Updated: March 2021: again quality service from Cammie and Ron. They are very professional and personable. When you come to this dealership there are no gimmicks and they truly get the job done right the first time! Thank you for a wonderful experience. May 2020: truly appreciate the work that East Charlotte Nissan did and performed on my vehicle. In addition I like to recognize Cammie and Ron. Cammie was able to get me scheduled early in the morning and Ron made sure that I was aware of what was going on with my vehicle and they were able to make the repairs accordingly. Wonderful customer service. It's nice and refreshing to know when you go to the dealership they are straight forward and to the point.

I went to this dealership with intentions on trading my car, when I arrived the welcoming of the staff exceeded my expectations they were all so friendly we even shared a few laughs. I went to this dealership because I received a letter stating they were interested in buying my vehicle. My first thought was this must be a scam. Our sales person, Darell Bacon was a gentlemen and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was a pleasure to work with. This car dealership has been the worst experience that I have ever had. they did not follow up like they said they would and after speaking to them and negotiating a price on a car they then changed there mind.?????? really. Then I tried calling the GM Brady for several days and he never returned my phone call. then the sales person Tom continually failed to return my call on a consistent bases. what a nightmare. don't ever trust them EVER!!!!! they should be run out of business..

I brought my 08 Altima in with the whining sound coming from transmission. After doing research online i saw Nissan had changed the warranty to cover up to 120,000 miles due to problems with the CVT Transmission. Well my car had 119, 454 miles when i brought it in. The service tech Ron helped me above and beyond what i expected. He put my vin# in and let me know that my car had a recalled part. He took me right away to a lady that put me in a rental. Forget her name but she was very nice and helpful to. They kept my car to check for the cvt problems and found a few other problems that were still under warrenty. They fixed everything. I have never received such great care from a dealership. I truly appreciate everything East Charlotte Nissan did for me. Thank you!!!

I came in to Nissan to look and buy a car that day it was a Friday because I had already spent a week on the bus and a college student. I was helped by a guy named LeShawn I then told him the price range and what I wanted for my car (Preferably fully loaded) but with my mother cosigning I wasn't going to get that. We then found a Nissan Altima which fit me and my mothers needs. We then began the paperwork which it went very smooth and easily to understand. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the car that same day because my mother would have to sign the documents as well and she is in Ohio. They then told me they can overnight the process to here and she can overnight it back free of charge and being that it was a Friday and the paperwork was going to take until Wednesday or Thursday of next week they put me in a rental car free of charge for the week so I still had transportation to work and back. In June 2014 I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra and I LOVED IT!! The process was easy and painless and the service my salesman, Troy, gave me was impeccable. In March 2016 I traded my 2014 for a 2015 with wayyyy more bells and whistles. I didn't come to the dealership to buy a car. I happened to run into Troy again and after some conversation he said, "Let's trade you out of that one and get you some more options." Next thing I knew I was driving away with a new car and WAYYYY more bells and whistles!! Everyone was great and I had another awesome experience to talk about!! I want to send a big thanks to Norman Craig and Ron Digsby. For the past 2 months I had been pondering on a new car because I was well overdue. After countless trips of visiting different dealerships, I walked into East Charlotte Nissan last night and was assisted by Ron and Norman and less than 2 hours I was signing paperwork for a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra SV. Ron explained all the bells and whistles in regards to my trim level as well as all the paperwork. Norman made sure my car was washed and detailed. I can ask a lot of questions when it come to me spending my money, however these 2 guys never once rushed me. Thanks again Ron and Norman for my excellent experience at East Charlotte Nissan. Troy Moffatt was the agent throughout my buying process, and he was very helpful and patient. I had several questions and hesitations that he was able to answer about the 2015 JUKE and its performance. Although he may have just been building report to smooth through the sales process, Troy did a very good job entertaining my questions throughout. He was easily the highlight of the process. Financing was far less interested in my well being and more interested in up-selling everything. However, finance proved to be flexible with my conditions and we were able to work out a deal in which both parties benefited with little push around. Overall my experience was solid, the facility is nothing to brag about, but the agents are patient and flexible to the customers specific situation.

I had the pleasure of working with Cole Sandager. He won me over first off with his greeting, it was very reassuring and very confident. I wasn't really sure if I was going to be able to get a vehicle of my choice, however Cole was very confident in his ability to provide customer satisfactory. He did not make me wait, he was patient, understanding, considerate, but most importantly he built personable a connection and was able to relate to me a person and not just come off as a salesman. Wow! I must say it was absolutely an amazing customer service experience working with Cole Sandagers, or should I say having him work on my behalf. The most important things that stood out for me with Cole is that he built a personal connection with me that would make him my to go to car salesman going forward to my next vehicle. He made me see the positive where I saw the negative. It never fails. Every time I come to get my car serviced they find something else wrong. Last visit was there is a nail in your tire. Ok! Please repair it. This visit; there's another nail in your tire but it's in a place where patching won't fix. I also have the Purigen98 coverage however, they told me that this coverage will not replace my tire when it does. Won't be recommending them for anything.

