I worked with Scott on the transaction, and he did a really good job of walking me through everything over the phone step by step (I’m in another state, and it was my first time buying a vehicle remotely). Paperwork exchange was quick and easy via FedEx, and after payment went through on a Friday, the vehicle (shipped from California to Texas) was at my door on Monday—not bad! Buying from Enterprise Van Sales was a very positive experience for me.

I never thought I would buy a vehicle online without 'touching it' first, but I have to say, it's been a great experience. Scott and Teresa have been great to work with - quick to respond both via phone and email; on top of all the details; experienced in dealing with my exact bank. It was a very painless process. And the van is wonderful. Customzied Transits are hard to find, and we are very happy with both the van and the sales process. Thanks Scott!

Teresa Gonzalez has the greatest customer service courtesies on the planet!! Even though I live over 1,500 miles away from Long Beach, in Oklahoma, she treated me as if I was her next door neighbor. She made my wife and I completely comfortable in buying a van sight unseen! She made our financing transaction with USAA a breeze! Teresa deserves a raise or promotion! Thanks Teresa! You made it extremely easy to buy a van 1,500 miles away over a local dealership down the street here in Oklahoma! All the best to you!

We have six children and were looking for a van that could accommodate our large family. We looked everywhere and we are so thankful we found Enterprise Vans. Scott continuously kept us updated on inventory. He was great to deal with and professional. He was also very honest. Once he got in the van that we wanted, everything moved quickly and we purchased the van in less than a hour. We got Transit that has captain seats! I'm talking luxury comfort and took a month road trip after our purchase. Our ride is still doing great and we are so happy we got it.

Bought van from them! Hard to find van. The van is awesome! It was delivered to me without me every seeing it other than in pictures. It is perfect! It is like new! So clean and in like new condition. The sales staff (my guy was Scott) is amazing! Very patient with all my questions, and very customer service focused. Buying from them was a great experience!
