We bought a 2008 Lexus IS 250 and we could not be more satisfied. We worked with William Fowler, whom by the way is a fabulous person. He made the entire car buying experience a pleasure (I never thought I would say something like that). Living in Tulsa, I saw the car online and worked with William Fowler via the phone, email and text. When we drove down to Oklahoma City to see the car for the first time we were impressed with the dealership and the no pressure friendliness of everyone we came in contact with. We test drove the car and William Fowler answered every question we had and immediately addressed/corrected any minor concerns we raised. I can honestly say Eskridge Lexus made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. I have already recommended this dealership to a couple of friends and I will be looking to purchase a car from them for my daughter within the next year. Don't forget to ask for William Fowler!!!

Have taken vehicle in for scheduled service twice and both times vehicle was not ready in promised time frame. Took over 5 hours for simple oil change. When inquiring about vehicle, customer service rep could not provide answers and seemed put out at my questions. Service rep who assisted me when I dropped off vehicle , left for the day and did not relay information to his peers.

I took my car in for an oil change and to get new speakers installed that I bought from Amazon saving me $140.00 over not purchasing them at Eskridge. My point is shop for your parts when you can and buy from another dealer if necessary. My new speakers came from Bell Lexus of north Scottsdale. I was happy with the price Eskridge charged me to install the speakers and Rick French is an excellent service adviser and he helps me to make good decisions on service needed and when.

I recently special ordered a car from this dealership and while it didn't come in as quickly as I would have hoped, my salesperson was absolutely awesome. Have had my Lexus cars serviced here for 17 years. Experience has almost always been excellent. Both Skip Schultz and Mr. French have made getting car serviced predictable and efficient. Price has been as predicted without add-ons. Car almost invariably ready as promised and the work has been reliable. Costs a little more to get work done here but well worth it.

The last two vehicles I bought was from ESKRIDGE LEXUS. The best place in Oklahoma City, OK. to buy and have any service performed. SHAWN (saleman) is very knowledgeable about LEXUS vehicles and helpfull one of the best I have met. Svc. advisor RYAN, is always helpful and can take care of any problem you bring in. I took my vehicle in on Wed. 6/8/16 for 50,000 svc. also for vibration after accelerating. Courtesy vehicle was waiting, RYAN instruction was he would call when veh. was ready. After testing veh. he called and informed me warranty work had to be done. On Fri. he called and informed me my veh. was serviced, repaired, cleaned and ready to go.

1..I have been dealing with Eskridge Lexis since 2005. For most of that time, Rick French has been my service representative. In a summary, he is AWESOME! HE always makes me or my wife feel important and that whatever problem we might have with our Lexus can be solved. He always advises us on the most economical way of handling whatever problem we might have. We trust him!!! 2. This week, I came in (without an appointment) because my engine light was on. He stated that even though they were busy, this was a problem that needed to be checked out right away. Within 30 minutes he had had the problem diagnosed and was presenting me with the solution. He make a car immediately available because it was determined that our car should be fixed right away. 3. I often wait while my car is being worked on and while I do, I pay attention to how other customers are being treated. Eskridge services reps are consistently kind and attentive and works to make all of its customers feel special. I would have a hard time buying a car that is not a Lexus because I do not want to loose the attentiveness, quality, and personal care that Lexus provides when a car comes in for repair. 4. Again, I believe that Rick French is the best of the best!

I always expect the best service and I am never disappointed. Scheduling online, the intake process, check-in, receipt of loaner car, cleaned inside out after service is completed. All associates and service personnel are friendly, and professional and know what they are doing. When asked about a loaner I requested something roomer because I am 6'2 and I was accommodated. Price of services is always reasonable.

The time spent by Shannon in making certain that I understood the car I was buying was remarkable - 3 hours on first visit. I had to come back to get a couple of things put on the car that needed to be ordered, so guess who called me when they came in? Shannon. He then proceeded to have a car available for me while they installed the accessories and then delivered the car to me after the service just as though I was getting the delivery for the first time.

I went to Eskridge Lexus looking for a new 2015 GS 350, months after the 2016 cars had arrived. I thought this maybe impossible but Nathan Gardner found two such cars with the desired color scheme. Rick French did an outstanding job of taking care of my service needs on my 2013 Lexus LS 460. I stopped by without an appointment on Tuesday and Rick took the time to speak with me about the noise problem I was having. He brought a tech over to ride with me and he determined it was a bad wheel bearing. Rick provided me with a loaner car for the rest of the day, ordered the part and had my car ready by 9:30 the next morning. That is incredible service! Thanks Rick!

