I was over an hour early for my appt. It was not a problem, got me checked right in, listened to my concerns, and made sure tech knew what I wanted to get done. Service advisor called and let me know things that were found and the order of importance for repair. Best service experience I've ever had at a VW dealer.

I went to this dealership on Saturday to have my winter tires and rims installed. Whoever parked my car damaged the front end. The service writer said the service manager would call me but I never received a call. I noticed the staff has completely turned over - I think the TDI cheating scandal has run this place ragged - I won't be back...

I had to have my car towed to the dealership. I arrived just before closing, so the service staff could not address my problem till the next day. I needed transportation home so the staff provided a complimentary UBER ride. The service staff was courteous and professional. My problem was addressed early the next day. I appreciated the quick turn around.

I really like the two sales people I worked with Doug and John Orlando. They were not pushy and they made sure I knew all of my options even though I came in with a plan. Surprisingly, they informed of a better financial option which I chose and it made me so happy that it was lower than my old car payment on a car that was 6 years older. Now I have this new gorgeous Tiguan (love the name-Tiger/Igauna) and not a 6 year old car. They also really impressed me by taking the time to go over every detail on the car so I would know how to use. This has never happened to me before at a car dealership. Neither with Subaru or Jeeps. They really took the time to fit the car with my needs. I thought I wanted an alltrek but after I drove it and did not like it they made sure to get me into exactly what I was looking for and the color too.

No nonsense and everything was as it said it was. They even gave me a trade in amount over the phone and then didn't pick anything apart once I got to the dealership. TJ Ward and Nick Asoian were really professional and great to deal with. Nick even went out of his way to get me a couple of parts that needed to be replaced. He stopped by my house on his day off to take care of it so I wouldn't have to drive the 2 hours back to the dealership. Above and beyond.

In over 40 years I've never dealt with a more honorable salesperson. We are not related and I met him for the first time on this deal. I don't often post reviews but felt compelled in this case. I got a great deal, and then needed the car shipped after the deal was done, Doug shopped the rates, came through with an honorable shipper, delivered on time, remained fully accessible, provided continuous status updates, and even pushed the staff and the DMV to expedite my tags so I could pick them up while still in Colorado --- all AFTER the sale was already made. Unbelievable, but all true. I'm not used to seeing that in a car dealership. I recommend them highly.

With three parts later and 17 days later without my (new car).... It was decided by VWUS, the entire engine was to be replaced!!!So now I wait..... It is now up to the corporate office of VWUS to free me of this car and replace it for me with a (brand new car)....

The process was very straight forward with out any negotiating. The finance rate was set and the residual amount was predetermined for buying my leased automobile. I enjoyed working with my sales consultant, John Orlando. I felt he did all he could but the whole experience was rather unexciting the way buying or leasing a brand new car can be. It was sort of like buying a place you have been renting for years.

We got a great deal and have been very pleased with our purchase. David didn't sketch me out or try to push me into a new car. I got the vehicle I came in to test drive because of it. I saw another used vehicle I was interested in so he encouraged me to test it out too. I didn't feel like I was wasting his time or like he was going to try and use any creepy used car salesmen tactics on me. I had just come from the Jeep dealer on Havana, and they did all the tricks in the book. Tried to push me into a new jeep out of my budget, when I had specifically said I wanted a used one. I got mad and left and came straight to Emich where they had the kind of Jeep I wanted. I would have just left if I felt pushed to try out another vehicle, but that didn't happen, and I ended up with my Jeep. I also liked that during the financing piece, they showed me every thing in an easy to read manner. I am not dumb, but I hate when people try and muddy up the paperwork to trick you into more fees and costs. Lastly, David got my plates off for me and transferred my junk out of my trade vehicle so I didn't have to do it when I was done signing the paperwork. I've never had that happen before. Also, I had left my CDs in my trade vehicle, and I had stopped by the service desk and they sent someone to get them for me right away. Very nice friendly service desk lady.

