My insurance company is Gieco and from the first phone call to them, through picking up the car this week, my experiences (Gieco-Enterprise-Ed Morse) have been wonderful Rosa Cattaneo at Ed Morse Collision Center did an amazing job of making sure everything I needed to keep my life running smoothly without my own car worked. Because I had several trips planned I had to rent cars and then return them and rent again. Rosa made sure that I got back and forth from the dealership quickly and comfortably. She was pleasant, efficient and delightful to deal with. It was obvious to me (and I teach "Exquisite Customer Care" that this woman really truly cares about her customers and the distress they feel after an accident. She gets an A++Thank you!

I was told that my SRX was "due for fuel injection service" and so had it done. Some weeks later, on a trip, the car stopped functioning. It was towed into the local dealer where it broke down. They spent 8 days dealing with GM engineering when it was established that the car needed all new fuel injectors. That solved the problem. When I got back I emailed the General Manager and Service Manager- they never answered my email. I contacted Cadillac and was told that they were standing behind the dealer. The manual does not call for fuel injection service but calls for the use of top tier gas and an additive is you are not going to use top tier gas (which I do) The dealer who repaired the car said they had never seen anything like this before and did not preform fuel injection service on these cars. Looks like Ed Morse Cadillac has lost a customer and they apparently do not care.

I bought a Cadilliac at Autonation West Palm - They were OK until there was a problem - I was on my own. I went to Ed Morse Cadillac in Delray Beach and they were better than OK and were there to resolve my problem EVEN though I did not buy the car there. It started with JoEllen at the service desk through the service manager and they solved my service/warranty issue. We are getting our new Cadilliac at Ed Morse next week.

My Cadillac ATS had engine trouble while I was 250 miles from my home. My awesome experience began when I called ahead from the side of the road to let them know my car was being towed in. The service adviser JoEllen Gruyters got things rolling before I even arrived. When we pulled in wit the tow truck I had a brand new loaner waiting for me. I was in and out of the dealership in a matter of minutes. Throughout the repair process JeEllen kept me updated almost daily via calls and text messages which included photos of the repair process. She took the time to explain the problem and corrective action taken in detail and I never felt like she was too busy for me. When I picked up my car it appears that it was completely detailed. What could have been a very upsetting experience was made painless by her professionalism. Thats where my praise ends because I started encountering problems with my vehicle on the way home., Check engine light and stalled several times. Since then my car has been at Village Cadillac in Homosassa, Fl 4 times. Each time they get a different code. On the last visit they cleaned numerous metal shavings off the cam sensor. Car has been idling rough since the original repair plus stalling intermittently. Yesterday in Ocala my check engine light came on again along with a message of reduced engine power. I went top the dealer today to pick up my loaner and they showed me the oil from my vehicle.. It has a metallic shine to it. They suspect a rebuild failure. Needless to say Village Cadillac will now fight for a brand new engine as my car only had 26k on it when the engine failed. That is what I requested from Ed Morse but was told GM doesn't work that way. Anyway I went from loving my ATS to hating it.I can not recommend this dealer for any major engine repair work because mine has been a nightmare.Mike ImparatoCrystal River, Fl

We were contemplating the purchase of four different vehicles. All our cars over the past 15 years, or so, were Mercedes...and we were trading in a 2006 ML-350. After seeing the new Cadillac XT5 we became very interested in this vehicle. Our salesman, Scott Ellis, was very pleasant and patient with my wife and me in explaining all the features of the XT5...from the mechanical to the extensive electronics.We also took a test drive and liked the way the car handled. When we were ready to close the deal, I said there was one more factor...it had to fit in our garage. Again, Scott was very patient and we drove the XT5 to our house to check the fit...it fit! Scott then went over the electronics in detail, helped us set up the XT5 as our own, registered us with the My Cadillac App on our iPhones and the OnStar system and carefully explained services provided by Ed Morse Cadillac. Overall, we were very pleased with our salesman, Scott and our experience with this dealership.

