Last week I brought my 2006 SLK 350 in for some maintenance. As always, Dave Hutchinson did a fantastic job as well as Zach Baum. Zach assisted me when I first arrived, while Dave was dealing with a customer (busy morning). I really liked that! These guys really do work as a team. I have only great things to say about Dave and his team ever since 2008 when I purchased the SLK. Dave has been more than just a maintenance manager, he takes great pride in what he does and seems to have a stake in the care and feeding of my vehicles. That is something you just don't find very often in the world today. I know that when I bring my car in for service, its going to get done right by people who know there stuff. That includes Dave and his entire team. First class professional service from a guy who takes pride in his work.

My husband and I recently purchased our first Mercedes from Michele Batta at EuroMotorcars Germantown. She was OUTSTANDING! Even though we didn't schedule an appointment and came in close to closing, she took her time and showed us the features of the car I was interested in. Michele is a long-time Mercedes owner and really knows the brand. We had a lot of fun during the test drive with her. She was funny and patient and really made me feel comfortable. She made our experience the best of any we've had at a car dealership. (I have to say that as a woman, I have never been catered to at a car dealership before going to EuroMotorcars.) Then she introduced us to the General Manager Scott Weber and the New Car Sales Manager Matt Dolesh. They were also OUTSTANDING! Scott answered a lot of my questions, and Matt went above and beyond to help us and gave us an amazing deal. (I still can't believe the deal we got!) Michele, Matt, and Rambod Gharib in finance even stayed late so we could take our new baby home that night. Rambod was very kind and patient while I asked a boat load of questions. He really took his time in explaining the terms of the lease. When we came back the next day to pick up our Garmin chip, Jon Charles took time to show us the rest of the tech features in our car. He was fantastic! Honestly, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how great our experience was. Everyone working at EuroMotorcars wears a smile and treats you like family. Even Alex Benitez (sales) who wasn't directly involved in our sale came over just to chit chat and congratulate us. We love our new Benz, and I cant imagine driving any other brand in the future. We will definitely send more business their way. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! ASK FOR MICHELE!

Have you ever thought about buying a vehicle 1,600 miles from where you live? Well, we just did it for the second time and the experience was outstanding. Both Jon Charles and Scott Weber made the buying experience simple, easy and seamless, especially for the distance. In fact, this is the second time in the past 5 1/2 years we have bought a vehicle from EuroMotorscars Germantown. You may think how can I get the personal touch that I really need and want? How do I accept delivery? How do I learn about all of the features of the new GLS? Well, Jon exceeded our expectations on each of these concerns. Jon was extremely understanding on each of the concerns we had and made sure all of these were answered to our satisfaction. The negotiations were seamless. Jon set the delivery up with the trucking company and the truck driver was very professional and courteous while communicating with us the entire time during the transport. We recently purchased our Mercedes Benz it is our pride and joy and had to take it in for a schedule B service. we ran into an issue but after several conversations the Manager Charles called me back and was very understanding as to getting the situation resolved. He treated me with grace and i was completely satisfied with the way he rectified the situation he even presented options in getting it resolved to my satisfaction. regardless of what the problem was the manager wanted to fix it. its just good to know that you can take your luxury car to a place like EuroMotors Germantown where they will treat it with as much care as you have invested in it. overall good service.

The salesman never gave me his "best price" though he kept saying in a particular sleazy way, "I'll take care of you..." He also said, "Oh if you're going to look at brand (***), it's not a loss to me since they are not a competitor, so I'm not loosing anything."Okay...? You just LOST A SALE you arrogant a**!He was very unwilling to work for a sale nor did he ever justify his sales tactic.He shook all the hands of the male members of my party and ignored me and I was the one potentially buying the car!NOPE.

