I took my 2015 Expedition to the service department on 5/4/16, they had it for 6 days which I was fine with, I just wanted it fixed. They told me they had to take the entire dashboard out in order to get to the part that needed to be replaced. Ok, not problem, but when I went to pick my car up, my windshield was cracked starting down by the dashboard! It was definitely not cracked when I dropped it off to be fixed. They refused to replace my windshield saying that sometimes they just crack. I asked to speak with a manager. The General Manager finally came out, got right up in my face. I explained that when I dropped my car off the windshield wasn't cracked and when I returned to pick it up, it was cracked after they removed the dashboard and reinstalled it. He was extremely rude and flat out told they didn't crack my windshield and they weren't going to replace it. I understand that windshields crack, but when they are working on my car for 6 days right by the windshield and then say they aren't responsible for the crack, that is horrible customer service. I can get it replaced no problem, which is what I will do, but the fact that they damaged my vehicle, refused to fix it, and were extremely rude is unacceptable. There is an extreme lack of customer service, especially from the General Manager. This is the first Ford vehicle I have bought and will now be the last. I will not be going there again for any maintenance and do not recommend it to anyone.

I needed more stability for towing a 30 ft travel trailer and my previous experiences with Ed Kenley Ford in Layton, Utah (from buying new and used to service after the sale) brought me back to this dealership. Took my 2012 F-150 in for an oil change and was quoted $40 to include a tire rotation. While waiting in their very nice waiting area received a call on my cell to let me know the rear differential oil needed changing and as I had done a lot of trailer towing since my last oil change I inquired how much more that would cost? "About $90," was the quote so I said OK. When I got the invoice for $228 I was somewhat disappointed (in myself for not realizing "labor" is not free and apparently it is my responsibility to coax that information from the service rep). Other than that this is an excellent and reliable service provider.

Needed to have the transmission fluid replaced in my car. Kenley Ford is one of the shops in the local area that utilizes the BG Transmission Flush System, which is better than just dropping the pan and replacing only a portion of the fluid. The mechanic John took great care to ensure the fluid was removed and replaced along with additional fluids that make the transmission perform better and will help it to last longer.

After researching their website we narrowed down our search for a new truck. We went to go look at our top picks after work. When we got there Jose Murillo came out to help us. We already new what we liked it was just a matter of driving an F150. When we came back from the test drive we knew that was going to be our new truck. We got an amazing deal and the paperwork process was quick. Even at the end of the day we received excellent customer service. From our first encounter with Jose all the way down to the person who cleaned up the truck for us.

We purchased an older, 2006 Jeep Commander from this dealer. Having to drive from central Colorado to Layton Utah we were a bit apprehensive especially as we were trading in a vehicle the dealer had not seen other than pictures and our description of the trade. Our experience could not have been better, the Jeep we purchased was exactly as the sales people had described it and we had an enjoyable 500+ mile ride home without incident. The service area was clean and you could see what they were working on with your car in the quick lube area. Since it is close by I thought I would give them a try. While I was satisfied with their service and kindness, their mult-point inspection they promise didn't go over well in my book. I don't know if the lube tech did it or the service adviser just forgot to go over it with me. I had to ask if they found anything wrong or out of place with my car. While the adviser looked at me and just glanced at the page and said nope, nothing wrong (it seemed to me in his voice and attitude that he didn't want to take the time to care about my car) Other places do take that much more seriously in trying to either up-sale you or let you know what safety or engine troubles might be down the road. I also found the price okay as I usually get coupons for other places that are just as good. three and half starts for service and professionalism. plus - they have the BG service which I am always impressed by their products as I cannot find the gas additive anywhere in my neck of the woods. I would love to go back and buy that service or just buy the can and do it myself. negative - They weren't as speeding as I was hoping a "quick lane" would be. I was kind of in a rush that day too. price $$ seemed a bit on the high side for me, but I think without my coupons from other fast lane oil change places, it is very close to me and in a pinch (like I was that day) I would go back for another oil change. Not my first pick though to run right over again. bonus - The murals and pictures of Ford racing and other nostalgia really drew me in to the great gear heads and grease monkeys of yesteryear. Very nice. Final thoughts - This is not a negative post, both positive and negatives are there. S things can be improved as we all need improving. Maybe some coupons I don't know coming to my door might be nice! thank you.

