I went to have an amber check engine light checked out/fixed on our van. Was advised of an extended warranty for this specific problem. I was updated on the process, and treated very fair. I appreciated the free shuttle back home, as my van needed a couple of days to be repaired.

Up on returning to our home in Lakeland Florida my 2005, 3500 Dodge Ram truck broke down on I-75 Just North of Atlanta, near Marietta, Georgia. I was able to limp into a hotel that night just off of I-75. The next morning I called Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to arrange to have my truck looked at to diagnose for the repairs needed. I was informed to bring my truck in, and I did, once they found out I was in transit Brett, in the service dept. moved me to the head of the line and diagnosed the repairs need on my truck, informed me of a time line for repairs and estimate of the cost. This allowed us to continue back to our Florida home because the repairs were lengthy. I was keep updated on my repairs. The repairs were made at a reasonable cost, all the people involved were professional, and courteous, and I could not be happier with whole experience.Thank you, Brett

I will be the first to say I am not an easy customer and don't like to be pushed. When I decided to check on my extended warranty coverage on my vehicle, Josh in finace met me in the lobby. When I decided to look at a new vehicle, I was introduced to Clinton. We ran the numbers and picked a car. That was easy! I left for an appointment and by the time I returned the car was washed, filled with gas and the paperwork was ready to go. I won't say that I didn't complain about a few things but I new what I needed and after a few frowns and several new printouts of my paperwork, the team was very accommodating! I never felt pressured, cornered or played. I must admit I negotiate for a living but there wasn't much to haggle about here. The deal was fair and I am proud to say that my last 4 cars have been dodges. Thanks guys for making me feel like I was an important client and not just a sale. M

As an out of state buyer, its always a bit more complicated. Clint went above and beyond to make us a deal and meet our requests, including staying till late in the evening to swap out some gear from old to new vehicle to ensure we left with the the new jeep we wanted. Monti was simple and fast with the paperwork as advertised and the gentleman in the service area that helped was great as well. Great Experience.

Oil Change service was good. But is getting pricey and the packages for oil changes have gone up as well. I would like to see more reasonably priced oil change packages in the future or even more oil change discounts emailed-out to loyal customers. Also, all customers are not aware of the complimentary basic car wash. At least that can be offered as a token of appreciation to loyal customers for their business.

I had been taking my truck to several other dealerships for service including the one I bought my Durango from. None of them have anything on Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The service here is outstanding! They are definitely on par or better than some luxury dealerships out there. They are very fast no matter how busy they are, they remember you and details about your vehicle, and found and repaired things that the other dealerships missed. Many of the tweaks and etc were done free of charge under warranty. They have a very nice waiting room, and they come to you to let you know about any service updates or when your vehicle is ready. They also have an on-site rental desk for long service or warranty work, and they bring your vehicle up front to you when it's ready.I'm sure I may be leaving out more details, but you can't go wrong coming here for service!

Good job at this dealer, made appt. I showed up 10 minutes early, Brett C. was good, 1.5 hours vehicle was done.Tie rod recall not needed, driver airbag done, and one recall on PAX airbag done, and awaiting remedy from Dodge on the 4th recall.Suggestion is to have all TV's in waiting area working and on.Also one rubber bumper for glove box, left in glove box, so I installed it. I wish service techs would reinstall all items touched, attention to detail and not just drop the part in vehicle loose.Also the parking lot just outside of service at Ed Voyles, too tight, people driving over each other, it needs more room, too cramped.

Purchased the car in spring 2015. They were the only people to service my car until now. I was paying for tire rotations when I would get an oil change. Well took it to another reputable tire store and they informed me that due to the extreme wear on the front tires that my tires have never been rotated.... ever!!!!! Dealership service department refused to do anything about it! Can't believe after all the money I spent with them, they would do this.... now I'm buying two new tires after only 26,000 miles. My two back tires are still in perfect condition.

I recently moved back to Georgia and noticed that one of my tires had two tears. Jay replaced my tires, no problem and because I had paid for a tire and rim protection plan he worked really hard to get the replacement covered by the protection plan. In addition, I had the pro pack plan for my vehicle ( covers detailing costs, wash, etc), which didn't apply to this particular dealership but he washed my car anyway. It was extremely dirty so this was such a nice surprise when I picked up my car. All and all, my experience was great. Quick and pain free. Thanks Jay and the great staff at Ed Voyles!

Todd Trine was an excellent salesperson. He understood why the car was being purchased and who would be driving the car. He spoke to those needs. If I did not know something, he answered each and every question. Todd explained the 2nd and 3rd row Stow and Go seats. He even demonstrated how this feature worked. You had to move the front seats far forward, before I could get the second row seats to fold into the storage section. Every salesperson on the premises was nice and helpful. When I walked on the lot early even though I was a internet customer, another salesperson took me around the lot until Todd was available. When I purchased the vehicle Todd was not available another salesperson completed the sale. This was done so I did not have to wait to complete the sales transaction. It was a great team effort. It was great how Todd took time to explain how to connect the car to the mobile phone using the Uconnect Voice Command. The facilities were clean and modern feel. The Wireless at the dealership was easy to access and was quite fast. If Todd Trine had not been the salesperson, I might have gone with a different dealership. Ed Voyles is a large dealership with collision repair shop onsite.