I had been shopping for my dream car for a while not thinking I would ever find what i wanted. I knew I wanted an E350, late model, used with low miles and a clean car fax, for the best price. I contacted Euromotor Cars in Germantown on Tuesday at 1 p.m. and was helped by my amazing salesperson Ted Shepherd. He told me he had several cars in stock that I might like. I got to the dealership by three he had all the cars in front of the dealership just waiting for me when I arrived. I told him I wasn't crazy about any of the colors, and he patiently guided me to a car he knew I would love, and he was right!!! I told him I didn't want black on black, and he smiled knowingly and showed me the car anyway, I fell in love!!! By five p.m. I was driving down the road in my new car!! the used car manager, Abdul Razak, was elegant and classy and gave me a better price than I thought I should pay. My finance manager, Arsh Smith got me a great rate, even calling the bank to see if he could get me an even better rate than advertised! Everyone went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy with my purchase! I am a Euromotor Cars customer for life!!!

I brought my Gl450 for service my service adviser was joe Guzman he is not professional at all, I spent over $1,000, my gl was nt given a complimentary service they didn't vacuum my wiper blade was taken off it wasn't replace when the work was completed, my battery was nt covered when work was completed, my car was not washed , this is the worst service ever by mercedes-benz other locations give you a complimentary service with oil change .

Bought ML450 by Internet, salesman Eric Sofron (a real gentleman) was great. Went to pick it up, looked it over, given keys and manuals when finance manager Matthew Dolesh appeared to say, "No Sale would take place because it was suspected I may export vehicle". We have been previous customers, lived at the same address for 47 years, just 4 miles from the dealership. EXPORT???? To where... my home in Damascus, MARYLAND? Asked for a ride home (had been dropped off) Matthew Dolesh says, "No, we can't"??? 4miles. Asked to get me a cab, Matthew Dolesh says, "We'll call, but will not pay for the cab" After putting $73K together, plus the initial $1K deposit, but can't get a courtesy ride, and won't pay for 4 mile cab ride!!! Look up ELITISM in the dictionary, and there will be a picture of EURO MOTORCARS. They wanted to close for the night so Eric Sofron's manager, Abdul Razak (a real gentleman) asked him to slip me home.Why did they suspect export? My experience was excellent. Moreover, it was such a contrast to other experiences I've had with dealerships that I felt I should take the time to do a review.The sales and price discussion was forthright and I never felt like I was being "gamed". In fact, when I walked in Ramesh was busy with another customer so Abdul immediately took care of me and mentioned that the cost quoted for the tags was a little higher than necessary because the SLK was a lower weight class. I bought a used vehicle and the oil service light cam on during the test drive. They checked to see if the oil had been changed when it was put into inventory and just forgotten to reset the reminder. They said they had not and changed the oil while we were doing the paperwork.On the way home, I had a problem with the door locking switch when I went over bumps I called Ramesh and he immediately said they would take care of it (even though this is not included in the 30 day warranty). And they did. I came in a few days later, was given a loaner car and the problem was fixed in a couple of hours. All was done graciously and without charge. The service representative who pitched in to get me started because my assigned service adviser was tied up with another customer looked at my record and immediately said, "Oh you just bought this. Thank you for your business."In my experience, they really "walk the walk" of treating their customers very well - by every employee that I encountered even incidentally.

I never wrote a review before but I felt the need to warn others about the shoddy service I had experienced at this dealership. I went in to pick up my car after it was serviced and was ignored for a while. I went to hunt some service advisor and was told to go directly to a cashier to pay for the services given to me but did not explain what services were provided. I asked the cashier was services were provided and she said she didn't know. Just sign and pay for the "services". Twenty minutes later I got my car. I found the replaced windshield had a ton of dust all around the perimeter. I went to get the service advisor to get him to clean it and we found that the windshield wiper was broken. I asked for the supervisor and showed him what happened. He saw the broken wiper but he said he didn't understand what I was talking about. "What is wrong" he said. Clearly the broken wiper was invisible to him evidently. Horrible experience. After I started driving home I noticed that there was air coming from the seals around the windshield and it was not fixed properly. I pulled over and called them to ask if I could return for them to inspect these problems and they said that I'd have to make an appointment first. So I had to drive home with the potential of the windshield caving in on me which is life threatening. That thought didn't seem to bother them. I've never had this kind of crappy service from any other dealer. Lexus service is outstanding. This place sucks. I'll never come back.

