Thank you very much to the Ed Morse Honda Service department, especially Zachary G! This morning my cars battery died very unexpectedly while I was preparing to go on vacation with my family. Big problem! Luckily Honda Roadside assistance quickly came to give me a jump and the service dept was able to give me an immediate appointment and get my battery changed in about 20 minute or less, much faster than I was expecting. Thanks very much we will remember this when our lease is up!

Honestly, this place probably does overall a great job with their customer service. But I can't speak to that based on my experience. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I sat in my car for 30 minutes before being sent to go wait. If they are busy, I get it. But good customer service is informing your customers along the way. I won't lie, it made me flustered. But the technician who helped did provide a slight discount which was an effective service recovery, and I appreciated it. But it was overall minute in the whole experience. It was a 3-4 hour wait just for those services. I understand its WPB and its busy but that is a long time when we are all busy individuals. Lastly, I wanted to discuss with the sales team about my upcoming lease ending. They sent out an overhead page. No one came up. Took my phone number. Reasonable, right, if they are all busy. No call. Nothing. So, yes, the customer service could have been much, much better. They failed in numerous areas to do so, so that's why I can't give much of a positive review. I will take my business to another Honda dealership.

Let me start by saying I have had my Honda for about 7 years and boy has it treated me well. Abraham in the service department is A class and is nothing but the best. However my experience today was upsetting. Raul Lopez was nothing but unprofessional. People have bad days and I get that however it should never be apparent to the customer. After providing me numbers for a lease that should have been for a car worth about $48000 not $33000 decided that he did not even want to try and gain my business as “we will sell this car”. It is disappointing that because of the current market some car dealers feel it is necessary to charge more because they can, it is unethical.

We recently bought a used, first car, for our daughter at Ed Morse Honda. We thought purchasing it from a reputable dealer would ensure that the car was inspected and would be safe for our daughter to drive. A couple weeks after buying the car we started having major problems with the car that made it unsafe for our daughter to drive. The cost of the repairs are over $2500. My husband asked for them to refund the $899 dealers fee to offset the cost of the repairs but they refused. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here. We thought safety would be a priority when buying a used car from Ed Morse Honda but obviously not. Update....we contacted Chris as suggested. He was supposed to get back with us and never did. I've emailed him twice and still no reply.

I was in the unfortunate position of having to buy a car as the repairs to my beloved crv were going to be more than the car was worth. I asked my service manager to direct me to the used car department. Logan introduced me to Jim Lamont. He was very helpful, did not try to diredt me to something I did not want, patiently showed me cars. I bought a Pilot, and am very very happy with my purchase. The entire process from arriving on the lot in a tow truck, to,leaving in my new used car took about four hours, that includes test drives! Thanks to everyone who helped me turn a sad bad day into a good, painless day!

I just bought a car from Ed Morse Honda today and had an amazing experience. The saleswoman Toni Quatrale could not have been more helpful. There was no pressure to buy, and she was so kind. The finance woman, Hadeer, worked tirelessly to find me the best possible finance options. Hadeer was very carrying and applied no pressure to buy. I have never had a better car buying experience. I usually dread having to go to a dealer to buy a car because of pushy employees who will say and do anything to make a sale. That was not the case today at Ed Morse Honda. we were greeted at the door by our salesman frank culotta and shown an 2016 honda accord. we both liked the car a lot so he took us for a ride and we both got to drive the car. we said we liked it but had not had a car payment for over 10 years so we were reluctant to buy frank suggested a lease of course we said how much monthly? frank left us for just a few minutes he came back and said how about 200 a month? we said yes if you could do that we will take it home today i told my wife it will probably be more when he came back after driving our 14 year old 133000 mile trade in he said okay 200 a month for 3 years we were very pleased and drove our new car home frank culotta is a great person do business we would recommend him to anyone in the market for an automobile!!!

The AC failed on my 2005 Acura MDX. The technician at Ed Morse Honda determined the AC compressor failed. My service writer, Javier gave me 2 options for a replacement part. One with a 1 yr. warranty or the other with a 3 year warranty for $250 more. I opted for the 3 yr. warranty because I plan to keep the car for a while. When I can afford it I like having a dealer do my repairs because they almost always fix it right the first time. I believe their technicians get the best training available. Why did I choose a Honda dealer instead of the Acura dealer? I like both of them but the Honda dealer is closer to my house and often times more convenient.

brought in my 2008 Honda Odyssey in for an oil-change, tire rotation, and overall inspection to include review of some tire wear I noticed. I was greeted quickly and professionally, and introduced to my service adviser. Tim answered my questions very thoroughly, and got the service started on the van immediately (even though I was a half-hour early for my appointment). They did find that I needed fuel induction service (which I had done) but there was no attempt to sell me services which I didn't need (that's happened to me at a different Honda dealer, in a near-by town). The waiting room was well equipped and comfortable, and I had been offered shuttle service if I didn't care to wait. In short: this is the kind of service, attitude, and atmosphere that keeps me returning to Ed Morse Honda.

I leased a 2016 Honda Accord. My experience with the sales person, (Toni Quatrale), was one all people want. Toni was aware of what my budget entailed, what my preference was and was able to put the deal together without a lot of back and forth dealing (which I refer to as haggling). We made the appointment and she had a car waiting for me tht she felt I would like. She showed me a few more colors but I ended with the one she originally picked out for me. Toni understands me and I will continue to deal with her in the future. Meanwhile I will recommend Ed Morse Honda to any friend or family member who expresses an interest in a new or used vehicle.

From my first contact with Ed Morse Honda, everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, experienced and genuinely attentive to my goals. I have often found that one or two people at a dealership are good, but others really spoil the process. I volunteered to write this review because everyone was a pleasure to work with. Jacques Daccarett, my sales consultant had the car I wanted to see ready for a test drive when I reached the dealership. Dave Glover, with 30 years of experience, was straightforward, fun to talk with and knew how to listen. He and I reached a fair agreement the way old friends might work together . Finally, Luis Collazo in the finance department was just as easy and comfortable to talk to and work with as Jacques and Dave. He whipped through the paperwork quickly and impeccably so that I could keep a scheduled appointment. AND the best part. He did it without the high pressure tactics selling add ons that have spoiled my buying experience lately at BMW, Lexus, Acura and a different Honda dealer. I was made aware of those options in an easy going exchange handled with courtesy and tact. I hope potential buyers do read this review. I wish there was more I could do to thank them for their help. And by the way, my wife loves her new, gently pre-owned car.

Bert Walkosak was very helpful in my decision making. There was no pressure. I wanted to see a Civic, HR-V and a CR-V. He brought one of each for me to test drive to make my own decision. He explained the different features and when I mentioned a specific feature I wanted, he brought out a car that had that feature. I got everything I wanted and then some without any high pressure sales. I highly recommend asking for Bert when you want to buy a car.

Just leased my fourth Honda from Ed Morse and I feel like family. My sales experience with Carlos Datena was fabulous; he got me the perfect car fast, efficiently and is such a pleasure to work with. This is the fourth car my family has purchased from Ed Morse Honda. We have always liked the salesmen, managers and the finance department. Interestingly, when we went to turn in my 2002 Accord as a trade, we saw the business card of the salesman who sold it to us new 14 years ago - it was the same guy selling us this car, Tom. Tom had just recently returned to this dealership, and neither one of us remembered he was the one who sold us the previous car! Tom was friendly, helpful, not pushy, put up with three visits and test drives with me. He touched base with me by email and text while I was shopping around, which showed he cared, but again was not pushy. So he had just the right amount of attention. The finance manager, Lewis, was also the same one we worked with in 2012 when we bought our Odyssey, and he was knowledgable, quick and efficient with a mountain load of paperwork. He found us a great interest rate and even negotiated that down a little with the bank offering the loan. All in all, it was a great experience, and I look forward to driving my 2013 CR-V for years to come.