If your going to get your Cadillac service done anywhere in south FL, Delray Cadillac is a good option. Nice place, clean facility and overall classy dealership. I would know, I have worked at 3 dealerships in the past 5 years. The real MVP here is Marty Michaels in the service department. He will go to incredible extents to make sure you are taken care of, no matter what. If it wasnt for him I would not only be without a car, but most likely would have lost my job as well due to repetitive issues with my vehicle. My management team was getting tired of hearing the same excuse and I couldnt upgrade my vehicle due to other issues right now in my life and Marty saw my situation for what it was.....and I could tell he cared. Incredible service, hands down. Witnessing his level of customer service has made me realize how it really is supposed to be. I will always recomend my friends and family to Delray Cadillac and always recommend them to see Marty. If you need service, see this man. You will not regret it.

We have purchased two other vehicles from Ed Morse, and have been talking with Jack Lebo about this trade for a little while now. We felt no pressure and we wanted to be sure we were going to get the car we wanted. Since they did not have exactly what we were looking for they found a few options at other dealers in the area. Once we made the decision on which one we wanted they made arrangements to bring it in. Jack, Chris and Gil know their products and know how to take care of their customers. Usually , when an owner has to forfeit their vehicle for repair, the expectation of hassle comes to mind. Rosa has an uncanny, second nature ability to alleviate all of those concerns. She updated me with prompt regularity and addressed every detail of the repair order. Her reassuring follow through is the very best of customer service. She coordinated all arrangements for car rental and transfer / return to the Toyota dealership for a service check up, She saved me so much time. I can say with certainty that I can count on Rosa to go the extra mile as she masters her responsibilities with ease. What I viewed as just another headache was transformed into a pleasant experience. She is committed to her job and by her own admission, loves what she does. I recently went to Ed Morse Cadillac Collision center. I had been to 3 other places for estimates prior to and I knew this was the spot. Rosa was amazingly helpful, caring, and accommodating. I asked her if she worked there and her response was "do you think I wear this cadillac shirt for fun?"I was looking at her face and did not see the word cadillac on her forehead, thats why I asked her the question. I contacted the dealer via email first and started a dialog with Michael Tavin. He was very willing to provide the answers to all my questions without us speaking. I then made an appointment to come to the dealer. Once there he introduce us to Billy Austin. Billy was a pleasure to deal with during the purchase process. I bought a CTS from this dealership and has a great experience. The Internet sales man Micheal was very patient and professional. I took several days after each test drive to contemplate the purchase. Micheal never tired. He was persistent but not pesky. He was interested in getting me information so I could make an informed decision for what met my needs at a price I could afford. The transaction went well and there was no high sales pressure to buy the add ons after agreeing to the price. This dealership gave me a new and improved impression on. I visited the showroom to see if there was a previously owned CRX suitable for us. Mike met us and went to HUGE trouble to find one and called us to see it a couple of days later. It was the perfect dream car for us BUT being British without an SSN and Florida licence, I needed to get insurance which turned out to be tough. Mike held the car for me and found out all about insurance for English drivers. We got insured and made a deal. We are SO happy with the car and he even went out of his way to get me a new handbook which was missing and I enjoy my weekly 'pit stops' at the customer service area and chat to Mike who always has helpful suggestions. Bernie Zuccaro provided superb service during my recent purchase of a new CTS. Although I have driven Cadillacs for 36 years, this was the first time I had been to Ed Morse Cadillac. When I took the quote to another Cadillac dealership, they accused me of lying to them about the price quote I have. That was in 2009. Over the past 25+ years I have purchased dozens of vehicles. Most of the time the experience can be very stressful and time consuming. Worst experience at the dealership today. I have a Cadillac lease and planned on trading it and keep loyal to Cadillac but today just erased any good memory of your company. I went with a friend and not one person said a hello or offered to help us. We stood there 25 minutes and no one helped. An older lady walks in alone and 3 men jumped to help her. I guess they know which ones to fish and rip off. Where is the customer service. We walked by every single employee including the lady up front and no hello can we help you , or even a wave or a smile. I own a hospitality business and yes I may be young but doesn't mean I am not successful or not worth at least acknowledging. I also went to check on a seat replacement because mine ripped which was ordered over 2 months ago. I had a gentleman check on the order and he said after 60 days of waiting it got sent back. I was never told it arrived. I also wouldn't be able to replace the seat myself. What happened to this place I used to tell everyone was warm and friendly. Is it because novembers quota passed a week ago so there's no rush or incentive?? I went to range river last week and almost traded my car in but hesitated in order to give Cadillac a chance in changing my mind. I complained to the sales manager how not one person acknowledged me. He stood up walked into the floor and never spoke to me again because he couldn't say anything from embarrassment. He should've tried to mediate but he just let me walk out and didn't bother.Garry I believe from the service department is the only one who helped me and apologized for what happened. The only ones who have always been friendly and inviting are the service department. Murray as well if he would just remember to let me know my seat replacement came in . Im driving a luxury vehicle with a ripped seat thats cracked because of the sun for months . I actually got my car here and was a loyal customer until now.

