Quick turnaround on my purchase. Great customer service. My salesman wasn't happy with how clean the vehicle was when they presented it to me, and even took the initiative to give me another detail on the house and a tank of gas when I have it done next time...not many dealers I have worked with prior have stepped up to that level. Great group and down to earth folks.

I found the truck online sent an email a few conversations with Sabrina Wahl and 2 hours in the store a test drive we were done . Overall it was really good. Everything was very well explained. It was very overwhelming for myself since I have never had that new of a vehicle and the technology now is just crazy! There is a lot for me to learn. I will probably take the opportunity to do the 2nd run through cause by the end of the process I as just ready to get the heck out and get home. Like I said in the other review it took quite a long time to go through everything but I get it. One thing I noticed while we would wait for this guy or this person no one would check up to make sure we are doing good. We were there for 3 1/2 hours doing the paper work ,the test drive, and the walkthrough. I'm just glad I had a pickup in mind that I wanted to look at and try out. But overall it was a good experience for a first time going through a deal ship.I see Ben (if I remember right) isn't on the list... the new guy you hired about 2 months ago. He is the one that did the sales with us. Good kid. Good job for a newbie! I don't remember who we spoke to at the service department. He gave me a card but it wasn't that guys card I remember...

I just moved to North Dakota and I got my first vehicle from Eide Ford. The service was very good, the staff very helpful in showing what they could offer. Even if was working on very tight budget they helped me source a decent vehicle for that price and provided the same excellent service as if I was buying a new vehicle. The good thing is you won't need the waiting area long because everyone there makes sure you have what you need and get things taken care of quickly. I was working with Nate to buy a used Pick-up. I let him know what I wanted and he kept me updated on the vehicles that they took in. I stopped in on a Saturday, 10 minutes before closing and was driving away with my truck within 45 minutes. He went beyond my expectations. So I have been in search of a newer Ford Explorer with low miles and all the bells and whistles. Eide Ford of Bismarck had what I wanted along wig a few other dealers that were farther away. Eide was easy to talk with over the phone and to get the vehicles ready for a on site inspection. Keep in mind the Eide Ford is a market value dealership. They don't mark up the vehicle much so there is not much room to negotiate. If you want a hassle free experience when purchasing a vehicle seek none else but Eide-Ford Inc in Bismarck, ND. Make sure to ask for Whitney in the Sales Department. After a quick on-line application I was promptly called and approved. She quickly worked "behind the scenes" to get me into my new Ford Focus and three days later (with no fault on her end) I drove it off the lot. I cannot thank her and her finance team for their quality of service.

We had dealt with Eide Ford last year when my daughter leased her Ford Focus. Dana Schmoker was her salesman at that time. He was very knowledgeable about the car and easy to work with. He was down to earth and easy to talk to. Best of all, he didn't pressure us in anyway! That is a big turn off for us. We had a price range in mind for her and he presented the facts and numbers and let us make our choice.So when it came time for me to get a new car, I knew I wanted to deal with Dana again. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, I knew that I wanted a SUV.I did look at several dealers to get an idea of what kinds of SUV's were out there. When I drove down some of the lots, the salesman come running after you.That's when I made up mind that I will get a Ford SUV and talk with Dana.Here again, we had a price in mind and Dana and Casey worked until everyone was happy!! They really went out of their way and went the extra mile for us. The first evening, we did the paperwork, and the next evening Dana went through all the features of the car to make sure we felt comfortable with driving/maintaining it I think we where there two hours that night, but he went through everything from top to bottom. I absolutely love my Ford Escape!! And I would go back to Eide Ford if and when we need anything else, just for the simple fact of the great customer service, friendly/respectful manners, and no pressuring.

I had the pleasure of having Chris Hill help me go through the process of finding and eventually leasing a new car. He was patient, personable, honest, and intelligent. However, what I was most pleased with was that he seemed to genuinely want what was best for me. He even ended up staying until 9pm on a night he wasn't scheduled to make sure things went smoothly. It should also be known that Jory made the paperwork quick and comprehensible for someone about to sign their first lease. He was also nice to work with.