I purchased a vehicle at your company's Sawgrass location and received the WORSE service from the sales and finance team I have ever experienced from any place in my life. That location needs to receive a major over hall of its entire structure from its receptionists to its managers. I bought my (first)car from Ed Morse Honda and was disappointed in the paint problem that became more serious over time. I was not aware of the recall until a friend mentioned it. After making an appointment at the dealership I was told to take it to the collision center and they would take care of the problem. I had been there a week earlier to get an estimate on some previous body damage and was told that the paint recall issue had to be dealt with at the dealership. After leaving the dealership I called the collision center and was told it would be a week for someone to look at it. At that point I called the dealership and spoke to Alex Sanchez the service manager and he said that he would take care of this immediately with Bill Camp the new body shop manager. He set up an appointment with me the same day with Bill and himself. I went with my father and we were both very impressed with the professionalism exhibited from both of them. The car was taken care of immediately and when it was finished a week later (ahead of schedule) I could not believe the quality of the work. Outstanding! Because of their effort they have kept me a supporter of your brand. My father as well. I must mention we are a retail family so we appreciate great service..... Thank You

Brought in my 2011 Honda Civic for repair of a broken automatic window motor on the front passenger side. Somehow the work order had the wrong window (rear window) listed and I didn't notice. When I realized the wrong window had been repaired (it was also broken but I wasn't prepared to repair both), I returned to the service department. Even though it was my fault for not recognizing the error on the work order prior to the service, they offered to repair the front window at no charge. What a blessing! That was customer service over and above. I almost cried. :)

I brought in my 2014 CRV for an oil change and tire rotation. I contacted the service center to arrange an appointment. I was able to schedule the appointment close to the day and time I needed. Upon dropping the vehicle, my service agent was on it, he quickly outlined to me the details to the work that would be performed. I did inquire as to the length of time for the service, he took my number and gave me an approximate time for the work to be performed. He did contact me earlier than I expected, the work was performed as outlined, my car was also washed and cleaned inside. This is one of the features that your organization does provide that is so appealing to me. I was very pleased with the service and my agent is super outgoing and nice to work with.

Brought in the car because the door locks weren't working properly. We were happy to find it was covered under a recall and didn't cost a cent. Our Advisor, Isai Perez, was really nice and had all the other parts of the car looked at too. We love bringing the car to Ed Morse because it is never a hassle and the people that work there are really helpful and don't try to over-sell us on service we don't need. Each time they do an all-point inspection to make sure nothing is overlooked. I feel like that keeps us safe from an unexpected break-down. He was able to locate a car for me and when I picked up the car he again went over instrumentation and told me if I have any questions to come in and he would do his best to resolve them. I have been working with Ben Geiger as my service advisor for several years now and I would not go to anyone else. Between him, and my request to always have Jihn Terry work in my car, I feel it is safe and well-maintained. I never feel pressured to make expensive repairs each visit, but feel informed enough to make reasonable decisions that will fit my budget and also keep me safe on the road. My wife and I came in to possibly purchase/lease a Honda Accord. Our situation was such that my wife had a Toyota that was being returned from lease and we wanted a replacement for that car. However my car a 2011 Chrysler 200 had quite a few miles on it and I had thought of trading it in as well. As it turns out Chris was so exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful that we purchased 2 vehicles. A Honda Accord for myself and a Honda Civic for my wife. The staff was VERY helpful, and we were reasonably happy with the deal we made. Taking delivery very late in the evening was not as conducive to learning as much as we could about the finance options, maintenance plans, cars accessories etc, but the staff stayed late and were as thorough as possible in completing the deal. Though we have only had the cars for a few days now so far we are happy, and hope the after purchase experience is as good as the purchase. Thank you again Chris, great job.

I brought my CRV in for an oil change and some work. I was surprised to find I didn't need the work and got an oil change and car wash. The staff is always friendly and Tim Smith is always really helpful and makes sure my car stays in tip-top shape. There waiting area is clean and makes it easy to stay and wait while my cars getting serviced. I'm a customer for ever at this location. I have to drive out of my way and pass another Honda dealership to get to Ed Morse Honda and it's alway well worth the extra trouble.

I purchased my 2012 Honda Crosstour in January of 2015. Very happy with the vehicle, I still haven't enjoyed all the bells and whistles yet however I will make time to read through the manual. I was there in March and "fair service". Yesterday was "EXCELLENT SERVICE". Spoke to Javier Badia who was very helpful. He greeted me with a smile right away and offered to help. I wasn't sure that he was my advisor and he looked up my information right away and took time to answer all of my questions. He gave me a quick synopsis of what your dealer checks for multi point etc. Also offered his card to me and advised that I call him for future service issues. They told me there was a shuttle and that my car would take 4 hours to have the airbag replaced.Waited for 2 hours till shuttle pulled up .All the while I saw them park my car after about 45 mins after I sat down .Shuttle driver told me to ask if car was done,so I did and it was .I sat there for over an hour and no one bothered to call me to get my car. Very poor service.

I was happy to find the work was covered under the warranty and I because of that I was able to afford having some other work done at the same time. Service rep Tim Smith was really nice and helpful. I also really like that they wash the car too. The other Honda place in Lake Worth doesn't offer the car wash service and they wouldn't honor the warranty either. They wanted a lot of money for repairs I didn't need. I'm happy to stay with Ed Morse Honda in Rivera Beach. Honest repair shops are hard to find.

The dealership did a great job with letting us look at a few options just to see what is out there and let us walk away without being hassled. I purchased a certified pre-owned Nissan Rogue. The service and knowledge provided to me was beyond compare. My interaction with Jeff Hays was an extraordinary and truly wonderful experience. Jeff did everything he could to answer my concerns and to make sure I had a new car to drive off the lot with. My financial Manager, Ralph Mandarino went out of his way to assure that I would be able to have that car and gave me important information concerning extended warrantees and payment choices. I have a 2008 Honda Pilot and service it only with our local Honda dealers. I may pay more but I expect honesty and integrity. I drove my car from Massachusetts to Florida and went to Ed Morse to check a sound. The staff was polite and friendly. The sound was gone but what came next was loud and shocking as well as disappointing for a dealer. Recommendations totaling over $1,800. What was surprising was that the car was at at local dealer in Massachusetts before the trip with no recommendations.One Ed Morse recommendation was a brake job which I agreed to. The rest were marginal to bogus. They noticed a leak at the oil pump. When I asked to see it all I saw was a stain. They suggested that at the same time I should change the timing belt since my mileage was in the low 80's. They also found a tear in the front axle boot and recommended a $400 job to replace the axle as well. I replaced the boot only for half that price when I got back to Massachusetts at the local dealer. They could have done the same. Very shocking to get this treatment from an authorized Honda dealer. My recommendation: If you have an out of state license stay away from this dealer and if you live in Florida, beware!!

Ben Geiger, the Service Consultant, was very attentive and kept me informed of my car's maintenance. He is excellent.The time estimate he gave me was right on the mark. Your waiting area is very comfortable and the popcorn does help dispel hunger around the noon hour. Always get the best service from ed morse i would of given 5 stars but i had to call over and over and couldnt get an answer if my car was ready as they said it was going to be i wasted two hrs at car rental place never got a call back from honda. So the lady there knew what to do and she was told my car wasnt ready. They had all day to tell me my car wasnt going to be ready as promise.So had to keep rental bt other then that im happy with the service i get my car runs great now

Had been looking to lease a car for over one month. Visited a nearby Honda dealership and left there with a bitter taste in my mouth. They did follow up with several phone calls but were very condescending. After doing some research, thought to go out of the local area a little bit and hence visited Ed Morse. From the minute I stepped in, we were cordially received with respect and good intent. Both the sales rep and the financial gentleman made the transition to our lease easy. The guest experience was stellar. Love the 2014 Honda Accord and will definitely have Ed Morse Honda on our radar and encourage friends and family to seek them out to do business with.

