When I arrive at the dealer ship Carla Rogers greeted me and ask if she could help me with finding a vehicle. I began telling her what I was looking for and what I had to trade with. Carla found the perfect truck with more equipment than I was looking for. Michael gave us a more than fair price for my trade Yukon XL. Brian was able to find us good rates on financing and Robby finished up the deal and prepaired the contract. I have bought four new vehicles from Elliott Chrysler Dodge over the past 14 years and have always been satisfied with their sales team and have had my vehicles serviced there. They have a great service department as well. They dont stop there, in 2009 I was in Florida on vacation when my dodge truck water pump went out. I called Elliott to see if my warrenty was still in effect. Michael checked and he took it from there. He called the dealer ship in Orlando Florida and made arrangments for my truck to be fixed. That is something that you can't buy from a dealership. That is what you call customer service at its best.

Another great experience This is the four vehicle I have purchased from Elliott's over the years. Every one has been a great experience for me. I have always left there feeling like I got the best deal possible and the sales staff is always wonderful.

I approached Carla, the sales representative who sold me my PT Cruizer, when I took the Cruizer in to be serviced. I told her about my husband's worsening physical condition due to Parkinsons, and she was familiar with my situation. She showed me a Jeep Patriot, and among other probably more important features, showed me how easily I could load and unload the wheelchair. At that time, I asked about a Chrysler minivan. There was no time to see it on this visit, but I vowed to return with my husband to check out the Patriot and the minivan. When my husband and I were able to visit her again, she had a previously owned minivan which she showed me that would meet my needs, but would also be large enough that we didn't feel "trapped", and offer more comfort to my husband on the long trips to Tyler to the doctor. Carla not only knew what I needed, but she searched out a bargain for me. I will never purchase another car from anyone else. Thank you, Carla...Thank you Elliott Motors.

Learned of the good service provided by Elliott from a family member. Have had service on 2 vehicles and each time everything was satisfactory. Have a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country that had been to another dealership 3 times for warranty work and was not fixed. I took it here and Monty made sure that it was fixed this time.

I recently moved back to this area and visited Elliott to look for a heavy duty pulling truck. Jose helped me and just made the whole process easy and pressure free. He sold me a slightly used Dodge one ton truck and Jason wrote up the financing, again very fast and easy. Now in my experience, once you drive a used vehicle off the lot, any problems that come up are all the buyers responsibility, but when I found a few small problems with my new truck, Michael in the service department took care of everything for me. I also bought some additional 'chrome' for it from Jimmy in Parts and he, too, was just a doll, plus the crew in the shop did an excellent installation. I couldn't be any more pleased with my truck and with my whole experience at Elliott. I can assure you, I will not even consider buying my next vehicle anywhere else. I am now a customer for life!

I have bought several vehicles from Elliott Chrysler Dodge Jeep and love the friendliness and quality of service that I receive everytime. Jason in finance always gets us great rates and Robby Dunn is an excellent salesman that takes into account our needs, wants AND our budget and we always get a great combination.Plus the owner is always there and to thank us for our business. We are very pleased with Elliott's and will be customers for life!

My wife and I have purchased two different vehicles from Elliott and will buy another when the time comes. Our sales person, Joey Smith, worked with us to get the best deal around when no other dealership would even take the time to show us around. When we go to Elliott we always ask for Joey. We are treated as friends and not just future customers. We are treated the same way in the service department. They call us by name and work on our cars in a timely manner. I would recommmend Elliott Dodge to everyone. They are honestly people friendly and want to serve you.

My recent visit to the Elliott dealership wasn't my 1st. I purchased a Jeep Sahara in 9-2010 from David Sharp and recently purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 Lariat from David Sharp. The staff at Elliott is not only great to work with, but we always have an enjoyable experience (we have fun!). David Sharp has been great to deal with as our saleman. Very attentive, follows up with us to make sure we are happy with our vehicle and offers to help with anything he can. Next time we are in need or want of a vehicle, I am sure we will return to the Elliott dealership. This time we traded a vehicle for the Ford Lariat, that was also a good experience. Both vehicles we have purchased, we drove them home that day! The ownership and management of Elliott should be proud of the wonderful customer service offered to their customers. We have used their Service Dept. also with really good expereiences in a timely manner. Thank you.