I just received my 2009 Murano back last week. I initially went in for a routine oil change and possibly new brakes. I noticed that my brake petal was needing to be pushed to the floor in order for it to stop completely. Charles was awesome. He completed my oil change and before he performed the rear brake job, he made sure it was ok. They also had to replace a part (not sure what it was called) in order to improve the function of the brake petal. They provided me a rental and two days later, I picked up my truck. After driving it home, I was still not satisfied with braking power of my truck. Charles said to return it and that my safety was very important. He asked that the foreman see it and perform a diagnostic. They oiled, flushed and did some other things to it which made it so much better. It brakes normally now and I am so very satisfied. Charles kept in contact with me throughout the process. He informed of the progress. I generally go to Nissan of Gastonia but for now on I will ask for Charles at East Charlotte of Nissan. You should too.

They're incompetence caused me my job not only that but they gave me a car that I fell in love with only to tell me a month later that I have to return the car back because I wasn't approved for my financing loan.ok which is fine but why a month later did they find out.. now since they called me I had to take days off to try to find a replacement car so I can try and keep my job which I wasn't successful.so I lost a weeks pay because of that dealership they don't plan on giving back my down payment which was 500 and they refuse to give me back my deposit for my insurance for 389 for a car that they was never suppose to give to me.. now I have to suffer because of those commission hungry salesmen. Going to different dealerships having them run my credit is hurting my credit.. because of them I lost my job in the process of losing my car and insurance along with deposit PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

Don't ever go there.. commission hungry salesmen. They give cars out with paper work a month later they call and tell you they made a mistake.. I've lost my job because of them,continue to hurt my credit looking for another car because of them. Paid insurance on a car 389 dollars to be exact and they won't refund or help even though they messed up.. I didn't lie nor deceive.. worse dealership in Charlotte ... I put 500 down they gave me a car had car for a month now they asking for it back..

On Wednesday June 17, I had an appointment to get service for my 2009 Nissan Murano. The service department was very busy. I'd never seen that many people come in for service at one time. Delores Biggers was a life saver. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and helped me every step of the way. Delores went above and beyond the call of duty. She was awesome! I purchased my Maxima last year, and had experienced reoccurring issues with the sun roof. I had brought it in for evaluation a few times before, and really was only provided reasons why it leaked and chattered, not a solution. It wasn't until Gerald, the service Manager got involved, that I felt heard and confident that the issue was going to be taken care of. Gerald validated my concerns and took control of the situation doing everything that he possibly could, to make it right. He was relentless in his pursuit to fix my car and repair the Nissans relationship with me. Gerald and his team not only took care of my car, but they also took very good care of me as a customer. Quite honestly, I could not be more happy with the service I received and the way that my car was returned to me. This experience totally exceeded my expectations.

Ron got the problem diagnosed promptly on Saturday, and had my truck ready to go mid-day Monday.I couldn't pick it up until Tuesday morning. I had to catch a ride into town with my nephew, dropping me off at 6:45 (snow coming down at the time). I huddled under the service lane shelter for 5 or 10 minutes, when I heard Ron call to me from his door. Ronnie made sure I got the help I needed and all my paperwork was correct. Anytime I called he was there to help. Lex was a definite huge help to me as far as issues I was having with my car. It's a new car and I wasn't familiar with how alot of the technology worked. He spent 3 hours with me (until 8pm even though he was only scheduled to work until 6pm) making sure everything worked as it should and getting it setup. He even explained things to me about the car that I wasn't aware of. A huge thank you to both of them!! :)

I brought my 2009 Murano in to be checked out by the Service Dept. due to a slight slip or hesitation experienced upon acceleration from a stopped position. The vehicle seems to somtimes "click" into forward motion when the gas pedal is depressed. This does not happen every time. The service rep Ron Traver could not replicate the condition when he drove it. He suggested a technician should keep the car overnight driving it home and back to the dealership. Unfortunately the problem never was detected by the tech either. The dealership was very intent to help me with the problem, and I appreciated the effort. I was offered free beverages while in the waiting room, and provided a free ride home while the tech kept the car overnight. They even offered to pay for the gas used by the diagnostic tech driving my car. Unfortunately, the slipping sensation was never detected. The tech suspected it was just some minor wear in suspension or linkages and not to worry. There was no charge for anything. I was overall very satisfied at least with the attention and effort expended to fix this.