This is my second Honda Civic EX from Ed Morse Honda. My first experience was a lease which was totaled during a flood/storm. Service Writer "Logan" went "ABOVE & BEYOND" helping me with the inspection of my vehicle with Allstate. Logan kept me posted on the updates, was EXTREMELY EMPATHETIC towards the loss of my car, I was AMAZED at the PERFECT service he provided.Whenever I am at the dealership Logan always makes me FEEL SPECIAL & IMPORTANT. Logan's Customer Service is: FIVE STARS, FIVE DIAMONDS which is the BEST there is.... I then met Sales Rep. John Baker who gave me MAGNIFICENT, SUPERIOR, STELLAR service in picking out a new Honda. John was a true delight to deal with. His calming, bubbly personality made leasing my new car UNFORGETTABLE. The Manager who made "my deal" happen.... was SPECTACULAR in his ability to "close the deal" reassuring me; "Ed Morse Honda will always be THERE FOR ME.... I tell this story to everyone who mentions a vehicle. The gentleman who did my paperwork was AWESOME as well. His chit chatting while getting me finalized was a SPECIAL TOUCH for my heart. Ricky in the Parts Dept. was also UNBELIEVABLE. He helped me with ordering mats for my car since the mats were not in the car during delivery since it came from another location. Ricky spent an extended amount of time with me explaining the mats will be there for me & installed whenever I arrive. Ricky is a GREAT ASSET to your dealership. Another Manager I think Mr. Thomas, in the Service Dept. area helped in getting me a refund for something minimal (I forgot what it was about). READ THE UNANSWERED LETTER SENT TO THE OWNERTo: Mr. Ed MorseRE: UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AT ED MORSE HONDA September 15, 2014On September 23, 2014 at 1:30 PMI entered your Honda dealership service area withmy 2014 Accord with two concerns: a white film in the windshield [possibly defectiveglass] and windshield wiper blades, which were streaking. At this time John... servicedme and was blowing-off the windshield complaint with a variety of excuses instead ofbeing helpful to find out what was really wrong with the glass. Instead, he offered to"sell me a $29 detail job" which is not why I came there in the first place. Upon refusinghis "sell" he walked away and left my wife and myself sitting there for twenty minutes.At this time I entered the sales part of the building and requested to speak with theGeneral Manager. This resulted in the appearance of Mr. Winkel. He appeared stoic,disinterested and not helpfull. He responded, "there is nothing we can do about theglass... and for the windshield wipers we are not replacing them, they are not warranted."I asked, "to speak with the General Manager" and Mr. Winkel refused to contacthim. To avoid conflict I called Dolores in your parking lot at your headquarters who toldme, "she will call Mike Scaglione and he will call you back!" At that time my wifeand myself informed the receptionist we are expecting to speak with Mike and we satdown quietly to await our meeting. At that time Mr. Winkel approached us in his passive-aggressive, low-keyed manner even though we did not summon his appearanceand sarcastically said, "are you here to buy a car?" I responded, "I just spoke with you15 minutes ago I do not wish to speak with you now or in the future!" He respondeddisrespectfiiUy, "did you drink gas out of a truck?" I responded, "why don't you leaveour area!" He then stated, " I will call the Sheriff [first frivolous threat]." I responded,"I suggest you leave our area [a second time] I have an appointment with someoneother than you!" At this time Mr. Scaglione greeted us and invited us in his office. To his credit he was pleasant and offered to correct both concerns. Which is what should have happened inthe first place which he stated himself. This is the symptom of your HR problem.Your HR problem is that your corporate model at your dealership has evolved into an"old boys club" in the absence of vertical-down management, which puts customerservice and accountability at the lowest priority with a clear separation between man-agement and subordinates where performance is concerned. Unfortunately, Mr.Scaglione has failed in this area and I say this without any anger or prejudice towardsMr. Scaglione. I tried to explain the sequence of events that led to our meeting and thedynamics of his service area problem. He either doesn't get it or doesn't want to dealwith it. This comment is exemplified with what happened later. After my car windowwas corrected upon Mr. Scaglione's request. I drove my car back to the detail area tohave a few corrections to be done on my windshield and John from service camerunning over to me yelling, "leave the premises now or I will call the Rivera Police!"I ask you does this behavior reflect on Mr. Scaglione's leadership or not? This employee'sbehavior was egregious. On whose authority did he have make the secondthreat of the day with the police and yell at me when I was invited to have the workdone in the first place under the General Managers authority. My wife was very upsetand we didn't just leave, we evacuated the premises immediately, which was in ourbest interest. As I went back to the service area to find my wife to "evacuate" I wasfollowed by John. as he simultaneously called his "command post" to inform them ofmy whereabouts. I was amazed to see how the company culture has changed for theworse since I purchased the two cars I bought at Ed Morse Honda. On the road Icalled Mr. Scaglione and left a detailed message. He never responded.In the final analysis your operation has a breakdown in its corporate structure. There isno protocol to assure your employees functionally interact with your customers in aproper manner, particularly loyal ones. The expectation that service is the essence ofwhich your reputation and return business is based upon is not properly supervised tothat end. Secondly, Mr. Scaglione cannot be friends and joke in the service office immediatelyafter a serious complaint has akeady been made to your headquarters whichmyself and my wife observed and heard them laughing through the glass in the ServiceManager's Office. There is absence of separation between staff and upper managementto insure performance. This gives the wrong message and thats why we wereagain mistreated worse than the first time upon leaving and calling your headquartersprior to returning, It is my view what you are currently dealing with at this dealership isinept management that has evolved into a military junta who threatens customers withfrivolous police threats because they can. Make no mistake one day those frivolouspolice threats [a dangerous game your employees play] will cost you millions in litigation.In any case, I find this environment to be hostile and not concerned with customersatisfaction and it is questionable as to whether I will do business with this dealershipin the future. a few years back i purchased a full size GMC pickup....had several issues an the service staff put a bad taste in my mouth to say the least.my Honda experience was the exact opposite the time it took to take delivery an the personal treatment was outstanding David muirhead was very professional extremely fast yet very thorough . the F&I manager Louis was equally welcoming...what impressed me most was we had a small stain on the rear seat i called David last night an he had them waiting for me this morning they knew who i was an within 15 min i was on my way.great service great dealer an a great little car!

Ernie my service advisor was friendly, professional and courteous! He promptly took care of my service needs and made me feel at home while I waited. I was sad to get rid of my 2011 Camaro SS V8, but just bought a house and sending daughter to private school. I had to cut cost monthly, so I thought reducing payments, maintenance costs, fuel costs might have been the way to do it. I ended up getting a 2014 Honda Civic si 2 door coupe. Great facility, great customer service, big inventory. No problem getting help, and now I am saving $135 a month for payments, probably about $50 a month in gas, and I have an AWESOME performance sports car still! I love the looks, power and cannot believe all the gadgets and extras! I would recommend to anyone!

I own a 2013 Honda Accord Coupe. I had regular mileage service done along with new wiper blades. I presented coupons when I met with Ben. He explained the service and the coupons. My regular service took approximately an hour and a half ( just as Ben said it would) and they cleaned my car inside and out! Nice!!!

Josh and Louis made our experience most enjoyable. Smiles and nice words abound at this dealer. I'm certain that for everyday issues, resolutions are easily at hand. But watch out. This dealership is ill-equipped to deal with anything outside the ordinary, and are quick to hide behind Honda USA---another bureaucracy. If your new car is perfect, no worries, but if it is one on the fringe, service it elsewhere. The bottom line is that this dealership did not stand behind the new car I purchased from them, and the car is only 2 months old!!!