We've put over 100,000 miles on one vehicle and it's still going strong (new tires and that's it)! The sales person calls us periodically to check on the vehicles and he is soooo nice! (Thank you Dana) We recently purchased a truck......when asked if this vehicle had power they let us hook up our job trailer and test drive it! It was AWESOME. Dana was an excellent person and i mean PERSON not a salesman. He made sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at a very reasonable price and even broke down the pros and cons of the different ways I could purchase via lease or buy to own. I didn't feel pressured to purchase and he didn't direct me to other vehicles I wasn't interested in. He even stayed after hours on the weekend to make sure I was satisfied! He has answered any question I've had within 24 hours and has followed up to make sure everything was 110%. He walked me through all the electronics on the vehicle to make sure I understood how to run the gadgets and gizmos. The vehicle performs exactly how i want it to and I can't complain about the price. I actually feel bad for Eide for because the vehicle was only on the lot for a day and it was the new model so the poor guys can't play with it anymore! Perfect service perfect vehicle!

I was shopping around the area for a used F-150. After looking at other dealerships, my wife and I went to Eide Ford. We met right away with Ryan Obrigewitch who very genuinely greeted us. As a former salesman myself, I also appreciated his slight inquiry into any previous interactions with other salesman at the dealership; it was clear that Ryan wanted to help us out, but didn't want to take a sale from another colleague. That's a pretty rare attribute in a commissioned environment. During the test drive, Ryan was very knowledgeable about all the features of the truck we had out to include the history and previous owner. I was very impressed with his approach; he treated it as an opportunity to have a conversation with me about what type of truck I wanted in lieu of trying to push a sale down my throat. I'm admittedly a difficult person in a negotiation environment, but Ryan and I brokered a deal that I was happy with in the end. He also followed up with me after the sale to address a couple of the items we discussed prior to the sale occurring and was incredibly punctual and cordial. I am very happy with my new truck, and we'll probably be buying a new car there in the not too distant future as well.As a side note, about 9 months ago I had a great experience with the service team as well. The service manager installed new tires on my old truck for free and thanked me for being a long time Ford owner. Talk about creating a customer for life, I was very impressed. That little service "comp" probably cost Eide about $50 or so in labor, but it made Eide my first choice when buying a $30k+ vehicle. That's a solid business decision. My experience was very positive. I'd recommend Eide and Ryan Obrigewitch to anyone in the market for a different vehicle.

Dave was absolutely fantastic. He did not play any games while my wife and I were at the dealer picking out a pickup. After all the incentives and everything, He was dead honest with us and gave us that absolute best price he possibly could. Dave was fantastic about getting us all taken care of as quickly as possible due to the fact that when my wife and I were at the dealership we were under a time crunch. He got the ball rolling and had all the financing ready to go the day we picked the vehicle out and took it home. I had planned to get a car at some point this summer, but when I got a gas leak in my old car that couldn't be fixed, my plans had to get a little more rushed. I needed to find a car pretty quickly. I wanted to go somewhere that could give me a lot of options and reasonable prices, which is why I chose Eide. Michael was AWESOME. He was informative, helpful, and patient. I didn't feel rushed at all when making my decision, and he made sure I understood the process of purchasing my first car. Jory was also great, making sure to explain what all the paperwork meant so I really knew what I was signing. I'm very happy with my experience and I will recommend Eide to my friends! This is our second purchase from Eide Ford. We have nothing but wonderful to say about this dealer. The salesman we have worked with both times is Dana Schmoker. Dana is the best. He goes above and beyond. We have had great service and always feel well taken care of. Example, this sale my husband visited the dealer on a Thursday evening and tested the truck. On Saturday we came back at 1 and were done completely by 4. I expect it to take at least 6 hours to finalize everything when you purchase something like that. Service has been nothing but helpful to us as well, they always help us and work out any issues. We just love Eide Ford, and have nothing but great to say about the entire dealer. All of the employees are just awesome.

I have been dealing with Eide Ford for 13 years, and would not consider another dealership. They have always gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Sales is low pressure, great selection of vehicles, If they do not have what I want they have always offered to locate one for me. Finance department has always made me feel very welcome, and have done a great job to accomodate me. Service department will always work to get me in to my Schedule.

