All I can say is the atmosphere and the people are AMAZING! The staff is very friendly and treat you like family. Thank you Adriana for the best experience I have had at a dealership. The whole process was an overall great experience. I would highly recommend stopping in. Mr. Howard you have a one of a kind dealership there. 🙂

I used to work for Ed Howard Mazda as a product specialist a few months back and I have nothing but great memories. The staff were a delight to work with, especially Tiffany and Christina who are both terrific MAZDA product specialists. Two other great car salesman are Tom and Brian, who are very knowledgeable about the MAZDA industry and are just overall great people. I also got the pleasure of working for Eddye Howard, who is a very smart and very kind man who truly cares for his workers. He is also very well versed with cars. The service department consists of Ray and Scott, with the help of John. These men truly care about fixing your car and will give you the most amazing service. The technician Johnny is also so well trained in the mechanical field that it will just about surprise you how in how easily he can fix anything. As a young woman, I thought going into a car dealership where there were mainly men workers ( then not now ), that I would be treated differently. However that was not the case at all. The staff welcomed me with open arms and I felt completely safe there. I even go back to get my car fixed sometimes because I trust their service and their reliability. Overall if you’re thinking about doing business with Ed Howard MAZDA, I definitely recommend you to go into the store and see for yourself how they are the best car dealership in Sarasota. They house a great community of workers who are all very well knowledged in the MAZDA industry and also won’t gyp you. The staff will give you fair prices and will be honest with you. Choose Ed Howard Mazda, you won’t regret it.

It was great I am a tow truck driver and had to drip a car off there and I didn't make it by the time they closed so the fence was closed and a guy came out and said no worries lemme open it up and we can get it in there because we got to take care of our customers so I unloaded the car to find out that the person I gave the keys to working there was Ed Howard Jr who was just a great guy thought it was pretty cool to see the name on the building working kine everyone else was very impressive

Recently bought a 2021 Mazda 3 without the usual hassle from a new car dealer. Car sales people get a bad reputation but they seem to have broken the mold, sales reps not on commission and none of the high pressure "up sell" that typifies car dealers My sales rep, Courtnee, was a young woman who had done her homework and was very knowledgeable of the car. Usually I seem to know more than sales rep but not in this case. Highly recommend her! FYI...prcing was very good, I had already received multiple offers through car buying services (Costco, True Car, etc.) and Ed Howard was right in ballpark.

Well, service is fine, however the staff need more training how to communicate with clients. This my second service car appointment, the service department are very nasty, obnoxious, and unfriendly. They need a crash course on public relations. Hopefully someone will pay attention.....

We had two salesmen that worked well together, Brian and Thomas. When Brian was not available or busy with another customer, Thomas was able to step right in and take over the sale, being able to answer all of our quetions and assist us as if we were working with just one salesman. We are not typically in the market for a used vehicle, but with the smoothness that this sale happened, we may return for our next vehicle. The dealership itself is one of prestige, with all salesmen looking out for the customer's best interest. Thank you for a job well done.

We've never owned a Mazda before but did a lot of research on this particular vehicle so we went to check it out where we were greeted and assisted by Thomas Miano who, from the start, respected that we were just looking. In the course of a few days Thomas was extremely helpful and patient with us, never ever pushy. He answered all our questions, and if he didn't have an answer, he would honestly tell us and he would find out the answer (we really appreciated that). Thomas was easy going, friendly, professional and courteous all the way. We felt he had a truly genuine interest in us not just in the next sale. (We've walked away numerous times from vehicle purchases simply because a sales person was too pushy.)Being in sales myself, and knowing the importance of true quality customer service and taking a genuine interest in the customer, I can't say enough good or positive things about Thomas. It was an all-around excellent experience and we would highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a vehicle. In fact, we did recommend Thomas to a very good friend just a week or two later, who also purchased a new vehicle. The experience he had with Thomas was equally as positive. We have no reservations whatsoever recommending Thomas...you'll feel like you're dealing with a good close trusting friend when you work with him.Peter was also very helpful, personable and an absolute pleasure to work with. And, when I had to bring the vehicle in for service, both Thomas and Peter came to chat with me while I was in the waiting room....again, showing personal interest. Our whole experience from start to finish was excellent!!By the way, we did buy a Mazda CX-5 and LOVE IT!

