Payman was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. He was not the typical 'pushy' salesman type. While I don't wish to have to purchase another vehicle any time soon, when we do have to we will absolutely make Epovo our 1st stop!

Stopped into Epovo Auto on the 26th of December to look at a (One Owner) 03 Tiburon GT V6.. Car was in Excellent condition for its age.. Garage Kept... Low Miles.. Had a few minor issues but I expected that for a $4,000 car.. I came in and Hamid helped me out.. His Staff didnt pressure me to buy and they let me take my time and test drive the car and check it out thoroughly.. His finance guy got me a pretty good interest rate even on a 4K car.. They even buffed the faded headlights on the car and did a complete 4 wheel balance and tire rotation for me upon my request after I bought the car.. They have a very good selection of used cars with low miles! They definitely have a good eye when they are buying these cars.. Highly recommend them if you are looking for an affordable used car with low miles in good condition..

I am very pleased with Epovo and the entire buying process. Hamid was excellent to work with and really made sure that he took care of us and stayed true to his word. Also, I took my Prius to him (bought from somewhere else) when the red triangle light of "death" came on indicating my battery was dying. Hamid was able to work out all the details of getting my battery fixed for an outstanding price and a great warranty. I am very very pleased with both the car we bought (Honda Civic) and the battery work on my Prius. I highly recommend Epovo Auto Group!

I bought a beautiful blue Mazda 3 here, and at every step of the way Epovo really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with it and help me get the repairs I needed super fast and reasonable. In buying the car, they really priced it very affordably and attractively, gave me an awesome discount right off the bat, and even swallowed some credit card fees to help me fit this in my very limited budget- thanks to the flexibility and patience of the fantastic salesman Hamid. The car is awesome and I've been so happy with it except for some minor issues. Used cars often run into issues sooner or later- but it really says a lot about this buisiness that they really did the best they could to help me with them. When I noticed there were no floormats, Hamid personally wrote me a check to order some (after buying some himself that I didn't like), when a fuse blew out because I (notice this is something I messed with, and not them!) I replaced the radio, he came up with the part and helped put it in for me, and lent me tools so I could finish installing my aftermarket radio. They even helped with a couple steps. When the car started vibrating, the windshield got cracked, the engine light went on, and the car failed MD state inspection due to the turn signal not turning off automatically when you turn right, (I know, right?) all within a few days, Hamid once again came through splendidly for me by putting me in touch with a FANTASTIC mechanic located not far from me, who, after giving me a ride to the metro (which wasn't so near to where he was) repaired everything in half a day- windshield, O2 sensor, turn signal, rims, balance and even drove the car to my house so I woudn't have to pick it up, and priced this VERY, VERY reasonably (i.e. he gave me the wholesale cost without retail markup, and charged me very reasonably for labor)- besides being a fantastic mechanic, this guy was a stellar human being. So I wholeheartedly reccomend Epovo as a buisiness that really goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction and that the vehicle is in good shape.

Friendly, laid back sales staff that were not rushed or pushy. Overall, a good buying experience...until the check engine light came on the next day. Turned out to be the DISA valve, not too expensive of a fix. Then the AC stopped blowing cold. So far a recharge seems to be working. Brought the vehicle in for MD inspection and found the car failed inspection due to cracking belts and needing CV boots...an expensive repair. Overall happy with the car...just didn't expect to pay $1,500+ to get the car in good working order. The prices are good at Epovo, but after factoring in repairs price is similar to other dealerships. Pretty sure Epovo knew the car needed a DISA valve, AC recharge, and CV boots...would have been nice if that were communicated to the customer.

I traveled two and a half hours to get a vehicle I found at Epovo online. I was not disappointed. When I arrived I chose a different vehicle. Both vehicles were clean, exactly as described, and great deals. (I had searched for my vehicle all over Northern Virginia.) The customer service was wonderful and buying was painless. It was a very fair process.

I found a car on cars.com and from the first reply email I was hooked. I just drove home yesterday with my BMW that I purchased at EPOVO dealership. I worked with EJ and he was GREAT! I had almost a 3 hour drive back and he made sure the car was all checked out but there is more. After we agreed on the price I was surprised with 4 brand new tires when I got there because he noticed one tire had a bit of dry rot. I do not know any dealer that does it after the negotiations are done. Five star! Looking for a car? Call and ask for EJ!