When I went to the dealership, I was dropping off a friend to pick up his vehicle that he was purchasing. I had no intention of buying a vehicle but i decided to take a look and see what they had on the lot. I was impressed by the selection that they had and decided to look and see if there was anything that i liked. Moneer Nyazi was very helpful while i was picking out my car. Purchased a used ford pickup online from them. Response from dealer was quick and polite. Price was inline to more than fair. Only two complaints is i asked specifically about condition of pickup and exactly where scratches and dents where and was informed of only about 1/4 of them. Just the tailgate i was told when vehicle was delivered it was not as clean and nice as stated. It was still within my acceptance for a 5 yr old pickup with 80,000 but the salesman should have informed me of all the damage when i had him walk around the unit while talking to him on the phone. Also financing rate was higher when i signed paperwork than what i was informed over the phone. Overall service was quick and to the point. Not a lot of wasted time on trying to sell me what i didn't want so i would buy from them again but will definitely make it clear i will not take it if it isn't exactly what they say it is.

I originally entered the dealership to find out what Eide Ford would give me for my vehicle with no intention to purchase anything that afternoon, I was already working with another dealership. I was absolutely taken back at the level of service my salesman David Boehm was able to offer. I ended up walking out of the dealership that day with a 2015 Ford Fusion which I absolutely love. From my first step into the dealership to my last step out I was offered the absolute best quality of service I have ever experienced at a dealership. I was also taken back by the finance departments willingness to work with me and my financial situation, which is rare as a college student! I have never been through an easier car buying process. Eide Ford's finance department is far superior to any other finance department I have ever experienced. The level of service I was offered was amazing and I cannot wait to tell everyone about it and I cannot wait to purchase my next vehicle from David and the team at Eide Ford.

I have given this review because I truly feel I was screwed on a 2010 Ford Focus I purchased from them. I dealt with a salesman named Josh, he was a very nice and very kind to deal with. However, he is new to the car world. I told him very strict parameters, I wanted something with good fuel mileage, grey or charcoal in color, under 100k, and in a certain price range. He stated " Well I have this 2010 Ford Focus that gets 38 miles to the gallon on the highway, and 24 in town. It had correct color, miles, and great fuel economy so I purchased this vehicle. After driving it two weeks, I call back in and told Josh my concern that It hadn't went over the 25 mpg mark. He said to reset the mileage, so I did. I tried it again under various conditions driving with tail winds, at 65 mph, everything and the car will not get over 25 MPG in any condition. I have called a second time to try and figure out what is going on, because in my opinion I was told that I would get 30 miles to the gallon on average. The managers don't want to stand behind there product, and want to feed me a line of B.S. and say that I don't have a valid complaint. Yes, it is 4 years old, with 83K on it but then don't tell someone that's what it gets. I feel I got screwed, and there managers don't want to even look to compensate anything and were horrible to work with, how they ever got there is unknown. I wasn't looking to get anything for free, just looking for what I had asked for in this vehicle and I was told I would get and obviously its two different things. I wouldn't' recommend any single person to buy from them, and have no respect for customers.

Do not shop here. Read the reviews online( yelp.com), they obviously take down all the terrible sales and service reviews. They have lied and gave the run around, totally damaged vehicle that was 'taken care of, serviced by them etc. Pulled off the lot and pulled into the first place cause it wasn't running correctly. Cost over $3,000 to get running correctly, they said just give them the bill they would take care of it, that their service dept was busy. I'm now out around $4000.00 extra and filed court papers since they wouldn't respond or answer any calls. I do have the documentation I brought to their attention but got passed around and have to file legal papers costing more time and money! Bet they take this down immediately also cause they are dishonest and hide the truth.

I had been looking for a used truck in the 25K range and went through several dealerships. I was unable to find a satisfactory used vehicle at any dealership. I was offered to look at a hold over 2013 unit (brand new). I wasn't sure if it would be within my price range. I proceeded to test drive and fell in love with the truck. I price checked at both bill Barth ford in Mandan as well as Eide ford in Bismarck. I looked at the exact same truck, using the same trade in vehicle. Eide was able to beat bill Barth by $8,000. There was only a $500 difference in trade in value, the rest of the difference was Eide discounts on the new vehicle.Working with Dana was easy and he was able to answer every question we had. I did not have an appointment and Dana spent over 2 hours with us on a Saturday and stayed late to help us. We did not make our final decision until Sunday. Dana worked with us (over a cell phone) for more than an hour on Sunday and reserved the truck for us. On Monday, I was able to show up and get started on paper work.... By the way, I utilize a tunnel cover on a weekly basis and asked if they could include one in the sale. Dana worked with management and was not only able to include one, but the service department also installed it prior to giving me the vehicle, no reservation, they just got it done. Thanks to Dana and the shop manager At Eide service for getting this completed. It is greatly appreciated.Dana then spent another 1.5 hours showing me the vehicle and ensuring I was well informed about all of the features.I Am extremely grateful for the time and hassle free service provided through Eide and specifically Dana. I would recommend using Dana at Eide ford to anyone.It was not until a day later, when talking to a friend, that they stAted her entire family has purchased through Dana and they will only purchase through Dana, as he is excellent to work with.My only complaint is the ford credit services. In order to get some of the rebates, ford requires financing through them. They are at 7.8%. I can get the same loan at gate city for 2.04%. Needless to say, ford trucks are great, but ford financing is a rip off. Make sureAnd check out the rates at your local bank before purchasing.

