We had a great experience with Epic Autos. John went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the Highlander we purchased. The process smooth and efficient. We will definitely purchase from them again in the future!

I made an offer and they waited 24 hours before replying with this text. After rereading it, I'm not even sure who sent it. But, it sounds like they're gloating about the fact that they were able to get their full asking price. They were also nice enough to let me know that the market valuation tools everyone uses are worthless and you should trust their valuation because they actually sell cars. They also still want me to buy a car from them apparently. This could have ended differently if you either promptly rejected my offer or notified me of the sale without the gloating or condescending reply. Congratulations, you were able to close that deal for an extra $500, but how much did that text cost you? It cost you one potential future sale, referrals, and hopefully anyone reading this review. Please antagonize me more. For buyers, here's something I learned. Everyone is nice to you when you're willing to pay their full asking price. Most of these positive reviews are probably from people that overpaid. These guys have Carvana like pricing except you still have to deal with crummy salesmen.

My husband and I had an "epic" experience at Epic Autos! Our winning salesman, John, was completely knowledgeable on each and every detail of the car we bought. These two brothers make buying a car a genuinely fun experience, and sell only top quality, thoroughly vetted cars. Closing took all of 15 minutes with no hassle or hidden costs, like the usual dealership experience. We love our new car, and would hands-down recommend Epic Auto to anyone needing a top quality car.

I cannot say anything but positive things about Epic Autos! Travis and John were both amazing from the get go and it was an easy process. They were both beyond professional and kind, and helped me with my financials in getting my amazing 2012 4Runner. I highly recommend them for your next car purchase!
