This was my first experience with Eagle automotives. I learned of them through searching the internet for a particular car I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential keeper. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 40 minutes away. I called the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with the sales manager Amro Awadallah, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Amro as my sales contact. He was absolutely outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Amro went above and beyond when I had questions about the car fax information. He was able to locate original service records from original owner, of which detail could not be matched... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless.

I bought a used Toyota from them recently. The price was very good, but after the deal, we found that the brakes were a bit strange and the car only had one set of keys...So what happened next is that they changed all the brake pads and rotors and ordered a replacement key from Toyota. Not only they offer excellent service, but the people working there have truly great personalities and will take care of all the paperwork and car maintenance for you. Also, if something goes wrong with the car, they will fix it as they also provide 30 days/1000 miles warranty. Overall, highly recommended!! (I will definitely get my next car from them)

The Best car buying experience ever, both pre & post sell. I started my process via Cars.com which connected me to Eagle Automotives in Arlington VA. I called to inquire about BMW I saw in their website. Guillermo, called me back and we talked about what I'm looking for in my next car along with price. From the time the call ended my buying experience has started. Within a few days Guillermo had made all the buying process available online. The first time I saw my BMW was when I visited the Eagle Automotives Dealership to signed my contract and pickup the car. DONE !! As consumer with a small purchasing power I can still find BMW products any where but, what makes individuals like me go out of our way to do business with companies like Eagle Automotives in Arlington VA is the customer experience. Guillermo is fantastic. His listing appropriately represented the vehicle and his price was very competitive to start. I drove from MD to see him as he laid out the carfax report with me over the phone and his known side of the vehicle. With confidence I drove 70 miles to see the Scion TC he had for sale and to my pleasure everything was exactly as he detailed over the phone. I had a trade in that he competitively offered on and made the entire transaction an easy one. I utilized USAA car service to locate him and make a purchase. He also assisted in my MD inspection by providing a great guarantee of quality which he stood by all the way till i got my registration and plates via mail. I highly recommend this dealership as the owner cares for his customers and follows through on integrity and his word. (Rare these days!) Thank you Guillermo! I will be recommending you to everyone i know if they are looking for a vehicle.

When I first stop by to look at a BMW 530i that they advertise, the car was in the back of the dealer. The car was nice looking and knew I wanted it. Went back two days later the car clean and ready for me. Eagle automotive staff took care everything, all I needed to do was just sign the papers. Great Service! I will by from them again.

Bought my M5 from Amro a few years ago and I cannot be any happier. 3 years later, I just purchased a 2010 BMW 550i with the M package. My dream car. Guillermo Catalan the General Manager was very helpful in getting me a great interest rate. These guys are the real deal. These are not your typical salesman, they are your friend, and look-out for their customers best interest! Thanks guys.

Guillermo Catalan, who sold the car to me. I bought BMW 328i. He took care of everything, he help meto get finance and when i asked him something he always kind and gave me answer. When i bought that car, windshield was cracked. He said he will take care of it and he did. Glass guys didnt do good job but he push them and make them do right. I really appreciate for everything, if i will buy car again, i will go back to Eagles Auto.

Guillermo is a car buyers dream!!!! I just purchased a high-end luxury sports car with low miles and low monthly payments!!!!!!! I wasn't sure if I would qualify since I'm still establishing credit but he got me a deal that I couldn't refuse!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!!!

This small dealership had the best price on a used car that we were buying through the USAA auto buying process. We had financing and knew we wanted to buy a specific vehicle and just wanted to test drive the vehicle and buy it. The process was quick and painless and we were glad we made the trip out there. No hard up-sells, no weird "that car isn't here but this one is," and no aggressive tactics.

After searching the entire metro area for a used Nissan Frontier, we finally found a great looking truck at Eagle Automotive. My wife initially made the call and Jay, the Assistant GM provided her all the answers to our questions in a friendly, respectful and professional manner. This gave me the confidence to drive from MD and once I arrived on site was given a great overview of the vehicle and Eagle's inspection, service and buying process. We feel we were treated very fairly, the process was quick and easy and they really took in interest in ensuring our satisfaction. I intend to return to Eagle to have the vehicle serviced.

I purchased a 2007 Town & Country from Bryan, I had first looked at a comparable model and after some knowledgable insight from Bryan I settled on the Town & Country. It was a comfortable experience from the standpoint that I was not pressured but provided with information that allowed me to make an informed decision. Thanks Bryan!

The sales process was pretty good. I was buying from a distance and had a friend test drive the 2007 Tacoma I was interest in. Brian swapped wheels and tires to give me better ones and did some minor paint chip repairs. They agreed to deliver the truck a little outside their free delivery area to accommodate my travel plans. When I arrived to get the vehicle it was unlocked and had no temporary plate, no jack or handle, and no spare tire. It appears as though the delivery company was either negligent or dishonest. In any event, Brian took care of the missing plate immediately, eventually reimbursed me for a spare tire, and sent me a jack and handle. He also reimbursed me for a clutch that was quite "soft" when I took possession. The overall experience was a bit trying but I did get a good vehicle and, with a little prodding, the dealer did the right things.

Who knew buying a used car would be easy. I've been looking for a BMW M3 for awhile now. I contracted Bryan (salesman) and wanted a copy of the Carfax, I had it before we finished our conversation. I scheduled a test drive and on my arrival the car was out front ready to go. I must say I didn't expect this level of customer service from a "small" dealer. I was and am very impressed. I plan to continue business with Eagle Automotives once their service dept is up and running. Keep up the good work!

Bryan was fabulous from the start, communicating via e-mail, had everything ready for me when I arrived. He was upfront about the price of the car and allowed me to have it looked at by my mechanic. The actual purchasing process took very little time. The dealer is currently under some construction, they're adding a service department, I am looking forward to having my car serviced at their site as well.

Eagle Motors has set a new standard in cay buying. Buying a car has never been so easy and straight forward. My sales Brian took the time to explain the Car Fax report to me in way that I could understand. Brian even allowed me to take the car to my mechanic and have him take a look at it to confirm that this was a good purchase. Secondly, unlike so many people today, Brian honored his word by not selling the car to anyone else after I express my interest in the purchase After such a pleasant experience, I'm not sure if I would every purchase a car from anyone else. Thank you Eagle Motors such a great experience.

Bryan was pleasant to work with through the process. He was responsive to my inquiry, accommodating on my test drive, and made a good effort to make the experience comfortable. I was allowed to take the vehicle to the mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection. Ultimately did not buy because I found a better deal elsewhere, but would be happy to work with Bryan again in the future. A word of warning, it appears they are not very flexible on price (at least for the car I was looking at). I appreciated Bryan being up front with that before scheduling a test-drive and having me come in. My suggestions: Make an appointment to test drive the car and be aware that the price you see likely will be the price you get.

I contacted him to inquire if he can negotiate on a vehicle just by little. He said he will get back to me after talking to his boss in few minutes. Never called back. Also I think he himself is the boss so I did not know whom he was referring as his boss. Just not true on his word and was bit sarcastic over the phone. I heard a lot good in his reviews but he was not the same to me at least.

Was a very relaxed and easy process. Bryan Meridieth made me feel at home with no pressure to buy. Although I did not purchase from Eagle Automotives, I would consider them in the future and recommend to all my friends and family.