I am very happy with my Nissan Truck. At first I was in the market of buying a GMC, we just couldn't make it happen for the both us, and I was about to give up on shopping for a Truck for the moment until I received a call from Mr. Spencer. Knowing my mind was set on buying the GMC truck He ask me could I come and look at this Truck that he had on the lot at Nissian East Charlotte. Without any suscess of working out a Deal with GMC Mr. Spencer asked will I give him a chance with a Nissian and He said he had one on lot that had the same thing the GMC had and I reply this I have got to see, and yes when I saw this Truck I was very impressed. I felt welcome the moment I met Mr. Spencer. I did buy the Truck. The number one thing that stood out was that I became part of Nissian family and that is what you need when buy a Truck. I had one of my best car buying experiences with Roddy Hanrahan at East Charlotte Nissan. He was very cordial, took my information and quickly got back to me with the lowest quote (by far) on a 2014 Nissan Titan SV. I live about 100 miles from the dealership so everything was done online and by phone. When I was about ready to take his offer, he sweetened it by offering to deliver the car to my door. I was sold. Don't go! I drove from two hours away to see this specific Rogue. I even called before I left my house to make sure the car was still available. I was assured that the car was there waiting for me. When I arrived, the attendant brought me a Rogue that was much more expensive than the one I came to see. I told him it was the wrong car. They then told me that the car I wanted sold three days ago. The attendant offered me a similar car, but he could not find the car on the lot. They then offered me a more expensive Rogue with an inferior trim level. The sales manager was useless. The sales manager stated that my salesman was new and did not know what he was doing. What I am most upset about is they wasted my time. They lied to me to get me to the dealership, and they did not deliver. This dealership uses bait and switch to get customers in the door. Don't go!!!

I leased a Pathfinder from East Charlotte Nissan last weekend. When I walked in I was greeted warmly by the floor manager, and introduced to Chris Shea, who would end up being my sales rep thru the whole process. Chris was exemplary. He was highly knowledgable about the vehicles and trim packages, and took me for the test drive. He was candid about how the process worked. I had to leave to make an appointment to test drive another car, and Chris did not try to hard sell me at all. While at the other dealership Chris texted me some info snout the Pathfinder I had asked about before. We texted back and forth with Chris being very responsive with questions about their inventory. Of the 3 dealerships I visited in this leasing process, and the number of folks I interacted with at all 3 places, Chris was the person I felt was most trustworthy and with whom I felt comfortable working a deal with. I ended up leasing, and the East Charlotte Nissan team got me my top choice, the SL 4x4 with the tech package in blue/almond. Chris had to drive really far to pick up the car but seemed happy to do so. I am really pleased with my leasing experience and would buy from this dealership again.

In all my years of buying vehicles, this was the best experience of buying a car that I've ever had!! Everyone was super friendly and I've been back twice since my purchase, and everyone remembered me and greeted me like family. My wife and I were so impressed with Andre! We are both retired and have bought many cars over the years so we were accustomed to a lot of the tactics salesmen use. Not Andre! He is not the stereotypical car salesman at all! He was sincerely interested in what we wanted and took the time to learn about our needs. He didn't try to sell us more than we needed in order to make an extra buck. We got the car we needed at a price we could afford. After the sale he frequently checked on us and would personally address any concerns we had. My overall perception of this dealership is exceptional due to the experience my wife and I had with Andre. From the moment I walked in the dealership I felt welcomed. I had a appointment with Andre Blaylock and let me tell you that besides being very easy on the eyes he was a consummate professional. I always expect good service but this man took things to another level! I never once felt pressured to buy. His easy going straight forwad demeanor is exactly what I needed. I brought the car for NC inspection on July 3rd and asked for complementary car wash. The car bumpers painted was ruined by the strong chemicals the contracting car wash used. We are giving the run-around and car is yet to be re-painted to be brought to the original state. Horrific experience with the core management staff never buy any vehicle from them again or take it in for the repairs!!!

I went to East Charlotte Nissan looking for a truck and ended with a Rouge and a Titan. Andre was our sales consultant. He was wonderful to work with. He was very patient, listened to everything we had to say and was very attentive to our needs. He was such a wonderful person. He went above and beyond to keep us happy. We had to go back a couples of times because of some issues that we were having with the truck. Every time Andre took care of us. He made sure that everything that we were asking was taking care of. I was looking for a car but wasn't sure what I wanted. Drove by dealership so stopped in. Was greeted by troy Moffat who didn't haggle/harass but allowed me to take my time looking at the inventory. I left and he handed me his card. I called troy's cell the following day as he wasn't at work but he drove personally to the dealership and introduced me to my rep who was waiting for me and already had a nissan sentra waiting for me to test drive which is what I told them I had decided on. I told them what my budget was for car payment and what I could afford for down payment. Andre blaylock was the most wonderful person who went above and beyond what was expected and made my car buying experience a pleasant one. Manny, my closer, was also nice as well as Aaron the finance guy. All in all I would recommend east charlotte nissan

I went to East Charlotte Nissan 3 years ago and Bought a Rouge. Troy Moffatt was my sales consultant. He was wonderful!! Sooo Nice, Professional, accommodating, honest and patient and NOT pushy whatsoever, (which I appreciated)! I had a fantastic experience with the Service Dept of East Charlotte Nissan. The manager Ron was very courteous and polite. I arrived a little before my appointment time and Ron got me in and out with no problems at all. Even though it was just a routine oil change and tire rotation the staff was very efficient with time and working on my vehicle.I would also like to make mention of Mr. Manny who works in finance. He is one of the most pleasant person I've met in sales since living here in Charlotte, NC for the past almost 3 years. Manny was very helpful in assisting me in picking out the vehicle that would best meet my needs at the time and was able to get me financed with no problems. I can't wait until next March 2015 when I can finally get back into a Maxima (right now I'm in an Altima).