Emich has taken amazing care of me since day 1. I picked out my 2012 Golf R, but due to a factory recall, could not take it home for about 2mos. At Emich VW, this was the first time I was ever contacted first by the owner of the dealership. After email Emich about cars on their website, I received a personal email from the owner, Fred Emich. I was then contacted by F&I Mgr Nick Asoian and Sales Rep Shawn Collins who were so nice and professional. Financially, I was not the ideal car buyer, but was never treated that way by Emich. They went above and beyond to get me in the exact vehicle that I dreamed of and the entire experience was so great and stress free. Everyone that I met, from the owner, sales manger, receptionist, etc, was amazing.

Y'all were so friendly, which made the experience easy and quick, I've never been in and out of a dealership and you had new blades on my car in minutes. The only concern is I have a spot directly in front of the driver side that even with new wipers, still isn't getting that streak free shine like the rest of the windshield. Don't know if it's the wipers or the wipe holder itself, but I would like to see clearly! We live in a state that has finicky weather so we have to stay safe especially with our vehicles.

Emich makes you feel like you are at a small, family owned and operated dealership, working with friends who put your needs first. Everyone we have encountered there is pleasant, helpful engaged. My family has now owned 21 Volkswagen vehicles over the past 40+ years, mostly purchased from a small town dealership in Ohio (Sunset VW) in Steubenville, Ohio. I knew the family who owned, and still owns that VW shop, and these guys at Emich, in a big city (Denver, CO) make me feel the same way we did back in little old Steubenville, like friends, like family and confident that they are selling themselves, not just their cars. Obviously, we're hooked on VW, but we will always come back to the attention and service we receive from dealerships like those owned by the Emich's and the Cherepko's. Love the cars, and love the people who have sold them to us.

availability of service time was good, they failed to correctly identify and repair check engine light, I told them there was a misfire code, they confirmed it and penciled whipped it,reset the computer and sent me on my merry way and told me to come back if it comes on again, well by the time I got home it was on again, misfiring.

Car purchased at this dealership, service department is a ripoff. I recommend taking your car for repairs elsewhere. Willfully misdiagnosed my car, charged me for a service that had to be repeated after the real repair was fixed. Service manager, Todd Ellis, started yelling at me, completely unprofessional. Brought my car to reputable dealer, repaired the issue for 1/2 the cost.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing her '13 TDI SEL. I researched and believe I got the best price with a great interest rate for a car that only had 10k miles on it. We worked with Fred & Dieter and had no issues. Reading some of the bad reviews makes me wonder, but everybody has a different approach on how they feel they got treated. You have to understand that a dealer is not going to loose money on a car, but make some kind of profit. Do your research before you enter any dealership. They gave us a choice on extended warranty, but we declined. My thoughts were if VW builds a car that will break down with any major problem before 100k I just will never buy one again. All in all the dealership was clean and very friendly during our time there. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a VW. We did go to TYANN VW and they did not agree with our price, so we left. My wife is happy with her car and that's what matters. In time we will know if she is still that way in another 2 yrs. Getting 40 miles a gallons you just can't beat that!

I loved my whole experience! I had done research on exactly what I wanted when I came in to look at trading in my car the sales team made it simple, fun, informative and a very easy trade-in process. I recently purchased a new GTI from Emich. I had my eye on this fantastic vehicle ever since 2015 models came out last year. I had not purchased a new car since 1983. When purchasing used cars, I have generally avoided dealerships because they treat you so badly in general. This time was totally different. Ashley gave me my first test drive last year, after which she did not pressure me at all. Accordingly, I made sure to ask for her when I returned to the dealership, ready to buy. She was great and the whole process went very smoothly. I received a fair price for my trade-in and good financing from VW. The whole process took about three hours, including a detailed introduction to the car's features by Ashley. I have owned several VW's, including a first-generation Golf and a Scirocco that I kept for 20 years. VW's are quirky but always fun to drive. This one is the fastest and best car I have ever had, and I have also owned a BMW, a Volvo and a Saab. Great car, great buying experience.

I worked with Stephen throughout my car buying experience. Stephen was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. I came in by myself the first day to test drive a Jetta TDI. I came back in the second day with my wife and we ended up test driving a couple more cars. All together I took up probably 4-6 hours of Stephan's time and never once did he try to pressure me or hurry me into a decision. We bought the car on a snowy day and went through a couple weeks of nasty weather. When I finally got to wash it I noticed a couple scratches I did not see on the day we bought it. I called up Stephan and he took care of it. We got the car back in and they fixed them. I have been completely satisfied with my experience from Emich.