Did not call ahead for an appointment Chad, the service manager, was friendly and took good care of me. As an aside.my jeep had an issue with the bumper being stained by the water running off the bolts that held the spare tire. The bumper was replaced. Your parts department provided a free cover for my spare that prevented the same thing from happening again. It was greatly appreciated!

Service was top rated - Can I suggest a rinse car wash (like other dealers) when you get your car back? There may have been construction, but my jeep came back with a nice coat of dust on it after one day in the shop.

I felt like the service representative that we worked with was excellent. The work was completed ahead of schedule and done correctly.My negative is the young lady who answers the phone in the service department when you call in. I didn't catch her name but she was less than helpful, clearly not that interested in bringing business to your dealership. She was short, non-sympathetic, and frankly somewhat rude. After I called I checked with Cherokee Dodge and seriously considered going there and would have except for the free oil change that I knew was offered through your dealership when I purchased my truck. My attitude was if my service experience wasn't good I would never return to your facility. It's fortunate that the technician that I dealt with was so competent and friendly.I suggest that you have your people in the service department who answer the phones attend a class in customer service that explains to them that they wouldn't have a job if those pesky and annoying customers go away..

I just wish I could get my "recalls" done. Have had notices about 2 years. Why would they even bother sending them out until parts were readily available. I received another one in March of this year and it said part would not be available until the 2nd quarter of 2017. I just don't understand this.

Overall a good experience though I'm not sure that the trade-in value was what it should have been and I never did know what the dealer invoice was for the affiliate program to get up to 1% off the dealer invoice price. Aside from those financing shenanigans it was a good experience. Our salesperson, Shaun was courteous and very helpful with setting up some of the electronics.

I brought my SUV in for a repair. It was done on the same day without my having to set an appointment. I was able to rent a car, get to work, return the rental, all on the same day without missing a beat. This is why I will remain a loyal customer to Ed Voyles CDJR. I leased a vehicle from Daniel Reece on 6/29/16, a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Its awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable about what he is selling (and his love and passion for cars are extremely evident) and goes the extra mile. I made this deal purely via email, (countless emails) which Im sure from a car salesman's perspective is no easy task, plus Im not very easy to deal with and he did so with grace and poise. He even had my new car delivered to me in my home state of South Carolina and picked up my old one (which I sold to the dealership), I never once had to visit the dealership. My car is a company car and for the deal to go through I also had to have an officer of my company sign my lease agreement as well as myself. And that person happened to be in Islamorada Florida at the time, Daniel Reece handled that hiccup no problem and had the lease agreement overnighted to Florida immediately. I can honestly rate him a 10/10 for his work on this. If anyone is ever in the market for Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Daniel Reece definitely is your man. I just wish he sold more vehicles other than those 3.THANKS A MILLION DEN (FROM SC)

Made this deal with online salesman 7PM on a Tuesday, they delivered truck to me 3.5 hrs one way the next day. I got a beautiful truck at best price in the SE on the Laramie Longhorn 4x4. Highly recommend the 4 corner air suspension, hemi with 8 speed transmission is a smooth and powerful ride. Great towing truck. Was in a serious head on wreck in a 2015 Laramie, I walked away intact and immediately made a deal on a 2016 RAM, no need to look at any other truck for me.

I visited the service department today at Cobb Pkwy. Needed an oil change and the tires balanced and rotated oh and a key fob battery. I showed the employee an email about 4 free oil changes and was told that had expired. First of all I was never told they expire after 2 years. So I showed the employee a more recent one from April 2016 showing an oil change for 14.95 and was told to show the cashier upon payment. I also asked about a car wash and was told it was a complimentary wash. So I asked for it unbeknownst to me it was an automatic one,which I do not use since I don't want to mess the paint up. So the car gets the oil change and I check the vehicle to find a scratch on the left front quarter panel that I know for a fact wasn't there prior to that wash. Granted, it wasn't a really bad scratch but regardless it was a scratch put on my car from being serviced there which upset me. I make the employee aware of the scratch and was told "oh sorry" yea it's an automatic wash. I said well if I had known that I would've said no thanks but whatever. I truly couldn't believe that was the only thing said to me about a scratch on the paint. The employee even told another employee about it, admitted the car wash scratched the car and the other employee says, oh well, the next time you're in let either one of us know and we will get ya a high speed buff and will work something out. REALLY?!?! I SUPPOSE I should've called a manager over right then but instead of causing a scene I decided to send this email. This is the second time dealingwith this dealership that I've had an issue. I don't put many miles on my car and to be honest in November the car will be 3 years old and I dont even have 15k on it yet, but still that shouldn't matter. I take pride in my muscle car that was purchased from Ed Voyels Marietta. This is just bad business. So upon checkout I was told the bill was 70 dollars, so I reminded the employee that was not the correct price and was told oh yeah that's right follow me. So into the cashier area we went and the bill went from 70 dollars to 30. The coupon sent to me from this location was for an oil change for 14.95 with a 4 dollar battery fee. So how was it 30$? Then an employee says oh that's for the oil filter and shop fees. Well there was NO mention of those additional charges in the coupon. So then they say oh with tax it's 20.19$ that's more like it. So they tell me the air filter needs to be replaced and the cabin filter. The car doesn't even have 15k miles on it plus there is a K&N filter in there so how's that? Then to top it off they say the two front tires are bad! Really? The front tires are bad with not even close to the amount of miles those tires are rated for? Just trying to figure out whats going on over there and let someone know this isn't right and something needs to be done about this. Again this was not how I wanted to see the people who take care of my vehicle act nor treat me as a loyal customer. I've been thinking of upgrading the car to a stronger one but honestly after this I'm thinking twice about it. At least buying from there. Thanks for you're time. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