Just want to let you know of my recent experience at Ed Morse. I have been working for Sysco Foods in street sales for about nine years. My Tundra gets about 14-17 miles per gallon and at 23k miles per year I knew it was time to take a look at something a little more efficient. I went and seen John Baker. He listened to what I had to say and I was able to accommodate my needs. He took plenty of time to help me understand the software on the dash and features and benefits of the Accord.. I ended up buying a hybrid. 45-50 mpg was very attractive. I got a very competitive price, aggressive financing, and service was unparalleled. The staff around John from getting something to drink to meeting with Paul and Louis... Their professionalism was above and beyond, furthermore they supported the sale with service without expectation. My experiences at other dealerships were more pushy and non genuine. The Accord is a great tool for what I do . I saved a ton on fuel. Great experience! These three guys truly made an positive experience in buying a new vehicle.

My older parents, aged 90 and 84 came to Ed Morse Honda to look at leasing a new Accord. They worked with Bert Walkosak who is a very special gentleman. He has been great to my folks and helps them learn weekly about how to use the many new features on their vehicle. He was a pleasure for me to speak with and is always available to answer their questions. Bert helps out with a great attitude and is extremely knowledgeable about their car. They had not gotten a new car in 12 years so the features in a newer car were very foreign to them. They are always welcome to make an appointment with Bert and he explains things to them with a smile. This is the old fashioned car service that just isn't around anymore. My wife's 2010 Civic has 100,000 miles on it. We rely on Ed Morse for all its maintenance and repairs. Yesterday, we had the 100k tune up, i.e., spark plugs and fuel injectors cleaned. The job was done in 90 minutes, and the car is running beautifully.

I came in approximately 2 months ago knowing that my current Honda lease would be ending but was undecided about the car I wanted to lease next. Carlos was patient, answered all my questions, and we test drove the Civic and Accord even though he knew I was just outside a reasonable amount of time to acquire a new lease. He was also understanding in the fact that I wanted to test drive a few vehicles that weren't a Honda and never bad mouthed any other vehicle. He truly earned my respect that day. After test driving the vehicles on my checklist, I made a decision and decided that since Carlos had handled himself in a respectable and patient manner, that I would return to lease my new Honda Civic from him. He was honest, never pushy or overbearing, and truly patient! I admired that and thus it really helped my decision in my purchase.

Came in for a battery issue in Feb 2013. The battery needed to be replaced and the warranty for a free replacement was expired by 3 weeks. I did not mind paying for a replacement but the new battery was not pro rated for the remaining months. I ended up paying full price. Emailed the Service Center manager but never got a response. Very shady Service Center.Dan responded and set everything right. Thank you, I will come in for my oil change this Friday. You have restored my faith in Ed Morse Honda

As always, Mr. Perez has shown that he has the ability to put the customer at ease w/ his amiable personality and knowledge. I can't imagine going anywhere else for service on my vehicle Honda Accord. At times the service dept can be very busy and Mr. Perez always gives me different options of a) leaving the car w/ the dealership and being transported to the VA hospital for my appts. or he offers me a cup of coffee and a doughnut. But, in any event I know that when I drive away, my car is in tip top shape and there are no worries. I will buy my next Honda right here, and hopefully Mr. Perez is here for the servicing. It's a great day to own a Honda :)

I brought my Honda Pilot to Ed Morse to have it detailed. I was in Florida on vacation and felt that taking it to the dealer was the lowest risk, as I did not know any local detailers. The service dept. did not call me back when it was completed, as they had promised (said they wrote my number down wrong), but the vehicle looked great when I got it, so all seemed good. The problem arose 3 days later, as I was packing to leave the following morning. I discovered that the latches on both my second row seats were damaged during the detailing process. The seats would not lay down. I contacted the dealer immediately and brought the car in early the next morning. After evaluating the problem, the Assistant Service Manager, Rob Jicha, informed me that they could not repair the vehicle because they did not have enough time before I was to leave and also had no parts. He told me to take it to my local dealer and have them take a look at it and let him know what the problem was. I did so upon my return. I called Mr Jicha as soon as my local dealer gave me an estimate. He asked for their phone number and said he would call them. I went out of town for three days and upon my return Mr. Jicha had not yet spoken to my dealer. I arranged the call again. He talked to my dealer and, when I talked to Mr. Jicha again, he refused to pay for the cost of fixing my seats, maintaining I could not prove Ed Morse Honda had caused the damage. I told him I had two good seats when I brought the car in for detailing and two broken seats afterwards. I asked him to escalate the issue to his service manager. He said he would have him call me. After five follow-up calls by me, I finally got a call from the Service Manager, Mr Alex Sanchez, who was very rude. He asked what I wanted. I told him he knew very well what I wanted. I was asking for reimbursement for the expenses incurred for fixing the seats that the detailers had broken. He refused, saying "we did nothing to damage your seats", which was a ridiculous claim, as I spent $520 to get them fixed! Ed Morse Honda has terrible customer service and does not stand behind their work.

Went few times to check the inventory and was pleased with what I saw.Met Mike Perry the first time out there and the subsequent times which ended in our purchase of our 2010 Honda Accord.Mr Perry was friendly,accommodating and patient with us.It was a good thing they have a play place for the children,as we have 2 boys who are shot out of a cannon.No props to the a-hole in the head set for accusing one of my kids of "thrashing" the play place when I'm there spending my hard earned dough to keep his butt employed.Other than that,it was a fine transaction.

Every vehicle I have purchased is exclusively serviced by Ed Morse because of the positive results I have always experienced. We saw the add on the computer, called the dealership, discussed the price, were told to drive on down (1 hour away from home) and we purchased the car. Everyone there were extremely personable, friendly, and wanting to please us as customers. We greatly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere after visiting so many other car dealerships which were not welcoming. Buying anything that costs more than four digits is a major nightmare for me. I spent months researching, comparing, reading reviews to prepare a list of cars to test-drive. After spending a day test-driving, I spent a weekend comparing notes. We decided on the new 2012 Accord and he answered all of our questions and concerns.We than went through the financing with Ralph Mandario who also was very friendly and helpful with deciding what avenue which was best for us. Toni was 100% attentive to what we were looking for. Her patience with my indecision on what options and even what color car I wanted to buy we're outstanding. She acted as if she had nothing to do but serve my needs and answer my questions. If she was in the least bit unsure she got a book and found the answer. She set up my radio etcetera for me I never even had to ask her to do that. I wanted to add leather seats and a trailer hitch to my new car and she met me at the service dept and introduced me to Hameed. He was also very kind and courteous. I am delighted with the additions made. I called Toni a week later and ask how to set up my Bluetooth (I didn't have time when I bought the car) and she invited me to come over and she did that for me too. My mp3player wouldnt work so she asked someone from the service dept to come and see what he could do. Unfortunately my mp3 player was not compatible with my Honda. Everyone was stellar in their customer service. We have already sent one friend to Toni Quatrale. Our friend purchased a new car. I am now trying to convince my daughter and son-in-law to buy from her rather than buying a Ford thanks to Toni.

