We recently purchased a 2010 Dodge Journey at Electra Auto. We are thrilled with the car. We worked with Leigh. She was fantastic and the whole process was said and done very quickly and easily. I want to take the time to thank Leigh for making buying a vehicle such a smooth and great experience she is tremendous an exceptional. I was nervous to get into a Finance vehicle but she explained the different options and made the process so easy she took her time you didn't push and she accommodated to all my needs she Found Me the Right Finance company with a great APR and went above and beyond. Electra Auto Sales is hands down the best place to buy a car!!! Seriously, if you don't have the best credit, they work with you to help you! We were really in need of a reliable vehicle, but we were unsure of how the process would work out for us seeing how our credit is not the greatest. Leigh is amazing! She knows how to take your numbers and work magic for you. The minute I walked into the office, it's very comforting inside. Everyone is super friendly, and are willing to help you achieve your goals! All of their vehicles that they take onto their lot are in excellent condition, with low mileage. They make sure everything is in excellent working condition before you drive away in your new car!! You don't even have to go to the DMV, they do it for you! How awesome is that! This was by far the absolute best place to get a vehicle. NO STRESS, at all!! Love this place, I really hope all my friends who need a new vehicle, come here. Electra Auto Sales is located in a renovated home. They really make their customers feel at home with a sitting area while you wait complete with a nice TV. Moving on to the important things, they have two locations but I only visited the Smithfield one. Leigh is able to pick up a vehicle if it's not already there. On to the customer service, Leigh worked SO hard for me to get into a vehicle; and she succeeded! She was very friendly, she called me as soon as she got news about my loan, and she was very easy to work with (even though he office was ruined by a pipe burst). She was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend Electra Auto Sales for purchasing your next vehicle.

From the time after doing our research and going in to Electra Auto sales, it was nothing but great experience the entire time. Our sales associate Leigh was helpful on every aspect. She was able to answer every question we had about the specific models we were looking at, super friendly and really wanted to help get us in a reliable car that was affordable for our budget, where some dealerships will try to put you in an expensive car that you cant afford just to get it off the lot, NOT the case with Leigh and Electra Auto Sales. She did everything to help us with our not so great situation and I would absolutely recommend them to any one in the market looking for a new car. Great prices, Exceptional Service, and even a fantastic 2 year-24,000 mile warranty that covers almost everything in the car. LOVE my new car and look forward to going to them in the future when the time comes!!

My husband and I are blown away at how easy peasy it was to purchase my Volkswagen Rutan Minivan! I think we MAY have spent a total of half an hour in the office compared to 3 or 4 hours that we spent elsewhere purchasing our last vehicle. From now on, when in the market for a vehicle, we will be visiting Dave at Electra FIRST! Again, I can't express how EASY and SMOOTH the process was and my van is exactly as advertised!!! Leigh worked really hard to get me an affordable loan. Most of the communication was through email which worked to me perfectly for me and my work schedule. She was helpful and knowledgeable and I also got a few good laughs! If you are looking for a down to earth atmosphere without feeling pressured to buy something you don't want than electra is definitely the dealership for you!

Yesterday i drove off the lot with my 2010 Kia Forte and i couldn't be any happier! Im not a fan of car shopping and since this was my first financed car i was a bit nervous. Leigh got me through the process with no problems and she didn't try to push me into something i cant afford. Very honest and funny didn't feel like i was speaking to a sales person at all. I would recommend Electra to anyone looking for a good quality car!

I had an amazing experience at Electra! She worked with me and she really got to know me and helped me to make the best choice. It was my first car but they were really helpful and helped make the process of financing easy and understandable. I ended buying a 2010 Kia Forte.They offered to paint over the scuff marks and the brakes were replaced. Nine months later the car is a smooth ride. And I love it! Thanks Electra!