This was our 4th minivan from Ed Voyles Chrysler, the 3rd that we purchased ourselves.Dick has been our sales rep every time, and we have always rated 10's for our buying experiences. It has been a relatively smooth peocess this time as wee, from ordering to the delivery. Dick kept us informed on the progress of the new Pacifica the whole time. I came in for regular oil change and its amenities, but on further investigation fuel line, differentials need addressing. Had fuel lines flushed, will attend to the differential at next oil change. Told of problem with the internal fuses and how the problem was addressed. Service made sure the fuses were well-seated. Overall experience was very good, although it required a bit more time than first expected. Chrissy Johnson, quick lane advisor, was most helpful, plus she seemed to be quite car savvy.

I would have liked a better bill breakdown.. Labor charge of $120 was charged to replace a Hyd steering damper, Two bolts to remove and slip damper off, slip new damper on tighten tow bolts. A15 min job. Jack veh up and down , 15 min Total 30 min. I called after getting home to see if you pay by job or by book. Person I spoke to did not know. The Service rop was so great I did not persue, Some of the items like oil change are already on service form and was filled out NO CHARGE > This could mean You changed the oil and it was free (no Charge) or You did no oil change so (no charge) Not Done would take same time to type and only have one understanding. This was meant to improve a already great job by all.

My wife and I came in for an ignition recall replacement. The employees and building were cleaner than any other dealership I've ever seen. The employees were all very nice, helpful and courteous when approached. The 2006 Jeep Commander had a going over to determine if any other things required my attention and was brought to me for inspection before the recall procedure was completed to see if I wanted any work completed before we left. It was discovered that the previous owner had misrouted the serpentine belt incorrectly. This I took care of at the house upon arrival. The only other thing that was a bit confusing was the 'Needs attention in the future' to my two passenger tires. I didn't see what they were talking about on that one as they were both pretty new. I enjoyed my experience and will return for any service in the future. The only thing I would suggest; If you mark on your inspection that something needs attention, make a little comment next to it so I know what your talking about. I was contacted by a Voyles representative by phone to set up an appointment to have my Wrangler serviced. I set the appointment and showed up at the Service Department at the appointed time. There was no record of my appointment in the Service Computer or the Quick Line. Happily, a very dedicated service advisor got me in to perform the maintenance in a timely manner. I have no problem and recommend the Service Department; my issue is with the cold calling to set up service appointment and then it never hit the system. You guys called me!

After the new ignition switch was installed the customer service gentleman walked me through the new process because with the new ignition switch, the key turns a bit different. My spouse and I began our search for a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited about 3 months ago. We live in Rossville, Ga. very close to Chattanooga , Tn. Naturally we started our search close to our home and visited every Jeep dealership within 50 miles looking at the Jeep Wrangler selection. Not only were we unable to find the color and options that we wanted, but the sales staff were rude and condescending. After many dealerships not even emailing back after online inquires, we broadened our search to 200 miles in every direction from our home. Right away Ed Voyles was very attractive because of the huge selection. After an email inquiry i was contacted back quickly. A couple weeks later we drove the 100 miles down to Ed Voyles to check out the selection and upon arrival were paired up with Daniel Reece. Before i go into the details further on the Jeep hunt, let me talk about the dealership itself a minute. I found the interior and exterior the be very well maintained and clean. The inside of the dealership was up to date and very nice. I mention this only because one of the dealerships visited in Dalton, Georgia was so dirty and smelly inside that we had to turn and walk away. First impressions matter, and Ed Voyles nailed it. After talking with Daniel Reece briefly about what we were looking for and checking the inventory on the lot, we determined that the color we wanted was not in stock at the time. Over the next 6 weeks I searched online at dealerships almost daily to see if perhaps something closer to home might have come in and i did find a couple that matched what we wanted exactly. But when i contacted these dealers they added $1,500 - $4,000 to the sticker price for a variety of things from "market adjustment" to "premium dealer service fee", etc. I wondered at times if they were wanting to sell cars or keep them at these other dealerships. I ended up seeing that several options had come in at Ed Voyles that matched what i was looking for and came down again to purchase. The process went very smooth and everything was explained in detail. The entire deal took about 3 hours . They offered great rates through the lenders and we were very pleased with the final purchase price as well as the interest rate. Don't end up wasting your time like i did going to every dealership on the globe. Shop here first and i guarantee you will not go anywhere else. He was kind, thoughtful and patient with my wife and I throughout the selection process of the vehicle. When it came to the "numbers" he presented them clearly and completely with no gray areas. He never used the term "about" or "in the area of". He was concise and precise. It was clear from the start that he had my best interest in mind. He wasn't selling me a car he was helping me buy one... on my terms! My next contact was with Steve to sign the papers. He was beyond helpful. I went in for a recall service on the ignition system. I arrived at 9 for my appointment and they had me out of there about 11:45. Shane was very courteous and informative about the repair. My car simply quit one day while I was out. Chrysler towing service was outstanding and really took care of me and delivered my car to Ed Voyles where I've had service before. The staff at Ed Voyles got to work on the situation right away even though I had no set appointment since the car had been towed in. They were friendly, helpful, and professional the whole way through and kept me up to date on progress. At the end of the day they got my car back to me when promised and at a good price and I was very happy with the work.