Joe was the first person I met and although he asked to not be included in this review I had to do it, he was very welcoming. He introduced me to Bernie, who went over the options with me. I also spoke to Jerry briefly who also made me feel very welcomed. Bernie constantly reminding me that "this is Cadillac" whenever I questioned quality (which was mulitple times). And a quality vehicle is definately what I recieved after my purchase of my CTS Coupe. Jeff was exceptional during the loan process and ALL employees where willing to answer my questions without hesitation to the fullest extent. I leased a new 2014 Cadillac CTS 2.0 Luxury Sedan from Ed Morse Cadillac in Delray Beach, FL. My salesman Bernie Zuccaro did an excellent job going over my buy vs lease options and he let me take a test drive in a CTS 2.0 engine auto. Bernie was not pushy and tried to make the deal work to everyone's benefit. Kurt Dennis went over my lease options and negotiated my trade in of my 2008 CTS that I owned and my 2012 CTS that I was leasing; we came to a great decision on what would be best for me. My service manager who has taken care of my maintenance and service on my 2008 and 2012 CTS autos, explained what services would be necessary in the future, so I would be able to determine whether to keep what I have or lease a new vehicle. Mike has always been upfront and honest with me on my service needs. Lastly Patti Lowe is a straight forward and friendly business manager. She went over the various paperwork, and was not pushy on extra options that I should consider purchasing. In the end I purchased one valuable protection plan that I am happy that I purchased. Our salesman was extremely helpful. We test drove the new base model cts and didn't like the way it drove. So we drove a 2013 cts which had the v6 and liked that better. However we wanted to lease a car now that we are older rather than purchase and could not lease the 2013. So Dick suggested the V6 luxury model 2014 CTS and put together a lease we could live with using our Volvo as a trade/payment. We were very satisfied with what he put together and are very happy with the car. When we came in on Friday morning to do the paperwork and pickup the car Patty was very efficient and friendly. She explained all the details of the lease as we hadn't leased in many years. Then Richard helped us to sync our phones in the car and showed us all the fine points. We also were shown the service area for future reference. He was very helpful and took a great deal of time. We even called 2 days later and asked our salesman if our old car was still around as we had forgotten and left something in it. Richard took the time to look and put it aside for us - definitely above and beyond. We will recommend this dealership and refer friends to our salesman.

My wife and I both have a Cadillac, and lately we have been experiencing electronic and computer problems. We have been using Garry Frommelt in the service dept for general service tires, oil changes, etc.. Computer and electronic problems can be very frustrating when they come and vanish quickly. But Gary treated each problem seriously and knowledgeable and was able to have these repairs completed at a reasonable cost if not covered by factory warranty. OK, so I traded in my cream-puff 2002 325i (with sports package) BMW and got a 2013 ATS Luxury. The selling price of the car was OK (around invoice) and I felt that I got a real good deal with the trade-in. When we got the car home and had a good chance to really look a it, there were two glaring problems that made us very unhappy. I called Mark Settler two days later (got the car on Saturday and Sunday was Easter Sunday, so had to wait until Monday). Mark immediately said that I shouldn't worry and that all would be resolved to my fullest satisfaction. And, indeed, Mark and the dealership bent over backwards to rectify the situation. Honestly, I couldn't believe how "they jumped through the hoops" to please us, while maintaining a very friendly approach, and yet being very professional at the same time. I am a very happy camper and the moral of the story is: Nothing in this world is 100% and problems will always arise here and there. Of course, it is import to limit the problems beforehand, but just as important is how well you handle those problems. Mark Settle and Ed Morse Delray Cadillac are tops!