My husband already has a Nissan sentra that he purchased in 2010 and loves his car!! I was not with him when he purchased it so I did not realize the experience he had. My car's engine went out and I needed a car ASAP. My husband suggested going back to Nissan and I had no problem with that. Our appointment was with Manny and Von, amazing sales reps!!!! When we arrived they had a car ready to test drive and greeted us with smiles and great attitudes!!! After my test drive I knew I loved the car but what made my decision even easier was the way we were treated by Manny and Von!!! They made our decision so easy, I would buy another car from Nissan all over again. Adam Hall also made our financial part smooth!!! What an incredible staff, they rock!!!!! In 20013 I decided I'd start going back to the dealer for car service so I joined the Nissan rewards program and now after 3-4 times all for oil changes and other small things I've been completely satisfied. I've gone by appointment and have just shown up on a Sunday and gotten in/out in an timely manner. All the staff has always been great and Ron always finds me discounts I can use with my reward program that save me money...yeah! five starts are always good but I give Nissan service department "SIX".

As of right now I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I was in a bad situation and went online at Car Gurus and requested some additional info within seconds of sending the message Alex with online sales called me to follow up. That was the first of my wonderful experience- not only did he get me a answer within couple of hours but had several cars lined up for me to look at. This was on Friday 2/28/14- appointment made to come in Saturday 3/1/14 once I got there he was tied up so I was handed over to another salesman who didn't miss a beat- Arnold Digsby. I was given top notch service and when one car didn't work out they never missed a beat with something just a nice. This car did have a dent that they said they would take care of so at this point I must say that there wasn't one thing I could complain about. Pending repair of the dent :)

I was not able to afford a new Murano so found this 2012 that was in great condition with all the bells & whistles. I have only owned for one day, but love it! Rodney was patient & understood the car well. My husband & I both will enjoy this vehicle for years. She gave me all the details told us what Nissan would do for me and put me in a new car.When I went in they showed me a car that was used for customers when their car was serviced. I would just like to say I had a great experience this time around. I had visited the Dealership prior and was just not able to get financed due to my credit history but January 8, 2014 I guess it was just my time. I believe in everything happens at the right timing. I had went on the East Charlotte Website just the day before January 7, 2104 to see what was being offered in rebates and promotions and Micah the salesman gave me a call and we set up an appointment for me to come in the next day. So I went and of course I'm thinking in the back of my mind I'm going to sit here again for over 2 hours and I'm not going to be able to get financed. Well, low and behold that was not the case this time. The young man Manny in the finance department really did his thing with helping me and I couldn't be more satisfied with the courteous and friendliness that everyone that helped me show. My son has been living here in Charlotte for the past 6 years and has purchased all his cars from East Charlotte Nissan and I believe the last couple purchases that he made the young man Manny the finance person was the one who helped him. Not to mentioned that my eldest son has been an employee of the Nissan Plant in Smyrna, TN for over 10 years so we have all become like the Nissan Family. Still have not been able to get my daughter to come on board because she said the Nissan cars are just still a little over her budget but eventually we'll get her in the Nissan Family as well.Again, I say thank you to all the staff that was in my corner and making a positive thing happen. Which this is an early birthday present to myself, my birthday is January 22, 2014.Have a bless year!!!!

Ok so to begin, the buying process was pleasant. Not only did we buy one vehicle, but we purchased two. It seems that the quality of customer service stops once the papers are signed and the vehicle is now yours. Tomorrow is three weeks since we purchased the two vehicles, and one has been in TWICE for maintenance, and the other went in today for maintenance. Not only does this take our TIME, but also our GAS. The second time we took the first vehicle in, they kindly topped off our gas tank. The first an third time, no compensation or offer was made. Went into the dealer today because of stereo issues, and the manager just assured us the issue would be taken care of, and he understood our frustrations. The reason it was escalated to a manager, is because the salesman just told us to call 1800NISSAN1!! He got his money and he was pretty much done with us. But, it was evident why he said this. When the manager came around he more or less stated the same thing. This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever seen. We were told that we would have about a 30 or 45 minute wait, and after 2 hours, the manager comes back and says wow you guys are still here? Absolutely ridiculous.Go a little further out of your way and go to another Nissan dealership, or even better....purchase a Honda or Toyota!! We've been a family of these for over 10 years, and we decided to change to Nissan...big mistake. Won't happen again.

