I wrote a review back on Feb 23 2016 about being disappointed. I should have written back sooner than now. Ennis Ford has done a outstanding job on getting my truck fixed. Went well overboard to get the problem fixed. Thank you all at Ennis Ford who has helped me in this situation. Mathew Schumacher is the best salesman you could ask for. I have bought 6 vehicles from Matt and will continue. My son just bought a car from him 2 weeks ago and made his first car experience great. I give Ennis Ford 4 thumbs up. 2 for me and 2 for taking good care of my son. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR A GREAT JOB!!!

I do not typically leave reviews much less bad reviews, but I was treated so bad I wanted to let everyone know. I took my car in for recalls and some warranty work to Ennis Ford. I left the car with them and after a day they called and said they had ordered the parts for the recall, but that the A/c repair was not covered because someone had vandalized the car and cut the A/C wires. The service guy even asked my wife if she had any enemies. Being very confused I drove to the dealership to see the damage for myself. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was told that the guy on the phone was wrong and that it was rat damage. I could clearly see it was rat damage in one spot, but about 2 inches above that the wire had been cut. I was told that it would be 190.00 to repair, TWO CHEWED WIRES. I did not let them do the repair and wanted an explanation or why the wire was cut without approval; there comment was that they nor there mechanic cut the wire. I decided to pick my car up; they wanted a 90.00 diagnostic fee. I objected to the Charge, because I did not approve the work I dropped off the car for a recall and warranty work, they never called to approve any charges before the work was done. I asked to speak with a manager, I got the owner. He came at me with the wire in his hand and an attitude. He was telling me that it was not cut, but I could tell it was too straight to be a rat. He began to Cuss and get loud, after a little time of arguing, I told him that I had not cussed at him and would appreciate the same respect. He them turned his back to me and walked away, he them turned back and asked me if I was done lecturing him. He then released my car; Light hanging out of the mirror, and the wire that was cut in the passenger seat. This was far from great service. I took the car straight to another shop. They looked at the wire and they saw the rat damage and then the cut wires two inches above that. They removed the black covering from the wires, and came to the conclusion that at the spot I say was cut that one wire was chewed and three where cut. I wish I could have had this conversation with the owner of Ennis Ford but he made it real clear they do not make mistakes and they do not need my money or my business. I just would have liked them to get approval for work not just think I Should pay whatever whenever. RANT OVER!

I bought a 2015 f150 with the leveling kit already on the truck. The front tires rub the fender wall. So I take it back and they sent me to the people in Red Oak Tx. that put the leveling kit on. Well they didn't fix the problem not to mention wont call me back. So I went to some professionals in Arlington Tx to see what was causing the problem. They told me it is a $450 fix. I told Ennis Ford and they said they would pay half of the cost. You buy a $50,000.00 truck the tires should not be rubbing. Sure shouldn't have to pay half of something I didn't cause. sure will not do business with Ennis Ford ever again. Mathew Schumacher was a great salesman

I was in the market for a lightly used, upper end model F-150. I contacted Ennis Ford when I saw just such a vehicle advertised on line. Shortly after my e-mail inquiry, Greg Wilborn, the internet manager, responded and promptly answered all my questions. We negotiated and quickly came to a price that I was comfortable with. Next day, my wife and I went in, test drove the car and bought it because it was exactly as Greg had described without any surprises.Buying any vehicle can be stressful but dealing with the professionals at Ennis made for an easy and smooth transaction. I can't express how happy I am with my (new to me) 2013 King Ranch 4x4 and the entire buying experience from the good folks at Ennis Ford.

I bought a Ford F-150. I am happy with the overall experience. The only complaint I have is the salesman told me what the offer for my trade was and I told him I had more figured based on blue book and nada. He then asked what I had in mind and under his breathe he said wow from 4 to 6 don't think that will happen. It was rude for him to say that and could have made a person feel dumb. I did not appreciate that. Also please tell your sales people to stop telling customers they are losing money on this deal, we are not stupid. Why would you sale a product and not make money? The answer is you wouldn't or you would be out of business

Jim Brown did an outstanding job. He was not pushy and let us make the decision on what truck. He was helpful in getting us the X-plan price and even offered to help us sign up. He had the truck delivered as promised and on time and spent extra time explaining the electronic functions. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and many have been Fords. After having been away from Ford for a while though, I decided to get a new Titanium Escape for my wife to drive. (we traded her Nissan Murano in)My wife and visited a couple local dealerships prior to coming to the Ennis Ford location. We knew when we came to the Ennis location, we were being treated with kindness and respect, unlike the feel we received at some of our other local Ford dealerships that were actually closer to our home.The salesman, Charlie was awesome!! From now on, any Ford we get, will be from this dealership!!! I can highly recommend this dealership for anyone who doesn't want to feel the cat and mouse game that most dealerships portray. We left with my wife's new car feeling we got the car we wanted and the payment we wanted!! My wife loves her new 2015 Titanium Escape!!

