to be done. 06/2021

After my mom and dad bought their car and had a wonderful experience, I decided to give my business to them. They took care of me and my time which is very important to me and my family. They also have a wonderful service center that stands behind the work that is done. All in all, great experience and thank you to Tim and Bob from the sales department for taking care of my transaction! Also had a great experience with the service department in taking care of an issue that I had and made it easy. Thanks again Drive Pros! Had an oil change on January 15th, 2021, and had an issue with a lug nut stripped and breaking the bolt. Without question, they took care of it and gave me the invoice with everything taken care of! Once again, great service from Drive Pros!

LOOK NO FARTHER! OUTSTANDING BUSINESS! Good place to have maintenance done. Charles Town really needed a facility like this. Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I have utmost confidence in their diagnostic process and workmanship. This is my "go to" shop in Charles Town.

Very good service Very friendly. Bob was so sweet and very easy to work with. Filling out paper work was fast and quick. Easy transaction all around. New car was spotless and they gave me a sweet deal on it. Love the 5 free oil changes and state inspection for life!!!

Best experience I've had in long time! I came in for service and inspection, Stephen Kalivoda was extremely professional and made the experience like i was talking to an old friend. Price was great too! Ill be driving the extra distance just to deal with them! Great job on my Cadillac ATS Stephen! Keep up the great work!