Only problem was in picking-up my vehicle, in that I was there an hour longer than I should have been. The technician had provided a complimentary car wash, but parked it outside the service area, instead of out front, where it should have been. No one could find it, based on the computer. After I waited an extra hour, my service writer had to go and literally search for it.

When purchasing a vehicle or anything of high value, you tend to get relentless salesmen/women that don't know when to allow customers to breathe. However, I didn't have this experience at all. Deni, the sales associate was very patient and personable. Kieth the financial associate was kind and honest. I'm very happy with the excellent quality of the repair work done by the mechanics. My 10-year-old car runs like new! I'm also impressed by the great customer service provided by the service advisors. They're friendly and always take time to answer my questions about a repair and how it relates to the working of my car. And I love the in-house rental service Ed Voyles recently launched; it costs me less money, time, and hassle, than renting a comparable vehicle from Enterprise.

I took my car in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and point inspection. They were prompt to get me in and had everything done within an hour and a half. The service associate I was assigned to was very pleasant and went through everything they did to my car.

Spent half the day on the internet using the "make a deal tool" the sales team said "sounds great" at the deal I proposed. My wife and daughter made an appointment went down there. The sales rep Brian ignored them for 2 hours. Then told them we emailed them too much and we were crazy to think we would get that much for our trade. My wife stormed out. We then sold our vehicle out right for about $10000 more than what they offered us. We searched the state for the vehicle we wanted and unfortunately Ed Voyles was the only dealership that had the vehicle with the color and options we wanted. We talked it over and made contact with them, and since we had a great experience our first time we purchased there, we decided to give them another shot. We did the same thing with the "make a deal tool". They rep said sounds great come down and sign the paperwork. This time I knew better. I pinned him down to accept the offer. He kept saying to just come in. After insisting on him to accept the offer on the make a deal tool. He sent me back a payment $100 more a month and several thousand dollars over what other dealerships were quoting me on the same car but a different color. I also had issues with a rattle on our first vehicle as well as a chip in the window. When we bought it they said they would fix it. When we brought it back they said there was nothing they could do about the rattle and windshield had been fixed and filled. They refused to replace it like they said they would. I would recommend trying another dealership.

The people I spoke with at the dealership were all in the service department. They were honest, fair and friendly. They kept me posted, made reccomendarions and ranked what needed to be done vs what could wait a bit without risking safety. The facility was clean, they had complimentary beverages, a rep came around with bottles of cold water to make sure everyone waiting knew they were free and we were comfortable. Their time estimates of how long things would take were accurate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing break work! (the only service I've had done there). I also love that they not only offer a military discount, but also actively sought to offer it by asking the man in front of us if he was in the service (he had on a bomber style jacket with amilitary emblem on it) asked him if he was active duty or a vet, if had his military id on him, told him about the discount, and sincerely thanked the gentleman in front of me for his service. Even if the rest of my experience had only been average (which it was actually fantastic considering I was there for a not happy reason) I would patronize them for their respect and appreciation of our military service members.

I towed my car in late Saturday. Jeff Kurtz was my service person I expplained to him that I was in a hurry because someone was waiting to take me back home. He promptly and courtesously took my information and told me my car would be ready Monday. I planned to call Monday afternoon if I had not heard from Jeff. He ended up leaving me two voicemails on Monday before I even had to call them. I was also able to pick up my car quickly and they did a 23 point inspection, which I did not request, on my car which I appreciate because I am about to drive it on a long distance trip.