I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 Sport Hatchback at Ed Howard Mazda in Sarasota. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The Sales Manager Pete gave me quotes on three different Mazda 3's which were lower then the price I had been quoted from other dealers. He also got me a lower interest rate then what my bank quoted me. Our salesman Brian was excellent. He made this experience so pleasant. They were friendly and efficient and it took only about an hour and a 1/2 - 2 hours to check out vehicle, fill out and sign paperwork. In all my years of car shopping for vehicles this was the easiest with no hassle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a Mazda. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and very helpful. The financial guy was great and we were done signing papers in a 1/2 hour.

My GREAT experience started with Steve Wilkenson and included Peter Colberg and Bruce Kennedy. Steve was VERY attentive and there was no drama that is usually involved in buying a car. I drove a Mazda 3 at "the other dealership" in town several months ago and while I loved the product/Mazda 3 that dealership was NOTHING like Ed Howard Mazda and their exceptional staff. If you want a a pleasurable car buying experience with no hassles and want to be treated like a friend visit this dealership. I will definitely be taking my car back the Ed Howard for all my service in the future. They are WONDERFUL!! Thanks to all of you....especially Steve :)

I knew the exact model and trim of the car I wanted (2016 Miata GT). Salesperson Brian Helfrich and I were in contact via email and text, and Brian was on his game. I told him the exact exterior and interior colors I wanted and the exact options I wanted and the reasonable financial deal I needed on my end to make it happen. BAM! A couple of texts and emails later he had the exact car I wanted located and he had been able to get me in UNDER my proposed price! I drove down from St Pete to Sarasota, walked in, and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. The paperwork was ready and the car was ready, just as I asked (because I REALLY REALLY hate waiting). And because I've had four other Miatas I didn't want or need a big production to show me where the ignition was or how to open the trunk. (They can do that kind of personal service bc it's important when you get a different car, and they offered to assist me with any questions I had on this new model, including setting up my satellite radio etc... But I didn't need that service. I DID need to drop that top and get back home to work!) I cannot recall the name of the Finance Person, but he too was efficient. He didn't try to sell me extras or sweet talk me into anything I'd' already said I didn't want or need. He took me through the paperwork, answered the questions I had and got me all signed initialed and dated in a nice orderly quick fashion. I have bought several cars over the years at a number of dealerships in a number of states where I've lived... Sometimes financed, sometimes cash... And I have NEVER had such an efficient, straight-forward, no-hassle car purchasing experience. This is the first time I have ever ever ever felt like I was being treated like a PERSON (with a mind and a schedule and other things to do) and not as a "sales target" and the first time ever ever ever that a dealership which claims to be fair, hassle-free, and friendly actually was. WOW! So yes, I recommend this dealership and these two representatives of the dealership. Yes, I would return there for future auto purchases.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation 6.1.2016. Set up appointment online. While finishing up with the write up today.... Lady walks in. Basically was told she was next. Later I found she was late for her appointment and yet she was able to "jump line". She did get her oil change done 1st. Asked write up guy and he admitted she was late. So.... Why bother with an appointment? If you are Late you are late! Not my fault! I had things to do that day. She should have been done after I was done. I WAS on TIME!!!!!! When you are late ..... Ur LATE! Sorry! Won't be back. There are other Mazda dealer around!

I had a great experience with the team, but it all started with Steven Wilkinson. Steve greeted my wife and I with a smile and treated us like we were the only people that mattered. He changed the stereotype of old car buying (drama) into a new and wonderful experience. It's a fact you buy from people you like and trust. The best part was he didn't have to sell me anything. I knew pretty quick that I was going to buy from him.

