I went into Eddy’s Chevy not even thinking I would walk out with a new truck. Yet here we are. I had been looking for a truck for a couple months but could not find anything. I decided to go into Eddy’s one Saturday just to look around and see what they had. When I got there I met Marcos one of the salesman and he was great! He listened to what I was looking for and next thing I know he said he had the perfect truck for me! We did some negotiating and he was able to get my payments down to where I needed them to be with no hesitation at all! He was the best salesman I had while in the market for a vehicle! Highly recommend going into Eddy’s Chevy and asking for Marcos!

Nick Hopkins created the absolute best car buying experience in a time when buying a car can be harder than usual. I was not optimistic about finding the vehicle I wanted let alone in my budget, but he made it happen. He got me top dollar for my trade and had all the paperwork done so when I arrived at the dealership I was in and out in no time. Already recommended Eddy’s to several friends in the new/used car market. Best experience I’ve had buying a car to date.

Very prompt and honest reply to my inquiry. I'm out of state and no bait and switch upon my arrival the truck was at location. My salesman Eric was very helpful and professional. To be quite honest, I do not plan to return to have my car serviced at Eddy's. The service has been on a continuous decline and the price just continues to increase! It started out I would pay 55 dollars and would get my tires rotated, get an inspection, a car wash, and an oil change. Last time I came there was a chunk missing out of one of my tires that no one saw and when I called about it, because clearly my tires had not been rotated, no one would take or return my call. This time I paid 80 dollars which is just RIDICULOUS! According to the person that took my money, they were supposed to report to him that I had a bad rear wiper but did not so we asked if we could purchase one. Instead of reaching out to their "parts department " he sends us to them, where is the service in that?! We didn't end up buying the part because they wanted $15 plus installation which is ridiculous when I can buy 2 for 10 at an auto part store and have it put on for free! Then I went down the road to have breakfast, looked over the car that they "washed" and my rims were disgusting! Having said all that, I will be finding somewhere else to service my vehicle in the future. I hope this review leads them to better service and to do what their signs say they do. People should get what they pay for!

I brought my 2014 Cadillac SRX in for 5 items Eddy's owed me in the trade deal. All were to be completed in one visit with a loaner car. 3 of the 5 items were completed just 5. The two that were not were done: 1. Repaint the deep scratch on the rear hatch. 2. Full auto clean detail from the engine to the hatch. Interior and exterior. These 5 tasks were clearly spelled out and shown to the service advisor when I dropped off the vehicle. Also, The loaner car they gave me was filthy dirty with it being so bad I took immediately to a full service car wash. The driver's seat had a nasty beverage stain in it, The windows were so dirty I peronallly cleaned every one myself before my wife stepped into it. Not impressed to say the least. I don't feel like a valued customer given this treatment.

Bought a 2016 Chevy Traverse. Was previously a loaner. Good experience. Found out car had some hail damage on it, so they fixed that, cleaned out some small stains inside the car (due to it being a loaner), and services the car for free. Gave us a good replacement vehicle while it was in the shop. Saeid, our sales rep, kept us in the loop the entire time and made sure everything got done. I seriously can't say enough good things about him. If you buy, I recommend buying from him.

The ship did a very good job. They found and fixed an oil leak that was still under warranty. The only complaint is IF they rotated and balanced my tires. The service tech did not put air in the tires. Each tire was still under pressure.

-The overall process was way too slow-I asked for 0% financing but they never got that paperwork for me even though I have an excellent credit score-Every vehicle was empty on fuel. Even the loaner car they let me use while my car was in service center.-They didn't notice that the airbag service light was on as they were getting it ready for me to drive off lot. It was a brand new car!

if you want an excellent buying experience, at eddy's chevrolet/Cadillac, be sure to talk with Christian Smith and Steve Rothe. You will find no better new car sales manager than Christian and no better sales rep. than Steve. Between the two of them it made car buying fun. I would highly recommend both of them for your next purchase. Also, the next day after taking delivery of our new impala, it was hailed on. I recommended eddy's for repair of the impala. The body shop did an excellent job of repairing it; looked like new again; so I thank them very much.

Everybody at this dealer did a amazing job. I have never and most likely will never experience something like this. The team at Eddy's went out of there way for me and my family. I was two hours away and Petey did everything he could to help with that. He and his team would send Pictures of different trucks. while I worked. At the end of the day they didn't let me make the drive unless they knew it was a solid deal. When I first got there they were waiting on me and my Family. Chris took me on a test drive while my wife waited and he was prior military. He took the conversation during the drive and didn't try to push a car on me he know what I wanted and make it a relaxed experience. When we were signing papers( which they stayed open late for us to do) Most Financing offices we've done business with make themselves seem better than others however Morgan the manager of that department was great and patient. Petey took the extra time to walk around and play with our son let him play with the cars and stuff like that. it was great and I have said to my wife as long as I am at least driving distance Eddy's Chevrolet will get my money. Thank you guys for a great truck and a awesome experience. I will be back with another vehicle.