(I HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH DEALERS IN NEW YORK, DALLAS AND ATLANTA BUT NO ONE OFFERED ME THE TIME AND EFFORT LIKE SHAHUL IN MD. He answered all my questions and we had a deal with in 3 hours over the phone including my trade in car. (i wanted the car for Christmas and he made it happen. The next day i drove from New York and the car was ready as promised, signed the documents and i was out of the door with a new car and best wishes for arriving safely home.(Christmas Eve i arrived with my new car at home) i got a follow up call as soon as i arrived in New York. I spoke with my Sales-Person and informed him I wasn't going to be in the dealership a half day while they went back and forth finalizing my dealTo my suprise my deal was finalized with one and half hour.I spent more time talking to the sales-person than time spent regarding the purchase of my car.EuroMotorcars understood my need to time and they used it wisely.The only mistake I made was I didn't get enough miles per year to really enjoy my car since it is a lease.

I recently purchased 2014 E-350 from the dealership this is our second car in the last 2 years, I contacted the dealership over the phone and worked with Shahul Usman to help me with my purchase the process was great I was able to negotiate a price within 3 hours the made the purchase experience a whole lot nicer without any going back and forth over price once we settled on the price it was a much smoother process when we got to the dealership. My wife and I were extreemly pleased with the over all experience and would recomend them to our friends and family.

Purchased a CPO '12 MB in late January, 2014 that had several MBUSA incentives, one which was pre-paid maintenance (2-year/2-service). Car need service and I am living in Delaware Called the local dealer and they informed me that the car was not listed for pre-paid maintenance - Euro-Germantown told me the same. Euro Germantown Business Manager did not properly process the incentive. Still unresolved - had to contact MBUSA to try to get this resolved...... still unresolved :-(

From the minute I walked on the lot the people at Germantown EuroMotors were nothing but amazing. I was very nervous to purchase a new car and thought about the process since March. The morning I showed up at Germantown EuroMotors I had already visited four other dealerships and called another. I expressed my anxiety and fears about the whole process to the sales person and he never once pressured me into anything. He let me take my time every step of the way. I showed up at 8:30am and left at 4:30pm with a brand new car that I had no intentions on buying that morning. They bought my father and I lunch, were always very nice and very customer service oriented. They all had a great sense of humor which I loved. Not only was the salesperson great but the sales manager and finance manager were also amazing. I didn't rate the quality of repaires because I don't have any and the facility is under construction so I gave it a 4. They can't control that.

My first visit with EuroMotors of Germantown was the service department (Dave Hutchinson) with my 2011 SLK. From "check-in" to "check out" Dave and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was not only comfortable waiting, but kept me informed with frequent status updates. It also helped that they have a "5-star" waiting area! That was a huge reason my wife and I went back to EuroMotors in Germantown when we decided to trade-in the 2011 on a 2014. Jon Charles, our sales consultant was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgable and paid attention to exactly what we wanted, making the entire process a pleasant experience. Narsh Smith, the finance manager, was also very personable and made the transfer and final paperwork quick, smooth and painless! Even the young man (sorry, I didn't get his name) transferring my organzational plates did it with a huge smile and paid attention to detail. I will and already have recommended EuroMotors of Germantown to friends & family. Excellent job by everyone!

After purchasing a CPO Mercedes GL450, two days later, noticed chip in windshield, contacted insurance to get it fixed. They sent Safelite tech who said that the chip was previously repaired. Notified Abdul, and he refused to accept responsibiltiy to replace the windshield. Instead, he kept trying to minimize it or suggest that things like this happen and I should live with it. Not at all the level of customer service one expects from MB. Certified Pre-Owned inspection did not live up to its advertisement.Elevated issue to MB USA, and yet Abdul continues to refuse to pay for full replacement. He offered to pay for half of the replacement. This is the sixth MB we have owned, and never have we had such terrible customer service. Avoid EUROMOTOR Cars Germantown.