My most sincere compliments to three staff who during the purchase, document work and delivery orientation provided the most outstanding service and accommodation Ive ever received.Im 75 years old young and purchased my first car (a Plymouth Fury convertible) new, in 1960, and at least two dozen other vehicles over the years. They range from American (Plymouth, Pontiac, Buick and Cadillac) to foreign manufacturers (Nissan, Honda and now Mazda) and never and I mean NEVER! have I been as impressed by everyone with whom I had dealings.Mark patiently and adeptly introduced me to the car (a Miata GT), answered all my questions, and accompanied me on a road test; Bruce expertly handled the documentation and other boring but necessary) work; and Steve very patiently sat with me and instantly answered every question I posed, clearly explaining everything. I was impressed by all of these outstanding employees. The car was a 75th birthday present to myself call it a post midlife crisis car if you will and these three great employees helped to make the experience one I will remember as the best ever while purchasing an automobile. My thanks to these fine gentlemen.

Steve and his associates found the car I was looking for with the exact features I was looking for in a day. I had the cat 2 days after my initial visit. It would've been the next day had the other dealer they were trading with not been closed on Sundays. The team at Ed Howard worked well together to get my car at a great price. I stopped by the dealership a few weeks after I bought the car because my cd player was not working correctly. It was not on scan but would occasionally jump to a different track when I turned off the car. This probably doesn't matter if you are listening to music, but I listen to books on tape-thus to not be on the track I was listening to when I turned off the car was very frustrating. Some times it was on several tracks previous and other times many tracks ahead of the story. I tried to remember the track each time I turned off the car, but mostly forgot to do so. As this was an intermittent problem, I felt it could wait until it needed the first oil change.About two weeks before I planned to have service, the cd player would occasionally not be able to recognize the cd that was in the player. I would have to pop it out and reinsert it several times. Then I would have to advance to the track I thought I was on, listen a bit and then go to next track until I found the correct track. Very frustrating. Once when this happened I decided to turn the dial to music and then to the cd player. That did not work because the dial would stop before it got to the cd player. I popped the cd and inserted it and it stated again. I again stopped at the dealer to tell them about this new problem. Unfortunately I had moved beyond the error message.I was introduced to the service manager who was very helpful. I offered to leave my car for the week of Thanksgiving in hopes that the error message would occur while he had the car. This I did on Monday, Nov., 23. When I picked up the vehicle on Dec 1, it was fixed. I am so thankful that it was fixed.

All of the people we met were professional, helpful and willing to negotiate so that both parties came to a mutual agreement without a lot of sales pressure which we appreciated. It goes a long way when making a final decision after shopping around. Wendy was very knowledgeable about the Mazda 6 and when she couldn't answer a question she was honest about it & found the answer for us. We are glad we could give her our business.

A problem of sqeeky brakes was reason to see the dealer's service department. The Mazda MX5 is 34+ months and 25,000+ miles beyond brand new. The service tech found that the rotors are slitely glazed, and there is still 80% wear remaining on the rotors. He said under these conditions he would recommend to leave the rotors as they are, and no charge for his time. I was so pleased to hear that news. Some other dealer could have told me the rotors are beyond repair, and charged me a good sum of money to replace all four of them. I thank Ed Howard Mazda for their excellent and honest service employees.

My 22 year old daughter did all her own "homework" on the vehicle she wanted. She decided which year, make & model and shopped around. She came across Ed Howard Mazda and contacted them. They treated her on such a professional level, kind, caring, extended themselves beyond. As parents, we felt they treated her extremely fairly and gave her a fantastic deal on her very first new vehicle. We didn't feel we had to watch out for her purchase with this dealership. They were honest and gave her the best deal they could give her. I would totally recommend them to any family looking for a new vehicle. Thank You.