He then duped her into trading her six month old fully loaded XTS in for a bare bones CTS model and paying $18k for the privilege of being robbed. I've been buying cars for 45 years and never dealt with more people, with no clue, than here. We had several folks tell us they had only been there a few days. It could not have been more obvious. Told them the price and payment range and they brought out one at over twice what I stated. Finally told them exactly what we wanted and was told, " we can get that for you". Left a $500 deposit with a promise they would have the truck in 2 to 4 days. A call asking if I could pay a little more, looks like two weeks, we have a better truck available, and finally, sorry, we can't get you a truck. Found the one they wanted to get for us at another dealer who said he will not deal with Eddys which is why they couldn't get the truck they "sold" me. At least the next time I will have one less place to shop.

We noticed a pre-owned Range Rover on the Eddy's website on Saturday morning and decided to go have a look at it. When we arrived, we were greeted by a kid, who handed us off to a salesman. We told the salesman what we were there to see and he didn't know what we were talking about. He disappeared inside, and we were handed off to yet another salesman who walked us out into the back lot where we wandered the aisles looking for this car (mind you, even if we had found it, he didn't have keys because no one there knew this car existed.) Eventually he asks some lot attendants who claim the car was sent to the auction.As we head back to our car, a sales manager who appeared to be about 20 years old showed up and said that a staff member was using the car but would be back in a few minutes. He then tried to turn our attention to some tricked-out pickup trucks, to which we notified him that the vehicle was for a woman driver, not a man (they had asked zero qualifying questions up to this point). We told them to call us when the car had returned and we would come back.Fast forward an hour - still no phone call so we decided to drop by. The car was there (thanks for the phone call!). We were handed off to yet another salesman who passed us off to AOTHER salesman for a test drive. Car seemed to function well on the test drive, and this particular sales person was knowledgeable about that particular vehicle. We went back in to talk numbers - if we had agreed to their proposal I would have owned this car for 4K over book value, not to mention carrying 5K in negative equity on my trade-in. The deal was nowhere near fair, not would any bank have financed it. We finally found a middle ground but opted not to allow the dealership to arrange financing because we didn't want to allow any point-holding. We signed a sales agreement, left my trade behind, and agreed to return on Monday with payment. Over the weekend we noticed that there was a lot of noise coming from the suspension and after our mechanic inspected the car and identified the problem, we contacted the dealership to let them know that they would have to make this repair before we closed the deal. They refused to fix it (this could cost several thousand dollars in parts and labor) so we refused to buy their car. We promptly returned to the dealership to pick up our trade and drop off their car but they can't locate the keys to my trade. It's been two days - we still have their Range Rover and they still have our vehicle.

I am highly disappointed in the way I was treated and played this past weekend and Monday by the sales manager Johnson shade and sales associate Breanna elsworth I worked with at Eddys Chevrolet east Wichita. Saturday the manager and I talked about 2 trucks that sparked my interest, one being a 2010 dodge that I was very interested in. I told him I was not interested in having my credit ran until we were positive on a deal bc I'm working on improving it. He insisted that for me to get the numbers I wanted on the truck I needed my credit ran, so I agreed and he had his sales girl call me and get it taken care of. After that was done he insisted that he get all of my card information so that he can lock the keys away. Since the numbers were right and he told me we had a deal I gave him the card. He then asked if I wanted to come get the truck now or Monday, I said Monday bc Saturday was a busy day for me, he said great Monday will be faster I can get in and out and he will have it cleaned up and ready to go for me. Monday comes along and I text him and get a response at 940 that morning saying he will call me in abit to schedule a time for me to come in. I never heard anything so I made the choice to show up at 430 pm. The sales girl sits down and says I'm sorry but your truck sold thisWeekend, I stated it better not have my card is on file so that truck is on hold for me, the sales manager walks out at this point and tells me the front end of someone else's deal did not work out and they came back and got their truck, go out and pick out a used truck and we will make the deal work that we already had. I agreed to see what they had to offer, the sales girl walked me straight to the back where they park their scratch and dent vehicles!! I was not amused and kept walking. As we made our way around the other side of the building I glance inside the garage and see the dodge that I was suppose to be picking up being detailed and point out to the sales girl that's the truck I'm here for, she gave me a I'm busted look and said weird I'll have to ask my manager about that, I was very angry, so I made the smart choice and just left for that day. Still waiting to hear back on why they tried to do me wrong.

waste of time. we walked around the lot with a guy that didn't know anything about any vehicle. not price, mileage, details of any sort other than what you see. that's how they design their sales process. you have to talk to three people before you get to look in the car. no price until after you jump through their hoops. then they try to get you to spend more on something else you don't want. terrible environment, stay away. find a smaller independent dealer that is honest, they aren't hard to find.