Purchased a Certified Pre-owned GL450 - two days after purchase notice crack in windshield. Repairman said that the crack had been previously repaired, and there was not much more that could be done to correct it other than replacement. Dealership agreed that a crack in windshield required CPO to replace windsheild, but then said becuase their CPO review did not catch the crack, it was not their responsibility to pay to fix it. They do however charge you a premium price for a vehicle that has been through the CPO process. This is ridiculous. In other words, we are all crossing our fingers that they actually did a good job in their 130 point CPO inspection, and to the extent they did not do a thorough job, it is not their responsibility. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not stand behind the purported Mercedes Benz standards for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle.

Gordan is a fantastic Service Advisor -- this is one of the reasons I have purchased three Mercedes in a row, the service center is a breeze and they make sure you are never waiting on your car! My recent visit to the dealership was a regular service call. The process at this dealership could not be more streamlined, and the people, wall-to-wall, present themselves in exceedingly professional fashion. The process of renting a car for the day while my Mercedes is being serviced is smoother than ever. It shouldn't surprise visitors that a Mercedes dealer won't be the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. My first choice is EuroMotorCars Germantown.

I bought a Mercedes Benz ML350 from Carmax couple weeks ago. Since it is a used car (MY2010), there are some problems. So, I went to the Mercedes Benz dealership EuroMotorcars at Germantown several times. My service representative, Gordon Perfater was very helpful and professional. He checked my car carefully and then told me what might cause these problems. Later he showed me some functions I didnt know before (this is my first Mercedes Benz). Finally, he promised that these problems could be fixed. He was so nice, very patient and knowledgeable. I had a very good experience with EuroMotorcars at Germantown.

Mr. Gordon kept us informed on the status of our new car from the day we ordered it until it arrived from Germany. Horrible service! Went to get my washer for windshield checked. Topped it the previous day to see why it is not working. Took it for service at Euro motors at Germantown, they changed and charged like a freaking $225 for that washer they replaced.Came back home, parked the car and the mercedes symbol from the bonnet falls on the curb?? Okay, took a deep breath, thought would take it to them next week and show them. Went to work the next morning, got on 270, it starts snowing, I am glad I got my washer changed the previous day and boom the washer liquid finished in the car. It was snowing badly, could not see a thing. Was getting late for work, so parked my car on the shoulder and poured some water on the windshield and looked like an idiot doing it on a MERCEDES but it would turn into ice. Had no choice so called my husband, he left work, bought the washer liquid came over in 40 minutes and I got to work almost 2 hrs late just because I decided to go get my washer changed at Euromotors. Never ever ever going back to these guys!!So you change the washer, and you try to make sure it is working so therefore you finish the liquid. How about behaving like a MERCEDES dealer and filling up the darn thing, so that your customers would not have to be stranded for 2 hrs. Secondly how are the mechanics handling the car? How does the symbol come off? If you did something by mistake then fix it instead of just putting it there and then the customer can see it falling off??/

I considered purchasing a used Mercedes Benz. EuroMotorcars will do a thorough prepurchase inspection. They did - on two different vehicles. Very thorough: missed and due required services, obvious things like body and tire condition etc. One vehicle had a large number of individually-insignificant problems, but altogether they would have been expensive. The second vehicle looked and drove great, but the service department noticed the beginning of a small leak in a transfer case for which there is no aftermarket substitute, and has a $5,000 replacement cost. In both cases the information they gave me was well-worth the modest cost of the inspection. The cost was modest compared to the cost of repairing these low- or no-visibility problems. In both cases Charles Estelle in the service department arranged on short notice for me to come in the same day for the inspection - important since one of the vehicles was located 20 miles from the dealership and I do have a full-time day job.