Our old Jetta was totaled so we were in the market for a new Jetta. Went to Emich at the end of February looking at the Jetta TDI and told our sales rep our budget. Was told we could only afford a TDI S and the SE was out of budget. They were able to get us TDI S with manual transmission in the color we wanted. About a week later noticed that we could have gotten an SE in the same color for about $20 more but it was too late. Feel like the sales rep didn't care about our needs and just wanted to get a sale at the end of the month. The dealer did work with me on a trade but would have taken a $4500 lose. Felt like the sales rep wanted the sale more then getting us what we wanted. Very disappointing.

The buying experience with Ashley at Emich Volkswagen far exceeded my expectations by a long way. I am 50 years old and this is the first time I have purchased a new car. I have always been reluctant to go to a car dealer because people are always telling horror stories about buying new cars. However, my purchase with Emich Volkswagen was a pleasant and painless experience, with a competitive price for an excellent car. My experience is good enough for me to take the time to enthusiastically write about it here. Ashley answered all my questions completely and even helped me on her day off. I liked the atmosphere at Emich Volkswagen. The people here are down to earth as well as passionate and knowledgeable about the VW brand. I even saw somebody in the service with VW ear rings. Blake was absolutely terrific to work with. He was very professional and took a lot of time to show me the ins and outs of the Tiguan (in the heated garage!). My kids came with me later in the week and he showed all three teenagers the dashboard and specifically working the Bluetooth with their iPhones. He was great. I contacted Emich through Cars.com for information about a Tiguan. I subsequently received a multitude of phone calls and emails from three different sales representatives. I received calls to my cell phone at 8:30 pm while on vacation as well as during the day while I was at work. When I didn't respond for more than a few hours (because I was working), I received follow-up voice-mails and emails that got increasingly persistent. That type of repeated contact is, quite simply, incredibly irritating. Customer service should feel helpful, not burdensome. Some people might like constant attention, but I am looking to purchase a car for the first time, so the aggressive and pushy reputation that surrounds car salespeople is slightly intimidating to me. My experience with Emich did nothing to counteract that stereotype - so much so that I asked the dealership to have all three salespeople stop contacting me. I will more than likely direct my car search elsewhere.

My VW needed some maintenance and repairs which were performed quickly, completely and were very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend EMICH any higher. Very good rapport with Ashley. She had answers to all our questions, and was willing to talk about random things (about VWs and not) in a friendly manner. She's very quick; I never felt like she was hesitating about how to respond or what exactly we were getting at. She basically is the reason I bought the car (granted, it was exactly what I was looking for; but a less than stellar salesperson would generally always sour the deal for me).

This is a good dealer with good staff and products. I was an American car buyer until recently. The Denver Chevy dealer had good products but terrible, rude staff and culture. The Ford dealer had good culture and staff but junk products (my 2012 Focus SE was a joke). Now I have a 2013 GTI that I truly love - a very solid car. I have 3 sets of wheels for it that I rotate seasonally. I drive down the road believing I have the coolest ride backed by competent people - thank you Emich Volkswagen.

Fred Emich did my first car deal in 2006 and we've purchased another 3 vehicles from his store since then....not just because of a good 'price' or friendly 'staff' but because when I walk into the store, I'm greated by my 'name' and made to feel as though my experience and history with the store has true value and merit to the Organization.A retired Naval Officer, I've travelled the Country and the World....and bought and sold more cars than I should ever have done! I don't typically take the time to write reviews, but I was so impressed with my experience at Emich that I wanted to share. I bought my car on 10/14/14 and worked with Tyson Schreurs (who I would recommend highly). The experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I drove off the lot with my new Jetta was fantastic. Tyson answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided me with different financing options to get the best possible deal. He didn't even mind when I spent 20 minutes in the parking lot walking back and forth between two cars because I couldn't decide on the color (Moon Rock Silver won out). I got what I wanted for my trade-in, and Nick in financing was professional and friendly as well. The in-car tour of all its features, after all the paperwork was done, even though it was already almost 10pm, was exceptional and a nice touch to what was already an excellent buying experience. I left feeling confident I'd gotten a great deal on a great car.

