I can't say how happy we are with our recent purchase of a used Prius from Elmhurst Toyota--or how pleased we were with the kindness and professionalism of the two staff members with whom we interacted. Tim Dion sensed immediately (through email, no less) the sort of thing we were looking for, and made a suggestion the same day we contacted him. Tom Hong handled the test drive and actual sale (of the same car Mr. Dion recommended) with the sort of consideration, ease, and clarity that comes as a surprise in an age of lowest-common-denominator marketing. Everything was up-front and open (no dithering or mickey-mouse), and we paid a fair price for a vehicle we love driving. These gentlemen are confidence-instilling because of their integrity and competence, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to you. Seemed to be very honest and fair negotiation for my car. The salesman kept in touch with me (as I had to wait for the car to be delivered) as to the status of my order and how things were progressing - that's so important when you have made a big purchase and then have to wait for weeks! The final delivery process went smoothly - again, not something I had always experienced at other dealerships. Another thing I liked was that the salesman valued my trade and said I was turning in a nice car - many dealerships I have dealt with try to "put down" the trade-in car to devalue it. And everyone seemed to be genuinely happy for me as I drove out with the new car. All made for a very nice experience!

I called to make an appointment at 12:45 on Saturday, I was told they only take appointments for Saturday's and they close at 3pm. I said I would try to get in during the week but Bernard said if I could come in "now" he would get me in that day, immediate service. So I ran to the car and off I went, service was completed fast and they washed my car. I was extremely happy.

Omar was not the 'typical' car salesman that does the dance between salesman and manager. That dance can usually take hours. Not once did my salesman make me feel pressured. Not once did my salesman use the typical salesman line 'what do I need to do to have you make a deal today'Within 30 min my salesman was able to come up with a number that was not the cheapest I found but it certainly was the easiest number to get.

They have a very nice facility, We were able to see and test drove the vehicle we plan to see. The vehicle was nice but had a little trouble with windshield fluid line not working at first. We like the vehicle but not ending up buying because price wasn't as promised over the phone and 2hrs drive down the drain. Very nice clean facility, just not the deal.

Bernie Webber did the 6-month checkup, replaced a lost hubcap, touched up a scrape on my back bumper, and wouldn't even take $$ for leaving me the touch-up paint! He called me before the appointment to let me know the hubcap was in, and he kept in contact and answered all my questions, which is very important to me. Also loved the free coffee and holiday cookies!

I never hesitate to keep my maintenance appointments because they are enjoyable. I know that the service department knows me and my car - the employees are long-term people, so I run into the same people all the time - that's reassuring. The service was super fast and accurate. They did not pressure me into additional services that I did not need. The waiting room had comfy chairs. I totally enjoyed my experience.

Prompt attention upon arrival and explanation of what was done. The staff explains what will be done and how long it is likely to take. If there is a problem such as the car wash machines are not working I was told up front.

Your Service Advisor was very attentive to the issue I had with my Camry. I brought in my car to replace the temp tire with a regular tire after I had a flat. Your Service Advisor told me that they will check the "flat tire" to see if they can repair it. After about 45 minute, your Service Advisor told me the diagnosis of the "flat tire" and how it was tested and repaired. Thanks to honesty of your Service Advisor and Elmhurst Toyota, I did not have to purchase a new tire but able to drive with the repaired tire with confidence.

Bernard, the service rep. was very courteous. He checked to make sure I didn't have any recalls (I did have one on my driver side window button). He shared the results of my battery check and did say it would be a good idea to have it replaced before the really cold weather. ( I have a 2009 and it still has the original battery) I like how the service staff come out to check with the customers before they proceed with any additional replacements, etc.The staff is very pleasant as well as the surroundings.