Anthony was one person helping me with my car. He did a great job helping me with fixing my tires. I had a 70,000 mile warranty on my tires and they were due to be replaced but I had only driven on them for 32,000 miles. Anthony helped me figure out the warranty and spent sometime on the phone with Michelin to figure out that in the end my tires were on recall list and I got all my tires replaced for free. Two of the recalled tires I had purchased at sams club. I went to Sams club first to see about the warranty and they wouldn't help me. I am finished using Sam's club for my cars! I forgot to mention that when I walked in the door to first get help Anthony was very busy. The waiting room had people all needing help. But he still took the time to give me great service.Thanks for the great service.

We have always taken our Ford vehicles to Ed Kenley's Quick Lane ever since we purchased our first Ford. We have trust in the Ed Kenley dealership and those who manage Quick Lane (Jim Peer and now Mark). All the mechanics seem to be well-trained whether for a routine oil change or warranty follow-ups, etc. Frank is excellent as a trouble-shooter for anything that needs to be fixed or done. We were very impressed with his attaching our license plate a year ago as it was hanging after going through a car wash. Also he serviced our 2012 Ford Expedition in May for it's 40,000 mile check, rotated tires, etc. Oh, forgot to mention than he retrieved a favorite earring that had fallen in between the driver's seat and center compartment! He's a great mechanic! Mark and Anthony and Kevin have been great at the front desk -- professional and personable. Lanona (Spelling) has been great to follow up with phone calls after service is done. Thanks - Ron and Shar Hughes

My family, is a FORD family, so of course when it came time for me to pick out a new car, we went to Ed Kenley. I already had a specific car in mind that fit my price range. When I got there, Dave welcomed me with enthusiasm, and was eager to show me around. I told him ideally, what I was looking for, and he showed me all of those cars. Then, he told me about some other cars that I didn't think of, that were also in my price range. I found a car I liked even better, that I could still afford! I left happy with my new Ford Focus.

I have been a dedicated customer with Quick Lane since 2001 with my 1994 Ford Ranger since I began having regular maintenance done. I have been a faithful customer from then on because of the excellent work the mechanics and treatment I received. After 13 years of maintenance repairs on my truck, it was time for me to say "So Long" to my truck on 10/02/14. Now without a vehicle, I knew it was time for me to call Ed Kenley Ford so that I could take a look around the lots. I called and spoke with Dustin Neilson who was very professional and understanding of my situation that I no longer had any transportation that he offered to pick me up at my home as I live only 2 miles down the street. We walked around the used lot and discussed what I was looking for and my needs in a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable as well as patient with me regarding the vehicles that I was somewhat interested in that I looked at and sat in until he noticed me glance at the Grey 2013 Ford Focus. He was very helpful to answer all the questions I asked plus the additional information he gave me. I decided to test drive it and that's all it took as I purchased that vehicle on 10/03/14. Dustin is an incredible Salesperson that was easy to talk and work with so now I'm enjoying my awesome car. This is a good place to buy your next Ford, they have a good selection and competitive prices. The atmosphere is relaxed. You can look around and even test drive without a lot of pressure. Make sure to have plenty of time if you are buying, the paperwork process seems to take forever.

Had a great experience here. Was undecided between an Escape they had on the floor or one that would have to be ordered with different features. The salesman asked what would I like if I were to order one and entered that into the computer. Still unsure he said he'd just ordered it, but whichever one I wanted, it was up to me. Then he let me take the floor model home for the weekend. This was such a no pressure buying experience. Everyone there was really nice. They even teach you how operate all of the features that were totally new to me.