I came in to see Nissan before trading in my Murano to Hyundai. I was promptly assured that Nissan would definitely give me a much better trade in offer than Hyundai. I was shown a used Rogue and a used Juke both not what I wanted. I must say my salesperson Micha was cordial and knew when I got in those vehicles that they were not right for what I was looking for. I was told there was a used Murano that had the features and colors that I wanted on their lot and was shown that vehicle and yes it met all criteria, however, I felt it might be too high for my budget. By the way Nissan came in 1,800.00 below Hyundai on my trade in to me that was odd!!! The internet sales person that I contacted originally tried to convince me to finance or to take one of the other vehicles that I was shown repeatedly after I stated politey and clearly that I was not interested in those cars. The price they quoted me was over the value as I stated that he continued to try to get me to finance he then mentioned 17,000 or 18,000.00 as I was walking out I told him the car was great at the price at 17,000 or 18,000 plus my vehicle but was still over my budget. I told my husband what happened when I got to my car and he decided to offer them 17,000.00 cash right then. Much to our surprise the manager said no it was 21,000.00 and wouldn't budge, excuse me what happened to waht Clovis said??? I called him back and he argued with me that I was mistaken and that we did not have that conversation I assure you I am not in any way shape or form crazy or misunderstood etc. He lied or made a mistake plain and simple he spoke to soon or maybe the manager Mike wouldn't let him do the deal but I was not mistaken nor did I make that conversatin up. I was not ever prepared to pay that amount but my husband wanted me to have what I wanted so he was giving me the money needed to make me happy. Next time think before you open your mouth sales people. I have been in sales for 40 years and I always honor what I say even if it means a loss to me!!!

Yes I would definitely recommend east charlotte nissan! My wife and I traded our 2006 Nissan Titan for the 2013 full loaded titan. Our salesman Justin Davenport was excellent! I bought a used Leaf, traded in my old Prius with 2 keys, but they just give me one key to Leaf, when I asked for the second key, never get answer, I didn't notice the screen between front bumper fell off before I bought the car, when I told them, they said will be charged for the service, bad after sale service, will you go to there?Hendrick Honda on south blvd gives you good after sale service, I refer them to you.

We were in the market for a new car, and we found what we were looking for in the 2013 Altima. My wife had a comfort, options, and economy wish list for our next car, and this one had them all. Our salesman, Justin Davenport, was very professional and helpful. All questions were answered, and any followup issues were handled promptly. We were presented with a price that sounded good, but wanted to sleep on it before making a decision. I did some homework and came to the conclusion that East Charlotte Nissan was giving us a good price and I couldn't expect to get it cheaper by going elsewhere. When we came back to purchase the car, I was pleasantly surprised that the purchasing process was quick and painless. Additional options for the new car were made available, but there was no hard sell go get us to purchase. I literately went into the dealer for the first time this past week. Never had the guts to do so with all that are said about them (dealerships in general). Anyway last week I had to bite the bullet, I had a recall. Well, long story short... Ill never go anywhere else for service work on my vehicle ever again. Yes that's right. I'm still dumbfounded myself how they could just turn me around in just one visit. Let me explain: first before getting their I was just saying to myself "well, I wonder how much this "free" recall is going to cost me?". When I get into the dealership I pulled in and Justin Ganey was the service man I spoke with. All I can say about him is "WOW"! He did nothing but "wow" me with everything from the greeting I got, the free loaner car that I didn't even ask for, down to, "believe it or not" telling me how to even get money back on a battery that I had to get replaced a few months back and I purchased it myself (by the way, I'm writing this a couple weeks out from when I was in because I wanted to see if I'd truly get reimbursed for the battery... Mr. Gainey came through again and really was telling me the truth, because I've been in contact with nissan through a website he gave me to file a claim through nissan so I can get reimbursed for this battery. (NissanAssist.com). Also Justin told me on the phone when they were doing their thing on the car they noticed another part that pretty important needed to be done and that he was going to cover it completely... I'm telling you I know they did it cause I really do notice my car is a lot quieter than before. Then when I picked up my car it was spotless inside and out, with another smile and "how was your day?" greeting from the staff/personnel never new that going to a dealership for maintenance/repair I'd ever walk out feeling like I was the most important person that ever stepped foot in there. (I know that's not the case, but people that was my perception "perception is reality".) plus walking out not paying a dime.... Really I got money back for going. I just have to give credit to all the people at East Charlotte Nissan dealership because I only really worked with Mr. Gainey, I do realize that it takes a whole team of real professionals working together to give me such a great experience that was able to turn a complete non-believer into a believer. Even though I only met him just this one time, he just made me feel like I've been friends with him forever. So if you own a Nissan... Take my word on it East Charlotte is the place if you want good service. Thanks again Justin... Excellent job on my behalf.

{ took my Titan there for a warrantee issue and they said nothing was wrong couldn't find any problem. I went back again a month later, the problem was now worse! They said the rear end was bad and had to replace the entire rear differential. In doing so when I went back a day later to pick up my truck, there were scratches and body damage on both the rear fenders where someone had done a real bangup job! They had to send the truck to the body shop for repair and repainting.After about 3 days I get my truck back. They weren't very happy with me like it was my fault! About 2 or 3 months later I had an air conditioner issue, took it in to them, still under warrantee, and I was told my manager said we can't work on your truck! They screwed up my vehicle and then refused to work on it any more! Are you sure that you want to buy a car from people like this!!!!! Save yourself, Go anywhere elce but here!!!