Service was excellent but I am having difficulty reading the mileage written on the oil change reminder sticker. Can't tell if it is due to be changed at 8079 or 9079. It is a new vehicle and this was the first oil change. I was under the impression the oil should be changed every 3000 miles. I have another issue with the vehicle and I will be bringing it back in this week. I have found a large bolt under the back seat and have no idea where it came from, hopefully someone can tell me what it is for!(I know it is not

I came in for a check-up before the 100,000 mile warranty ran out and they were pretty quick and thorough seeming in their multipoint inspection, however, no one addressed why my maintaince required light was still on or how to get it to turn off. I got an oil change as well - which was quick and well done. I do wish they had offered detailing on the car though - I would have jumped at that. Overall, pretty good service.

I thought that a "road test" for an oil change and tire rotation might be a little excessive, but I can see that it might be helpful in discovering an unknown problem. The almost empty gallon jug of O'Reilys windshield cleaner that was left between my radiator and grill was okay, but next time the container should have more fluid in it.

Purchased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab SR5. Found it on cargurus.com. Dealt with Nate via text since using a phone while at work can be tricky. Had a great experience with Nate, he was not pushy at all and answered all of my questions promptly. Came in the following morning to view the vehicle, and pending no surprises, was prepared to purchase the truck. It was ready to drive when we pulled up, no hassles at all. Service was great. I went to the service dept a couple of months ago to tell them the slave cylinder bracket was broken when a clutch was installed. The service manager told me he would order one and have it next time I had the oil changed. When I went in yesterday for an oil change, both the service manager and service writer remembered and had the bracket I was pleasantly surprised. Service, as usual was good. Lynn Webster

2012 Ford Edge was purchased. The service was great. The staff was helpful. The product was still more bells and whistles than we were looking for, which I assume made it pricier than we expected, but we needed a vehicle and got it. Our salesperson, of course, was excellent. However, on Christmas Eve, one month after we purchased our vehicle, the car would not start. Of course, we did not try to bother anybody at the dealership right away (I assume it was closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) anyway), so we are without the vehicle for two days so far. It was towed to the dealership this morning, 12/26/2014. I know it was a used vehicle, but my misgivings about purchasing a vehicle with lots of bells and whistles is even greater now in possible anticipation of having many future problems. My last vehicle lasted over fifteen years and over 360,000 miles.

This time I went to look at a new truck at ennis and we where way off talked to Sam packs 5 star ford and there trucks where 5000 cheaper . So I called ennis back told them I was going to Sam packs and talk to them . Then ennis came off there price . So I bought the truck from ennis. I came in wanting to buy a 20000.00 truck. I made it very clear to Jim Brown, my sales consultant that that was all I had. Jim took me to a truck and said he thought I could get that one. While Jim got the information from the truck he sent me inside to get out of the cold. Another sales consultant open the door and offered me coffee. I appreciated the gestures. Jim was able to work the numbers and the finance manager Ben sealed the deal. Drove away in a beautiful 2010 Ford F150 XLT. I had a friend with me that day say to me, the staff was so great that day it brought his faith back in Ford.

I brought my 2013 F-150 to you for service, the third time the problem was correctly diagnosed (after Charley Pedersen drove it). It took a week to get the replacement parts shipped and installed. All the staff were good, prompt, and polite. My only gripe was the time getting the new transfer case in, but that is out of Ennis Ford's control.

I purchased a car from Ennis Ford and let me tell you. In one word "professionalism". I contacted the dealership about my vehicle and spoke with Greg. I explained my situation and expressed my concerns being a first time buyer with pretty good credit. We did the pre qual before I drove in from Dallas, and pretty much had the deal worked out as the internet price was far better than any other dealerships I had been researching for the same vehicle. In all honesty I made my trek to Ennis with a very skeptical but hopeful attitude, but ready to drive home with nothing. It was nothing like I expected. I tested the car, and found myself in Ben the finance managers office still with my poker face on. But it wasn't needed. Everything stayed the same on the terms as I was told before I drove in. Now two months later I couldn't be happier with my new first car.

We saw a 2012 Chrysler 200 online at Ennis Ford. We went set up an appointment and to see the car. The car was ready for us to take a test drive-not so at other dealers. The car was clean and drove nicely -versus one dealership where the car smelled like cigarettes. Everything went well. We settled on a price that was reasonable and mirrored what we saw on line versus another company that wanted to add $1500 more than what was said online. Jim Brown provided great service and it was a very enjoyable experience.