Our sales person Steve Wilkinson did a good job explaining the M3. However when it came to pricing our trade and then the pricing of the new vehicle..........different story! Steve Wilkinson had to go between us and sales manager/ finance guy. Every offer was closely scrutinized as it should be.But, It was as if Sales Manager/finance guy did not trust Steve . Back and forth several times. This was our very first Mazda and we needed to be sure we were getting the biggest bang for the buck. We traded a 2014 Focus . Eventually got a pretty good dollar for it. New M3 involved haggling between us and Sales Manager/finance guy. It was if they didn't believe we were serious. We bought on our 3rd visit. What we wanted they did not have but eventually traded with another dealer and got the model with items we wanted. The Service deal (oil change) was to "over-pay" for the first oil change and then get a $20 off coupon! Still don't understand that! Other dealer offered/provides 1st oil change free with no extra $20 charge.... ever. Straight up pricing!

Just purchased a new Mazda Cx-9 from Ed Howard Mazda in Sarasoda Fl. I have to say this was by far the best car buying experience I have had. I went to a Mazda dealer in St.Pete and was pressured the entire time I was there. Left there and went to Ed Howard. I first met Steve Wilkinson and was immediately impressed by the knowledge of the Mazda vehicles. Steve actually listened to what my wife and I wanted and let us take our time to view and drive the vehicle we wanted. We left the store and we told Steve we would be back to make a decision. Steve followed up with a phone call and we went back to the show room and purchased the Mazda. The transaction from Bruce and Steve was so smooth and my wife and I were very pleased. This was a great place to purchase a vehicle, great price, great people to work with.

We first visited Mazda with Steve in February but decided not to buy at that time. Last week I returned to take another look at the Mazda 3 and Brian Helfrich greeted me. It was Steve's day off. Brian took me around and let my grandson try the car to check its ZOOM power. When I returned on Monday with my husband, Steve Wilkinson was at the door, ready to close the deal. Both salesmen and business manager Bruce Kennedy were helpful and ready to comply with my interests, wishes and desires. I have a great car!! Thanks to all.

I just leased a Mazda3 at Ed Howard Mazda and now applied for a vanity license plate (MazdaMama) to show off my hip, new car (I'm 60+ and a grandma). This was the first Mazda for me, having migrated from the Hyundai world, and I don't regret the switch one bit. Influencing my decision to buy this car was Steve Wilkinson, a down-to-earth, honest and trustworthy salesman with whom I put my trust to steer me in the right direction. No pressure, no rush to close the deal. My kind of salesman. Ultimately, I made the decision to get a Mazda based on all the amazing reviews on Edmunds.com, Car & Driver, U.S>. News and other news sources, especially because of their high safety rating. When you have grandkids in the back seat, you want to be SAFE. Thank you, Steve, for helping me choose the right vehicle for me.

Traded in a four month old Honda Accord sedan for a CX5 and couldn't be happier. Brian, my salesperson, was helpful and knowledgeable. I had an extended test drive in town and on the interstate. When they didn't have the exact car I wanted in stock, they found it nearby and delivered quickly. Brain and then manager met my price requirements without extensive haggling ($1300 below a nearby competitor's lowest price) which even included optional equipment without extra charges. The trade in value was higher than other dealers (Acura, BMW, Honda and Mazda) had offered. Although I was offered extended coverage options by the finance manager, there was no hard sell, Overall I was treated fairly and respectfully and am very happy that I purchased my car at Ed Howard Mazda..

Upon entering the showroom on a Sunday, we were greeted by a personable young man, shown the vehicle we were interested in and given information we requested. We returned later that week to meet with Stephen again, and he spent a lot of time with us comparing, on the computer, the Mazda CX-5 and the Honda CRV that we were considering. We took a test drive, talked money and he was able to get us a number we were comfortable with and away we went with our second Mazda from this dealer. Our other car is a 1990 Mazda Miata that we still drive daily. Stephen was very informative and not "high pressure" at all, JUST THE FACTS kinda guy. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone car shopping.

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. My previous car was a Mazda that I purchased from the same dealership in 2005. When I decided to trade it in on a newer car, the sales people were amazing. I found exactly what I wanted, at a great price, and with a great trade in value on my prior car. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!!!!!