Angel was awesome. I got a great deal on the Sentra and we weren't even planning to buy a car haha. Hassle free service. No pressure to buy. Angel was actually a customer service rep but ended up selling us a car. I'm a first time buyer so my experience more than beat any expectation I could have imagined. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This is the type of service you just don't get everywhere; it was amazing! We enjoyed our buying experience so much we are coming back to buy a truck! Roman was our sales guy and equally friendly. The manger was eager to please and willing to work a deal at a honest and fair price. John was the guy who helped us fill out paper work. John was so helpful and organized; he really made the final details simple and easy to understand. Just a wonderful experience. Shameful operation! This is a Bait and Switch Company and do not think anything else of them. I found a 2012 Nissan Versa SL Hatchback (Stock #P2749 and VIN: 3N1BC1CP2CK210064) for $11,995. The vehicle has about 3,500 miles on the odometer and the a clean looking CarFax. When I called about the vehicle, I got the run around. The following Bait and Switch questions were posed to me on the phone:Would you be willing to look at other carsDo you mind if we showed you other alternative cars on the lotWhat made you call the price, car, mileageHow soon can you buyCan you visit us todayI know what I wanted STOCK NUMBER P2749! However, after many minutes of jerking me around - the car is sold. OK, we'll see if it truly sold. How long will this advertisement (web listing) be running? Today is 22 Oct 2012. We'll see. I thought there was some chumming of the waters for someone to bite. I nearly did, but proper research will reveal this shameful automobile dealership. I would be very wary of any company that uses the Bait and Switch trick to bring customers to the dealership. Shameful!

Totally Amazed! On September 14, (my birthday) I went to East Charlotte Nissan. I was really hesitant about buying a car at a dealership but this experience changed my opinion. With the credit issues that I have, I didn't think a new car would be an option. I went in thinking I would have to put down at least an arm and leg or would need a co-signer. Honestly I thought it was a waste of my time and theirs. My salesman "Stormin Norman", said he could make it happen. He did just that! He was very patient with me. No pressure at all. I understood everything that was going on and felt comfortable and at ease. Norman also got my payments in the price range I could afford. I walked out very happy. Best birthday gift ever. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.Thanks Norman!

This dealership was the only one with a low mileage vehicle I was looking for. I went there and they were reasonable to deal with. Good experience, they even moved my Sirus radio subscription for me. Other then the difficulty in going back to VA with out a registration and inspection sticker, it was good.

I bhought a 2010 Nissan Frontier from this dealer and everything was great with the exception, that the dealer did not provide me a car fax of the vechicle and upon obtaining insurance, I found that the truck had been in a minor wreck. I just thought that, that should be something that they were obligated to disclose, no visible damage but it did have a claim against it.

Josephine was very helpful and helped me find a car that would fit my needs and would be something I would like. We talked about what type of vehicle I was looking for and what I would use it for and she found the 2012 Nissan Altima which I love. Financing was easy and went quickly. Everyone was courteous and easy to work with and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. I can't remember everyone's name that was involved in the process but I can say that I have been going to this dealership since Walker Jordan owned it back in the 90's (never saw a dealership as well managed as when Walker Jordan managed and owned) and the dealership is managed well, now as it was then. I can see a difference in the management compared to the early and mid 2000's (poorly managed then). Service is always great. Ron Travers is my service rep and he always makes sure that everything necessary is taken care of and that my car is serviced per manufacturer requirements and makes sure that I am happy with the service. There is not a long wait and if it is something that will take some time they will make sure that you have a loaner vehicle so you can go on with your day. I think this dealership is great and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used car and for service on your vehicle.

Took two weeks to get our car after they cashed our check. Went though the Certified PreOwned warranty check. Told it was ready three different times. When we finally arrived to pick up the car, we waited two hours before we drove it home. We were only offered two tanks of gas for our troubles. The communication and customer service after the car was purchased was beyond insulting. Do not purchase a vehicle from here. Once the check is cashed, you are thrown to the dogs.

My wife and I purchased a new Armada on June 15th. Everything seemed to be fine. We traded in a 2008 Nissan Quest which had a lien with Nissan Motor Finance. Fast forward a month to today, July 15th. For some reason, I decided to check and see if they had paid off our trade in. Come to find out, they had not and we were now late on a month's payment. So now we have to make 2 car payments this month. This is RIDICULOUS! Absolutely ridiculous. There should be some sort of law about how long they have to pay off someone's trade in. I couldn't be more angry and pissed off.