The Emich team was the best about responding to online inquiries as I have not had anyone call me back as quick as Doug did when I sent an email about mileage on the vehicle I was interested in. I think it was 15 minutes from inquiry time to call! Awesome! Also, I felt comfortable at the dealership and everyone was nice including Paul, Chris and Manny. In my line of business I am able to collect body art so I wear it openly. In some businesses sometimes people will make incorrect assumptions and conclusions based on appearance, but I did not get that kind of treatment at Emich. It was a great experience and I'm very happy with the service I received as well as my purchase.

The sales people were so helpful and super friendly. I had just left a jeep dealership because of how awful they were. It was so nice to come here and leave with a car and feeling like I was actually being listened too. These guys are great. I'd send anyone looking to them!! I gave them a budget and they only showed me cars that for into what I was looking for. I left with a brand new 2014 Jetta and I couldn't be happier!! They really treat you nice, and never push you into something you don't need!!

I have been to some horrible dealerships in my life, but Emich VW is different. I bought a new 2013 VW Passat from them last year. I think my salesperson was Mike(?) and I met Fred Emich while I was there. Both of these guys were very professional and really seemed to listen to what I was looking for. The finance guy was great as well. I was never pressured to buy something I didn't want.Since then, I have taken my car in for service several times. The car has been perfect, so only oil changes and checkups so far. I have dealt with Jered and Cole in service. Again, these guys are fantastic! They always explain everything and haven't tried to upsell me on anything.I wish the Ford dealer I take my truck to would be this good. If I didn't need the truck, I would go buy another VW from Emich. Yes, they are that good. Thanks!

I just leased my 3rd VW from Emich and once again walked away feeling so good about my experience that I would do it again in a heartbeat if I could get another car. Not only is everyone in the dealership friendly and professional, the Sales Team in particular is pretty amazing-especially one individual by the name of Blake Minger. I have worked with Blake on all of my VW purchases and leases over the past 8 or so years and I have to say that he is the best at what he does. I have dealt with many salesmen before in my life and I have to say I would not even consider Blake a "Salesman"; he is more of a consultant in my opinion. He has never pressured me into anything and has always gone above and beyond to meet my requests or do his very best to meet me half way. I found out about 6 months ago that Blake moved on to another dealer and had left Emich. This was in the early stages of my looking for my next vehicle and when I found out that he had left I was really bummed out. So bummed out in fact that I nearly decided to go with another dealer. Well, I finally decided that I would stick with Emich since they have always been so good to me and I went in after seeing a Labor Day Special online. There was a particular vehicle I was interested in and when I walked in there was Blake! He had come back to Emich and I was so happy to see him that I knew that the vehicle I was looking at had to be the right one-it's just to much great luck to find an amazing car at a great price and also get to work with your favorite guy in the place. There was no haggling, we sat down after driving the car, I ran some figures in my mind as to where I needed to be and laid it out on the table. As always, Blake did his very best to meet my requests or at least meet me half way which in my opinion is more than fair. Blake has always done such a great job with me and all of my vehicles that I hope he is there for my next one. He really takes the time to know you, know your likes and dislikes and works with you to help you make an informed, educated decision on a vehicle. I could not be happier with his level of customer service, from following up the day after purchase just to check in and see if I had any questions, to going through all the features on my new CC R Line giving me as much time as I needed to get to know the car before he cut me loose on the road. Everyone at Emich is amazing, yet Blake is a little bit more and has a little bit more of something that keeps bringing me back to Emich. As long as he is there I will keep coming back until I get tired of VW's which is never going to happen!

Our experience with Emich was beyond exceptional. Everyone there was very nice and knowledgeable and provided for a comfortable, pressure free environment. Working with Fred and Dieter was more than we could have asked for. I especially like that when it was time to purchase Dieter evaluated our options and introduced the option of leasing a car, something that we were not previously considering. I am so glad because as a college student I was able to keep some of my money to help with my current expenses instead of use it all on the car. We ended up leasing and I could not be more happy. On top of that, Dieter's product knowledge blew both my Dad and I away and thanks to him I know more about my new car than most people! I love my new car and will definitely recommend Dieter and Emich in the future!

