Everything and Everyone was Wonderful!!!! The absolute BEST car trading/car buying experience in our lifetime! Jim in used cars gave us a great quote on our truck value! Manager Ray & Sales Rep Ralph went the extra mile to help our car purchase experience to be the best EVER! They took extra time with us that we were so thankful for! I had the very best experience I have ever had buying a new car. My wife and both were very impressed not only with how knowledgable the salesperson was, but all the time he spent with us making sure we understood all the new tech things that came with our new 2013 Malibu Eco.

I was shopping for a new Chevy Avalanche and Mr. Weems came over and assisted me. He was very knowledgable about this vehicle and answered all my questions. Mr. Weems was not a salesman that was pushy person but very helpful and unstood my wants and still stay within my budget. I would recommend Mr. Weems to anyone who is out shopping for a new vehicle and wants a person you can trust and respect. Thank you Mr. Weems for being that salesperson.

they were very professional, curdious, and helpful. this is our (me&wife) third vehicle we have purchased from eriksen chevrolet and would definetly recommend them to anyone. and they also took the time to explain in detail how everything in the truck works.

Salesperson was great. Finance person was easy to work with. Other sales personel weren't always the friendliest while we sat in the showroom waiting. Dealership was very clean, including the bathroom which is unusual. Process takes a long time which is frustrating. Buying a car should not take all day. Waiting for care to be detailed but I guess there was only one person working so could only get to it so fast. Would have prefered leaving then coming back for it as opposed to wasting my time sitting there.

This dealership did a very good job of finding me the right vehicle. They had a very good selection and didn't have any problems going through as many as it took to find the one I was looking for. I didn't spend a lot of time messing around there after I found the vehicle. They got my paperwork done fast and got me taken care of.

Wayne was incredibly patient and went out of his way to help us get in to a car in the price range we wanted. He made sure all of the paper work was taken care of when we got there so that all we had to do was sign. I would definately recommend him to a friend.

I was dealing with another dealership but they could not find the truck I wanted so I decided to try Eriksen. Harvey was great to work with. Didn't try to pressure me into anything and I drove away with the exact truck I wanted for a great price the same day.

She was very professional, friendly, does excellent work, worked with/for me to get the price range I was looking for, and explained all the details of the vehicle -what all the gadgets are and what they do. Wayne was very honest and upfront. He gave us all the information and did not pressure us. He went out of his way to be there when we came in. He made sure everything was ready to go when we came in to finalize our purchase. We felt very comfortable working with him and would recommend him to others.

We had Jim Williams as our saleman and was very good to work with and foundus a car that fit our needs. I had questions after buying the car and hepromptly answered the questions. We had Stan McCollum as our finance officerand was very efficient in our paper work.

The service we received from Jim Williams was excellent. We told him what we were looking for and he was able to locate, deliver, and service it very quickly. Plus give us a full tank of gas. He also showed us how to operate all of the new extras on the vehicle.

Wayne did an excellent job of walking me through the process of purchasing a used Buick. He patiently and clearly answered all my questions. It is a pleasure working with Al Jorge. I went into Eriksen not knowing just what kind of vehicle I wanted to purchase and Al had great patience with me never hounding me about certain vehicles. He let me drive multple vehicles and made sure I knew the pros and cons about each vehicle without pressuring me into a purchase. I have a friend that I am trying to convince that a Chevy Traverse is the vehicle for her and if she decides that is the path for her I will take her to Eriksen's and work with Al Jorge again.This has been a pleasant experience.Lucille Bealer

Al and the rest of the staff were so wonderful to me! My dad and brother have been loyal customers for some time, and I can proudly say I have joined them! Al converted me from a VW owner to a VERY HAPPY Chevy owner!!! Getting my new SUV was quite an ordeal... Eriksen's have always been good to us. If we are going in for service or trading cars, they always are very accomadating to us. Today and yesterday, Mr. Fiscus installed Blue Tooth for both of our cars (a Buick Enclave yesterday and today he installed Blue Tooth on our Chevrolet Equinox)--so as you can see they go the extra mile for their customers.