We purchased a 2014 RX 350 with the help of Ron York. Great experience. Ron was very patient and helpful and was just as excited as we were over the purchase. We traded late on a Saturday and Ron and his team stayed and completed the deal. The service dept even detailed and applied protectant for us. This is the third RX we have purchased from Eskridge. They have treated us great every time. We priced and checked dealers from three states around and Eskridge had the best price AND had what we were looking for. I feel certain that we will return when we purchase again. We had trouble with the Blind Spot Monitor two weeks after we received the vehicle and made an app. to get it fixed. Angelo was our service manager. He was great. Eskridge had to order the replacement part and kept the vehicle giving us a loaner. This was greatly appreciated. Excellent experience throughout the entire buying process. Built the car we wanted on the Internet, sent that to ESKRIDGE. Received an email from Nathan the next day explaining wha they had available. No pressure to come in. Nathan called the following day to let us know what other cars might be coming in. We ended up taking 4 days to decide which one we wanted and never felt any pressure. Ed worked with Nathan to help finalize the deal. The day we completed the purchase, we were in and out in less than 2 hours including the test drive.

Eskridge Lexus Service provided a very nice (newish) sedan for a day loaner while my RX350 underwent 65k mile service which allowed me to meet numerous work deadlines that day. I ran late finishing the day and called to tell the Service desk I was running late. Mr Rick French volunteered to wait for me. I brought my Lexus 400LC in to have the brakes checked out. This is my wife's car and the petal had been sticking in the down position from time to time. My service representative is RICK FRENCH. I brought the car in early on a very busy Monday. RICK decided that although they were very busy and I did not have an appointment that a brake issue should not be sent away and he worked me in to check things out. We found that the master brake cylinder was deteriorating and needed to be replaced. RICK gave my care the highest priority because of the safety concern and had the dealership go right to work on my car. It was a costly repair, but it was needed. RICK also found some ways to discount some of the parts to lessen my costs. I really appreciated RICK's sensitivity on a very busy day and his commitment to my wife having a safe Lexus. This is consistent with the care and customer concern that RICK provides to all of his customers and keeps me and others coming back to Lexus.

During the summer I went to Lexus to talk about a new Lexus. I met Nathan who was business-like and very nice and friendly. He as a also very knowledgeable about all the Lexus models. I was driving a 2010 Lexus that I had loved. Later in the summer, unexpectedly, a buyer made us an offer we could not refuse and we sold our Lexus. So now the buying of a new car was more serious. We drove Mercedes, Maseratti and Lexus. All drove very nicely. But after talking to friends who had cars of these three companies, it was the service reputation of Lexus which led us to choose another Lexus. We bought a LS480L. We took delivery today. The car was not in Oklahoma City but in Denver, CO. Lexus went after it and it was here in three days. After they cleaned it and got it ready we went to Lexus to take delivery yesterday. We drove it only one day but loved the way it drove. Today the DVD headrests were added to the car. I can't wait for my grandson Luke to experience the DVD player in the back seat.

I woke up to a dead battery Saturday morning (September 12th). I called Eskridge Lexus and was politely informed the service department was fully booked. I was encouraged to bring my car in as a "walk-in". When I arrived at the dealership, I was directed to Christian. He was very gracious and helpful. He was able to work my car right in (while I waited), determined my battery had failed, discovered it was, thankfully, still under warranty and replaced it with a new one. I was in and out in 90 minutes or less and able to enjoy the rest of my Saturday. Thank you, Christian and Eskridge Lexus for service above and beyond!

I took my car in for recall service. The repairs took several hours, and they loaned me a vehicle. I was very happy that they offered to loan me a vehicle as I live over an hour away. When I picked my car up, they had washed it, vacuumed it, and filled it up with gas. Quite impressive.

We have several Lexus and have used this dealership since 1998. The service has always been excellent---each and every time. Have had to use another dealership when something came up 1,200 miles from home, but decided to limp along until we returned to OKC. So glad that we did because the other dealership had misdiagnosed the problem. Eskridge rocks and saved us several thousand dollars. Learned that if something goes wrong when we are traveling, to make like ET and call home (Eskridge). The support is terrific.

Came in for the first oil change on my RX350. I have purchased 2 other cars in the past from this dealership. Rick French has been our service tech for many years and always provided us fast and friendly service. Today they did my oil change, washed the vehicle, rotated the tires and complied with a recall bulletin, all in about an hour and a quarter.We have always been very happy with Eskridge and would not want to go anywhere else for service or to purchase a car.

I could go a mile down the road to the Toyota dealer to have my '97 LS400 serviced but I choose to go 15 miles to Eskridge because I just love the experience of having my vehicle serviced here. I wanted to compliment the performance of Mark Biggs in your service department. My car was having trouble starting. I called Mark, and he said bring it right now and we'll see what we can do. I knew the service department was very busy at the time, and I had just intended to leave my car with him so he could get to it when he had time. Instead, Mark looked at my car immediately upon my arrival and determined it only needed a new battery. It was installed, the car was washed, and I was on my way within an hour. The battery was still under warranty so there was no charge. Amazing. Thank you Mark for taking care of me.