We recently bought a Honda Accord 2006 with Payman's professional and kind help. Although the car didn't have many miles on her, Payman went extra miles to to do the right things for us. And though they have a lot of customers at their dealership, their customer service is unbeatable. We love our car and we had a great buying experience with them. We had just test driven a car at another auto group when we noticed Epovo Auto group. They had a great variety of used cars for sale. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. My son was buying his first financed SUV and they gave him an excellent deal. The purchasing experience was done efficiently, and so fast and easy. this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. first off the people there were very welcoming and nice! there was no pressure, the environment was so relaxed and everyone there was pleasant. I initially talked to Nader and Hameed over the phone. I knew that I wanted a reliable car that was good on gas and how much I wanted to spend. they asked me some questions over the phone and then I went to the website and searched their inventory. when I went in to the dealership and Nader took me to a car and said this is good for you! after looking the car over and checking everything out I felt real good about it. the first thing I noticed was that it was clean....real clean! even the motor was shiny... the car seemed solid and it was priced below regular market value... Hameed was awesome at handling all the paperwork and making sure everything was good to go! then in financing, Barbara made the process so painless! it was real easy. she had everything ready, explained all the information that was on the papers... I felt like I was in good hands. all together the whole car buying experience took me less than two hours... I'm so satisfied with these guys and I will refer everyone I know to them. if you want a hassle free car buying experience next time you're in the market, then be sure to check them out..you'll be glad you did!

I was searching for a used car for weeks and had many bad experiences with other dealers. However, Epovo was amazing since I walked on to their lot and left with an awesome deal and my used car. They had excellent customer service even though there were a lot of customers there and limited space. I recently purchased a 2008 BMW 750li with EJ's great help. He walked me through the entire process and took time explaining all the features the car has to give me the best understanding. Epovo has great customer service and I left a very satisfied customer. I would recommend Epovo 100% as a great auto dealership with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in the market for a quality used car. I didnt have much money to spend, so I knew I would have to purchase an older vehicle. I knew that by purchasing an older car, I ran the risk of buying something that was not reliable. I did a lot of internet research, read reviews and visited car lots. I was beginning to think that I wouldnt find a suitable car in my price range. Then thru cars.com, I stumbled onto the Epovo website. It was very nice site, with picture of very nice cars in an affordable price range. I was a little apprehensive because Id gone to some car lots where the cars did not in any way resemble the pictures on their website! I called and spoke with EJ. Over the course of two days, we had many conversations about the car I wanted. I live in Fort Washington, MD and didnt want to take a long drive to Chantilly, VA only to be disappointed. I finally decided to take the time and visit Epovo. One of the best decisions I ever made! I was interested in a 2003 Lexus ES. The pictures on the website were beautiful and the car lived up to the pictures. The interior was immaculate, the exterior was excellent and most importantly, it was mechanically sound. It even had four brand new tires. Not only was I very satisfied with the car, (it was everything they advertised), I was also impressed with the customer service. Everyone was very professional and answered all my questions. The buying experience went smoothly and it didnt take all day, Ive had my car for almost thirty days and I couldnt be more satisfied. If youre looking for a reliable, clean used car I highly recommend Epovo. The cars are affordable and they have some very nice high-end vehicles. When I buy my next car, Ill definitely be going back to them.

Bought an '05 Civic from Epovo, buying process was remarkably easy. Drove the car back to Winchester, had it in my possession for five hours, and it overheated. Coolant all over the engine bay. Called the dealership, they asked if I could drive it back to Chantilly. An hour on the highway in an overheating car? Right. Limped it over to a Honda dealership, turned out to be a warped head. I had to cover the $100+ that Honda charged for the diagnostic, thats classy. Epovo came and towed the car to their mechanic, and three weeks later I still didn't have my car. When I finally got it back, they wanted me to come back to Chantilly to pick it up. After some discussion, we agreed that they would bring it over to us. Didn't extend the warranty at all even though I was basically down a month already, and they dropped it off with an empty tank. To their credit, haven't had any more engine issues. But I go out today and discover the bottom of the trunk is full of water and rust, its been leaking for a while. Called Epovo because I'm naturally a bit upset, and I'm told that it's a used car. Delightful. Save yourself some headache and purchase somewhere else.

I am so grateful to have purchased my very first car at Epovo Auto. They all are very nice, and they really try to look for a car that is just for you. The interior of their cars are nice and clean, and even when purchasing my first Volkswagen Passat, I took it to get Maryland inspected and NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT. I would really recommend everyone to try epovo auto group, and no what your going for search the website and get a glimpse before going you would not be displeased!!!. Talked with the dealer over the phone and he sounded very willing to work with me on financing. When we got to the dealer we test drove two different cars, one of them a hybrid. They both felt and looked nice. We went out to lunch to decide. We came back after and test drove both vehicles again. The dealer seemed agitated that we wanted to test drive them again. At the end of our test drive the engine and battery light came on in the hybrid. It seemed like the dealer just made excuses as to why the light came on, saying it was because of updated codes. Needless to say we left without purchasing. The dealer did not even say anything to us when we left. When we called two days later another worker told us the car was in the shop having the battery worked on.