I was upside down with the ownership of a 2008 Cadillac and I wanted to buy a new 2012 Honda Pilot. I could not get the deal I wanted anywhere. I just purchased my second Honda in a month. I couldnt' be more pleased. I have been a satisfied Ed Morse Honda customer since my first Honda purchase back in 2001. What sets Ed Morse Honda apart from every other dealership, is the quality of the service and the employees. I used to dread car buying. I would have rather had a root canal than go through the process of looking for and purchasing a car. However, not only does Toni make it pleasant, she makes it easy and stress free. It's like visiting a friend. She has never disappointed me and she has followed through with every promise she's ever made. She works hard and continues to work hard until she is sure her customers are happy and satisfied. She is honest and caring and that is something you just don't find in most businesses today. I also need to commend Mr. Andy Warner. Not only was he extremely helpful and hard working, he has a wonderful personality that puts people at ease. I felt like he truly cared about helping me and it wasn't for his personal gain, but because he really cared about making me happy. Finally, when I purchased the car, Toni was so patient and was helping me to set up my blue tooth. We were having some issues so she went and got Chris Prager (another salesperson) and he patiently and happily set up my blue tooth for me. He also explained some of the other features to me. I called Ed Morse Honda because they had a used 2012 Volkswagen CC that was very competitively priced. My wife really liked the car but there was the down side that it had a black interior and she wanted one that had a two-tone beige interior. Based on the price we decided to call and ask for more information. I called and spoke with Bob who was quick to make sure that the vehicle was still available. Bob advised that he would have to physically check to make sure it was on the lot and he would call me back. less than a minute went by, and my phone was ringing. We told Bob that we would come down and take a look at the vehicle in the next hour. Upon arriving, my wife and I were greeted by a different Bob in the sales department, and when we advised that we were looking for Bob in internet sales, this Bob said "you must be Adam", which i thought was really cool. We walked about 50 feet through the showroom and saw that Bob in internet sales had the Volkswagen CC pulled up and ready to show for us which i thought was great because my wife and i are all about saving time especially since we brought our 18 month old daughter with us. She can get out of hand at times :)Jim was our salesperson, and he greeted us quickly and with a smile. He was very informative and answered all of our questions on the Volkswagen. As i suspected, my wife was not sold on the interior color, and the Volkswagen was at this point out of the question. Rather than leaving, we decided to stay and look around the used lot for two reasons. They have the cars positioned in such a way that you can easily walk around them, and you can look inside of them with ease. My wife and I loved this because we have shopped at about 4 other dealerships where the cars were so close together that you almost needed a can-opener to look inside of them. They also keep their models sorted on the lot based on style so your not walking all over the place to look at different vehicles.The used car lot was great because we were able to look at about 30 cars in 15 minutes. When we saw that we liked the interior of one accord, and the exterior of another, having Jim about 50 feet away was great because he was able to answer questions about each model. By the way, Jim is a very friendly salesperson. He was not pushy, and he didn't ask a thousand questions or try to bombard me and my wife with technical features and consumer reports facts....he simply asked us a few questions about our needs in a car, and then he let us look and tell him what we liked. he gathered that information and what he came back with was a 2012 honda accord. Now most people would say "obviously he came back with a brand new car as a recommendation", but in this case, Jim was keen to the fact that we drove in with a 2005 Ford mustang with a car seat which barely fit in the back. Jim asked us a few questions about our driving habits, when we take trips, how often do we fill up, etc.... and he also showed us a model that was white on the exterior, and two-toned beige, and black leather interior because my wife advised that that was what she wanted in a Volkswagen CC. When Jim showed us that the features list was almost identical to the CC we started talking about how much sense it made to look at a new Honda. The only feature that the car did not have was bluetooth, but for that one thing it lacked, it more than made up for it by having a larger engine, 5th seat in the back, and more leg room in the back seat which was a huge issue with our Mustang at the time. When we expressed that we were interested in the car, negotiations were smooth and simple, and at no point did my wife an i feel pressured. Jim asked us what we were comfortable with in a monthly payment, and he did the rest. Moments later Jim was with the sales manager, and finance department working on the specifics, and was able to return with a high price for my trade-in, and also a monthly payment that left me and wife basically asking "where do we sign?"....Now we came into the dealership at about 7pm at night. By 8 we had found a car that we loved, and by 9 were all ready to drive off the lot thanks to Andrew's speedy and comprehensive explanations during the paperwork handling. Andrew was able to identify what was important to us based on what we told him and he made the paperwork process go smoothly and as painless as possible. All in all, and after dealing with 5 other dealerships in the local are, we found Ed Morse to be, by far the most professional, personable, easy to deal with and family friendly dealership we have ever done business with. Their price, selection, presentation, and staff are all 5 star!!!!. We left the dealership with a new car, (Our first "Brand New" car by the way) and felt great about it. We hope to work with Ed Morse on our next deal which should be in the next year.

I purchased my 4th Honda yesterday, and the last 3 were from Ed Morse. I keep coming back to the experts in their fields since quality and time are precious commodities. Raul Lopez is the most professional saleman I have ever dealt with and justifiably deserves to be the sales manager now. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFEI went to get a car after mine got totaled they were very friendly to make the sale and I went home in "my" new car... Error they called me back 10 days later asking for more info (W2) I went there to drop it and they took my car away, end up they change my salary in my application to get me approved WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION, and the bank rejected me after getting the correct information. After this I called their corporate office and had no answer, no apologies for what they did to me. Then they hit my credit with every bank they could to try to keep their sale even after I told them I did not want to deal with them anymore, and as a result my credit went down almost 200 points. So right now I am having a really hard time to get approved anywhere else and still have no car. DO NOT GO NO ANY ED MORSE... THEY DO NOT WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO MAKE THEIR SALE EVEN ALTERING INFORMATION WITHOUT AUTORIZATION WHICH IS ILEGAL.

We were very nervous and anxious at first because we didn't want to badgered or harassed into buying a car. Chris approached us and was so friendly and had such a good sense of humor. He went through and helped us with each car that we wanted to see and didn't rush us or try and sit us down before we were ready. He made the negotiation process so much more bearable and easy. He even cooked popcorn for our 2 kids and made sure they were fed and comfortable. Luis, the business manager, also was very friendly and courteous and both did what they could to meet our needs and make the deal happen. The certified cars were top notch and were in excellent condition and sooo clean. We are truly pleased with our experience and would recommend Ed Morse to anyone looking for a new or used car!

Mr. Berger responded promptly to our internet inquiry and accommodated our schedule for an appointment. Sales Consultant Jim Degray made a courteous and thoruogh presentation of the Honda Fit. There were two managers who interacted with us, but whose names we cannot recall. The one with power to negotiate price acted in a reasonable manner, while the one handling the closing of our purchase provided warranty information and processed the paper work quickly and efficiently. There was no pressure from anyone to purchase, which we appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience with my salesperson. Lenny Green is the best. And the finance guy, Ralph, who handled my closing was also a nice guy. No one was pushy and being a single, female - I was a little apprehensive going in.I do believe they could have given me a few extra dollars off the price of the car but instead they gave me 2 years free maintenance - which I have every intention of using, often. :)