While searching for my used vehicle on line - I came across the Caddie that caught my eye at Eddy's. Sent an email for more info. Walter Zitlow contacted me the next morning. After a brief discussion about the vehicle, I confidently gave him a $1000 deposit over the phone on a vehicle sight unseen. On top of that it required two flights from Colorado to inspect and purchase the car. Walter said the vehicle was pristine and he was tempted to buy it himself. What more does one need to hear from a salesperson. On arrival at Eddy's, the Caddy was ready and prisitne, the paperwork ready and in order, all of the staff I interacted with were helpful friendly and professional. Within the hour I was on the road back to Colorado. And WOW - what a car. Thanks Walter.

Had a really great experience getting help from the crew, Mike, Chris, Adam & everyone else who made it possible on a late Friday night after they closed for us to be able to buy our first vehicle together for our family. We have a big family who enjoys the outdoors as well as staying busy all year long playing sports. Being a BIG die-hard Chevy fan the guys at Eddy's Chevrolet listened to our needs & also beat the competitors offers with no problem what so ever. We truly appreciate their efforts and hard work as well as staying 3 hours after closing on a Friday night to make sure we got what we needed with no hassle. Their dedication didnt stop there, they worked with us on making the Suburban fit our wants cosmetically and most importantly worked on getting us an even better finance loan than previously offered on Friday night and it just so happened to be through our bank. After hearing about the awesome experience and seeing how happy we were about it, my in-laws who were Ford fans went there the next day to check out some SUVs and they also ended up buying a Suburban as well. They too experienced the same great service we received. We had no idea they were going to do that. Needless to say there are 2 less Fords sitting in their garage. Overall these guys are a no-joke no-hassle car buying experience who's number 1 priority is customer satisfaction. A HUGE thanks from Team C.O.

I went this past weekend to look at buying a ca . I had gotten one of their flyers in the maul and they said I had "won" something I just needed to come down. I have a young daughter and she got a hold of the flyer and lost it so when I got there and told them that they were like well I'm sorry but you can't win anything now. I was like oka . So then I got with a salesman nicknamed LA and told him I wasn't really in the market but would check some stuff ou . He barely listened to anything I said and then when he took my car for apprasial it took them 45 minutes to get my keys back. All of the men I dealt with didn't listen to anything I said about anythin . I will never go there or reccomen . They don't listen to you if you are a woma .

This was by far the best truck buying experience I've ever had. After being lied to at Rusty Eck Ford I gave this place a shot and man I'm glad I did. They gave me more than I was hoping to get out of my '09 Hyundai and I also got a free Cabelas gift card that had $2500 on it. The delivery team is top notch and went over all the technology in my truck and Shelby really took her time with me. This is hands down the best team of professionals in town. I WILL BE BACK!! They sold us a new 2014 truck, once they had the money, and all paperwork done we had to hunt down the salesman to get the keys and remotes. They only could produce 1 key & remote. I said they should be 2 keys & remote. After about 30 minutes they agreed to mail me another key and remote. About 2 weeks later they called and wanted me to drive 120 miles back to there dealership to program key/remote. I asked if they was going to pay mileage because its was there error. After several calls they agreed to pay local dealer to program key/remote. I did as told, sent them the paid invoice, its been over a month now. They will not pay as they promise. I am out $183.69 for there error. I have went to GM about this matter, yet to hear back from them. Be very careful if you have any dealing with them, and myself never again.

Purchased a used 2014 Suburban from Eddy's Chevy. We was told what our payment would be and what intrest would be. 5 days later we get a call and said you have a new loan and your intrest rate is higher and your payment is now higher. Really? That's how you do Business?

So every car on there lot is way over priced !! .Also I will say there parts department is good but there service guys at the counter are slime xxxxx I bought a new key pod took it over to the service guy he was like oh that would be $85.00 to program it u have to have a scanner and it would take a hour ,that's a lie I you tubed it you press two buttons and boom its programmed took me 1 minute ! There crooks !!!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and after another Chevy dealer (Davis-Moore) gave me the run around and ignored me these guys came through. If that was not enough after the sale I was getting some additional equipment installed and the salesman I was working with up and quit on them. Eddy's immediately got another salesman on it and got it all installed for me. Great place as far as I am concerned cannot recommend them more highly if you are looking for a new vehicle

Best dealer ship in the midwest. Nick Fouts is very professional and friendly. I would reccmomend him and the service department to everybody. They are alway very honest and straight forward. They take their time and explain what needs to be done and what was done.

I left a $500. deposit for a truck when the truck arrived it didnt have all the options and was going to coast $1500 more then I agreed when I signed the deposit policy.<br>They screwed me out of $500. Stay away from Big Al and Joe Self