I returned to Ed Voyles Chrysler dealership for the sixth separate time today to once again ask that my 2014 Chrysler 300 with 22K miles be fixed. When I purchased the vehicle I also purchased the "car care upgrade service plan" (3 years 40K miles) the "road hazard tire coverage" (deluxe) and the ever so humorous" care free car protection" (platinum) with the guarantee that If ANYTHING happens to the car it would be covered. I knew the car came with a bumper to bumper warranty but I purchased the extra coverage because the sales manager assured me that being placed in a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired was included in the coverage so I would not have the additional hassle of renting a car. The oil sensor went bad in my car shortly after I purchased it and they gave me a loaner, my tire and wheel were damaged at the dealership during an oil change and Drew (Manager) gave me a loaner while he got the wheel fixed. I went there over two weeks ago to get a tire replaced (same damaged tire from an oil change incident at this dealership) because I had it patched from a nail hole, the sensor on the dashboard stays on showing low pressure, the car makes a thumping sound like I popped the trunk from inside the car when I start it and the front end and steering wheel is shaking when I put on the brakes (Drew told me today that the Platinum coverage doesn't cover maintenance???) They now refuse to offer a loaner because they have their own car rentals and I am required to tie up an additional $200.00 of my money (after I was sold the worry free coverage) and purchase a rental car. I told the service manager on day one that I have platinum coverage and I have been put in loaners before and I am not paying for a rental and she (Crissy) told me that they don't do loaners anymore so I said I will talk to Drew but he wasn't there that day so Colin (service rep) assured me that they would take care of me regarding the loaner when I brought my car in on the scheduled day. I brought the car back and again the rental car was required so I left (Drew was not there) I came back yet again and Crissy asked Bear (service rep) to contact Fidelity to see if they would cover the rental and Fidelity said no, not until they know what is wrong with the car, so I left again (Drew was not there) I went back again and Drew was not there so I went and spoke to two gentle men at the counter (current sales manager) and his reply was everybody wants a loaner car???? Does everybody buy your showroom vehicle and buy every available additional coverage? Crissy called the next day and left a message saying " I heard you are having trouble with one of your tires"? REALLY? So I went back again and spoke with Crissy and finally I felt we were making progress when Crissy said "I am going to go ahead and put you in a vehicle" so I said I have an appointment today but I can be back on Wednesday and she said "I will not be here but this gentleman will assist you". I did not go back on Wednesday because I wanted to make sure I dealt with Crissy so I went back Friday around noon and Crissy said "you picked a heck of a time to show up, its after noon so that means they wont even be able to look at your vehicle today so I said would you prefer I come back and she said yes Monday or Tuesday would be best. I came back today (Wednesday) as it was the soonest I could get away from work and guess what? I gave them my insurance card and drivers license and then they told me they were processing a rental for me. I said no, I am getting a loaner and it was if I was back to day one. I walked away and went to speak with Drew. Drew said they did away with the loaner program because of insurance purposes (I have my own insurance) and that I would just need to put $200 on a credit card. I explained to Drew what was wrong with the car (didn't mention trunk popping sound) and he said the platinum coverage doesn't cover maintenance??? Very Bad experience overall !!!

We were greeted at the door by the general manager. He made us feel welcome and he listened to what my concerns were and what I wanted in a new vehicle. He introduced us to several of the members that would be a part of our buying experience as well as a representative of the service department. He turned us over to a salesperson and made recommendations for the type vehicle he thought we might be interested in. Our salesperson showed us a variety of models and took us for our test drive. He explained the features to both of us and we both participated in the test drive. We made our selection and began the paperwork process. While completing the paperwork I asked about nearby restaurants. The sales manager overheard and offered some gift cards for our lunch. All of the paperwork was expeditiously processed and we were on our way with our brand new Jeep Latitude. The whole experience was most favorable and I will be expressing this to all of my friends and family.

Buying a car can be stressful. I have bought a few in my time. However, I have never had such an enjoyable experience as I just had with Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge. We did our research online to find the right car, etc., but once we found it and negotiated a bit in email, we made the long trek from Winder to Marietta (!) and were not disappointed. The folks there were friendly and there was not a moment of pressure or 'new car' trickery. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted.We're planning to go back there again for all of our future auto needs.And no, I'm not getting any benefit for saying this.

The waiting area was clean and there were snacks available for purchase,These are the cons, which have nothing to do with the quality of my repair service.If they had tv instead of commercial ads running, it would be nice. Overall service was good. Pre-sales to get me to drive 4.5hrs was top notch. When I got there the dealer seemed busy as there were times my sales person disappeared between signing documents. Great deal on my new used car which is why I took the drive. Car was well detailed and was as described EXCEPT mileage on the car. Website and final financial paperwork stated 2,000 miles less than what was on it. Carfax and discussions days beforehand had 1,000 miles less than what was actually on the car. I didn't notice until all paperwork was signed and was out the door to make the trip home. Sales person couldn't explain why the miles were higher. I got a good deal and already went through all paperwork so didn't make a big deal at the time, just wish the dealer was more transparent about a mystery mileage increase. Main people I dealt with were very nice and even got a thank you and hand shake from the GM! I would recommend the dealer but would just mention to not to rush and check the used vehicle from roof to rims...even everything on the instrument panel.

