From the beginning of my car buying process, I was shown nothing but the best customer service. The process was not stressful at all and I felt fully prepared when it came time to actually make the purchase. I was greeted with smiles and made to feel welcome and valued as a customer. If you need a car, ask for Tre Scrivens - he was GREAT to work with! Had a very good experience at Dyer Mazda. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new or used car.

Worst place you can bring your Mazda! I have a 2019 Mazda CX5, unfortunately, I got into a small car accident and brought it to them to fix it. (Who would know a Mazda better than the dealership! right...WRONG) They had my car for almost of month. It was absolutely hell and took almost a week to get a rental car from them. Long story short I finally got a rental for $75 a day. When I picked my car up I was having issues with a different part of the car then when I brought it in. I brought it back and they told me "They didn't screw in all the bolts to the axle and wheels." Of course I was mad and once again picked it up.... I had my car for all of 1 day and the same thing was wrong. It was a fight again when I brought it back! Then they tried to tell me that the rental car contract stated something that it didn't until I called them out on the correct information on the agreement. This place has been so bad my parents went to the next town to buy their new car. I cannot wait for my lease to end so I never have to return here. HIGHLY unsatisfied.

Indy Thomas made this buying experience quick and painless. Got to the point and didn’t try to bs me about anything. Filled up the tank and detailed before letting me leave. An all around great experience.

We dealt with Indiana at Dyer. He was well informed and polite. He knew the features of the various models and told us about all options and charges up front, without sales pressure. This is the second pre-owned car we have purchased at Dyer. The first was a Subaru 11 years ago, and we are still driving it.
