Just purchased a new vehicle from DuPage Chrysler with the assistance of salesperson Matt Diana. This was our first experience buying a new vehicle and Matt made the process as easy and pain-free as possible. He is personable, very knowledgeable and most important...he's honest. Matt patiently answered all our questions and provided top-notch customer service. We will definitely go back to DuPage Chrysler to buy our next new vehicle and will be asking for Matt Diana by name to assist us. We love our new Jeep Gladiator! Thanks again Matt!!

My husband and I purchased a beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 yesterday, (9/9/21). Matt Diana was our sales consultant. I cannot even express how grateful and appreciative we are for his genuine patients and efforts to make this purchase happen for us. Matt spent an entire day with us just to make sure WE were comfortable and satisfied. We really fell in love with this vehicle and Matt made it happen. Matt made everything perfect. I MEAN PERFECT! We came back the next day, (9/10/21) to take delivery. Matt was with us all the way to the end!!! Matt showed us how to use the high tech-technology in our Jeep. My daughter loves Jeep! She was so excited for us. I encourage anybody who is interested in Jeep (past or present) to come here and ask for Matt Diana! Everyone at this dealership was so laid back, friendly and accommodating. The facility was very clean and comfortable. That is where I will be sending my family and friends. This is where We will be coming for further purchases.

We first stopped by a few weeks ago just to look around. Although we had no intention to buy we were not disregarded, Luis was great! He took his time to show us around and a test drive. Enjoyed the experience so much that we returned a few weeks later to lease a car. Again Luis was the best, we told him what we were looking for and our budget. He didn't try to push us into something more expensive, with a little negotiating we were able to drive away with a Jeep that was within budget. Excellent experience! Update: 4 years later we came back! This time we worked with Manny. He was great! He took the time to show me different models so I could see the difference between them. Again, I experienced excellent service and would highly recommend DuPage Jeep!

I had wonderful service here! Started with my salesman Carlos who was so patient and helpful in my first car search. He found me exactly what I wanted and for a fair price. The process here was so easy and smooth. Carlos took the time to test drive multiple cars before deciding on the one I wanted. I highly recommend shopping here and having Carlos as your guy for the process.

Spike in the sales department went up and beyond to sell me a car. My 2012 Ford Focus died and was left on the side of the road. He not only sold me a low mileage 2019 Toyota Corolla at a great rate and great payment but he also had my Focus towed to the dealership for me! The sales team was great to work with and Julie in finance was wonderful. Thank you so much for making this experience so easy!!