I bought my first new car from Emich, and I am truly beyond words excited. I drove in a couple of days ago to look at a 2014 Beetle. I came in to look at a white one, that had all the features I was looking for, excluding the exterior color. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Condon and Rhiannon Wickizer. These two women were determined to get me in the exact car I wanted, for the best deal. They found the car I had my heart set on. It had the same features AND it was the exact color I wanted!! This car was at another dealership, all the way out in Greely! Rhiannon spent probably 2+ hours on the road to bring this car to me. Their level of dedication to let me drive off the lot, in the exact car that I wanted, was appreciated more than I could ever express. They have my business for life from their outstanding customer service. This is the prime example of what buying a new car should be!!!

I wish could give a negative review. Day 1: I bought a new 2014 Beetle R Line for my wife and traded in her 2008 Beetle. Everything went smoothly for the most part. We negotiated financing, trade in value, and the final price of the new vehicle. Then came the inevitable upsell pitch for extended warranties, clear bra, ect. It took a while but I politely listened and declined any of the additional items. So far so good right? About halfway home the check engine light came on. When I came to a stop, the car started idling erratically. I tried using VW's new version of their OnStar type vehicle assistance communication system. The reception was so bad that both sides of the conversation were unintelligible. I decided to make the extra 10 mile push to get home and then call the dealership. I talked to the same sales person that sold me the car and it was a case of split personality. The warm friendly guy that was selling me the car turned into someone with postal worker customer service skills after I told him what happened. I was told to call VW roadside assistance and have the car towed back to the dealer 78 miles away. VW roadside assistance took about an hour on the phone. We scheduled a pickup for 9:00 AM the next morning. After I got of the phone, I went out to take a look at the car to see if I could find anything obviously wrong with it. I opened the hood and couldn't believe my eyes - there was oil all over the engine compartment and hood insulation. Someone apparently forgot to put the oil filler cap on the engine. The dipstick was bone dry and the underside of the car was dripping with oil. Allegedly, the car was being prepped while I was getting the sales pitch for extended warranties and extras. It is absolutely inexcusable that this time wasn't actually used to prepare the car for delivery to the customer. Day two: I told the dealership that I no longer wanted the car as I did not have confidence the engine could reliably be repaired. Turbo engines require oil for cooling and sufficient oil on new engine is especially critical. There were no other matching colors and models in the state. They offered a loaner until one could be located, but it could take weeks. I offered to take a new GTI in the same color and split the difference in the $4,000 price difference. They said no way. We went back and forth for hours. I talked to one manager after another and they at no time were willing to take any financial hit on their end regardless of the gross incompetence in preparing my wife's new car for delivery. So here I wait for our old car to be returned to us. My advice when buying a new VW or other car from Emich: make sure they have two of the same model that you want so you have a backup when the first one dies.

Recently bought a 2014 GLI from Emich. The process was surprisingly easy and enjoyable. The dealership matched another online price for the same vehicle posted by another dealer, they offered me a competitive price on my trade, and the customer service was excellent. So glad that we found TJ at Emich, he is the BEST! He found us a great deal on our first VW Passat as a lease to get us out of our rollover car debt. Then we went back for service before the warranty expired and he found us an even better deal on a diesel Passat to purchase!! He looks out for the buyer and dedicates his time to you!! Make sure you ask for TJ. The service department is amazing there too!! We went to one in the Springs because it was closer and will never do that again, we make the trip to Emich!!

These guys are horrible. I've never felt so disrespected ever from an auto dealer or mechanic in my life. Worst of all, when I brought my legitimate grievance up to the General Manager of the dealership -- Fred Emich himself -- he treated me even worse than the service manager. Unbelievable.

Yesterday, Saturday August 24, I went to EMICH VW dealership in Denver trying to buy a new car. I saw the commercials on TV for the 0% financing and the dealer had two Golfs on their site with prices within my budget. The sales associate told me that with my credit score (800) I had no problem qualifying for the 0% financing, but they had to jack up the price $1300 from the advertised price on their website ... I was surprised and speechless. In essence my credit was too good and they could not make enough money off of me, so they were not interested in my business. That would have been my 10th VW car. How sad, that a greedy dealership is not interested in doing fair business with a loyal customer. I would have bought it that day, a 2013 red Golf TDI model with a stick shift. I love the cars, the dealer, not so much. PS. The Sales person was actually very nice and courteous, but his hands seemed tied to the point where he didn't even try to make a real deal with me. Sad.

