The service rep I had, Steve Brenis, went above and beyond my expectations as far as customer service goes. A complete professional with a knack for keeping it real. His answers and responses to my questions and concerns we're detailed and honest. I had some problem with the air cooling and fan . There was little or no cooling and lots of noise from the fans. I brought the car in and Mike Beas handled the problem, which turned out to be non existent. Whatever it was, it's gone.Mike was very supportive and exercised cooling system to recreate the problem, but to no avail. He was terrific considering the situation.It was just one more time that I received excellent care by the staff.

This dealership prides itself in providing the best there is in customer care. In a world that seems to be driven by technology the staff and management take pride in the "human" connection, by providing all one's automotive needs without the stress and combativeness that is the order of todays business model. Yes they still use the telephone and will converse one on one, and take the time to explain the what and how. My most recent visit was a perfect example, I was late for my appointment, yet the service advisor was friendly, courteous and proceeded in a professional manner without comment and my wait time was accompanied by a warm friendly atmosphere.

New to the area and brought in my wife's new SRX for normal scheduled service. Jo Ellen was my service advisor, and she delivered a great client experience. Engagement was immediate upon arrival, service was explained thoroughly, time expectations were exceeded, and all delivered with a superior level of professionalism. Only access to a loaner vehicle would have made this the World Class experience that the Cadillac brand should be associated with. C'mon Cadillac... That's an easy fix!

As a widow, I am very much aware of the necessity of dealing with reputable and reliable individuals. The Ed Morse Cadillac dealership is outstanding. The left front tire of my Cadillac was pierced by a very large construction screw.When I phoned Marty Michaels, the Service Advisor, he told me to bring my car in immediately, and that it would be repaired immediately. My safety while driving is of paramount importance to me! Marty had the tire repaired within the hour, and I was on my way! It is a pleasure dealing with him and Ed Morse!!

I have been a customer for several years and several Cadillacs. This was the first warrantee problem with this car and Gary Frommelt my service adviser had everything under control. Done on time, done right the first time and good customer service. I took advantage of the free shuttle service and was pleased when Steve G., service manager checked in with me at pickup to make certain all was well. I recommend and use this dealer.

I received a letter stating that there was a recall for a repair to the seat belts. I spoke to Carolyn who very promptly checked to see if the part was in. She made arrangements for service and told me to see Murray as my service manager and asked me what day would be good for me. I can only say that in all the years I have owned cars I never received the type of service I got from these two people. They were both very efficient in what they each had to do. When I arrived for the repair the car was immediately checked in and water put into the windshield washer. Murray then proceeded to write up the order and offered me a loaner if I wanted it. I can only reiterate the total efficiency in the way everything was taken care of and the pleasant feeling I had in dealing with both people and Ed Morse Cadillac.

My 2008 DTS was called in for a recall on the ignition key it was like a 2 and half hour wait but all considered not bad because the flow of cars coming into the service area was mind boggling,my service advisor Marty Mitchell is a great guy and the rest of the staff are very nice and courteous.

I already own a 2007 CTS and was in need of another vehicle. The CTS is the best car I've ever owned and I've had quite a few cars over the years. I visit Ed Morse Cadillac in Delray for my regular maintenance and am always pleased how friendly and accommodating everyone is in the service dept. I searched cars.com and saw Ed Morse in Delray had several pre-owned CTS's in stock. I sent an e-mail for more information on one particular vehicle and was called within minutes by Jerry Thaw who told me the car was still available and answered some questions I had about it. The next day I went over to check it out and was helped by Dennis Oblow who was very patient as I looked over several cars for an hour or more. I was very interested in two vehicles and needed to take a day to think it over. At no time did I ever feel pressured to make a decision right away like at most dealerships. I called Dennis the next morning to tell him which vehicle I was going to purchase. When I arrived a few hours later the car was waiting for me perfectly detailed and he even touched up a few things on the car for me. I was on the road a couple hours later with a beautiful car and a full tank of gas to boot. Thanks again Ed Morse for another exceptional experience.
