I love my preowned 2013 ford escape and the ease of buying it was even better. They cut my interest fees/additional fees in half compared to a popular car dealer in columbia. In fact after letting the dealer in columbia know what a great deal I got from Elmer hare, they called epeatedly offering me a better deal. I don't know about anyone else but once you try to over charge me, it doesn't matter how much you come down. I don't do business with shady business men. These guys were great and I felt like they truly cared about selling me a quality car at a price I could afford without adding in a bunch of hidden fees! I know where to go next time and skip the unnecessary hassle I went through this time with another dealer. Thanks again Dwayne and Ryan!

I love the service from these guys they worked with me until the end, and got me the vehicle I wanted and gave me a great deal I could afford and still be financially stable. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase from Elmer Hare! Dewayne Lewis and everyone else behind the scenes were so great. I was in Boonville getting things taken care of and Dewayne was running the show in Marshall. He got me in the perfect car for a great deal. By the time I made it to Marshall took her for a test drive, fell in love, signed the paper work and was done. One of the easiest things I've ever experienced. We were looking for a family vehicle to be used for child sport related trips. The car was not big enough for everything and everyone any more but I wanted to keep my car as it has been good and loyal to us. This meant a used vehicle was what we were looking for. After many days, calls and dealers DeWayne Lewis sent me home in a beautiful Ford Edge. It was the wrong one I had asked to drive the 07 and went home in the 10. After realizing this Dewayne drove the 07 to Sedalia for us to drive and took back the 10. He apologized immensely and we thought it was funny and that he would be sure to check the VIN's from now on. We purchased the 07 and have been happy with our purchase. Dewayne has called to check up and see how things are. We couldn't be happier.

My purchase at Elmer Hare Ford was very easy going and no pressure at all. I pulled up into the Dealership "Dewayne" came out and greeted me, he was very informative and also listen very well to all my needs and wants. He directed me to the right Truck that I had in mind and after that it was a breeze! I even got more than I bargain for, Free Tank Of Gas, Free Oil Change & Tire Rotation! Had to wait for 45 mins before anyone would even come talk to me. Salesman and mangers weren't even knowledgeable about vehicles. Their warranties are the worst by far from any dealership. Was told the vehicle was serviced and not even a month later it broke down. Worthless dealership I've ever worked with.

Very good buying experience. The sales staff was knowledgeable, fair and at no time did I feel any pressure or urgency to close the deal. Very nice small town dealership, much preferred over the 'mega' big city car stores.

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus from Elmer Hare Ford. I love my new car and love the assistance I receive from the service department when I have a question. I was on a trip and had a question about one of the features on my car. All I had to do was call Bruce in the service department and my question was answered.

Elmer Hare Dealership has a very professional sales staff and we have had great service from the maintenance and repair shop. They are always very courteous and helpful any time we have needed anything done to our vehicles. We have had Ford products since 1990 and we currently have 2012 F150 pickup, 2012 Ford Escape, a 2005 F150 pickup with 268,000 miles on it, and a 2001 F150 pickup with 275,000 miles on this one and all are still running great thanks to the great care we receive from the Elmer Hare Staff.

Found car on internet. Contacted the dealership. Responded immediately. Sent us an autocheck report. Went over on a Saturday. Had the van ready for us. Took a nice test drive. Checked car over thoroughly. Made us feel at ease and very comfortable. Settled on a good price quickly. Answered all of our questions. Felt very good about the whole experience. Elmer-Hare Ford is a great small town dealership where you won't find the same kind of high pressure sales that you find at the big city dealerships. I recently purchased my 2008 Ford Fusion from Elmer-Hare and I couldn't be more pleased with my entire experience. I found my car online and called ahead. When I arrived at the dealership my car was pulled right up front and was ready to go. After a quick once over, my wife and I took off on a test drive. By the time we got back they had appraised my trade and the deal they offered me was so good that I had no reason to haggle. All in all it was a great experience and everyone at the dealership was very helpful throughtout the entire buying process. To end I would like to especially thank Ryan who was new to the dealership and was a terrific salesman.