The service at this dealership is exceptional. They are very organized and got me checked in and on my way in just a few minutes. They provided a free shuttle service to get me to work. My service tech and the shuttle driver were personable and went out of their way to make me comfortable with the entire service experience including offering me something to drink while waiting to get in the shuttle and a personal call when my vehicle was ready. Whomever worked on my car found a $50.00 bill that I had dropped on my vehicle floor earlier in the day and it was sitting in my cup holder when I picked up my car!! I would not hesitate to take my car back to them for service.

Having to recycle twice through service for problems found during the first service pass-through increases the customer's time there significantly. It used to be that the service rep came to you with the paperwork while the car was still on the rack to see if you wanted to proceed with the additional service. Why was this stopped? Is it a manpower problem or was it inconvenient for the service department to do this? Thanks for your reply.....hopefully you will reconsider the process of getting to the customer who is waiting there before you take the car off the rack and return it back to the service bay.

It was fortunate when my van was giving me some trouble that I wasn't too far from the dealer. After a short tow and being taken care of by an attentive service rep. I was told I may not hear from them till after a holiday weekend. I received a call before the weekend and that the vehicle would be ready just after the holiday. I went to Ed Voyles CDJ in Marietta (& Palmer in Roswell) with an oil leak in the engine of my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon which is covered by a lifetime powertrain warranty. I bought this vehicle new and it is still covered under warranty. They both told me it had to start dripping AND that I would have to provide documentation of every oil change I have ever had since I bought it. As I've gone through a divorce and I sometimes change it myself, that was impossible. Fast forward six months: I move to Chicago & the dealership fixed the leak without question the first time they changed my oil. They even provided me with a free vehicle while they did the repairs. DON"T USE THIS SERVICE DEPT!!

I set up an appointment and needed to get a few things checked out on the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee I had just purchased a few months ago. This was a routine check up after 3 months and I also noticed a few other issues to get checked, one was a rattle while starting the car. The representative that "assisted" me, Larry, was rude and condescending. He asked me if it was in the morning after the car had been sitting over night and I told him it would happen then and also at random times. I told him I would be waiting on the car because I live 30 miles away from the dealership and he told me this isn't something I should wait on and to leave it overnight. Fair enough, but since I was already getting a few things checked I told him we could see if it made the noise while checking the other things and if not, I would make another appointment when it was more convenient for me. So I let him know that I wouldn't mind waiting, unless they would give me a rental car - but he quickly interrupted me and explained that they don't do that - so when do dealerships not give out cars for their customers who have spent $35k on a new car - or better yet - any customer?? But that isn't even my biggest issue for the complaint and poor review. After I asked him if it was typical that the noise happens after the car sits all night, he acted like I offended him and was very rude with his response. If you asked me if this noise happens at a specific time, then as a customer, you better believe I'm going to ask you if this is typical. Also, I only asked the question because of the question he asked me. I'm very unhappy with this type of service from a dealership that I have spent a lot of money supporting by getting my new car here - let's hope the call to their Customer Service Manger helps that I'm waiting on.

I saw a used Volvo XC 60 on their web site and contacted the dealership. Brian replied and we set an appointment to see the car. Brian was very professional with the presentation and test drive. I was disappointed with the offer for my trade ( I sold it for 4K more to another dealership). Brian was off the day that I picked up the Volvo , so his partner Deni helped me. She was also very profeaaional and helpful. The buying process and delivery went smooth and fast.

The worst experience ever with a dealership. 1st time took my 300 in for a defective cylinder (recall). It took them 3 days to repair. At that time there was 2 other recalls (that show up when entering the VIN) that are dangerous...1 dealing with brake wiring and the other dealing with airbag deployment wiring. 2nd time I took my car there, I had it towed over 21 miles (16 farther away from closest dealership) at my expense after being told they could handle the problem immediately. After 2 days I was told that they were so busy that they weren't even taking anymore service calls and that my car still had not been looked at. (rental car was my expense). After 4 days I called and as of 10AM my car still had not been looked at. At 11:00 I left messages on Service Managers and service tech voice mail not to touch my car that I would have someone pick it up. Miraculously between 10-12 my car went in for a diagnostic and was determined to be an alternator problem that would cost me $900.00. My awesome local mechanic was there to pick up the car and Ed Voyles would not release it because they said they never received any messages not to touch my car so they charged me/my mechanic $100.00 for the diagnostic fee or would not release my car. Service manager told me that he was doing me a favor by only charging me $100 that it usually cost more. I paid $500.00 to my local mechanic, which included the tow of 21 miles, the alternator, labor and the $100 fee to Ed Voyles.

Awful service. Bought a new, 2014 Challenger from there, and less than two months later there was a buzzing coming from the dashboard and one of the keys only worked half the time. Two days after dropping my car off I called them and they said that it was ready. When I showed up it turned out that they couldn't recreate the problems, so they just didn't do anything. They handed me back one key, even though I'd given them two. They didn't know where it was and Krissy Jones, who had told me the car was ready, had left for the day, but they said they'd look for it and someone would call me tomorrow. No one did. Five days (and three voicemails) later no one had called or returned my messages. Finally I called and asked for a manager and he told me the key had been lost and I would have to come back in to get one. Did I mention I live 20 miles away? No apology, no accountability. Dropped off one car with issues and two keys, left with one car with the same issues and now only one key. Terrible service, no follow up, no accountability. Plan on making sure anyone who will listen--internet or in person--knows how little they care about their customers.

