Making the appointment was an easy process and the Service Manager was very friendly. There was a very pleasant woman and very helpful gentleman at the desk. Both were so friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. There is nothing I would change and I have already spread the word about how happy I was.

Took my 2017 Acadia for its oil change and tire rotation. The air filter and cabin filter also needed to be changed which they did. They asked permission first which was appreciated. I needed new tires which I will get in New Hampshire. Apparently GMC puts a soft tire on new vehicles for a better ride, but they only last 20,000 miles, which is what I have on the vehicle. Thank you Durand Buick GMC for your service.

The issue was we got a "Check Engine Light" on our 2020 Buick Encore GX. Called Joel Baker who came and picked up the car last Saturday morning. He always leaves us a loaner car in case we need a vehicle. The problem could not be duplicated by your Service Dept. and since the car is still under warranty, there was no charge. It's always a pleasure to call Mr. Baker who is always professional and efficient. Thanks again, Durand Buick GMC!

Not much to say, you had what I was looking for, and in the times we are living in their is no moving on price. However I liked Brian he was good at getting back to me with answers to my questions. I was glad to be involved with a sales person with lots of expierience and knowledge of the product.

I dealt with Josh on my current visit to replace a back tail light under my warranty, and also had my oil changed and tires rotated. I was able to borrow a courtesy vehicle, which made my time while my car was being fixed greatly appreciated!! I think the tech was Mike, and the video that Josh sent me, was pretty cool. The tech explained what was being done, etc. Durand in Leominster has been truly a pleasure to work with on my 2019 Acadia!!