I was new to town and was looking at trading in 2 vehicles and replacing with one. Adam our salesman was very friendly and accommodating in setting up time to me with us to look at inventory. During which time we had located a vehicle that would handle our needs such as 4 wheel drive and good handling in winter conditions (2009 Honda Ridgeline as recommended by salesman).I was looking at taking care of all financing myself. Adam was very accommodating in setting up to pick up our vehicles and have their appraiser look at them and get us a price. Which they did, however their trade in on these vehicles was about $4,000 less (between the two of them) than book had said was the value. I stated I would need more value for my trades to make the deal happen. Adam said he should be able to get a deal done that I would be happy with, this was around 7:30 PM on a Friday. I had to fill out some paperwork for him and he left. As i was thinking about it more in the lobby that night, I didn't prefer to do the deal that he was trying to put together, so that same evening I told him I would be looking else where for a vehicle where I could get a better trade value on my two vehicles and wanted to cancel any further dealings with them. (As I had said before I was doing my own financing). I went to a different dealership about 5 days later and found a 2 year newer Honda Ridgeline for around the same price range. They offered me $3,700.00 more in my trade in than Eide did so I completed the transaction. I might add that my wife loves the vehicle. Now is when things started to happen, about a month from when I was in Eide Ford on that evening I received a rejection letter from a bank in regard to financing a vehicle at Eide Ford. I shrugged it off as that must have been them trying to get a deal together and forgot to cancel it. Much to my dismay for the next month, and as far as two months later, I have received over 14 separate letters from different financial institutions each one pulling credit reports and causing a hit on my credit score. At which point I put call into the management and spoke with a Jesse (I think his name was) and was told he would look into it and get back to me, which I haven't heard a word from anyone to date and that has been over a month and a half (and don't expect any at this point anyway) All being said and done I will never be doing business with a company that either out of spite or incompetence was not or could not stop inquiries in to banks on a Friday evening (keep in mind I was doing my own financing as I had told the salesman)