We purchased a 2013 C300 4Matic from Ted Shepherd and the entire experience was the best we have had with a salesman in our history of buying cars. Ted was polite with a pleasant personality, and provided us with everything we asked for plus gracious hospitality. I would not recommend Euro Motorcars or Abdul Razak as someone to do business with. Adbul Razak conveyed a lack professionalism and little regard for my time during my business dealings with him. After speaking with Abul Razak over the phone on 3 separate occusions, I drove over 2 hours to purchase the car we had discussed. Upon my arrival, I discovered that he had grossly mislead me on the condition of the car. I did not purchase the car and it was a complete waste on my entire day.

After 3 attempts over at Rockville BMW went horribly wrong, we approached Euro-Motorcars and spoke with Jim. We explained what we were in the market for. We were immediately impressed by his professional demeanor along with his expertise in the product, all refreshing in comparison. They had plenty of brand new stock meticulously kept and plenty of customer parking. As we worked through the deal everything was clearly and fairly explained which was very comforting. Once again Jim made us very happy that we chose Mercedes Benz over the other guys! This fully loaded 2012 C-Class 4Matic Sport Sedan blows away the competition, both in quality and price. This is my third purchase with Euro Motor Cars and Larry Stringfield each and every time it has been a wonderful experience. I had totaled my car so I was very upset and was thinking I could not afford or deserve a Mercedes. I had certain requests so I was not an easy person to deal with. Larry met my every need. White car light interior and certain price, and 4 matic . I had the opportunity to test drive many cars and I compared many sales reps. Larry is the most professional knowledgeable and he put up with all my dramatics talked me up in price. It was the best thing for me. The one thing Larry said was at each accident I had three it was the car that saved my life each time. They were all bad accidents (Not aware I had an Eyesight problem) How could I drive something else? I am in sales and that was the line that kept going in my head. There is always a clincher. Larry's perseverance and I truly felt he cared what I wanted and what I was going to drive. He made me buy from him.Why would I trust someone else. Al was so wonderful too and so helpful with the finance part. You have A great team! I could not ask to be treated any better. Most of all I Love, Love, My Car!! Larry is a most knowledgeable sales rep.I am a repeat buyer, having purchased a ML350 in '05. The dealership has serviced my car since then and will continue to do so with the new one. My service advisor and the maintenance crew have been exceptional!I have recommended this dealership to my friends too. This is how it should be.

I've purchased two new Smart's from EuroMotorcars/Smart Center Germantown. They have a truly outstanding staff. Sean Sarraf sold me both cars. The first was a new 2010 basic Smart Fortwo Pure and recently I purchased a new 2012 Smart Fortwo Passion. Sean is great, he explaned the offers, listened to my needs and worked up a good price. I drove 3-1/2 hours for this dealer. There are no local dealers in my area, but there are a few Smart dealers a bit closer than EuroMotorcars/Smart Center Germantown, yet none were as efficient on working out a deal.The overall experience at the dealership is exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable, calm and happy to help and show you around. Paperwork was quick and they made us feel appreciated for our business.I'm a true car enthusiast. I've had 18 new vehicles in recent years. By far, the best dealership experiences has been at EuroMotorcars in Germantown. Now I just have to convince them to open a Smart Center in North central Pennsylvania!

The service is what brought me to Euro Motorcars of Germantown. They've serviced a few of my vehicles over the years, always to my complete satisfaction. But because of travel, I've had my car serviced at 2 other Mercedes Benz dealers in the last year and the experiences were completely unsatisfactory.So when it came time to buy a new Mercedes, I decided to buy from that dealer that provided good service. I was fortunate to find Arnold Brown in the sales department. Arnold is the best auto sales professional that I've ever dealt with. This is my 4th Mercedez and I've owned 2 BMW's, and there are none better. Also, Narsh Smith in the Business office was very professional.