All of our correspondence was via phone with our salesman Ben. He knew everything about the vehicle we were interested in buying and the pictures on line were great. We were driving three and half to four hours to look at this vehicle and we didnt want to go home empty handed. When we got there everything Ben told us about and described about the vehicle was on point. The vehicle was in excellent condition and very well priced. Ben made purchasing the vehicle quick and easy. After looking the vehicle over, test driving the vehicle and purchasing it, we were in and out in about two hours. I have purchased many used cars through the years so I am not new to this business. I purchased a 2006 SAAB 9-7X from an outstanding saleman named PJ. He really knew automobiles and their repair, even down to the types of tires and their value. I got a great price from PJ and the transaction couldn't have been any smoother or faster. The next day I drove the SUV 1000 miles to Florida. She purred all the way and everything worked as it shoul.

The car is in flawless condition and was priced very well. I never felt any pressure or anyone pushing me to buy. This dealership was recommended to me by way of USAA Federal Savings Bank, the car was in pretty good condition when I came for a test drive. The dealership assured me that the needed repairs would be made before I returned to complete the final deal the next day; as they promised the repairs were made and the car was drivable. Unfortunately, I encountered problems obtaining permanent tags from the Washington, D.C. Department of Motor Vehicles and Epovo issued me another set of temporary tags until I can have this matter resolved.

I am not very happy with the customer service. I just bought a vehicle today, admittedly, I did not do a thorough enough inspection because I failed to notice that the passenger side window switch does not work properly. I called and was told the deal had been done and I should have brought it up while I was there although they offered for me to bring it back in and they would see what they could do (but I would still have to pay SOMETHING for the repair). No one has time for that, they should have caught it in their own inspection and taken care of it before selling it. My biggest problem however was the fact that the oil-change light was on and I notified PJ of this and he said the oil-change had been done but the light had not been reset, I foolishly took him at his word and went on my way. Much to my surprise, when I drove another 50 or so miles, the light came back on so I took a look at the oil myself and found out that it had NOT in fact been changed; it is not hard to tell the difference between clean oil and dirty oil, and especially on newer vehicles that can detect dirty oil you would think that they would just take the 30 minutes and $30 dollars to do the oil-change. When I left the dealer I was feeling very pleased with the experience but after the unwillingness to fix a simple problem with the window and discovering that I was out and out lied to about the oil change I am left with a sour taste in my mouth and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

Now, when you are buying a used car, everyone understands that you are going to have to get some repairs done. Very rarely will you get a used car that needs no work whatsoever. But what Epovo does to its customers (or at least to us) is very scary. My fiancee and I purchased a used car from Epovo and were given information that was misleading at best, and flat out lies at worst. They spoke as if they have a mechanic on staff (they don't). They assured us the car was in great shape (it wasn't). They claimed they had their "mechanic" 'fix' some of the issues we noticed prior to purchasing the car (they didn't). We had to spend thousands of dollars just to get the car to pass state inspection in Maryland. When we went back to Epovo to try and get even a partial reimbursement because of the significant amount of money needed to get the car (which was in "great shape", according to Epovo) to a point where it could be safely driven, we were given the old 'sold as is' mantra. Seems like once you drive off the lot, the car could implode and Epovo wouldn't care one bit. After all, they've already got your money. Now maybe you will get lucky and get a car that actually is in good shape from Epovo. I'm just relaying our story. But I personally will never risk going to Epovo again, and neither will any of my friends or family. Lemon dealer at its worst.