Great experience very staight forward and no BS! I asked for a bottom line quote over the phone and he gave me what I asked for. Unlike every other dealer who insisted I come in to work a deal out so they give me a load of salesman rhetoric. Things have changed salesmen let go of the BS. Lenny was great throughout the whole experience. I just bought a new 2012 honda civic, and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Lenny was kind, friendly, and lighthearted whenever I saw him. It is my first car, and me and my mom negotiated a great price and Lenny never pressured me into a buy, or to get a deal done quickly. He helped me decide that the accord wasn't really worth the extra money, and, in fact, the civic has proven to be the better choice. Utilizing the Costco Car Buying Program we visited several car dealers in the program. Since we owned Toyota's for the past 30 years they were the first that we checked out. Eventually we visited Ed Morse Honda and were greeted by the Costco referral contact Bob Sherberg. Bob turned us over to Sales & Leasing Consultant Carlos Datena who spend a lot of time explaining the benefits of owning or leasing a Honda vehicle. We tested the Accord LX sedan and ended up leasing it. A week later we returned to test drive the Honda Pilot. My husband and I visited Ed Morse Honda to potentially lease a new Honda Crosstour for myself after my husband leased a Cadillac from Ed Morse Cadillac in Delray Beach. We had a WONDERFUL experience dealing with Mr. Scaglione. He was helpful and friendly. He had been expecting us to stop by so he had already prepared a car for us to test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered any questions we had. The procedure for evaluating the vehicle I was trading is was seamless. We received preferred pricing as a result of our prior relationship with Ed Morse Cadillac. The only "negative" in the whole experience was the amount of time we had to wait for someone in the financing department to be available to finalize the deal. We were there on a Sunday, at the end of the month, so I expected it to be busy, but the wait was longer than it should have been. I would highly recommend Ed Morse Honda and Mr. Scaglione. My wife and I have purchased cars with Toni and Ed Morse Honda for over 10 years. Toni helped me very early in my career when I did not have great credit and I will always remember her for that. Since then, we have only purchased Hondas. 8 in total.Just this past weekend, she sold us 2 new cars. We had a specific budget that even I thought was unrealistic. But she worked on our behalf and helped us get very close to our budgeted amount. We are so happy with our purchases. For the last 2 days, I have been taking 15-20 minute drives around the neighborhood. My wife thinks I am crazy, but I don't care. I will take the Crosstour around for a while, then at night, I will take the Pilot for a spin. These are such great cars and we are very fortunate to have a great relationship with Toni and Ed Morse Honda.Will come back in 4-6 years and purchase 2 more Hondas, only from Toni.

My father and I searched for numerous cars with many dealerships in the past three weeks. James Scaglione (Sales Associate)at Ed Morse was the first sales associate we spoke with in our search for a new vehicle and ended up being the last one. He was patient and not pushy but kept in contact with us during our search. When we decided on a Honda Accord Coupe. The process of buying it went smoothly without any pressure to buy the vehicle. James went above and beyond during the whole process. My father told me that you can tell you have a great sales person when they are concerned and keep in contact with you after you buy the vehicle, not just before. James has phoned me several times in the last day to make sure I am happy with the vehicle and see if there is anything else he can do. My family will return to Ed Morse when the time comes for our next vehicle.

Salesman (Peter) ran in the rain to pull two different vehicles under cover for us to try. Although we started the process thousands of dollars apart, Judd kept working the numbers until we reached an agreeable price. Peter ran again in the rain to pull our trade under cover so we could transfer our belongings. We went to eat while the new vehicle was being preped and when we returned, all the finance paperwork was finished and ready for us to sign, as promised. We had to return 5 days after the sale to have the paint and interior protection package applied and there was a free rental car waiting for us to use for the day, again as promised. When we returned to pick up the car at the end of the day, it was clean, shiney, and ready. They even noticed a small chip on the front bumper and touched it up. It was an outstanding sales/service experience at every point of contact. Everyone was friendly, respectful of our time, and made good on all their promises. Marla greeted me at the door and was unfailingly helpful. Sh explained the features and benefits of the car in a direct, concise and clear manner, neither overestimating or underestimating my level of knowledge. She displayed respect for my intelligence and did not speak to me as if I were an "idiot woman" the way some male salesmen do.When I asked her the price she told me the price - not what the "monthly payments" would be. She coordinated with the business office and service department to get me the information I wanted. She was cheerful and a pleasure to work with mixing the proper amount of friendly conversation and facts about the car. I received what I perceived to be a very fair price for my new car. All in all I would recommend her in a second to anyone wanting a car.

James, Ralph and every other person I had contact with at Ed Morse Honda treated me like normal every day people you would meet out in the real world. They did not drape themselves in the same sleazy can't believe a word I say smiles and demeanours found at other dealers. This was clear as day right from the start as I was working with multiple dealers at the same time trying to find the best deal. I paid a Great price for my new Odyssey, but I would have gladly paid more money than I would be willing to pay for the competition's vehicle just because no one was wearing the sleazy factor prevalent at other dealerships. Its such a simple concept that makes people want to buy from you so Im not sure why other dealers dont adopt the same attitude, but its their loss and Ed Morse Hondas gain, clearly. :)This is just the solid foundation that my car buying experience was built on. On top of this glorious reality found at Ed Morse Honda, working with James Scaglione was a dream come true and, dare I say, an enjoyable experience. I am a very sceptical car buyer and have never enjoyed a car buying experience until my recent purchase working with James.James is a complete professional who is clearly an expert in Honda Product Knowledge, and he went to battle to push my lease through even with my very tainted credit history and after being shot down many times prior over the few days before we were finally approved. Of course, I am elated for the results of his efforts, but even without that victory, James proved to be a class act. He gave me his cell phone number and for days we talked and texted trying to hammer out a deal that worked for both of us. If James said he was going to do something (and when he was going to do), he delivered as promised every time, which tells me he takes pride in what he does and speaks volumes of his Character.The icing on the cake for my Wife and I (and our 2 children) is the play area for the kids. It may not seem like a big deal, but believe me keeping the kids entertained during the car buying process and when coming in for maintenance goes along way. It is also another example of the top notch customer service you are going to find to be the norm at Ed Morse Honda.Please know that I highly recommend James and the whole team to anyone in the market for a vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my lease, there was a great amount of confusion because the two contact people I needed weren't in the dealership. However, I was directed to George Wittbold who did a great job taking over for the missing guys and guide my through the delivery process. I was very frustrated at first, but through working with George I was infinitely more comfortable. George really took the time to make sure that I was happy with the car, took his time, and he was quite diligent in showing me all the features of my new Honda Insight and making sure I was pleased and comfortable.By the time I left the dealership, I couldn't have been more pleased. George was great, along with the other financial staff at the dealership. When I reflect on the process, I don't remember my disappointment at the beginning!

Tom was wonderful, very professional and patient. A 5 rating would mean I could get in and out the dealership within 2 hours. I wish the whole experience could take less time since we always know exactly what we want as returning loyal customers. Dewey greated me in a friendly and calm manner immediately upon my exiting the car, in a way that did not make me feel that I was being jumped on by a hungry wolf. Even before I bought my Fit the end of 07 I liked this dealership we'd go car shopping as a family and this place just felt happier to me then the others. This trip looking for a car was cause I totaled my Fit and was looking to replace it we first stopped by the used section and met Jeff they had 2 cars that stuck out but not totally fitting of me so we stopped some other places found a great deal on a fun car but it was manual we let a few days go by while I tried to get some friends to teach me but they couldn't at the moment. So I came in and talked with George who had helped with my other sale and the 3 of us were able to get my mom happy with leasing a new Fit and ended up getting 4 years for 3 dollars less then the 6 years of my old one, with full service and maintenance for 3 years except tires. I do enjoy the upgrades Honda has put in for the base model even a new secret hiding place!

My experience at Ed Morse Honda was a pleasure. I had visited four other local dealerships in the previous two days. Their service did not compare to what I received at Ed Morse. It was the middle of a hot saturday afternoon. My father and I were greeted immediately and offered bottled water. Lenny Green was the sales man working with us. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and was able to tell me every feature the civic had to offer and how it was improved from previous models. This seemed to be the biggest opportunity of sales men at the other dealers I visited. While test driving the vehicle I learned that Lenny actually owns the car I was interested in buying. There is no better sales man than one who uses and believes in the product he sells. I ended up purchasing the car from Lenny. He scheduled my first service appointment before I left and called me the next day to see how I was enjoying the car. I will recommend everyone to Ed Morse Honda and especially to Lenny!

