Service was beautiful, they got right on it. I’m pleased with the job. Only thing is I would’ve been happier if I was provided a loaner. My time is money, and Cadillac is a luxury brand. The next time I’m in for service, and I get the loaner, they’ll definitely get all 5 stars. Again great group of people.

We really like the customer service we received here. Not a big fan of car dealerships as they usually take your money and can’t be trusted, but we got a different vibe from this particular dealership. We had a great interaction with the receptionist Phillipa, who went above and beyond the call of duty just to take a simple message from us for the service department. We were pleasantly surprised so we left a message for the new General Manager Tony Giordano complimenting her and Porter from service. We didn’t leave our phone number because we felt he was going to be too busy to even call back. He got our phone number, called us back and even checked on our repair of our vehicle. A completely different atmosphere than what were used to. He and the service manager Joe Viola even walked outside to greet us when we came to pick up our truck. Who does that! Porter, our service representative constantly kept us informed on what was happening with our Escalade including the pricing. Extremely transparent, honest and responsive. Didn’t expect that. Felt we needed to write a review in case anyone is looking for a good dealership. This new team is kicking some butt. Great job to the Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac team.

I purchased my Escalade through my local Cadillac dealer and had an excellent buying experience thanks to my sales representative Alex Grillo. After taking delivery, I encountered a few minor issues with my purchase and brought them to the attention of Joe the Service Manager at my dealership. Thanks to strict professionalism and exceptional customer service all of my issues were taken care in very short order. None of the usual runaround, only attention to detail and the resolution of my issues. No questions asked. This is the kind of service that I expect from a premium dealership and that is exactly what I have experienced from start to finish. Thanks to Joe my service manager and Alex my sales representative- I appreciate your professionalism and service.

Superb customer service . Always treat me so well, I feel spoiled. Best dealer for Sales (Daniel), and Service (Danny). I've bought multiple vehicles at Bayview and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went in for service. Tires were at a great price. Even so if i find them cheaper they will match the price. Reasonable price for all service. If you have a Caddy get it done right rite here!
