My sales rep - Ralph Conte, amazing. Took great care of me and never did I feel like I was trying to be sold. He listened to what was important to me and made it happen. Every single person I came in contact with was very kind, personable, and helpful. It was the best car buying experience I have had. AND - you play great music in your dealership.

Robert Phillips was very friendly when I walked in and extremely thorough. He informed me of the dents I had on my car. Before I signed for them to complete my oil change. He also asked if he could wash my car. I was out in about 30 or less. He informed me that I needed new tires which I knew and told me to wait til October because they were having a sale. When I came out my car was clean and DRY!!! I had a very pleasant experience, thank you.

I was not pressured into buying a car! Ryan kept working the numbers to get to the payment that was in my budget! He asked several time if he could get it in my budget if I would take the car tonight. He gave me time to think about and also showed me other cars that I might like in my price range. I didn't care for them so he went back again to work the numbers. He seem to want to make me happy and get me into the car I wanted without pushing. They had a big selection of all types of cars and a lot of the same model in different colors and styles. My daughter and I were asked if we needed anything from coffee, water and a phone charger. I felt very relaxed about making a very big decision!

We would refer your dealership based on our experience with Mike. We also like the playroom you have for younger kids; although we didn't use it this time it is good to know for future service. We had to wait awhile for the finance dept, but other than than customer service was great.

I contacted Bryan Giannoni to ask about prices I saw on the internet for a Jeep Patriot. I asked Bryan if I could get those prices or did I have to qualify for every rebate available. In an email and on the phone, Bryan assured me those were my prices. After driving 45 minutes to the dealership, I found out Bryan had lied to me and I did have to qualify for every rebate. To make matters worse, Bryan did not have the courage to talk to me. He was "busy" with another customer. Big Tony came over and tried to get me to pay $1,000 more than the advertised price and assured me he was losing $1,000 in the deal. Like I would believe anything they said at Dupage.

I dropped in unannouced at 4:20 pm on a Friday. The Service bay was jammed with people dropping off their vehicles. I had an engine light on and my entertainment system was acting like it was possessed by a poltergeist . Bob read my code ensuring me the problem wasn't urgent. Good. Yet, he said the head of service , Michael jozwiak, knows how to re-set the entertainment software and would see if he could come out and try. He did, it worked, all within 30 minutes amid near chaos. This was my first time at your dealership and could not have been more impressed with excellent service. I am Director of Sales in the Construction market and this is the type of service we deliver each day, which is not the norm. Kudos to your team and their commitment to outstanding service, unfortunately , it's not commonplace . BTW, I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee at St. Charles Jeep, and did not have a good purchase experience and will now direct all my future business to Dupage Jeep. In the proper fashion, you've won my business. Thank you for doing things the right way.

While looking for an inexpensive used car for my son, we found one at this dealer online. Both my son and I inquired about the car and we were both told it was there and available. We made an appointment, and headed in only to be told the car didn't pass some inspection and was NOT available. Mind you, it was only about an hour from call to our arrival. The salesman said he'd call and let us know if it passes so we could take a look. The following day, we got the call that it DID NOT pass, but they had these other, more expensive cars available. We're still searching a few weeks later, and lo and behold, that same car is STILL listed on the website as available. Very shady practices, even for used car sales.

I am the owner & past owner of two Jeeps. One was a 2002 Liberty, & a 2013 grand Cherokee Overland, both purchased at DuPage. My 2002 had an engine problem, I dropped if off, the next day I spoke with Mike in the Service Dept. Mike was very helpful in giving me a detailed account of my vehicle problems. Mike Introduced me to Greg a sales associate. Greg assisted me with selecting a vehicle to replace the Liberty I had owned. Greg took the time to show me 3 different cars. One Renegade and two Wranglers. I purchased the 2010 Black Wrangler that Greg showed me. Thanks to Mike & Greg. Also Donnie one of you Finance associates, very open easy to talk to. She and the finance person ( she wore black and had long black hair sorry I can't think of her name) were friendly, courteous and professional. I understood it was a record day and the wait for financing was unavoidable, yet all the sales reps kept coming around to check on the customers and sympathize with them on the long wait. It didn't make it any shorter but we appreciated it. Bob in service took care of the car we traded in the last 10 plus years. He always gave us decent deals on repairs and always politely suggested that when it came time for a new purchase to please consider staying with your dealership. You can tell him we kept our word. I am so disappointed for the lack of communication. My sales and finance agent didn't go over the fees. The total purchase was so high. Their only explanation was "taxes were not included." I cancelled the insurance and never got the check for that amount. I had to call back and Bob the finance person never submitted my paperwork. Please make sure every single detail is explain when purchasing a car. I am so unhappy with the service.