We found ourselves in a difficult situation when, what appeared to be squirrel damage to the wiring harness of our vehicle, could have delayed our necessary return to West Plains, Missouri last Saturday. I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership in Feb. and was attempting to purchase another vehicle yet every single sales person seemed too busy to even help me. I understand they are busy however acknowledgement would have been appreciated. My family has purchased over 5 vehicles from this dealer yet because I am a young 25 yr old female it was as if my money was not welcomed. So frustrated at the lack of customer service and respect I was shown. I came in ready to purchase a specific vehicle with the appropriate cash yet could not buy the vehicle since no one wanted to remotely help me. Sickened by the customer service yet happy that my money was not thrown into the hands of such a poor run operation. My daughter and I worked with the on line service and spoke with sales consultant Earle Twigg before driving from Enid. Earle put us at ease about making the drive to OKC to look at a Toyota Venza we were wanting to replace my daughters vehicle with. Earle greeted us as we were getting out of our car and had the Venza waiting for us. After the test drive we went in to negotiate the price and were expecting the game playing to begin. However we were pleasantly surprised when the appraiser appraised the vehicle for almost what we had told him we needed from it. There were no games, just an honest deal for my family. I have decided to go back to my previous dealership that is 150 miles away from my home because every time I trhink of my experience I throw up a little in my mouth!! and bile comes rolling out. I have tried everything to get good service and this is a Lexus dealership and should be the epitome of service. The reason anyone purchases a Lexus is to allay issues like these and give me a sense of trust and comfort! I even purchsed the warranty. They only do the superficial stuff and did not diagonose anything that is not right on their face. I had to go to two independent auto stores as I had already stopped trusting them during the third fruitless visit. I was spending all my freetime at that dealership!!

This was a used car buy over the internet. A 2006 LS-430 had a front end noise from the drive from OKC to TX. It was a bad wheel bearing and the TX Lexus dealer replaced it for %550. Eskridge refused to pay for the repair or any part of it. The manager said the car was perfect when it left the lot and the manager said he personally had driven the car. CARFAX and Cars.com show that the mileage on the car when they got it on January 5,2012 was 57,671. The bill of sale and title show that the mileage on March 5, 2012 was 57,671. No way the car was inspected or driven be anyone at Eskridge Lexus. Both the Lexus manager and the used car manager talked like I was an idiot and a liar. I have used many Lexus dealerships in several states. This one does not deserve to be a Lexus dealer. However, the salesperson did send a card that said "My goal is to make certain that you are 100% satisfied in your purchase." Do you think he was serious????

I made an appointment to test drive and upgrade to a newer model and was ready to purchase in cash that day. I made the appointment so I could stick to my work schedule. I showed up for my appointment a couple of minutes early, checked in with the receptionist, and waited 30 minutes. Multiple sales people came by but never the person I had an appointment with. I waited another 15 minutes and finally had to leave. The sales person never followed up to apologize or invite me back. I love Lexus but would not make a purchase from Eskridge for this reason. I hope they treat future customers with more respect.

GREAT DEALERSHIP! I have been a customer for 15 years and I was happy from day one. It has improved from great to exceptional over that time. My most recent experience was to buy a new GX. Doug Collett, the sales person, was so knowledgable and helpful. Every phone call was returned quickly. All questions were addressed professionally. The best part of the experience was he found the exact new vehicle I was looking for during a time when demand was greater than supply due to the recent tragic events in Japan.Ed Eskridge was also very helpful, professional and courteous. I suppose the reason I have continued to purchase my vehicles from Eskridge Lexus is due in large part to the quality of the employees. From the day I drive out with my new car to every service appointment, I am a happy and satisfied customer.On a scale of 1 - 10, this dealership is a 15. I will keep coming back and do not intend to ever shop anywhere else.

Dealership went the extra mile in getting the options/color that was preferred. Expectation of the purchase were all met. Pleasant experience and will purchase another automobile from the dealership. Follow-up and customer service from sales have been above expectation.

I would never purchase another car from this dealership nor would I recommend it to anyone. Our purchase was a terrible experience. If I was not in the situation that I was in where I had to purchase a car I would have walked out and purchased a car in Tulsa or Dallas.

Purchased used 2007 RX350 from Eskridge Lexus...price was great....salesman was friendly and communicated well, with call backs and info on availability. RX350 I purchased was immaculate inside, but had a few scratches on the exterior, but price was right and hopefully scratches will buff out.

I have been waiting on a wheel for one month mean while I have been riding on a small spare tire at first I was told it would take one week to order wheel the next week I was told the same one more week finally the third week I asked to talk to Mr. Eskridge he told me it could take two months I work two jobs both 8hrs each I go straight from one job to the next on the werkends I pick my son up from College and take him back which is Norman OK I live in OKC I have stressed that I need my car. I feel it is ridiculous to wait this long for a wheel. I also had another problem with this dealership service drive I had took my car in for service and asked each time how my brakes were each time I was told my brakes were good not long after the third visit my brakes were makin a loud noise I immediately took it back to the dealership my front brakes were bad and my rotors had to be replaced I went in to talk to the service drive manager I told him I had been asking about my brakes each time I brought my car to the service drive for maintenence he apologized told me the guy that worked on my car was fired when I asked why should I have to pay the extreme cost for my brakes that could have been prevented if my brakes had been checked those three different times I brought my car in I was told with the kind of car I drive the damage still woul have happened I don't believe that I feel if my brakes were checked when I asked some of that damage(cost) could have been prevented!