We always hesitate to buy an auto because we've had such bad experiences with auto dealers, but Ed Henley proved to be a breath of fresh air, and a totally different experience. Mike Scoffield is my idea of the perfect salesman. He listened and worked hard to find us the truck we were looking for. He trusted us to test drive it without him sitting in the back seat, so we could discuss our impressions of the vehicle, without the salesman listening in. It was a very pleasant experience. Mike could answer all our questions, and helped us through the sales process without any of the haggling or "dealing" that we had come to expect from buying a car. We have asked other salespeople at other dealerships why this happens, and the answer is: "That's just the way we do business." That's not an answer! and Ed Kenley Ford has really figured that out. They live up to their billboard signs: "Arms Twisted - 0" and we noticed it and appreciate it. We'll definitely recommend their dealership to friends and family. And tell them to ask for Mike! Wayne (neglected to get his last name), who showed us around the facility and told us about the service department, add-on features, etc, was great as well. Thanks to you both.

Communication and customer service reflect leadership (or lack of leadership) values. The statement that customer service is #1 is a reflection of the past I am guessing. The current owner and general manager/service manager are just out to do as little as possible to find a resolution to short comings with their operation and staff incompetence. I highly encourage any person considering taking any vehicle to this dealership or coming in for any reason to cut your losses and head to another dealership that truly believes in customer service. This ED KENLEY Dealership seems to be out to operate their business to be vague and charge ridiculous rates for minor repairs; the service department do not cover details on how much the repair will cost until you come pick up your vehicle. If you have money to throw away, go to Ed Kenley. If you value your money, time and customer service experience do not deal with this sub-standard people.

Customer service at this dealership is below acceptable. Communication from service department and management virtually non-existent. When there is a problem, the leadership stands back and allows the general manager belittle customers and does absolutely nothing positive to come to a positive resolution. The service department staff will lie about what they did during the quote phase and "us" the customer is the one paying extremely high labor rates for minor tasks. Junk dealership!!!

Just bought a vehicle there today. The salesman was very respectable, he wasn't high pressure, and he wasn't pushy. We would ask questions and he'd do his best to answer them or go find the answer. Overall, the process went great and we got a great deal. They were not over priced on their car, and that made the deal even go smoother. The only thing that I didn't like was that they ran our credit without telling me it was going to be ran. I came in with my own financing. I was told it was to make sure that we were who we said we were and a safety measure to us and them. I am still not sure about that part. That was the only part of the process that I did not agree with. I would go back there again to buy, and would recommend our salesman if someone needed one.

I arrived on the lot looking for a specific car and price. I was approached by Russ. He did not give me the feeling of wanting to make a sale. I told him my parameters. The car I wanted was not on the lot and he did not appear to "want" to find that car for me at the price I saw on the internet. Additionally, I allowed the dealership to look at my car. They had it just long enough to run the VIN on it and see all the bells and whistles it had (even Russ mentioned that it was loaded). I had done my research so I knew what the "rough trade in" was and it was in great shape. The team at Ed Kenley Ford tried to low-ball me! I said "No" and left. I went to another dealership and got what I hoped for for my trade in (by $2500). I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will advocate for a different dealership every time.

They were awesome. Every time when we called them, they called us back, like really quick and they answered all of our questions and they didn't make us feel rushed or pressured or anything like that. They just did really good, awesome.

This is my second Edge. I traded in the 2007 I puchased from your dealership. Ron Butcher was the salesman on my first purchase and when I decided to buy another Edge, I called Kenley to make sure he still woked there. He is very nice and not pushy. Every step of the shopping and purchasing was excellent. Steve Thomson helped me understand the hands-free Sync system. I attended his class the following Saturday. As I indicated before, this was a great introduction to the many features of the Edge. Steve was an amazing teacher. He assured each of us in the class that he's there to help us. I believe him. He's a good salesman and ambassador for your dealership.