Jeremy Cloud worked on a deal for me while I was at work and when I returned to the dealership, the paperwork and my 2014 Jeep Wrangler were waiting for me.I spent a total of 30 minutes and I was a new Jeep owner. I could not have asked for more - totally satisfied and ready for the summer!

The dealership has really stepped up their visual appeal and the waiting area is very comfortable and nice The service writers are very friendly and helpful and service is usually quick and if it is not going to be they are honest with you and get you a shuttle. I bring a lot of cars here as a concierge for Wellstar hospital and find the service here very consistent and good.

My family and I walked on to the Ed Voyles used lot as previous customers as my husband has bought from them before. We were not expecting to walk away with an excellent 2002 Nissan Pathfinder. Jim took great care of us and made sure that our little toddler, age 20 months, was taken care of by sharing some crackers and getting him a balloon. To entertain the tike he even started to levitate! It was awesome!! Seriously though, these guys rock and will be the first stop for a new car in the future. Thanks guys!!

I drove all the way from columbus with a confirmation number and appointment in hand for them to tell me that the car was sold! The manager had the nerve to tell me that everything looked good and the finance company already said I qualified for a loan, how's that when they only know my name!! Won't be going back!!!

We leased a 2013 Grand Cherokee from them Dec. 2012. Initially, I would have given the dealership a 2 star rating bc of the hassle we went through trying to get a deal worked. But, I changed it to four bc our sales person has been great since. He was very honest and upfront throughout the whole deal. His managers, not so much, typical sleazy car sales people. We used Todd Prine and honestly, if it weren't for him we would have gone to a different Jeep dealer from the get go. So use Todd Prine and your good to go!!

The salesmen here lie to you, tell you a price and by God if you don't throughly read the contract the sneaky folks at Ed Voyles will up the price. Then when you call them out on the price difference they pretend they have NO CLUE what your talking about and that they NEVER quoted you that price. CROOKS all of them then they try to pay you off by offering to buy you a free tank of gas! REALLY! Go to another dealership you will do much better.

Took my 2005 chrysler in for oil/filter change. While being checked in I noticed my flashers were on. Check in fella said "I turned em on, it indicates that your car is ready for servicing. I went to waiting room. After about 45 min. I asked someone for directions to bathroom. On my way back from bathroom I noticed my car parked in back lot with driver door open. I returned to waiting area. After about 1 min. I got up to see if my car was still there. It was, but then I saw 3 service guys walk up to it with a crash cart, pop the hood and then jump my battery. Apparently my car was sitting there the whole time I was waiting (at least 45 min.) with flashers on & driver door open. While I was beginning to get mad about this a service guy got in it & drove it to a service bay. I then started telling every ED VOYLES employee that was near that I wanted my car RIGHT NOW. It took about 5 min. for it to be pulled up. I asked the driver to turn it off then restart it. It restarted.!! I WONT BE BACK!!!

My thoughts of this dealership is a complete joke. I purchased a new vehicle from the in February 2013 and went to trade it in this past weekend. Upon the appraisal of my vehicle they noticed that my car had been repainted and has had some damage. So I contacted Ed voyles the folloring monday and indeed my car had been damaged. Considering this was suppose to be a brand new car (only had 17 miles on it when I got it) they told me that the back bumper, back light assembly & one of the quarter panels had to be replaced and painted because of damage. To make it worse I tried dealing with the managers and one of them offered me a disgrace of $300 for my troubles. They don't care that I will never get full value of my car when I trade it in because of the damage. It seems to me they want to sell the cars quick but don't care about the customer's purchase.

I got a litlle jaded with the whole process last week. The closest dealership to me is Ed Voylves and they are the dealership I went to see first after an email from one of their internet guys, Royce Worley. They quoted me a decent price via email and I told them I had my trade in a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I had bought new to trade in with less than 67k miles. I mentioned that I had about 16k dollars cash at that point and along with the trade in they told me to come in over the weekend and he was sure that we could make a deal. I met with one of Royce's collegues Jeremy Cloud a few days later and what a deal the first thing in writing they offered me, with my trade and the 16k cash we were still had about 8k difference in price so I just got up and walked out the door as the salesman asked if I was offended! I am a 53 year old man that has been down this road before about 10 times purchasing vehicles, not to mention a loyal Jeep Grand Cherokee owner who is looking to upgrade to a 2014 model. I do not want to hear the garbage about I will need to talk with my manager and get a trade in offer that is a complete joke. I will never do business with Ed Voyles dealerships again because I expect to be treated honestly and professionaly.