Needing a car, I did online research and found exactly what I was looking for at Elmhurst Toyota. A 2009 Camry with only 17,000 miles on it. Peter Gallichio veers toward the high-pressure end of the Salesman Spectrum, but that's fine; he not only met the price I wanted to pay, but made the deal work when it looked a little shaky. It was an absolutely great experience in buying a car. I took the Camry in to my mechanic today to check it out. Aside from eventually needing new rear tires, the car is as near perfect as you can get. I recommend checking out various "how to haggle" websites, just to get a feel for what number to offer without pricing yourself out of the car. And find an online price for the car, so you know where to start. Peter met my price which, frankly, was a steal. Go to Elmhurst Toyota. Ask for Peter Gallichio.

Technician who handled my service visit was thorough in explaining what they needed to do for the 65,000 checkup. I had a question about safety of my rear tires (still had tread but were original to the 2003 Matrix). He followed up with the technicians and they took time to so do some analysis of the tires and determined they are still good to go, with no significant deterioration, which eased my mind about continuing to drive on them for a few more months.

I searched at a number of Toyota dealers. Jennifer Clemens was the first sales person to provide me with the information I was seeking - right away. I didn't have to ask for repeatedly and she provided everything. Upfront, kind, efficient. She made the process easy. Other dealerships and sales people could learn from her!

I dropped off my truck at the appointment time and it was ready before I expected. Tommy called and advised that the in cab and engine filters needed to be replaced and it was done by the time we arrived to pick up the truck. Excellent service!

Dan is a great car salesman. He didn't pressure me, helped me look through cars on several different days, and answered my many questions. He even sat with me and went through all of my car's features/buttons after purchasing the car. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Dan when purchasing the car. The ease in getting an appointment. The patience Joe, my service professional showed me. He wouldn't stop looking for why one of my tires had less air than the other three(they all were down on air) He kept looking got on his knees to finally find a screw in my tire. Faustino said that they were very busy and it could be up to two hours before my car was taken care of. I waited for my car, and it was two hours, just what he had said. Also, he said he would need to order a part to repair the trunk lock and he would let me know when it was received. I asked for the car to be washed, but he checked and found out that the car wash was broken.

What i liked most was my experience with my salesman Alex. For me, buying a car is a very stressful experience. I had my last auto for 10 years! Alex made me feel like a friend and not a customer. PJ was awesome. She didn't force sell anything and she was patient enough to help us make a decision. She has earned our trust and will definitely consider her business for a family who owns 5 cars at one time. The finance manager on top of that was honest enough to tell us the requirements if we were to take additional protection. All in all, honesty was the overall name of the game in this dealership.

There was none of the old school techniques from the sales rep chasing us around at every turn. We took our time with this purchase (visited the dealer 3 times before purchasing) and wanted to make sure we were picking the right car for the coming years. Alex was very patient with us and allowed us to test drive all the cars we wanted before finally settling on the Corolla S Plus. He got us exactly what we wanted, trim wise.

The two women who helped me from the internet sales department (Vee and Tamika) did everything in order to help me buy my car. They were very honest, upfront and did not play games in terms of negotiation to finalize the sale. The price of the car and interest rate was very competitive compared to other Toyota dealers in the area. Thank you to these two ladies for helping me find the right car for me! My sales rep was great, Marketa made us feel comfortable with out buying process. She listened, she has both our color options waiting for us and when we arrived she gave us the freedom to look at both cars. While she finished up with her current customer we looked at both cars and made a decision on the color we wanted to purchase. Other sales reps would just juggle their customers around or pass them to someone else because they are busy. She was patient even before we walked in to the dealer. She didn't huver us with emails and call like other people do. Thanks Marketa for your help, you will be great in the car business because you have that people skills that other places lack. My experience with the sales assoc. (PJ) was the best Ive had in my personal history of car purchases. She knew EVERYTHING about Toyotas! All models...not just the Venza. She was extremely personable, polite, and made every effort to earn my business without being pushy or nagging. I never felt uncomfortable, I actually felt that she truly cared. She is definetley an asset to the dealership! The finance mgr was right in line with the same integrity and hospitality, true Toyota knowledge! Thank you!! I love my new car!!