I went to Eide because of 2 reasons. First, they had a Jeep I was interested in. Second, I have been told by many people that they were a good, for the regular people, kind of dealership. Well, after taking this Jeep for a ride and coming to an agreed price, thats when things stated to go awry. There were 2 items I wanted addressed before I paid for my Jeep. 1 was a heater issue and the other a gauge problem. I was told be my salesman that these would be taken care of. 4 days later after 7 calls to my salesman, he told mme my Jeep was ready to pick up. Now, for the purpose of this review, my Jeep was a 1997 wrangler. Its in great shape, and after being a Jeep owner for many years, I know they are tough and dependable. Well, 4 days after I purchased this Jeep, I went to MN for Christmas. When I arrived in MN, 450 miles from Bismarck, I had NO heat in the Jeep. I called My salesman in Bismarck, but got no return call. AS IT TURNED OUT, MY JEEP NEEDED A WATER PUMP, HEATER BLOWER RESISTER, THERMOSTAT,ALTERNATOR, AND A SERPINTENE BELT! I CAME TO FIND OUT, THERE WAS SO MUCH STOP LEAK IN THE COOLING SYSTEM, THE HEATER CORE WAS PLUGGED UP AND COULD NOT COOL THE ENGINE PROPERLY OR GENERATE ANY HEAT. AS A RESULT, THE HEATER BLOWER RESISTER AND THE ALTERNATOR WENT TO xxxx! THE SERP BELT WAS SO BAD IT BROKE IN HALF WHEN THEY TOOK IT OFF.SO, BECAUSE OF ALL THESE PROBLEMS, I WAS SUSPECT ABOUT THE INTENSE SAFETY INSPECTION THEY CLAIM THEY GIVE ALL THERE USED CARS. I WAS TOLD BY THE MECHANIC THAT REPAIRED THE JEEP THAT IF ANYONE CHECKED THIS BELT, THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SEE IT WAS SHOT!! ALSO, IF ANYONE WOULD HAVE CHECKED THE COOLANT, THEY WOULD HAVE SEEN IT WAS BLACK IN COLOR AND CHANGED IT. AFTER I HAD THESE REPAIRS DONE, I HAD THE OIL CHANGED BECAUSE I DID NOT BELIEVE THAT IT WAS DONE EVEN IF MY SALESMAN TOLD ME THE JEEP WAS SERVICED.I TOOK THE OIL TO A LAB THAT TESTS OIL FOR VISCOSITY. THEY FOUND THAT THE OIL IN THE JEEP, THAT ACCORDING TO EIDE HAD BEEN CHANGED, WAS COMPARABLE TO OIL THAT HAD 5000 MILES ON IT.BOTTOM LINE: THE OIL WAS NOT CHANGED, AND I BELIEVE THAT THE JEEP WAS NOT INSPECTED AS EIDE CLAIMED. FURTHER MORE,IN THE BUYING PROCESS, MY SALESMAN TOLD ME THAT EVEN THOU THE JEEP WAS AS IS, IF SOMETHING MAJOR HAPPENED FOR A PERIOD OF TIME AFTER I PURCHASED THE JEEP, " WERE NOT GOING TO LEAVE YOU HANGING" WE WILL WORK WITH YOU!YESTURDAY, I WENT TO EIDE AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEMS I HAD, THEY TOLD ME "TOO BAD" WE HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING WHAT WOULD GO WRONG WITH THIS TRUCK. WELL, I BELIEVEE THAT IF THEY WOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THIS JEEP, THEY WOULD HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEMS AND SOME OF THESE $800.00 IN REPAIRS AND COSTS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED!SO, USED CAR BUYERS BEWARE!!! I HOPE, FOR ALL THE USED CAR BUYERS OUT THERE THAT MINE WAS AN ISOLATED INNCIDENT, BUT IT REALLY MAKES YOU WONDER, HOW ARE THEY INSPECTING THESE USED CARS.TO FINISH, I'M NOT DONE YET. I HAVE PROOF OF THE NO OIL CHANGE, PROOF OF THE BELT AND STATEMENTS FROM MECHANICS STATING THAT ALL OF THE REPAIRS, EXCEPT THE WATER PUMP, COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED HAD THIS JEEP BEEN INSPECTED.VERY BOTTOM LINE; SHAME ON EIDE FOR NOT INSPECTING THIS JEEP, BUT SHAME SHAME SHAME ON ME FOR TAAKING THE WORD OF A NO SO TRUTHFULL SALESMAN AND NOT CHECKING OUT MY OWN JEEP BEFORE I WENT ON MY TRIP. I used the online portal on a Monday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday. I did not ever receive a call back to confirm an appointment. I then called three different times to schedule an appointment for my remote car starter and a slow leak in my tire. Finally after a week the cashier I spoke with told me she would be happy to schedule an appointment for me but I could not get in in two weeks. I explained that I had scheduled using the online portal a week ago and she said of yeah sometimes those get lost. Then my question is do NOT use it as an option. I have always been happy with Eide's service and their products. We have purchased our vehicles from Eide but this experience left me looking for another place in town with better customer service.

I wanted to get a new 3/4 ton truck this year I have always been a chevy man how ever the new chevy does not meet my needs in style or options so I checked out dodge and ford the dealer that helped me out the most was Idie ford I called them 3 or 4 months ahead of my plan purchace date told them what I wanted in options ect. and told them to stay in touch with me and thats what there sales rep Adam grifith did when he had certain good deals come available he would cll me and let me know and sure enough he came through with an unbeatable deal on the truck that I wanted . simple no hassel best price on a good quality truck backed up with the warranty and service expected.

I live more than 200 miles from this dealership. I needed to purchase a vehicle after a MVA. I thought to keep my purchase in my community, of rural Wolf Point, Montana, alas, that was not meant to be. I called Keith at Eide told him my situation and needs. He found the perfect car for me. All the staff met every need. As many know purchasing a car is quite stressful. This was the most stress free experience I could ever have had. I made my appointment well in advance, Keith picked me up at the rental car drop off and even checks i to see if I like my car one week out. I even recommended that my significant other purchase from them if he decides on a Ford.