I purchased a new (2013) Chrysler 300 through the dealer's E-Commerce (Internet) department. Fortunately for me, I got connected to Royce Worley. He was the consumate professional; knowledgeable, calm, respectful, no pressure, and offered me a discount plus two rebates without my asking about them. Ed Voyles Marietta dealership and new car sales staff, particularly Mr.Tylor Dimmig,made our first new vehicle purchase a wonderful experience. From our original test drive when they went as far as to assist with my toddlers car seat to our expedited transaction processes everyone really impressed. The Ed Voyles staff worked great as a team. Most impressive to me was the integrity and honesty that the sales team and dealership showed in meeting and honoring all correspondences regarding vehicle type, price, and financing. Unfortunately it is rare for businesses to operate in such a manner now days so it was refreshing to see that great customer service and business tact is still alive and well at Ed Voyles. My salesman Don Garner was great, he is a very low pressure guy, my kind of saleperson. Listened and gave usefull information. Ed Voyles deal was good, buying new on lot Jeep with $5,100 off MSRP. Only complaint was no black vehicles. Need to increase inventory. Did not enjoy HIGH sales pressure from financing guy, he was nice enough, but acted shocked that I did not want to buy a warranty. I told him that shows little faith in the car. He stated that this was 1st time in 3 months this has happen. Come on, he should have been alert enough to read I was not a warranty guy, as I plan to pay off vehicle in a few months, needed to finance to get additional $1,000 credit. After the shock and astonishment that I was not buying warranty, he suddenly offered a program to get a refund if I do not use the warranty. This worked, but his acting rubbed me wrong & I mentioned it to him. Curious what his bonus is for the warranties, left a bad taste after a very professional experience with Don. I will recommend Ed Voyles to all Jeep buyers. Nice to see an American car maker doing well. My last 2 cars were Honda's. 1st American car since my 1989 Camaro!

The sales staff at Ed Voyles was very impressive. From our initial visit when they went as far as to help with my child's car seat for a test drive to the purchase date over a month later. They professionally and expeditiously guided us through the process of purchasing our first new car for my young family. They daisplayed great teamwork. At times when the initial salesman was unable to accommodate our schedule someone else stepped in flawlessly and honored all previous correspondences and agreements without hesitation. We have found their staff to be very professional and friendly - they do anything they can possibly do to assist us - they meet their commmittments for on time delivery. When we purchased our new 300 we had a recall issue and a second issue - at that point general manager steped in and made sure all our concerns were addressed and we were more than satisfied. We had a great experience buying a new Jeep at Ed Voyles. Their selection is huge so they have every type of vehicle and any type of option you can want. The sales and finance staff stayed 2 hrs after closing to help finish the deal, as we drove 90 miles to the dealership from Columbus(no other dealership had a selection of the new Jeep Cherokee in the 4x4). We will definitely buy from Ed Voyles again. When you got to Ed Voyles, ask for Royce. Royce is very easy to work with and knows the vehicles inside and out.

We just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and it was the best experience we had. We had been to three other dealerships who did not work with our financing, gave little on the price and tried to sell cars we didnt want. Wayne was an awesome sales guy, didn't push us and let us just look around and our finance guy answered our questions and made the numbers work. The combination was a win win for me and I can almost guarentee they will hook you UP too! The process was smooth, laid back, and pressure free. No pushy corny stuff like what I've experienced in the past. They were just cool people that allowed me to ask what I wanted as many times as I wanted and never made me feel any thing other than normal about it. I purchased a 2006 Jeep from a dealership in NC and on the way back my check engine light came on. I took it to one dealership and they charged me the diagnotics fee and re-programed the computer. Said was ok. The next day, I was going on a trip to Tenn and the light came back on. So i took it back to that dealership and they determined it was the convertor bad. They had to order. I went back and it did not come in. They did not even offer to make phone calls to find it. Well I make 3 calls and found it at Ed Voyles. The parts manager took the info and said yes we have it and then transferred me over to the service department where I talked to the service writer Krissy Jones. She was very professional and very helpful and said bring it on now. I went to Ed Voyles and was there a good bit of the day, but I told them that did not matter to me. They said I had free car rental. But I stayed with them from the time they started to the time then finished. Ed Volyes JCD has a great team of service and parts personal. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY ONE WITH ANY CHRYSLER PRODUCT TO GO THERE. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND WILL BEND OVER TO HELP YOU OUT, EVEN IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE FROM THEM.

They do a great job changing our oil! They also helped us when the car broke down last year. The car only had around 19,000 miles when the tensioner on the serpentine belt malfunctioned. They got us a loaner to drive and got the car fixed the next day.

Was told the vehicle was used only by a manager and was a demo. After checking trough a gov. site found out the vehicle had been pre purchased at an auction, Had to pay $2,000 to retain full coverage. Told mananger that had been driving the vehicle the next day that there was a whine in the rear end and getting louder. He had no commint. Three weks later I turned in vehicle. Was kept 3 days. Once we hit the Finance person it was a different story. He stated since we had a car loan we could not get approval for a second car loan. I stated if we needed more money down we can do that, but he stated he could not get us a loan for any amount. Very displeased since the sales person stated all things were sound and we could take the vehicle home and the person in finance stated the loan was approved to him.
