I originally scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. While there, I asked if they could check my brakes because of some noise they were making. I was there a little early but they still got me right in. They found that there was a bulletin on my brakes and they had the part in stock. I waited while they completed all the work. I was there longer than I had planned but the waiting area was very comfortable so I was able to work while I waited and the time passed very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I'd especially like to complement Micah (sorry if I did not spell her name correctly), who took my original call. She was so funny and helpful . Thank you.

Sam was amazing again! This is the 3rd car this year our family purchased from Sam. Since he already knew me and my likes, once I emailed him I was coming in to buy a new car, he had the perfect car already pulled into the showroom and displayed perfectly when we arrived. The process was efficient and easy, and Jon was amazing with the financing. We will be back in June to buy a car for my husband! Click to Copy

This time around they asked to perform work that they had already done from this very service shop just 2 years previously and wanted to charge me for it. I was able to get home and verify that this work wasn't necessary and it was removed. But I shouldn't have to worry about this when taking my vehicle to the same shop all the time. Previously, they always been spot on. Hoping this is a one time thing.

Our salesman Kurt was awesome! This is my first new vehicle in over 20 years and he made it easy. This was our first experience with Ed Martin, and saying that it will be our last if you are looking at a used vehicle make you look at what you are getting I bought a used truck I have put less than 3000 Miles on it and having problems with air in the fuel system and the brakes are shot the only help I got from them is we will send you a 200.00 check and hope that helps the brakes alone is about 800 so from now on we will do business with Bill Estes

Routine service… good job. Took one day to get brake light part then they fixed it the next day. Thankful for the repair. Very observant. No complaint. Great place to go. Thanks.