Just an honest guy - he was the first guy I met with on journey for new car and last one I ended up leasing from. Made me feel extremely comfortable with the process. The employees at Ed Morse Honda are friendly, professional and truly care about helping you find the vehicle that's right for you. I purchased a vehicle from them 10 years ago. The same one I had been driving around for 10 years and that I was ready to trade in for a new one. On my initial visit I worked with George. He was very laid back and professional. He took his time and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. We test drove the vehicle I specifically inquired about. He explained the safety features of the vehicle, which were important to me since I have a small child. I wasn't ready to purchase just yet as I wanted to shop around a bit. He thanked me for coming in and said that he hoped to see me back. He mentioned to keep in mind the service I would receive long after my vehicle purchase. I visited several other dealerships before I decided to go back to Ed Morse. On my second visit I worked with James. He was also very laid back and professional. He helped by showing me all the different vehicles that were available and the various colors they came in. He recommended going with the special edition version because of the added benefits (better rims, sound system, 6 cd changer, etc.) for a small price. After filling out a credit application, we took the vehicle I chose out for a test drive. While out test driving James explained the different buttons and their various functions. Once we returned from our test drive, we discussed financing options that were available. I had shopped around previously for auto loans and James told me that they could probably meet or beat the rate I had been quoted. James then introduced me to Kurt, the finance gentleman. He was also very laid back and professional. After gathering some additional information from me (down payment amount, trade-in amount, etc.) Kurt ran my application through several different loan sources to see who would approve me for what amount. As a single mom, my main concern during this entire process was my bottom line monthly payment. After 15 minutes or so, Kurt had heard back from one source that offered me a 75 month payment plan. This worked great for my situation. After going back and forth a bit about putting more money down, giving me more for my trade in and working in the GAP insurance plus extended warranty, we came to an agreement that I was comfortable with. The bank gave me an interest rate of 2.5%! I took my time reading through the paperwork provided to me and Kurt answered my questions as I read through the numerous pieces of paper. Once the paperwork was done, I met again with James. He helped me contact my insurance company to set up a new policy. He was helpful in offering to fax my new vehicle information directly to the insurance company. Once that was complete, he took me to the service center where we picked up my complimentary touch up paint container and then set up my free oil change, which is where he introduced me to Eric. Eric scheduled my oil change in 6 months, but assured me it wouldn't be an issue to change the appointment if I needed to. James and I went back outside where he had my new car waiting for me. He also had my old car parked behind it so that I could look through once more and make sure I hadn't overlooked anything that may have been remaining in the car. He removed my satellite radio so that I could have it set up in my new car. I appreciated him getting his hands dirty! Before driving off in my new car, he made sure I didn't have any other questions and went through a checklist before I left. I drove my new car off the lot feeling excited and satisfied. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Thank you to everyone who helped me! I will definitely recommend Ed Morse Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!

First, Julie Berger was wonderful on the telephone. She was great with follow up. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Carlos Datena. He is a very friendly person with a very easy going personality. He showed me multiple styles of the car I was interested and was not overbearing at all. We drove from Cooper City (1 1/2 hours) to Ed Morse to buy our CR-V. No other dealer would or could match their price. When we arrived, the vehicle was washed and spotless. We met Cliff Berger who had dealt with us over the phone and honored the price he gave us, no hidden fees. Chris Prager showed us the car and explained the features. He was very friendly and helpful. It was a very positive experience. Great dealership. Would definitely recommend to our friends.

I came to the dealership very discouraged. Our family only has one car and that car had broken down for the last time two days earlier. I had saved a small amount of money, but did not have good credit and I was afraid I was going to have to settle for another unreliable and old car. Jeff made me feel completely at ease after I explained my situation. He let me know that people with credit scores lower and higher than mine had both gotten car loans recently. He then went out and found me a reliable Honda Civic that I could afford. He worked all the next day to get the financing that I needed, and I drove home in my car that evening.Thank you!!

Our salesman, John Glover, was wonderful to work with. He was professional, experienced, and friendly. When we came into the showroom for the first time to meet him, I explained exactly what features I wanted in my car. He carefully listened and then said he knew exactly which car was for me. And he was right! All of the people we dealt with at Ed Morse Honda have been very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the dealership.

Salesman John Glover is tops on my list! He is friendly, professional, knows his product and can find the vehicle you desire at the right price. The service department personnel of Ed Morse Honda have always been friendly, courteous and accommodating. After owning numerous Fords, Chryslers and Toyotas over the years and dealing with numerous sales staff and service departments, I have to say that Ed Morse Honda has been the best overall dealership. I had leased a Honda before coming to Ed Morse Honda and decided to purchase one this time. Marla made it so easy for me decide which model and was so up-front with pricing that I can honestly say it was a great experience. I felt that Marla was a very honest person and was warm and friendly thruout the entire transaction. She followed up a few days later to check on my satisfaction and even sent a birthday wish to me! From the time we entered the dealership until the day we picked up our cars, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, Marla Burns was excellent. Marla was very helpful from start to finish. We lease cars every two to three years and this was by far the best dealership we have ever been to.

Being a 20 year Saturn owner,I had to go car shopping for the first time in many years.My minset was that someone was going to have to impress me. Ed Morse Honda did just that! I was coming to the dealership for research on the CRV. Marla, my sales rep. was friendly, down to earth and extemely knowledgeable. She put me at ease, and made the whole process very easy. Usually I hate going car shopping - you are always there forever. This time, I did not mind! Ed Morse Honda, in Riviera Beach, is a friendly, comfortable place to shop for a car. No high pressure salesman at all but kind and considerate. Dewey Ball, the salesman, was so friendly I thought I had known him for years. Kurt Dennis, the financial expert, got me great financing! Julie Berger, the Internet Specialist started the ball rolling when she responded to my internet inquiries, followed up frequently, and reassured me every step of the way that I would find what I wanted and at a great price. She was so right. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as these three superb sales employees.

Was not accosted by salespersons on the lot or in showroom. Salesperson took the time to give us all our options. No pressure. Very thorough in making sure we were comfortable with the car and where everything was located, service area, before we left with our new car. We actually had read poor reviews on the internet for this dealership, but we had a very pleasant experience.

My family has generally bought new cars, so buying used was a daunting task. We have owned I think 7 Hondas (all new)between us and have had mostly great experiences with both the cars and sales people. Our comfort level with Honda was already good. We were initially referred to another sales person, but he was busy and asked Joe to help us. Joe's an extremely personable, no nonsense kind of guy and he got along very well with our son (car was for him). Within a few days he was able to match us up with an obviously gently used car in really good condition at a price our son could afford. We're still very happy with Honda and will definitely go back to Joe and Ed Morse in the future.

I was looking for a new car to lease and I was essentially shopping for the cheapest car, I had been to a couple other dealers before going into Ed Morse. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very informative and friendly salesman who's name I cannot remember but as he was about to meet with a customer who had an appointment. he kindly handed me off to another salesman named Carlos. Carlos was very helpful and friendly and even managed to make a few jokes; I knew exactly what I was looking for and he was very straightforward in giving me answers. The first salesman had given me a number that seemed to good to be true and after talking to Carlos and test driving the car I was sold, but then it came down to crunching the numbers. After returning from the sales managers office Carlos informed me that the price was going to be higher than initially proposed, after a brief chat with the sales manager who was also very helpful; He stuck by his salesman's' word and promised that if I leased the car I would get the original proposed price. I spent the rest of the day looking at other dealers and eventually came back the next day. I am so glad I did, the deal still stood and the car had been held for me, after a few hours the papers were signed and the along with a very helpful finance guy I felt I had got an incredible deal on a great car. I would definitely recommend this dealership, the customer service was impeccable and the dealings were fair.

