I purchased a vehicle this summer from ES Motors. The price was right, customer service was good. However, I was told the vehicle has been serviced and two outstanding recalls had been taken care of. I was also told the oil had been changed. After getting home I checked the fluid levels and found all the levels were low. The engine coolant was very low. I did not see any coolant in the overflow reservoir. The oil level was a half quart low so I'm not sure if the oil actually was changed. I checked the manufactures site to confirm the recalls were done. Of course the recalls showed as incomplete. I should have checked closer before purchasing the vehicle and I would have requested it be serviced. I have taken care of the recalls.

The have quality service - very helpful and courteous. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Price is reasonable. Buying process is quick and easy. We will definitely come back if we want another car.

Our buying experience at ES Motors was an all-around good experience. The staff was courteous and hellpful and the entire transaction was easy and without any problems. We would definitely shop there again.

Saw ad on Tv checked them out on the internet and very impressed.Dave(I think) was very helpful on the phone. Only critique is that ad on TV was to short.

I purchased a 02 Honda Civic 9 month ago. Car looks and runs great!!! No issues. I got a very good deal and very easy transaction. I did all repairs in dealership too. Very happy always quick repairs, and they give me 20 % discount. I would recommend this place, if you are on the market for a used car.

From the moment I inquired about my 11 VW CC on cars.com Dave from ES Motors was incredible. Being the rookie car shopper that I was they were extremely informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Even with less than desirable credit they worked with me and got me an incredible deal. I couldn't be happier with my choice of buying from ES Motors. Great car, been driving for 4 months now, had no issues. If I ever buy a used car again I know exactly where I'm going!!!

I've bought Mazda 3 here in 2012. I'm absolutely happy with the car, never had any problems with it. Always brought my car here for service, oil change and tire rotation. Couple weeks ago I was here for service again and noticed a nice Audi on a lot. After test drive I trade in my Mazda and left dealership on Audi. Besides their employees are always friendly and courteous. Love this place! Will be coming back!

I didn't really know what to expect, making a trip from Georgia to buy a Eastern Shore Motors car based on their Cars.com ad. Prior to flying, Eastern Shore Motors president Alex and I spoke over the phone to get the basics down. But it still wasn't buying a car that's 30 minutes away and declining if it didn't pass closer inspection. My flight was a little late and so I caught Alex on that Saturday after 7 pm. He sacrificed some family time to be there to transact. The car was inside garage, and it was on car lift for easy underbody examination. The car was very nice and I decided to buy it. Alex accommodated a discount, got the car and paperwork ready, and I was off with my new car. The car was flawless on the drive back to Georgia and has remained such. As Alex promised, the clean title arrived by mail apparently as soon as Delaware DMV processed it. Made it in time for my birthday registration. Overall, a very good buying experience. Alex and his staff provided excellent service. I recommend Eastern Shore Motors based on this event.

I had a wonderful experience buying my car at Eastern Shore Motors. People there are super friendly and there is a ton of nice cars to choose from. When doing price comparisons I also found Eastern Shore Motors to be one of the lowest. Buy Here, Pay Here financing options gave me a low interest rate (lower than I was expecting). I bought a pre-owned 05 Acura TSX. Car was well maintained and inspected. The car was cleaned up real nice too at the time of Sale. I'm glad I made the trip from Harrington to purchase it! I would definitely recommend buying your car here!!!! "TSX is the best and most reliable luxury sedan I have owned. We love the smooth drive/ride, sound system, exterior and interior design and what not..We would rate this car and dealership at 5 stars since we love this car!"

I bought a 2001 Ford Expedition 4X4 and have had no problem at all with it for over 1 year. I went back and just bought a BMW for my daughter because I trust them. Great prices and great customer service. When you buy a used vehicle you expect some things to be wrong (or you are living in a fantasy) but I have been pleasantly surprised. Thank you.

Very poor job at responding to questions online and on phone! Get there and personal conversation seems more important than your needs! Drop the joking with the guy you obviously knew and move on to the customer already, not make me wait for freaking 6-7 mins hearing your personal stories between each other. What ever happened to "customer service (with a smile even)". As well, should I hear cussing in the background?

This dealer is not trustable at all!! I bought a 2003 vw passat gls from this dealer with an excellent price; but the car is not in excellent condition at all! one day later I got this car, check engine light came on; tried hard to neogotiate with the dealer, but no results; spent almost 3000 to fix this car which is almost half price of the car's value; and I was told the problem had been there for a while; who knows how the dealer hide these problems?? moreover, one power window doesn't work; four tires are different!!!!!!two different brands!!and two of them are very bad!! those small things are agreed by the dealer to fix! but he didn't do at all! now, couple months later, engine light came on again; and I got an estimation from vw dealer to fix the problem which is about 3000!!! the big fix is relevant to two catalytic converters, heater core, water pump, timing belt; stay away from this dealer! never believe what is said in their cars' advertisements! you never know what they have done to the vehicles! and they will never return your money even they sell you a trash car!

This dealer sold me a Civic who needed an engine replacement due to the long term over heating damage on the car. The car broke down only 20 days after I purchased it. He hid the damage by using blue devil. I got in contact with the previous owner's service center and they informed me that the car needed $2900 of engine servicing half a year ago. The dealer took zero responsibility for selling me a faulty vehicle. He claims all his cars are "approved" by his mechanics which is just a despicable lie. He offered to trade the car in for another one and I would loose $1300 on that deal. I refuse to buy another car form this shady dealer. I may have lost a lot of money but its satisfaction enough to inform others to AVOID this dealership.

The salesperson John was not at all pushy but was knowledgeable and treated us like intelligent people. The sales manager acted in the same manner and it helped immensely in coming to a satisfactory transaction. We bought 2004 VW Passat Fully Loaded for good price. All cars on their lot much lower than KKB Retail Price! Good Place!