We arrived at Ed Howard Mazda on Sunday after having had a lackluster experience at Gettel Hyundai test driving an unimpressive Accent. My boyfriend's (Devin) 2003 Protege5 was still running stronger than my 2009 Accent, so I wanted to give Mazda a try. We saw the attractive prices on the 2013 Mazda3 models and I was instantly impressed that they were offering more car for the same price I was seeing on the nice looking, yet rickety-feeling Hyundai Accent. We looked at the 2014 models and, while Devin was smitten and vowed to make one his, I was still drawn to the 2013. Matt Masters greeted us and showed us some of the differences in the models and we were going to do a test drive when we discovered we had left my license at the Hyundai dealership. We left to get that, promising to come back on Tuesday. By the time we were halfway to retrieving my license, I already knew I wanted to go back. Unfortunately, we didn't take into account the fact that it was Sunday and they were already closed by the time we returned.I came back as early as possible on Monday and the place was hopping. Ryan Miles greeted me as I came in and, when I mentioned that I had spoken with Matt previously, took me in to where Matt was working. Matt was deeply engaged with another family so he told Ryan to go ahead and run with it. Ryan asked me what I was looking for and I told him I was there for the 3. As we looked at a couple of models and he clarified the trim levels, I let him know that my credit was likely going to be an issue. I have simply never had occasion to establish any credit, much less good credit. He let me know right off that this would likely prohibit my getting financed on a new car and took the opportunity to show me some preowned models and explained the benefits of the Certified Preowned program. The preowned vehicles were all nice, but I have always had an aversion to used and let him know that I was really hoping to get into a new one. We agreed that filling out the credit application would at least let us know where we stood and what our options were.Sad trombone.Ryan was right. My credit (or lack thereof) was not going to get me into a new car. At this point, Devin arrived and I caught him up on everything. He had already decided that he wasn't taking the plunge on the 2014 yet, so he suggested taking a look at his credit just to see if co-signing was an option. Much to his surprise, it was. Now we were getting excited again. While Peter ran the numbers through the banks, Ryan took us out to test drive one of the 2013 models. If I thought I liked this car before, driving it erased any doubts I may have had. I needed this car. When we got back, Peter had the numbers from one of the banks, but they were not the deal he was hoping for. They had hit us with the highest interest rate legally allowed, putting my payment in the low $400s. He let us know that he was hoping that Mazda would come back with better financing, but it was getting late so he let us know he could call us with the info. As it turns out, he was able to call us with pretty fantastic news before I even got home. Mazda came back with a much better rate.Things went pretty much as quickly and painlessly as I could have hoped from there. We came in the next day (today) and finalized the paperwork. The finance manager (I want to say Craig) talked us through the options for an extended warranty and the pre-paid service plan. Since we had saved so much between the $1000 "consumer cash", Devin's $500 return buyer bonus, and an extra $300 knocked off because we're so charming, we went with both plans (warranty and service) and my payment still came out less than my loan on my Hyundai. I can't explain how exhilarating that is. I feel like I am in a markedly better vehicle, paying less money and at no time did I feel any "high pressure sales" that make me dread a purchase of this magnitude. I felt like my concerns were listened to and addressed every step of the way. Every decision in the process was mine and knowing this adds immeasurably to my satisfaction and elation with this car. Ryan was fun, engaging, knowledgable and helpful and made the entire experience more of a fun outing than a possibly stressful purchase. When we left the lot in my beautiful new car and went to dinner, I was instantly telling my waitress about the fantastic deal we got and telling her she should check it out.We both can't wait until we get to go back and get Devin his 2014 Mazda3. It was seriously that fun.