Driving on a road trip we needed to have our VW Passat serviced. We called ahead to see if they could fit us in since we were only driving through and didn't have time to wait around for hours. The first woman who answered to direct the call was rude and spoke in a very annoyed tone. I told her the problem and she said they only serviced VW's (which I had already confirmed as the make of our car). Once I reassured her that we were in fact driving a VW she begrudgingly connected me to the service department. I spoke with a gentleman and explained we were simply passing through. He said they were very full and he said he could fit me in on Monday (3 days later). I declined and asked whether he could recommend another VW dealership in the area. He was very upset that I did not want to wait until Monday (impossible). He then very rudely told me "I'm not going to recommend anyone else. Those are competing companies." An hung up without another word. I would never recommend this place to anyone as customer service should be a priority in the workplace. Given our situation he should have had the professional decency to help us out as VW owners. Unacceptable.

My husband and I went to Emich on somewhat of a whim to test drive one of the cars we were considering. We had heard excellent reviews of the place, but weren't planning on making any decisions. Instead, we were treated to excellent service and guidance (thanks Blake!) in finding the perfect car, and left that evening with a great car! Everyone in the dealership was helpful and expediated things for us. Blake went step by step through the car with me and demonstrated all of the nuances, which I had never experienced before at a dealership. He also called a few days after our purchase to check in. I have no doubt if we needed anything or had any questions it would be easy to reach him. Thanks Emich!

I have gotten 2 VWs through Emich now, and I have never been disappointed. They guys in the service department always take such great care of my car, and also they always take good care of me and my needs whether it be a ride while my oil is being changed or getting me a loaner car while my car is in the shop. My last purchase of my jetta sport wagon could not have been any easier or smoother. TJ was so nice and helpful and an actual real person, not your typical car salesman. Emich is trust worthy and caring and they really treat their customers with respect. I will always take my cars there to be serviced and will purchase my next VW when the time comes from them as well. I would tell people buying a VW to go to Emich and no where else.

I was in the market for an EOS, while browsing online I sent out an email for some information and immediately TJ from Emich responded. He was very informative ,straight forward and hassle free. TJ met all of my "car" criteria, got me a great deal on my trade as well as the EOS. The car purchasing process has never been so easy. Every time I return to Emich I'm greeted with a smile,enthusiasm and genuine care. TJ is always around to help ,see how things are going and most importantly how I love my EOS. I would highly recommend Emich to all my family and friends. Most importantly I will always return to Emich!

I have leased my four bugs in the last ten years from this dealership. I have never found them to be anything but highly professional, sincerely friendly and wiling to extend GREAT offers to me. Blake Minger just helped me lease a new bug convertible. He made the process a joyful experience! The finance department offered such a fabulous offer, it truly was one I couldn't refuse! Emich VW is by far the best dealership in this area. We did a lot of shopping around and found our car and our favorite dealer here. We love our Tiguan and we'll definitely be coming back to see Blake Minger for our next VW purchase. We recently bought a pre-owned VW Tiguan from Blake M at Emich Volkswagen. We had visited numerous car dealerships, trying to find the right car for us. Blake understood immediately what would suit our needs, and took great care explaining and showing us the car's features. There was certainly no pressure to buy. I purchased my 2007 Audi S4 online from Emich VW. I was a little hesitant to make such a significant purchase without seeing the car in person. But after reading positive reviews and speaking over the phone with my sales representative, Matt Z., I decided to take a chance. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the sale. The car was exactly as described; no surprises. Everyone at Emich was very friendly and helpful. Even after the car was shipped to me (All the way to Wisconsin), Matt in sales showed a lot of concern for my satisfaction as a customer. Car shopping is not my favorite activity. I was prepared for the worst. But my salesperson, Mike Daigle made it a great experience. He was honest and easy-going, never pushy. I moved from Chicago almost three years ago and have been getting my VW serviced at Emich Volkswagen since. Colt is amazing! I have always been impressed with the way they take care of the car and the way they make me feel every time I walk in. This last weekend I went in to replace my VW with a new one. Rhiannon made it exciting and effortless, and also made sure that I got a great deal. No pressure, and 100% hospitality as always. I was a loyal VW fanatic, and now I am a loyal Emich VW fanatic!