Electra Auto made my car buying easy , quick , and without stress. I worked with Leigh who was the ultimate professional. David was awesome. Laid back,casual and honest. He did not hesitate to let me test drive the vehicle I wanted. Didn't even ask about what I had to put down or anything just plain here go! Blown away! Explained the whole process with time frames. He was able to get me the car I wanted. He was flexible with communicating through email which is very appreciated. I was looking for a new to me car and came across Electra during my searches. I'm from Massachusetts and the prices were so much better compared. I went down and although the original suv I wanted didn't work out in with financing, Leigh found one that would. I got the vehicle on December 22. The car ended up having issues that could not be foreseen. They went above and beyond to get things fixed and made sure I had something to drive each time. They never gave me a hard time and even though it took some time to get everything squared away it is a great vehicle. I never thought I would be able to say they are truly a honest used car dealer...Leigh, Anthony and Dave thank you so much. I will be sending business your way.

I just purchased a Ford Focus from Electra Auto Sales. My sales person was Leigh. She was very friendly and informative from the second we met. She was very straightforward, which is a quality that car dealerships dont normally have, but also laid back and very easy to deal with. I had a few obstacles when i came in and she made it possible to get me in a great car and be able to afford it as well. Buying a new car is stressful and usually a headache of a process but Leigh was there to help me get through it. I drove off the lot today with my 2010 Ford Focus and its a great car and i couldnt be happier. Love our Land Rover, pristine condition and the buying experience was great. Working with Leigh was enjoyable, after test driving the car we noticed an issue with a tire without blinking an eye they not only replaced that tire but both front tires. Really pleased.

I just bought a Saturn Outlook from this dealership and was very pleased. David was my salesman and he was friendly, courteous and professional! He really helped me with getting the best deal and low interest rate. I told him what I could afford and he made sure that it would work. I feel that it is extremely unprofessional to make a customer waste 2 hours of their time, their gas, and their money, to have a vin check done. That should be done before the car is delivered. I was charged a registration fee for them to register the vehicle. Why did i have to pay out of pocket for the vin check.also sales man tells me he will be there until 7:00. He was gone when i got back at 6:00. If he was home with his family that is nice. Thats where i would have rather been then doing their job....

Popular vehicles in very nice shape and reasonably priced. My salesman Dave was a very good person to deal with and Anthony, the owner took an interest in making sure all went well. My Lexus was at the Lexus dealer when I first went to see it because they thought there was an issue with the remote starter system. It turned out to be just a sequence in the computer and every thing is just fine. The service manager at the Lexus dealer explained all this and this is a non issue. The vehicles are well worth looking at there at Electra Auto Sales.

I bought my Elantra a couple months ago from Electra Auto and everytime I drive by them I want to go back in and re-thank Leigh and David!!! I LOVE my car! Buying a car can be an overwhelming, stressful experience- especially for a female walking into dealerships alone! I knew I wanted this car as soon as I saw it online. I called and spoke to Leigh, who was not only professional and accomodating, but made me feel completely at ease. Both Leigh and David were super friendly, and helped me with EVERYTHING from start to finish. It was the easiest process and got both the car and the buying experience that I was looking for. From the moment we set foot inside we felt like we were home. Let me tell you..... I have always been hesitant about buying a used car and the trouble that may occur, not to mention the pressure!! My Father had purchased two vehicles from Electra over 8 years ago so this is what brought me to them. Leigh at the dealership was so sweet and non pressuring that she made the experience wonderful..... She helped the decision process, as we were deciding between several vehicles, very easy with the information she had on each vehicle. We ended up with a Nissan Murano that we are tremendously satisfied with...... Recently i was looking for a used SUV. After searching a few places i came across Electra Auto Sales. I went there a few times to check out their inventory saw a few vehicles that i was interested in and decided to go in and talk to a sales person. Before i went in Lee came out and spoke with me. Not only was she professional, she was very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. David also jumped in and got the SUV ready. They have great team work and Lee made it happen within two hours. That's right. In two hours I had what i picked out and drove off with my SUV. Whats better than that! I saw a car I wanted and met with David...He was easy to talk to and very helpful when we went on a test drive he explained everything about the car and how things worked. I returned back to purchase the car and once again he was very good with coming to a reasonable price that I could afford. After purchasing the car I went back one more time to get the registration and I had purchased window drip guards and he put them on for me. I was very impressed and satisfied with the whole process and David was wonderful to deal with.

