We have purchased with Brian Fisher at Elkins Auto in the past and the experience is always congenial and low stress. Brian is not arrogant and does not talk down to the customer nor does he get impatient with the customer's need for time with test driving and decision-making. Will definitely ask for him again. He's a quality customer service rep. I love my Ford...there's no equivalent!

I like the fact that the vehicle I bought had only 7 miles on the odometer. It was important to me that my new vehicle not have been test driven by other customers. My local dealer whom I have bought vehicles from in the past, told me "everyone lets customers test drive their vehicles". Well that may be so, but I won't buy a "new" vehicle that has 87 miles on it. I plan to buy from Elkins Fordland the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. It was worth the three and a half hour drive one way to buy from Elkins Fordland.

This was our third new truck purchase from Elkins Fordland, and our third with salesman Rick Wright. We love dealing with Rick, he's funny, informative, and very sincere. It's difficult to find dealerships where your not "chased" around the lot by pushy salesmen, at Elkins, they check in with you, but never make you feel like your being "chased". We're always treated as if we were long time friends, and that is very difficult to find on most lots. Rick helped us decide on what type of purchase would be best, lease, buy , etc. for us. We will continue to shop Elkins Fordland, and most importantly, continue to deal with salesman Rick Wright !

Thank You Doug Boggs for the Excellent, Friendly Service and most of all the Patience!! LOL It paid off at the end because I drove off with exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be more happier! (A Big Thank You to my Husband as well for spoiling me lol) Also I would like to Thank Rob Henline for his Outstanding, Friendly Service!! The Staff was Professional and yet so Fun! Shouldn't have been there for 4 hours with an appointment and car already picked out. Mainly the fault of management for scheduling 3 sales people off on same day. Doug Boggs was apologetic and did they best he could do in the situation.

Buying our 2012 F-150 was a great experience. We had a great sales rep (Rick Wright) who actually wanted to help you find what you needed, with no pressure to buy. He also remembers his former customers. The negotiation of the deal was quick and painless. My wife is a Toyota woman and she informed me on the way home that there's a good chance she may buy her next vehicle from Elkins Fordland due to the great customer service we received. My brother-in-law was also impressed with the deal we got.

WE are very grateful to have found a beautiful 2016 F150 XLT truck at Elkins Fordland!! We were nervous driving all the way to Elkins and not knowing what to expect! My third vehicle with this dealership. Very satisfied. Sam is a very delightful and professional sales person. No complaints with the exception that due to the fact that they knew what time I was supposed to swing by and pick the vehicle up, they could have had the vehicle cleaned and ready to go so as to cut down on the wait time. But hey!!!! Never sweat the small things in life :) Highly recommend to all.

I recently purchased a new Ford Escape. Sam Bradley was extremely helpful. My wife and I were trying to decide between two vehicles and Sam gave us some very helpful suggestions on which vehicle to take. She didn't put any pressure on us to make a purchase, but rather helped us work through the entire process. All other employees we came in contact with were extremely courteous and helpful as well.

I recently purchased a "slightly" used Dodge 1500 from Kim Wilfong and had a wonderful experience. I have been a customer of Kim's for many years. When I showed up at the dealership, Kim was not there yet. Another salesman assisted us. I explained that I had been a customer of Kim's for a long time, so when she arrived, he graciously stepped aside. I found that to be very classy. The whole staff worked with us to make this trade possible and we had a good time doing it!

As usually, Elkins Auto gave me the best deal around. This is at least the seventh vehicle I've purchased from them and every time I find the process to be low pressure and an overall pleasant experience. Everyone at the dealership is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable . Trust me, don't waste your time shopping others as you will not be disappointed with Elkins Auto.

I have now owned my 2012 F-150 for three years and enjoy the looks and ride. That's where the fun ends. It has been an electrical nightmare from the start. I returned it four or five times without getting the problem solved. The last time I was told I had ran over something and tore some wires off causing the problem. I have put every mile on my truck and I'm 99.9% sure that I didn't run over anything that would have caused the damage. That little trip cost me about $300. I didn't make it half way home and the same old problem started again.(Engine light and low fuel light came back on). I'm afraid to take it back, although I bought the extended warranty I can't stand too many $300. trips.

Was very pleased with my entire experience with everyone at dealership. From the time I set foot on the lot , to test driving a car, to applying for the loan and filling out the paperwork, and then leaving with the car, I couldn't be more pleased with the way I was treated or the quality of service I received.