I went there to get information to trade in my truck for a Nissan Cube. I owe a little over $13000 on the Nissan Frontier, Kelley BB value is around $15,500-$16,000 for excellent condition. They offered me $14,500 for it and acted like they were giving me "extra" on it when they are really trying to pocket my equity. The Cube I was looking for was the base model, MSRP $14,500 or so. My sales person Tom Robinson is personable and very professional. I liked working with Tom. The problem comes with the manager and finance people. They are very slick and talked to me as if I was stupid. I owe three more years at $411 a month. The only Cube they had on the lot is a 2010 with 1500 miles on it with apparently no more in site because of the "tsunami". In dealer talk it is "new because it's never been titled". I know these are made in Japan, so I won't question that, but come on. There was no price information on the window of the "new" Cube. I could not get a price until they finally had a purchase order filled out for me to show my bank. Every time I asked it was "don't worry about it, we'll give you a great deal". The price was $21,990 with a "discount" of $1000. My credit is maxed out for personal reasons, but with an honest dealer I should have been able to sell the truck, take my OWN equity of between $1000-$15000 and get into a new Cube. Because I was dealing with these guys they were trying to convince me that $390 over 72 months!!! is still a good deal for me. The first question from them is "how much in payments do you want to make monthly". Once they get that figure, forget about the price of the car, you have already lost because they want to put you in a car that you pay for 5 or 6 years at that price. If you are looking at a $26,000 or $28,000 vehicle, fine, if you are looking at something in the teens, you are being ripped off. It also infuriates them if you enter their own numbers on your calculator while they are talking. They want you to look at a handwritten sheet that they doodle on and make boxes with numbers in it designed to rip you off. Get your own financing before going in. I have a Capital One blank check that I will use elsewhere because I wasted two visits with East and could not get treated honestly. I have Scorewatch and noticed they pulled my credit report multiple times. Don't give them your social security number if you are not going to finance with them.

He was very professional and patient with me. I was ecstatic when he was able to deliver me a new car, which had a way better price, interest rate and warranty than before. The sales staff used bullying techniques and were very unprofessional. The sales staff then continued to call my cell phone for months after I made it very clear I had already found a vehicle and did not want them to call anymore. Tom was very patient while I was undecided about either purchsing a Murano or the Rouge. He was patient and took me out on several test drives of the same car at my request. He was also great during the long negotiation process and end the end I was offered a great deal. I turned in a lease vehicle (which was over the limit on mileage), purchased a new car - was told by the sales rep that Nissan would more than likely "wash" the excess mileage charge, but the ball was in my court and I had the upper hand - since i was purchasing a new car. he stated that I would be contacted by Nissan to negotiate - the only contact I got from Nissan was a bill for the excess mileage and then phone calls from a collection agency a month later. I sent the general Manager (Geoff Secora) numerous e-mails - he has ignored all of them with the exception of the first one i sent to him - he stated he would see what he could do and get back with me - no response from him since June and I have sent him countless e-mails since then. The lady at the collection agency told me that normally dealerships "forgive" the excess mileage charge and she couldn't understand why this dealership was being so hard to deal with. I feel that I was misled by the sales rep and I am most angry because I have been ignored since the transaction took place in May, 2010. It's like they've made their money on the deal -the customer doesn't matter anymore.

Bought a 2010 Altima after a lengthy and unpleasant negotiation because they had the car we wanted. Paid half and financed the rest with my local bank through the dealership. Presumably they get a commission and that's ok. They called three days later and wanted to finance with Chase at a lower rate. We declined because they wanted to rewrite the contract. They complained that they sold the car too cheap and wanted me to pay more - seriously! ROFL (rolling on floor laughing). 30-day tags expire in three days and no tags yet or contact from any lender. Called the dealership and they're going to "get back to me". Noticed that East Charlotte Nissan is not registered with NC corporations. Going to check their license with DMV to find who the real owners are. I feel very uncomfortable with this dealer and transaction. I see litigation/arbitration coming and I would never use them for service. Run, don't walk, from this dealer.

In June I took my daughter to buy her first new car .The salesman was very helpful and courteous.She drove home in a 2010 cube that she loved at a payment that matched.Then about two weeks later started getting calls from dealer to fax this paper and that paper.then come back and sign more forms,then fax more papers. We fax the same papers to them 5 times,I started to think the fax machine was feeding the trash can.Finally on AUG 15th had to go back and sign even more papers the finance mngr had just me her father and cosigner sign papers assuring us the deal was still in my daughters name(the lite flickered in my brain).Then he told my daughter her payment was almost$60 more then she planed.She thought she could still manage.Two day later I found out I was the proud owner of a 2010 Nissan cube.I called the finance co. that I was supposedly financed with and found out the had no contract with me.Went back to dealer again asked for a loan acct, number and they couldn't give me one (because the didn't have one).Then the sales mngr held up a paper saying here's the loan application number but wouldn't let us see the paper.I called the finance co. and had the rep talk to the sales mngr to tell him I had no account with them and that he had an expired application.He got belligerent with the finance rep and said he would spend $299 and have the application approved and then repo the car.I was furious by now took the keys and put them on the salesman's desk and walked out.Now my daughter has no car and cant get one because they ran her credit and mine 22times.I know it was 22 because another dealer we went to showed them to us asking what happened. Great first time experience for a first time buyer .