After a long internet search for Buick Enclaves, we found that Electra Auto Sales had the most reasonable and fair prices. So we took the drive from Quincy, MA to Johnston, RI to test drive a 2008 Enclave on 9/27/14. Our experience with David at Electra was from beginning to end, professional and courtesy. We test drove the vehicle, loved it, came back and discussed specifics with David. We had a trade-in, which we got less than we expected for it, but David explained every reason why it was less than we expected, and he was right. We accepted the trade in value, and we negotiated fairly for the price of the Buick. What impressed me the most was his patience with the finance process. We discussed many different scenarios on how to finance the vehicle, and David was more than patient with us. We drove away with the vehicle within three hours of us arriving at the dealership. I would absolutely recommend Electra Auto Sales to my friends and family. They have more than reasonable prices, they offer a warranty for the first year of your auto purchase, and they are honest and courteous. In my opinion, thats the most important factors when you are purchasing a vehicle. Communication was key. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I will do business with Electra again!

MY WIFE AND I STOPPED AT ABOUT 8 DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS BEFORE COMING HERE AND WE BOTH SAID AT THE SAME TIME WE SHOULD OF CAME HERE FIRST.ANTHONY WAS VERY EASY GOING AND THERE WAS NO PRESSURE PUT ON US AT ALL.WE TEST DROVE TWO VEHICLES AND WE LOVED THEM BOTH,BUT ONLY NEEDED ONE.WE WERE SUPPRISED AT HOW EASY THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK AND WE WERE DRIVING OUR NEW VEHICLE IN ABOUT AN HOUR.WE DID A LOT OF RESEARCH BECAUSE BUYING A VEHICLE IS AT SOMETIMES A LONG PROCESS BUT WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE RECIEVED FROM ELECTRA. This place is a complete scam of a business. I went to look at a vehicle, and decided to put a deposit down as they claimed there were several other buyers. While sitting there, the business owners were talking badly about other customers who were sitting in the waiting room (saying they keep coming back, using derogatory language). After 4 days of waiting to hear back about the car being financed (they claim to have same day financing), I decided I could not afford the car. When I originally looked at the car it did not have matching tires, which was a request I had to put matching tires as it was an AWD vehicle. When I decided not to purchase the car, the business decided to keep my deposit stating that I am required to pay the price of the tire as I am the one who requested it. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and am now taking it to small claims court as this business refuses to give me back my deposit. Stay away from this place!!

My husband and I recently bought a 2009 Nissan Murano Le from Electra auto sales our sales man was Joe. He was super friendly and very professional. The dealership is very clean, has a very laid back atmosphere and everyone there seemed very professional and friendly. I was a bit hesitant at first when Joe told me they did not negotiate the price but after he explained to me that they had already discounted the vehicle and most of their prices were lower than any other dealers online my husband and I decided to make the purchase. The process was very fast and easy and we drove our new car home 1 hour later. I called Electra last Thursday (2 weeks after my purchase) to inform them my brakes had begun to squeak. They made an appointment for me right away and took care of the issue free of charge. I love my Murano and I am very happy with my purchase I've already told my friends and family of my experience and would highly recommend Electra auto sales.

I filled out an online inquiry about a specific care I was interested in and never heard from anyone. I was all set to buy asap, having owned this car before, but I'm from Mass. so I wanted to do as much of the pre-work by phone/email. I called down again and left a message - no one called back. I emailed and called a third time and was told someone would be in touch. Never heard back. I ended up buying a great car from a dealer closer to home. Not sure why they wouldn't be interested to sell a car?