Working with Dave was great! We came from out of town and he really went above and beyond to work with our busy schedules. He was honest and made sure that we were getting the best vehicle to fit our needs and our budget. Also Casey was really great to work with too. My wife and I have considering getting another car to replace our 1997 Explorer, which we purchased new from Eide Ford also. We have bought 2 other Fords since then and one thing that has remained the same for us dealing with warm and friendly people from the gals that redirect your calls to face to face conversation parts, service (including body shop), cashiers, to sales and finance. During the week of May 17, 2013, after reviewing the SUVs available, I notice that Eide Ford had some SUVs that we had an interest in. I contact Mr. Myles Deisz, a Sales Consultant, for Eide Ford and asked to help me determine what would be the best SUV for my wife and I. We looked and talked about each and elected to test drive the2013 Edge SEL and Ltd AWD. After going over the benefits and features of each with Mr. Deisz, we (wife and I) selected the Edge Ltd AWD. The Edge Ltd has everything a person any age would love to drive. Again, Mr. Deisz gave me the information I needed to determine which SUV was best for us. After the sale we sat down again and went over the features that my Ltd had.Again, thanks to all the Edie Ford personal that helped us from beginning to end with our new 2013 Ford Edge Ltd with a special thanks to Mr. Myles Deisz for his knowledge and friendship. I bought my first ford which was a focus from Adam at EIDE Ford. I was able to get a great deal and was so impressed with the sales process and how they took care of me. In those three years I was always very well taken care of by EIDE Ford and by Adam. When I wanted to trade in my Focus, there was only one place to go, to go see Adam at EIDE Ford! Again, he took such good care of me and helped me get into a brand new Ford Fusion! I would not go anywhere else to buy a car and I would not work with anyone else besides Adam. Adam was very friendly and helpful right from the start, I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon and then when it wouldn't work for me I called in and Adam was able to adjust his schedule for me which happened to be me moving up the appointment. It was great he made the change I told him I was in somewhat of a hurry and he did everything possible to make it the best offer possible, no haggling or 2nd guessing plain and simple offered me the best possible price the first time and I accepted. It was an unbelievable offer I couldn't refuse, great job. The total time it took to complete everything was not much more than an hour and I was on my way.

I needed a vehicle right away, my parents have purchased their last 2 vehicles from Eide Ford and Kim had helped them with their last one. I came down and visited with Kim. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and how much I was looking to spending. He worked with me to get me the type of vehicle I needed within my price range that night. I know that not only will I recommend Eide Ford to friends and family but when I need to upgrade I will be going back to Eide. Again Kim and the rest of the staff thanks for all you have done!P.S. My grandson also enjoys the new vehicle grandma is driving around :)

We went to Eide to build and order a new vehicle. Upon driving onto the lot we found a expedition that was the exact color that I was looking for. As we were looking at the vehicle our salesman drove up in another vehicle with another salesman. He immediately got out of the car and came over to talk to us. Three hours later I drove off in a new 2013 Ford expedition. I am 51 years old and this is the first time that I have ever had a brand new vehicle. So this was big deal to me. Kim took care of everything for us. We have bought many vehicles from Eide Ford. Customer service is there number one priority. I have worked retail for 32 years and we were always taught that if you don't have customers you don't have a job. Eide Ford is alright in my eyes. Thank You for the great service.

I have dealt with the Ford company since it was McCarney Ford back in 1963. I usually drive a car until it is worn out. Adam has been very helpful in deciding what we want to buy and explaining features on the vehicles. He is a very good sales person.

We were looking for a new pick up. Saw on the internet and called. Talked to Monte Senn. He was very help. Had questions about the pick ups they had. He got the answers for us right away. We are from Texas, so we were basically wanting something right away. As we had just got done with our harvest work there and were leaving. Made the trip to Bismarck and got things done right away. From sales to credit everything was great. We are happy & satisfied with how everything went. Thanks! Would definitely do business there again.

With in week of purchasing a pickup from Eide I found out the rearend need major work. Cost $2,000 to fix. I would assume that a Ford Dealer sells quality vechiles, it's not that hard to go thru the vechile and either fix right, or tell the buyer. The whole process seemed like a shady used car lot. Buyer beware!

I had a good experience working with Jeff White in sales. I found a car on Eide's website and e-mailed them for more information. Jeff responded quickly and I went just to look at the car but ended up buying that day because Jeff was prepared and did such a good job. I have already recommended him to friends. I will probably do business there again.