I knew I wanted a GTI when I showed up at Tynan's VW, but after nearly two hours there, I couldn't find anyone that could answer my questions. I left frustrated. As soon as I arrived at Emich VW I felt welcome. Rhiannon immediately answered my "tough" questions and helped me to narrow down my options to just a few cars, one of which I bought. She was easy to talk to, straightforward and knowledgeable. It's not often you come across a salesperson that truly knows how to take care of a customer, and that's why I'll be back.

For me purchasing a car is nothing more than a ball of stress.....unless you use Blake Minger at Emich. We traveled from Colorado Springs to work with him and have been amazed and impressed with him and the dealership from the minute we walked in the door. We did not feel like we were being pressured and all the feelings that go with a purchase. I felt like we had a friend and an ally to help us with the plan. We bought a Routan van and love it!! After working with Blake, I would never go anywhere without him in my corner.

Emich is a dealership that actually delivers customer service! I used to dread buying a new car... The high pressure, the long wait, the doubt about the "deal". Emich has professional sales personnel who are interested in getting you the right car, at the right price. Their attention to details of the sale is excellent. My salesman took time to demonstrate and explain every single feature of my Jetta... That was the first time in 40 years of buying cars! The service department is excellent! I purchased my car 500 miles from my home, Blake, our salesman was truely exceptional in all aspects. He made it very easy to purchase, got back with me on questions in very short amounts of time. Blake made purchasing our new passat tdi very headache free, Emich was great! Never would have thought buying a new car would have been so trouble free. Emich saved my wife and I over $3000 over any of the local (within 2.5 hours away) VW dealerships. I think I spent less time working out everything with Emich as I did waiting to test drive one at the local dealership. Very pleased with Emich, could not recommend them enough. They worked out shipping, at a great rate too, and it came within a few days of sending them the paperwork! If you want a new VW, please take your time to check with Emich, they will get you a great car at a great price! Blake is a great salesman and is very professional.

The guys at Emich made this my best car buying experience ever. And my previous car buying experiences were with Lexus and BMW dealerships. I received royal treatment the entire process. You get luxury car service and excellent German engineering at fiscally responsible pricing. It doesn't get any better than this. Thank you Dave, Nick, and Dario!

If I could give these guys a 6 on everything, I would! I dealt with other dealers in the area before going to them, and the difference was night and day. I got an amazing deal, I got straight talk and fair dealing, and overall a much better experience than I had anticipated (I hate buying cars!) I will be recommending them to all my friends and will definitely be a return customer!

I live in Colorado Springs but I decided to head up to Denver after getting a little frustrated with my hunt for a TDI Sportwagen in the Springs. I worked with Emich early on and I could have saved a good bit of time but I didn't want to travel so far for my purchase since I have a new baby. It was a bit of a hassle but turned out better than expected. They had everything ready for me before I got there. Price and everything was pretty straightforward and sorted out beforehand. If you are need of a Volkswagon, I would readily recommend them. -Dave P

I bought a used Passat at Emich and I am very impressed. Do yourself a favor and work with Tj if you can. He's very good at following up without being pushy. I drove a long way to see the car that Tj had in mind for me and I am very glad I did. He pointed out that the car I was going to purchase was not actually VW certified. A lot of dealers say the cars are certified but Emich legitimately Certifies their Volkswagons to add 2 years of warranty.

Jeff has a wonderful and sparky personality that I just love! His understanding of the products and his willingness to understand his customers needs sets him above the rest! I will do business with Emich in the future as long as Mr. Harkson is employeed with them. As for the rest of the dealership, the service department is above average in my opinion. Not impressed with the sales managers or anyone sitting in that "tower thing" Over looking all the customers and judging them as if they were on trial! They should be more involved face to face with their potential customers!

Started going there after I had a repeat of a problem at an independent who assured me that I would save a bundle.