This dealership went out of its way to prove to us that their car was the car we really wanted. First, they gave us the current model year (2011) as a loaner for an entire day in order to really take a test drive (they held a minimal deposit that was refunded). After the day's test-drive we returned to the dealer and ordered a car in the 2012 (next model year - the current model year was running out of cars with the options/colors we wanted). The dealership honored everything they promised at delivery (price, trade-in vlaue, etc.) Some weeks later, the sales person even made a house call to program the home-link door openers as a favor to us since we had older door-openers and couldn't figure out how to make the home-link work. That was way above what I would have expected a sales person to do.Such was our treatment with trading in one car that some months later we went back and bought a second car from the same sales person.My only nitpick is that the finance portion and paper-work signing always takes way too long. But that's any dealership and there is no way around that process.

They have consistently done a good job on the car, priced the service well, and most of all, served me as a valued customer. My experience with a new car purchase was as close to perfect as it could get. I was undecided between a SUV and a sedan. My sales consultant, Larry Stringfield, took the time to get to know me and understand my needs. He was then able to offer a recommendation on what would best fit my needs. We love our Mercedes cars but this last experience with Euromotorcars G'town was the worst car buying experience we'd had (and we'd bought quite a lot of vehicles over the years). Salesman lied, service for the due slip was not good and the loaner (really rental) was also poor. We just found out that the car had a damage claim and now other dealerships want to reduce the trade in because of that. We asked at the time of purchase if there were any known issues or problems and the salesman said no, he had the history/car fax report to prove it. Now we find out that was bogus. We will never go there again for service or sales and would not recommend them to anyone.

I needed to bring my recently purchased Mercedes to a shop for a MD safety inspection. I was a little apprehensive of taking the car to a dealer given that the cost can be higher that an independent service shop. However, I did a little shopping around by phone and found that their cost is in line with others around. I decided to try this dealer out and see how the overall experience would go. To say that I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The service department and Dave in particular were amazing. They should be a model for an industry that is plagued by shoddy work and missed expectations. I don't know about the car buying experience with this store, but I will say that the next time I need any service done on my Mercedes, I will be calling these guys first. Some of the things that stood out for me were: ease of dropping off my car and getting checked in, speed in getting a loaner car (Enterprise desk is right next to the service desk), call-back time (about 2 hours) to discuss what needed to be done to the car, meeting their stated repair time, receiving a call and an email stating the car was ready (invoice was attached to the email), quality of the work, washing the car, the comfortable waiting area, and coffee!Thank you Euromotorcars of Germantown!

Rob Fetterolf, is without a doubt, the best Service Writer I have ever dealt with. I have own my 2 Mercedes for several years and it took time to find a Dealership and Service Dept within that I feel total confidence. Any time I have taken either of my vehicles in for general servicing or a problem, Rob was there to ease my mind and kept me abreast of all action needed or being taken with my car.He has recommended various ittems that needed attention right away and suggested things that could or should wait for a different time. Each time he explained was it was needed or to wait.I honestly feel he takes a real interest with each person he deals with. The entire staff inthe Srevice Dept at EuroMotors Germantown in of the highest professional level. Great job and Tanks to All.

I have worked with Rob Fetterolf for the service and repair of my vehicle. He has alwyas been couteous, informative, and responsive. Having dealt with several service providers over the years, I can say, without hesitation, that Euromotorcars Germantown is the best and that Rob has been the most helpful of any of the people I have dealt with. Even if the cost is not the lowest around, it is worth it. Shopping price makes no sence given the high quality of service.

I have a bill for almost $2,350.00 & my car is still not fixed!! My windows go down when I lock my car. My truck I am going some place to get that fixed! at a much cheaper price. Because I have a Mercedes I am not rich!! It was a gift.My side mirror is not secured! I can go on & on. I deserve a credit on my bill & I'm not alone on this thought.I went to Euro in Germantown because I was treated very well before but enough is enough!!!I think you need to check out your mechanics, make sure they know what they are doing.It was not Rob Fetterolf fault!Thank you,Chris KlineP.S I do not want to check that I accept the terms but I have NO CHOICE!!