I can't say enought about the people at Ed Howard Mazda. Steve Fountaine our sales rep was very helpful. I had been at other dealers looking at mid size cars and was very disappointed in the leg room in the rear seats. Steve showed us the CX-5, we talked about and hour or more getting information about the CX-5. During that first visit, Steve never pressured us. We went home with the information Steve gave us, and did more research on the CX-5. After two weeks we returned to Ed Howards and took the CX-5 for a long test drive with Steve. We did a lot of city and interstate driving, a good half and hour to 45 minutes. That day we purchased the CX-5. As of now, we would send friends and family to see Steve at Ed Howard Mazda.

The entire sales team went the extra mile to get me into a car, my income was very difficult to verify but in the end Chris the finance manager found a loan that worked and set everything up for me. The sales team and I probably test drove 8 to 10 different cars which included driving 20 or so miles south to their partner dealership just so I could test drive a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will be recommending this dealership to all of my friends and family.

I purchased a new to me 2005 Toyota Prius from them and lets just say they are the best dealership I have ever seen! First, without me even complaining, they offered to put brand new tires on the car! The safety manager just came up to me and said that the tires were okay for at least another 30k miles, but they would order new ones and I can come back in a week and they would put them on and get them aligned, of course I said SURE! Then after about an hour they had found them at another dealership across the street and would put them on that day. I was surprised but that doesn't end this deal! After a few hours of trying to get a hold of my bank, they felt so sorry for me and filled up my tank. So on my way back to drop the sales person, I noticed the air getting warm. The salesman, Stephen Fountaine, assured me there was no problem, hybrids sometimes run warmer than most cars. Well that weekend it just got hotter and hotter. So I took it in and the service team immediately took a look at it through the request of the managers.Well since Mazda doesn't have any hybrids the mechanic thought it could be the a/c compressor, an at least $1500 fix. The sales manager, Adam Jordan, pulled me aside and told me even though it was an As-Is sale they would get it taken care of. I was amazed!! They contacted my local Toyota and two days and a $800 condenser later, it was fixed! They even followed up with me to make sure that everything was okay! So when you go there be sure to talk to Stephen Fountaine. He may not know much about hybrids, lol, but he is a real straight shooter and will treat you like a person, not an atm machine. These people know the meaning of customer service and they have me as a customer for life!! Thank you Adam and Stephen!!

After being thoroughly scammed and insulted by another dealer, we entered this showroom with an attitude. Scott (Sales) played no games and treated us as valued customers. He and Business Manager Douglas teamed up and presented us with an offer that needed no negotiation. Their offer was several thousand dollars below the previous dealer. We were delighted and are now the owners of a new CX-5 Mazda and can say this was a rewarding experience that resulted in a very good deal. Cheers...GR & JR

I have a 2010 Mazda Tribute with 23,000 miles on it. I have had it in the shop 3 times since I bought it and 2 of those times it had to be towed. Most recently the engine would just go into idle without notice as I am driving down the road.It is still under warranty so I had it towed on Sunday. On Monday morning I received a call from someone in service saying that he thought it might be the alternator because his car was doing the same thing. At 2 p.m. I called back to the service department and they told me they would need to order a throttle housing because Mazda support told them there had been 2000 instances like mine and that is what fixed the problem. They said the part would come from Atlanta the next day. He said there is a 99.9% probability that the part would come in. I called on Tuesday at around 1 p.m. and was told that the part had not come in and that they were now ordering a part from Texas. Curtis then informed me that I could have a rental car since this was warranty work. He said he would call Enterprise and let them know. I waited a little while and called Enterprise only to find out that Curtis had not called. I continued to catch rides to and from work.On Wednesday at 11 a.m. I called and was told that the part had still not arrived. I asked if I could speak to a manager. I was forwarded to Cecil who told me that there is a new service manager named Pete. I asked to speak with him but he was unavailable at the time. The part was still not in.Pete called me shortly after my conversation with Cecil. He assured me he was monitoring my situation. He arranged for a rental which I have now.It is Thursady afternoon and I still don't have my car and no one has called to give me an update. I am afraid that the problem won't be corrected even when they do call me since they didn't diagnos it they just matched the symptoms to a database.I may just take the car to Honda or Toyota when I get it back and trade it in. I hate to but I have never had this much trouble with any vehicle especially one under warranty and can't stand the thought of having to go back to this dealership. I strongly recommend you not go to Ed Howard Mazda.

