We have been assigned a new team and I met Tonya for the first time. She was extremely friendly and accommodating first thing in the morning. We have always received courteous service from Elm and I am confident that will continue with Tonya as our service representative.

We have had Jeff Kirkwood as our salesman at Elm Chevrolet for several years now. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and is a true gentleman! He went over the many different options that my new vehicle had to offer. Jeff had much patience with my husband and I. He explained to us (in great length) everything that was offered. Jeff is just the greatest, taking the time with us to make sure we were very satisfied. He even said that we could call him at anytime if we had other questions that we may not have thought of. Just LOVE Elm Chevrolet! They have always stood behind us. That is what a customer looks for in a dealership. Thank you Elm!

Randy Marsh, our sales associate, was extremely helpful to us. He arranged for us to test drive three vehicles to help us make a choice, then provided excellent advice to us in making our selection.Randy then arranged for the car to be delivered to us across the country in New Mexico (our home), arranged for temporary title, insurance and getting permanent NM plates. Full service extraordinaire.

Was in for oil change. I was met in a friendly and professional manner by manager at desk. Shown to lobby/waiting area to wait. Nice area with coffee/snacks available. After a reasonable wait I was told the car was ready and was very satisfied with expereince

I have always experience exceptional customer service at Elm Chevrolet. I brought my car in for an oil change and Tanya happened to notice the inspection runs out at the end of the month. She called me to let me know, and offered that the inspection could be done at the same time as the oil change. She could have ignored it and not said a thing. However, she took the extra step to notice something & then give me a call about it.

Randy was great to deal with. Professional, efficient, and his follow up was great. He beat the Simmons/Rockwell price for the same vehicle with less options by over $500. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I would highly recommend Elm Chevrolet and their service department. I noticed my diesel p/u emitting dark exhaust smoke when starting the engine. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a failure in the fuel injection system. The replacement parts were ordered and installed the same day they were recieved from the manufacturer. Not only do I have a great running vehicle but when it came time to pay the repair bill I was over-joyed to learn that a very large portion was covered under a special goodwill program authorized by GM. Lynne, Brian and Howard went over and above in understanding my problem and I would definately return to Elm Chevrolet.

Absolutely terrible customer service, takes advantage of female buyers horribly. Everything changed when my husband got involved and it still was a horrible experience. Advertised vehicle to have features that it didn't, did not perform GM Certification per GM guidelines (cracks in windshield), vehicle was not inspected as described (PA Sticker and Emissions), mileage was over 1,000 miles off, gas tank not filled, wholesale bottom line price changed from what they gave me to a significantly lower price when my husband got involved. Brought the vehicle back the following week to have windshield fixed and inspections done, made sure to spell out everything (t chips in windshield, PA state sticker and emissions). Surprise, fixed one chip and only did the state inspection, no emmisions. Then they acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me anything for the crappy service. Excuses galore, no compensation for any of the "misakes". I was patronized when i wrote to them and repeatedly complained. I ended up getting a decent price on an average used vehicle with no customer service after the sale sugar coated by a bunch of fake smiles. Maybe they take better care of local male buyers, but i am from 75 miles away and female. My husband warned me that this would happen and i tried to prove to him that i could take care of it. I was very wrong!