I went to Ed morse to buy a new Cadillac and the sales force which included Don Faith and George Hellbrig were extremely helpful and polite. The overall performance was pleasant and I will do again on my next purchase and recommend them for anyone interested in puchasing a vehicle from that dealership. Unfortunately, there was an immediate mechanical issue with my new XTS and I was told I had to bring it back twice for service. Even though I felt very inconvenienced with this, Ed Morse's service department took care of the matter asap and provided me with some perks to make me feel better about the inconvenience which in return made me very happy. Below is a summary of my experience at Ed Morse at Delaray. However, I was contacted by the General Manager of the dealearship, Richard Denahy (in response to my post through this service). He was very curteous and listened to my complaints. He apologized for the experience, and was not at all defensive. He seems to get the adage that the customer is always right. More importantly, he refunded all of charges, and is sending a check to cover the expenses at the other shop. I feel very few managers would do this. So Mr.Denahy represented the dealership very well and was very professional. I am 45 years old and have never received such lousy service at a dealership or any type of auto repair shop. Firstly, my appointment time was scheduled an hour later than what I was told so I waited an additional hour for service while Mr. Fagen was at lunch. When I first arrived I was told by a service person named Randall that my 2003 CTS looked great, especially for its age, but was basically junk because it was based off the catera platform so, "it's just an opel", he said. When Mr. Fagan arrived they put the car in and an hour later diagnosed the car as having throttle body problems, and said it also needed a new sepentine belt. They said it would need a new throttle body and fuel filter for $1,328.00 and a new belt for $149.00. I looked at the belt and authorized them to install the new one. I asked what exactly was wrong with the throttle body and Mr. Fagen couldn't give me a straight answer, so he went and asked a tech and came back telling me a sensor was bad in the unit and it could no longer re-learn. I decided to take it elsewhere for a second opinion. I and asked them to clear the check engine code before we left, to see if it would re-code. Another gentleman (didn't get the name) hatefully told me they couldn't clear the code because, "I didn't want it fixed." In total, I was there for 4 hours (they had to get the belt from somewhere else because it wasn't in stock), and even the cashier was rude. She never smiled, mentioned our name, or so much as said thank you when we paid. In summary, 4 hours, smart alec comments, poor service, condecending attitudes, and the lack of even basic customer service. I luckily found German Auto World and Joe Barmichael. No new throttle body needed, just a bad connection that he repaired, and the car is back to normal. So on top of it all they were going to perform service not needed, with an expensive part not needed for over $1,300, and not even be courteous while doing so.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Ironically, I never even thought I could afford a new Cadillac. I had originally gone into Delray Kia across the street from Cadillac and had such a horrible experience there with the "bait and switch" tactics and game playing, that I drove across the street to the Cadillac dealership just to calm down! After a short time, I decided to go inside and inquire about any 2012 SRX leftovers. I had the great fortune to work with Cathy Iacoviello who, although was on her way out, put her things down immediately to take me out back to see the available cars, even though I had no prior appointment. Cathy was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was a pleasure to deal with. She took me on a test drive where I promptly fell in love with the SRX! It was unbelievable to me that for a few thousand dollars more than I was going to spend on a Kia, I could actually own a Luxury Cadillac. John Catalano, New car Mgr, was also wonderful and helped me locate the perfect car for me, a beautiful Red SRX Luxury Edition with sunroof, beautiful leather interior and wood accents. Patty Lowe, the Business Mgr, made the car buying process painless and although she does go over the available packages, there is definitely NO high pressure sales tactics. I felt important to them, and it was obvious everyone is happy working there as every single associate I passed was happy and smiling. I couldn't be happier with my experience with them, and with my beautiful new car. This is the only dealership I will ever use. After having problems with headlights, I was told come in and I got 2 new lights and they fixed a few of my other concerns. I came in for service for my 2011 SRX. I was greeted my Martin and he did the paperwork. He said I would wait approximately 1 hour. My car was done as promissed and Michael closed the visit and both gentlemen were pleasant, professional and great to deal with. The auto is great but BERNIE ZUCCARO is the most thorough patient and ever so knowledgeable about the working of this automobile. We were upfront with Jeff that we were not planning on buying, just looking and were fairly certain that we wouldn't be able to afford a Cadillac. This was my most pleasant, trouble-free car buying experience ever (I have purchased at least a half dozen new cars and at least as many used vehicles, all from dealers). It was essentially a no-hassle experience with all my initial expectations met and/or exceeded. The car contains many features unfamiliar to me but all were effectively and efficiently explained by my sales rep. I felt completely at home and comfortable with the car before I even got it home.Obviously I've had no experience with the service aspect of this dealership, but from all observations that appears to be a well-run and clean facility. I would high recommend Ed Morse Cadillac dealership. Our over all experience was great. We test drove a car at another dealership and once we decided that we were going to get the cts luxury model it was really about price and customer service. I dealt with Jerry, the Internet manager and told him exactly what I was looking for, color, options etc. I told him I was shopping other dealerships and I needed his best price. He gave me his best price. Unlike all the other dealerships who didn't want to give a price and just said we can meet or beat any legit offer. Jerry just gave me a number and said this is the best we can do. No pressure, just happy to answer the several questions I had and said they would be available to test drive it whenever it was most convenient for us. His price was significantly better than everyone else. The other dealers were positive there would be other fees at signing or some kind of trick. He insisted the price was the price and no games. We went to test drive it hoping it was true and not one of those last minute oh we thought you meant the base model, bait and switch deal. When we got to the dealership with dealt with Don, 20 some years at this dealership who was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, showed us some features we didn't know the car had. As we were test driving it he had his people working on all the paper work. He gave us as much time as we needed to decide and not once did we feel pressured. From the time we said yes it took 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork while they detailed the car and filled the tank. 20 minutes and not 2 hours, unbelievable but true. From getting the price to driving away it was nothing but friendly, professional people. I highly recommend them. My wife absolutely loves the car and they could not have made it any easier than they did. Best part was that his price was significantly better than the rest. I have always thought of Cadillac as grandpa's car and figured we would be getting a mercedes or beamer but now I'm extremely impressed by the new CTS sedan. If you're in the market for a luxury car, all I can say is drive both and it will be a no brainer. Plus it feels great to buy an AMERICAN car not just because it's made here but because it's better.