This dealership is not worth your time. Their prices are so far above their competitors that even after negotiation, they were straight ripping me off. No thanks!

Compare prices on parts and service. Some parts over priced and little extra fees added...i.e. "shop charge for repair order"! I guess when you spend hundreds of dollars with them they feel the need to still charge you a fee to draw up a repair order. They also mail out coupons that basically worthless as the price you pay is the price they charge you for the work. I was quote 690$ for a service. When i took in the coupons it was the same price. So why mail me out coupons??? Is this really a deal?? It seems just like a way to get you in their store so they can just get your business. I would advice to get a FULL PRINT out of your service agreement and shop around before you sign it. One example is a spark plug.... Ed Howard charged me $16.28 for one platinum plug, i called around and found the plugs for $3.28 a plug. Now they will try to tell you that their plug is original parts from Mazda and it cost more, however, the plug I was quote is a better plug and rated for a longer life then what Mazda put in my car. When i spoke to the service people about the matter it really did not matter to them. They seem to have an excuse to everything I would bring up. Rather then working with me about my concerns and trying to keep my business they were happy with just telling me that they have the right to charge whatever they feel like. SO I ADVISE YOU ALL TO GET A FULL PRINT OUT OF THE SERVICE, (JUST NOT THE TOTAL OF THE SERVICE), AND COMPARE PRICES. I have used this dealership for many years but for them to treat me like this was the last straw. I will never assume coupons are really a savings. Please let me make one thing clear.... The people who did the service and worked on the car, they did a wonderful job. I have no problem with the repair shop or the work they do. My concerns are the "service advisers" and the way they draw up the bill and charge for every little thing. What ever happen to customer service??? Do you remember when you took your car in and they would vacuum and wash the car back before they gave it to you? Not talking a full detail but enough were they didn't have hand prints on the car. Customer service should be important. But with Ed Howard Mazda Service it seems that my concerns did not matter.

The sales staff was low key, but extremely hard-working. There were none of the cliche'd car dealer tricks. Other dealers in the area provided detailed price quotes for cars that didn't exist, simply to get me to make an appointment. Every bit of information that the sales staff provided was solid & reliable. Test drives were long enough, with varied enough roads, to actually be informative. I never felt as if a minute of my time was being wasted. That's rare. Highly recommended.

Ed Howard is a super dealership all around. I went in about an hour before closing on fourth of July weekend in 2006 to purchase a car any everyone there had no problem staying late to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. I have also had my car in for service work and everyone was very well suited for there position, as everyone I spoke to was knowledgable about the product and treated it as it was there own. I have never been to a dealership that truly cares about what I have to say as Ed Howard Mazda does. As long as they keep the same level of customer service that I have seen over the past year, i will never buy a car from any other dealership!!

This dealership is run the way you wish all where run. My sales rep was helpful and on the level. Management was accessible and more than helpful. No waiting around forever while a rep talks in the back. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The best dealership experience I've had so far. And the servce department was super helpful as well.

I recently had my 30,000 mile check on my 2002 protoge in northern Virginia. When I arrived back in Fl I went to Ed Howard where I bought the car initially, for an oil change. The serviceman, Phil, offered to have my tires rotated. They found I had literally no break pads left. As this was a required paid service included in the check I had in VA, I was extremely disappointed to find it overlooked, considering the safetly issue involved. If it hadn't been for Phil Overman suggesting the tire rotation I may have had a serious accident and he quite possibly saved my life. My experience at Ed Howard has always exceeded my expectations and now I'm a lifer for sure. My review of the service I received in VA however will not be nearly as positive, but I am grateful to know there are still some honest caring folks in an area where most women are afraid to deal with. Thank you all so much. Michelle Ryan