Recently purchased an '06 BMW wagon after having done my homework on the vehicle make/model/year and was pleased with the purchase. Like buying from anywhere else you need to do your own legwork before hand and know what to look for and questions to ask when coming in to purchase. The guys at the shop were very helpful and gave us a GREAT deal on the car, even knocking some off the cost of a repair we ended up doing with the part they provided. Stayed open late for us on two occasions. Additionally, EPOVO provided me with an extension on temp tags I needed which was a huge help. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

Ben at Epovo Auto Group is honest, helpful and offers great value on cars. My husband and I came all the way from Ohio to buy a car from him - it was worth the trip. It was the best deal within 300 miles of our home on a good used car with under 40,000 miles. We found the car on the Penfed car buying website. Ben gave us a great deal, and the car was all that he said it would be. He stayed two hours after dealership closed to help us out with our time schedule. Thank you, Ben! (5 stars)!! I PURCHASED A GREAT CAR FROM EPOVO AUTO GROUP, a 2005 BMW 325xi with manual transmission. I had difficulty finding this specific car in my area. When I broadened my search I found several auto dealerships had what I was looking for. Ultimately, what enticed me to purchase this car from Epovo Auto Group was Bijan's impeccable, and always friendly customer service. I was too far away and with a work schedule that made it impossible to personally see the car. Bijan understood my dilema. He welcomed me to send my own mechanic to look over the car... which i did. Bijan then (immediately & curtiously!) addressed a minor issue that was found. Throughout the process Bijan was easily available, and always courteous. He was great about working with my car-transfer service, making certain my car arrived to my front door without a glitch. It did! The car is even better than I hoped. I have now driven the car for 3 weeks. It runs beautifully, and has been given a glowing report by my local mechanic. Thank you, Bijan, for wonderful service, and a great car at a fair price. You made purchasing this car, sight unseen, a pleasurable experience.

I bought a 2000 BMW 323iT from this dealer. The pictures online looked very clean and when I got there the car was exacly what I saw online. The sales guy was able to bring down his price a little and I think I had a good deal. The buying process was swift and vivid. It only took 30 minutes and I was driving back in my new car. Apart from all the good stuff I just mentioned, here are some things I was not happy with. 1. When I saw the car online the mileage was 134k, but I got home and realized the mileage was 139k. They must be driving the cars they sell. Not a good thing because if the car has a problem they won't fix it and just wait till someone buys it. 2. After driving the car back home, the engine light came on. They must have reseted the dashboard: most dealers are fond of this. 3. When I was test driving the car, the sales guy gave me a key with a remote that worked. But when we went inside to do the paperwork he swapped the key and gave me one with a dead reamote. Before I drove off he made sure he opened the car himself. I didn't know the remote was dead until I got home and couldn't lock the car remotely. I know he swapped the keys because the key I used to test drive was old and dirty but worked. But the key he finally gave me looked cleaner and newer but with a dead remote. 4. They gave me only one key for the car. When I asked for another key the sales guy said he had the other key at home (that tells me that he has been driving the car) and that he would mail the key the nex day. I'ts been three months today and he hasn't mailed anything. Regardless of all the little issues including the check engine light I have not spent a dollar on this car since I bought it and it drives very good. the paint on the car still looks new. I will definitely go back to this dealer because they sell good and strong cars, but next time I will be very vigillant and don't let them take advantage of me

They will negotiate a reasonable price. However, you must catch everything that is wrong with the car before you leave the dealership. Although the auto I purchased was VA inspected, MD inspection found three burned out lights (low beam, tag light and turn signal), which should have been caught during the VA inspection. I was told that EPOVO would have repaired them had I pointed it out prior to leaving the dealership. I bought the car during the day and although I checked most of the lights I relied primarily on the VA inspection for assurance that they were in working order. The lights cost me $83 to replace and EPOVO would not refund the cost. I believe they have a responsibility to ensure that all safety related lights are in working order before the car leaves the lot.

Bought 2003 BMW 325i four months ago from Epovo Auto group and I'm very happy with the purchase I made from this dealer. Sales person worked on the price with me and was very honest about repairs that were done to the vehicle , I live in Maryland and no repairs were necessary to pass inspection here. I told my fiends and family about my experience and to consider Epovo for their next car purchase, very friendly, professional and honest staff with clean facility.

I bought a car from Epovo that was recently V.A. inspected. When I took the car thru M.D. inspection I was told it needed at least $1200 worth of work. The mechanic even showed me everything that was wrong with the car. There is no way this car legally passed a safety inspection. They wouldn't fix a thing. Very fake and dishonest.

Rude customer service. I ended up purchasing an Infinit I35 and well it was a big waste of money. These dealers are unprofessional, lousy, and rude. I addressed an issue with the car and they said pre sale that they would take car of it. Once my Hard earned money was in there hands, they totally changed their tone and would not keep their word of helping me fix the issue. I was told that I am stupid, liar, and lousy... If this is the kind of atmosphere you would like to purchase a car I highly recommend Epovo Autosale. Do yourself a favor and save your money and don't buy from Epovo, there are better quality people and dealers that respect you and your money.