I will first off and say the salesperson I worked with was great, we had an agreed upon deal through some negotiating to come in and they would match the price of another dealership. When I got in the sales manager, Tony would not honor the price and kept changing the numbers after we had an agreed price. He had a very condescending attitude right from the start, he then informed me that I must have made a mistake and that I should go buy the car someplace else. There were so many other ways he could have approached this situation, even ways where I would have come to purchase another vehicle. However, due to the way he treated me, with his condescending and hostile attitude, I will never do business with this dealership. Nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

I looked at a car. It was a Mercedes. I showed interest until I noticed the car's odometer was toyed with and was rolled back. I told them I wasn't interested in a car with rolled back odometer but since then for a month straight I get calls and harassing voicemails about buying a car with them-ironically the same one I told them I have absolutely no interest in. They are desperate to sell and it shows. Research their cars and do not purchase their cars without your own independent inspection by an independent mechanic.

Came in to see what they have in stock for used cars worst idea !!!! The salesman was very annoying . Wouldn't even give me one minute to look around not only that but he had to run my credit BEFORE being able to test drive anything not guaranteed to like the car or want to buy it . Not worth the time

My experience at dupage was great. Fast efficient service and helped me get the exact vehicle I went in for. I left with a brand new van to start my family and I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Make sure to see Miguel!!!! He was great, he even worked his butt off to get me the deal that I wanted!!!! All in all best dealer I've been to.

Set up an appointment to view a car. Drove over an hour to get there only to be told the vehicle was sold. The salesman tried to shift the blame by saying we should have put a deposit down if we wanted it held. Needless to say we left and will never return.

Found a car listed from this dealership on Cars.com, called and have been told that the price is negotiable and there is a big sale today ONLY. After wasting 1 hour looking and testing the car and promising that I will be satisfied with the price they will offer me and after finding out that the car had an accident in the past, they gave me the same one listed on the website with no other options. It was not professional and I am VERY disappointed!

Bought a used car that was recently listed online. I came and took it for a drive and decided to buy it with a loan. At first they wanted me to pay all in cash since loans aren't normally given to low priced cars. They helped work through a solution with a loan and I was able to leave with the car that day. I would come again when I'm ready for an upgrade to a newer car.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK today and couldn't have been happier with the experience. I had Salesman Ted, greet me at the door, and knew exactly where the model I was looking for was located at. Quick, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable, are the best words I could use to describe my experience with Ted. The lady in finance (Whos name I cannot recall unfortunately) was extremely kind, and had a vast base of knowledge to work with, and help me with the process. He was able to work to get me the price and payment I wanted on the Jeep, with the extra features that I desired as well. This is why after having dealt with multiple dealers in the Chicago area, the amount of flexibility and dedication to making the customer happy, that I saw at DuPage CJD was outstanding. Anyone looking for a great deal, and a even better customer service experience, make these guys your first stop.

After looking online at the prices and I inquired about a Dodge Grand Caravan I received an email stating the "eprice" and that it was the price that I would qualify for. After speaking with the salesman on the phone and explained I would be there in an hour to meet him if the price was accurate. I drove an hour one way to have him be on lunch and get a salesman that just wanted to argue with me about the price. In order to get the price that was emailed to me I had to be in the military, a realtor, trading in a dodge grand caravan, returning a lease, and leasing this new vehicle! I don't think anyone person would qualify for that! Waste of time!

I made a contact to this dealership via cars.com and an hour or so later I received an email from Christian and his assistant. All I asked for were pictures of a vehicle that had not been posted. He refused to email them to me and insisted on sending them via text message. After giving him my phone number I still had not received any pictures 6 hours later. When I called the dealership, he was unable to get on the phone so I was transferred to a different salesperson who said he didn't know about the vehicle I inquired about but he would check on it and call me back. He did indeed get in touch with me about 15-20 minutes later only to find out the vehicle had been sold. Today Christian sends me an email asking me if I'm still interested in purchasing a vehicle from him and the standard salesman line, "What can I do to earn your business?" Too late pal. Keep in touch with your customer and don't try to sell them something else when they are telling you exactly what they want.