This is my second Honda purchased from Ed Morse. We purchased a Civic back in 2007 for my daughter.I started out planning on purchasing a used car for my son, but with the great deals they were oferring on new cars, I ended up purchasing a new Accord. We were looking for very specific accessories on the car and both Paul and John were great in trying to locate a car that would meet our needs. When we wanted to see what else might be on the lot that might be close to what we wanted just to be sure, John had no problem driving us around to show us each of the possible cars. John was very personable and made it an enjoyable experience. Then when we went to do the loan, Luis explained to us all the possible options for warrantees and even helped us come up with a custom wanartee package to meet our desires. Then Luis was able to suggest a way to get more coverage for only a couple dollars more -- and I mean literally only a couple dollars. Very unexpected.When I came to pick up the car, John was with another customer but was able to get someone else to help get me started on the checkout process so I didn't have to wait. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, even the people who were not my actual salesman. I found a dirt spot on the center console and the other salesman (wish I would have gotten his name) said, no problem and rive the car over to detailing to get cleaned. The salesmen worked together like a great team. I was impressed with their teamwork.If you're in the market for a new car I would recommend Ed Morse. I know my next Honda will be purchased from them.

My wife and I were very happy with the way the dealer and personnel answered all our questions and compromised with all of our demands, for instance when we traded in our previous pilot for the new one we had just purchased a brand new set of Michelin tires for it, and the dealership had no problem switching our more expensive tires to the new car at no cost, cars were prepared on time (we bought 2 cars in 2 days a Pilot and a Civic) and everything was to our satisfaction. I enjoyed the friendliness of the whole dealership and would highly recommend Ed Morse to any of our friends and relatives and since we replace our vehicles every 2 years, they can add our family to their list of guaranteed repeat customers.Jean Kent.

I found this dealer to be honest.They tell you what they will do,and they do it.I have leased a vehicle from them,and purchased a vehicle from them.They also service my vehicle.I have referred two friends to them,both purchased a vehicle.I have dealt with two of their finance people. Ralph and Kurt.Both are flexible,funny and professional.However,the reason I purchase,and refer friends to them is because of their salesperson James Scaglione.Before and during the sale James is a pleasure too work with.It is after the sale he truly shines.His follow up,will do attitude, and true concern is what separates him and thus his dealership from all the competition.James,becomes a friend.In today's world it is rare to find a salesperson who does more for you after the sale then during the sale.I expect in the future to purchase, and refer more freinds to him.

A superlative car buying experience. My salesman was informed, courteous and professional. The manager and finance dept. man were also top notch professionals. The transaction was handled quickly and efficiently. I did have the service dept handle some additional items I wanted for the car, and they did so promptly and courteously. Bought a 2001 Odyssey in March 2008. Within a month or two, transmission failed. They replaced at no charge. Now, less than 2.5 years later, the transmission has failed AGAIN. Unfortunately, found out there was a recall and class action regarding this year and model for transmission. They will not honor any type of warranty; had to pay $1600 out of pocket for another transmission with no guarantee that we will not have this problem again. Wrote an email to general manager and service manager--neither had the courtesy or decency to acknowledge my email and complaints--service manager contacted my husband (not me, the writer of the email) to deal with him. Chauvanist!! After paying the $1600 for the new transmission, went to pick up the van AND IT WOULDN'T START!!! THEY FRIED THE BRAND NEW (LESS THAN A MONTH OLD) BATTERY!! Mechanic told us Interstate Batteries are "junk" (best out there) and had a seriously crappy attitude. Crazy--would NEVER buy a Honda again because of the bad impression this dealership has left with me. Also own a Toyota and have had nothing but good dealings with them.

I was told that they had a price match guarantee if I brought in an offer from another dealership. I had 2 other offers from 2 other local dealerships and they refused to match them claiming that those dealerships must have made a mistake and if I left and went to the other dealerships that they would not be able to honor them. They said it's just to get me in the door and that I would never be able to buy a car for that price. I spoke to the Dir. of Finance and went round and round with him and he said he would have the Dir. of Sales contact me about i and I never heard from him. I would not ever go back to the dealership. There are SO many other Honda dealers to chose from.

1. The written estimate I was given was $175.00. I was told that if any charges were to exceed that estimate, I would be notified (by phone). I was not notified or asked to authorize charges above $175.00, and the total charges were 192.74.2. I brought in the car because: I had a dead battery that needed to be replaced, a burned out headlight, and two days ago, the dealer where I bought the car (not Ed Morse) called to inform me of two recalls from Honda. The battery was replaced as far as I can tell. The headlight was replaced but there is no proof that the lights were checked in any way for functioning. The reason for repair on the bill is stated as "Customer states vehicle has a head light out" with no further information on actual diagnostic testing. Neither of the recall issues were inspected. Person handling all service on this visit: Angel Lao3. When I pointed out that the shop had failed to look into the recall issues, Mr. Lao told me that I would need to (a) leave the car another day, and (b) pay for a rental car if I wanted to drive anywhere outside of the dealership in the next two days. 4. I was charged a 10% "hazardous waste disposal fee", or $14.07. When I asked what this meant, the clerk at the payment counter told me that this was a fee collected by the state. When I said that percentage was taken on the entire bill, and not on the cost of the battery (the item to be disposed), I was told this was a "state requirement". Elsewhere on the bill the invoice states: "a $1.50 fee to be collected for each new or remanufactured battery sold in the state." This $1.50 in on the invoice, and was billed as yet another charge under "other" on the battery replacement description. This means that the total charges used to establish the 10% amount already included the state-required fee, further raising the legitimate amount agreed upon when I contracted service. 5. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was advised that he would call me back later in the day. He did not. His name: David P. Leatherman

I took the time to make an appointment for a service, my honda fit was (still is) having troubles. This happened exactly on April Tuesday the 6th. I had the pleassure to speak with some one named Crystal over the phone and she told me to come at 4 pm. I didn't show up earlier 'cause I thought it was rude since I've given an appt at 4 o'clock. When I showed up, everything was ridicuosly wrong. They said to me that my name was not in the computer for any service. I ask to please be served due to the fact that I took time off from work and that was something hard and "expensive" for me to do.Made me wait like 1/2 hour and a guy named Mark came and sit on the front seat for a few minutes and told me he could not do anything TODAY that the technician was leaving at 5 o'clock and that there was no TIME to do anything. At that point I could have had asked to meet the manager but I was so upset (I am sure Mr.Mark saw that in my face) that i just told him that I had the idea they close at 6 o'clock and if the lady who gave me the appt new that, I could have come earlier!!!! The whole thing was a total waste of my time and felt like you are in a undeveloped country where no one takes responsibility and everybody wants to go home early!!!Horrible experience that I am thinking to change my car for something else even a toyota, so I don't have to ever come to that place again.

Dealership lied about repairs needed. Dealership recommended that I replace my serpentine belt (which had been recently replaced), recommended new front brake pads (those were not replaced to long ago, with lifetime warranty brake pads), and recommended I replace the pollen filter (which had been replaced recently). Dealership recommended that I replace AC condensor and drier which had been replaced not long ago as well.

THE REASON I GAVE THIS RATING IS BECAUSE I PAID $1500.00 MORE FOR MY HONDA ACCORD. THIS EMPLOYEE JUST PUT PAPERS IN FRONT ME AND ASKED ME TO SIGN, NEVER EXPLAINING TO ME WHAT I WAS SIGNING. I HAVE NOTHING TELLING ME WHAT MY INTEREST RATE IS, I HAVE PAPERS THAT ARE NOT FILLED OUT ALL THE WAY THAT HE ASKED ME TO SIGN.WHEN HE STARTED OUT TELLING ME ABOUT THE EXTENDED MAINTENANCE HE MADE SEEM AS IF HONDA WAS PAYING FOR EVERYTHING, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE. I WILL TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT ED MORSE HONDA. I FEEL CHEATED!!!!! YET I FEEL IT IS ALL MY FAULT. ALSO I PUT $10,000.00 DOWN ON MY VEHICLE AND THE GENERAL MANAGER WALKED BY ME AND MY WIFE 3 TIMES WITHOUT SAYING ONE WORD. HE DID NOT SAY HELLO OR GOODBYE.
