Best experience we've had buying anything! Super quick and easy. Jack was awesome to work with and gave us an amazing deal. We drove over 3 hours to get here and it was well worth the trip. We'll definitely be back for future vehicle purchases!

We have been buying our vehicles from Efkamp Auto Sales since 2005. They always offer the highest quality vehicles and amazing service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. They are friendly, reliable, respectful, super easy going and easy to work with. Hands down the best and most trustworthy used car dealer you will find. I also love that it is also family owned and operated.

You have to be careful with these guys. My experience was a good one at first, the staff was very friendly and willing to negotiate on a used car we were looking at. They told us another customer had been looking at the car was well, but they were unsure if they could get financed and let us drive it anyways. We liked it, made an offer, and they accepted, handshake and everything. We took the final price down to our bank to get a check so we could pick up the car that day, but we got a call 45 minutes after we left the dealership where they told us that they decided to sell to the first customer. A deposit was never offered, as we would’ve jumped on that opportunity because we loved that car. I tried calling back 30 minutes later to get some more details on what happened and potentially ask about other inventory, but my call went straight to voicemail and I never got a call back. In my case it seemed like money was a bigger priority than customer service. If they were planning on selling to the first customer, we shouldn’t have been allowed to see that car, much less make an offer that appeared to be “accepted”.

I had a great experience while at Efkamp. I worked with Tyler and he led me to the car that best fit what I was looking for and was within my price range. He's a great guy who was very honest and patient with me and didn't pressure me into making a decision I wouldn't have been happy with. Overall, I was very happy with the car I got. I would highly recommend giving Efkamp a look when looking for your next car.

Everyone was friendly and helpful with no high pressure sales tactics. It truly felt like they wanted us to have the best vehicle for us and not just that they were trying to make a sale. So grateful for our experience!