First of all, when I walked into Dupage Dodge, I didn't even have to open the door for myself. Most people are skeptical walking into a dealership with the thought that most salesman are just there for the commission. This dealership does not give off that vibe at all. The staff is super easy going and relate-able which makes you feel comfortable instead of skeptical. I went in with a credit score that wasn't the best yet they were able to get me the lowest rate anyone had previously offered. My mom and kids came with me and although it was a long process, as expected when making the second largest purchase in your lifetime, my kids were able to keep entertained in the child room with toys and a white board to draw on. They were super patient with me since this was my first purchase of a vehicle on my own, they were extremely understanding when I had to step away for my kids. My salesman even got along with my oldest, which is unheard of for her to relate or communicate with strangers. I can honestly say that I will not be purchasing another vehicle from another dealership or salesman in my lifetime. Zach Segreti worked super hard to get me the best price out there and the best interest rate possible for me. But it didn't stop there. Even after I purchased the car, going in for service was a breeze.A few reviews online stated that service was a bit slow and that it took months to get issues resolved. Wrong! Ursula handled all of my issues promptly and was willing to work with my schedule whenever I needed it. Every question I had was answered and even suggestions given on where to take my Wrangler off roading! They either had a courtesy car for me or called an enterprise rental for me if my Jeep needed to spend the night. The maximum amount of time I waited for parts in repair was 4 days only because it fell on a weekend. After shopping for over four months, I will say that it was worth the wait and hassle jumping from dealership to dealership to find the right one for me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone you know and will be a customer for life, guaranteed. Just the simple fact that they are honest and willing to help in every way, even when not needed to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase speaks volumes. So does the fact that my mom went back to purchase her Jeep there too! I honestly thought that a staff which genuinely cares about their customers was impossible to find but I was utterly mistaken when I found Dupage Dodge. I can promise that this is a dealership above all others and if they continue to function this way, they will be around forever.

Internet sales department was rude and lied to me. I get the feeling they would do anything to sell a car. The repair department also seems smarmy. Would not go anywhere near this dealership

I already had financing lined up and they got me a better rate. Saw the car online at 4pm and drove off the lot with nit by 7pm, on a Saturday at that. Got the car 6k under asking price. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The sales staff works hard to make sure you are happy and go the extra mile to help.

I purchased a scat pack challenger here, and the process was seamless and fast. I definitely recommend this dealer if you want a pleasurable experience. I work in the industry and know when I'm getting good service at a reasonable price. kudos to you guys, I will be returning.

The service staff here is amazing!! When my Jeep was being serviced they offered me a loaner to have for a little while until it got fixed. This saved me because I have to commute very far for work. The quality of the service was great too. Will be coming here again for services !

Saw a vehicle I liked on cars.com salesman emailed me the next day that they still had. Drove 40 minutes to see it to learn it sold 4 days prior. So not only had it sold days prior to seeing it on cars.com but when I inquired if they still had it they emailed me yes and it wasn't an automated email. Then when I asked a bout a car on the lot they quoted me a price. I came home to find it listed on car.com for 2000 less then they quoted me.

I made an i query for a vehicle I saw on cars.com. The person I spoke with told me the perticulR vehicle was In stock and told me to come check It out. I told him I would be there at 5pm. He said ok see you then. I then proceed to drive 40 min. Out of my way to find out the car was sold the day before. The salesmen didn't even check to see if it was there. He just wanted to try and get me I. So he could upswell me. Waste of my time. Had he had been honest I wouldn't have wasted my time. I will not be buying a car from liars.

Bought a car (08 Caliber) from Dupage CJD a week ago. Great people to deal with. Salesman Tommy was very helpful. Great customer service as well from finance manager Mandy. She worked out a great deal for me. Definitively recommend them if you are in the hunt for a future car.

Helped my father buy the new Chrysler 200 hardtop convertible at Dupage. Clay was really helpful and gave me all the information we needed before we went to the dealership.