Took in my 03 deville for AC problem. Replaced blower motor. Inspection indicated needed new power stering fluid and flush. They said it was in bad shape. Just two weeks earlier Tire Kingdom flushed and replaced the fluid. Also was quoted $159.00 to replace one tag lamp!!!!! They said it was quite cumberson to replace it. I replaced it myself in less that two minutes. Housing poped out with a putty kinfe. Lamp cost $2.49 at walmart.

This place is a pure rip off. I asked for a quote on a front brake job for My 2005 CTS Sport. They quoted me $440, if new rotors were needed $900+. I called Maroone Cadillac and they charge $250 complete including cutting the rotors. New Rotors would add $200.I had the job done at my Tire Dealer, Firestone in Boca, they charged me $149 including cutting the rotors and installing dust free ceramic linings. I had clutch problems on my car, took it to Ed Morse 12 times, got no satisfaction, and was told there was no problem. I was about to file a lemon law suit (the lawyer said we has a 99% chance of winning big), when Cadillac called and had me take the car to Maroone Cadillac in West Palm Beach. They believed me, took the car apart, found a defective clutch slave cylinder had fried my clutch, and a broken drive shaft mount. They did $4,500 worth of work to make the car perfect, and everything was covered under my warranty. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Ed Morse Cadillac.