The buying experience was less than satisfactory, including the dealerships neglect to submit my information to the insurance company to cover my new vehicle. Fortunately, I realized the absence in coverage and took care of this myself. However, the disappointing sales experience is minor in comparison to the service I have received in the 3 months since buying the vehicle. The "Nissan Certified Used Vehicle" that I purchased 3 MONTHS AGO has been brought back to the dealership 3 times so far! Once for a bad seal around the headlight, this after multiple phone calls and 1 MONTH was finally replaced. Second for leaking transmission fluid, which luckily was repaired the day I brought it in (still an inconvenience to drive to the dealership). Most recently, my battery died and I had to be towed to another Nissan dealership. The service department at this dealership informed me that my V8 truck had a battery equipped for a mid size car!!! After explaining the situation to multiple employees at East Charlotte Nissan they apologized that this happened, but would not be reimbursing me for the cost of the new battery or the towing fee (totaling around $250). The only explanation that they offered was that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected before I purchased it. Which implies one of 2 things: THEY ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF NEW SERVICE TECHNICIANS; or they believe that I enjoy spending so much time and money there, that I damaged my headlight, loosened the bolts on the transmission and switched the battery for fun. At this point my only option is to report the dealership to the Better Business Bureau with the documentation of my continued issues as well as pursuing a small claims case. This may sound petty considering the amount Im requesting for reimbursement, but at this point it is the principle of the matter!!

Price was OK but rebate in effect probably helped. Do not expect any kind of support once you leave the property. I wish I had put more stock in the many negative reviews I read at various site on the Web. Wheels were scratched from re mounting still unsure why they were removed in the first place. No answers or assistance with Tony had to have repaired at my own expense. Do not shop here unless you are closely related to the owner.

This is the worst dealership ever!! I bought a car back in November and worked with a saleswoman Alice Crawford. She tried to have the "cool older lady" approach but CLEARLY did NOT know what she was doing. She gave me all types of wrong information and rushed me to sign paperwork only for me to find that my car did NOT have the options she promised like a 6-disc changer and Xenon headlights. She was clearly more concerned with making a sale and getting her commission than making sure she helped her customer make the best deal possible. In the finance portion of the sale, I worked with a woman named E. Terry. She sold me the full service protection plan and told me to cancel the rental coverage on my auto insurance because the service plan covered rentals. So I did. Earlier this week I was in a pretty bad car accident and will need a rental for a few weeks. I called Nissan to file a claim and was told by the service department that accidents are NOT covered by the service protection plan I am paying for. My car will be in the shop for nearly a month and I have to foot the bill for a rental because of misinformation from Nissan. Furthermore, I called and spoke with the finance manager (Amber) and explained what I was told by E. Terry. As I was explaining, she AGREED when I told her that I was told to cancel my rental coverage. Then I told her what the service department told me and her response was "Oh, I didn't know it doesn't cover accidents." She placed me on hold several minutes and came back to tell me there's nothing they can do about it. I WILL be filing a lawsuit against this crooked dealership, this experience has been a complete and total nightmare for me and has put a bad taste in my mouth regarding future dealings with Nissan PERIOD.

I was in the market for a new car. I'm young and this dealership didn't treat me that way. I had dealt with so many dealerships in my search for a car and this one was by the far the most friendly and helpful. Mr. Lawrence went above and beyond and acted like a person who cares instead of just someone trying to sell you a car. I would definitly recommend this dealership without hesitation. The service from beginning to end was excellent.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership There sales tactics are unscrupulous and downright rude. To ask their customers or potential customers to sign a hand written agreement saying I would buy a car from them that day, before they would even give me a price or any information on the car is crazy. Then to find out this is standard practice according to their customer service people I will NEVER set foot in that dealership again and I will make sure that no one I know will go there either.

i have purchase 4 cars from this dealership in the past and was a little discouraged by the remarks on this web site, i have had nothing but excellent service both before during and after my purchases. Their service dept is also top notch. They have always gone above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to respect and honesty for a car dealership. If you are in the market for a new car i would definitly recommend this dealership as well as the people i mentioned, maybe the previous reviews just got a hold of the wrong people on the wrong day because this is an excellent place to purchase a vehicle as well as have one serviced and alays have the best selection of new cars.

This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever been involved in. The dealership offered NO customer service, and the general sales manager screamed at me in the middle of the dealership. Without a doubt, do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership unless you want to receive poor service.

We recently traded our car in with this dealership, they made everything sound great and seemed very helpful. well it has been 2 months and due to their mistake and bad business handling they are having us swap our vehicles back, meawhile they never did anyting with the car I traded so now I will have to pay for 2 months of payments and late fees, which is now bad on my credit all because of the incompetent imbisuls. They also want to argue with us about getting our down payment back. So rather than them just crediting us back I now also have to call and dispute the charges amongst everything else I have to take care of.

Made a deal on phone on Monday. I was out of town. When we went to close Friday, they caught us at door and indicated price had changed. Norman had a phone message 2 hours before I showed up indicating final price - tax & tags. Price when showed up was 3k more. They did not apoligize and tried to pass off as not a deal, but a what if. If that was case, why did they meet us at door and try to keep us out of shownroom. Scott was unprofessional and would not walk me on the events that transpired. Not recommeded. Go to South Blvd.