He was very personable and knowledgeable as well. It is not often you leave the service department at a dealership with a "warm and fuzzy" feeling of not being ripped off, but I did during my recent visit!

I was toying with the idea of buying a convertible, but had not completely decided even after driving many different makes and models of cars. At this point I arrived at Euro Motorcars in Germantown and was immediately greeted by Larry Stringfield who is one of their sales representatives.I immediately fell in love with the E350 convertible, but since I was not initially considering a Mercedes, I had a ton of questions. Larry took an extended period of time on two separate occasions to patiently answer my questions and made sure that I understood all of my options. Without my realizing it, he even stayed over an hour past closing time on my first night there. Despite the extended time he spent with me, he never pressured me or tried to move in to "close the deal". He was extremely knowledgable about the car and simply continued to serve me until I was able to come to a decision that I was comfortable with (and still am!).I have now had the car for close to three weeks and Larry has already called to check in with me a couple of times - not to sell me anything else, but simply to make sure that my total car buying experience (even after the sale was done) was exceptional - which it was. I test driving many different makes and models of cars over the last month, I have met many friendly and helpful sales people, but Larry and Euro Motorcars stand head and shoulders above the rest.

Let me first say that buying a Mercedes was the furthest thing from my mind. Then a friend told me about her experience with Abdul Razak at EruoMotorcars in Germantown and suggested that I give him a call. Im now a proud owner of a Mercedes-Benz. Where do I start? Probably with Abdul himself never in my car buying experience have I ever found a more informed professional; he knew absolutely everything there was to know about my car. He respected the fiscal boundaries I set and at no time did I ever feel pressure to close the deal or that he wanted make the sale he was genuinely committed to finding just the right vehicle for me on my terms, something that Ive NEVER experienced in the past. I had complete confidence in Abdul and told my husband that if the car I wanted within my parameters existed, he would find it for meperiod. And he did.I made the drive during rush hour a few times out to Germantown and would do it again without blinking an eye. Thats how impressed I am with the overall level of professionalism at EuroMotorcars. It was, and as I enjoy my Mercedes, continues to be, worth the trip!

The service managers at Euro Motorcars Germantown are first rate. I've worked with Charles Estelle and Rob Fetterolf, and both of them are professional, upfront and friendly. I always feel well taken care of. I've purchased two cars through this dealership, and have only used the dealer's service. I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling, love the free loaner Mercedes (no need for shuttles, or my wife having to pick me up and drop me off), and appreciate the way they stand by their brand.

I recently purchased my second car from Euromotorcars Germantown and Ramesh. A good portion of the reason I came back a second time was because of the outstanding service I have received from both Ramesh in Sales and Ted in Service. I absolutely hate the process of buying cars and have always left it to my husband. There is no other dealership I would have gone to and felt comfortable buying a car on my own. But because of the relationship I've developed I had no problem buying this without assistance. I knew that I would not be taken advantage of because I was a woman. I so enjoy my dealings with Ramesh and Ted because in addition to providing great customer service they also always treat me with respect and don't presume they should only talk to my husband about matters dealing with my car. As a side note I also LOVE my new car but truly the main reason I came back was because of these two guys and how great they are at what they do. I could not be more pleased with EuroMotors of Germantown, and my sales professional Eric Sofon. Everything from the general environment of the dealership to the integrity and professionalism of everyone I dealt with was top notch. I had been driving a 3 series BMW for 5 years and it was time for something new. An all wheel drive was important since I wasn't able to drive my BMW in the snow. I had seen a certified GL 450 online and emailed the dealership. I was lucky to get set up with Eric. I was instantly in love with the suv. I got a GREAT deal and was treated with the utmost respect. The Gm even went out of his way to greet me and my husband and offer his card. I am so pleased with my experience that my husband will be trading his Lexus for a Mercedes. There is a reason that I live in Tysons Corner but drove to Germantown for a car. You can consider me a customer for life. The other dealerships should be worried!

We discussed the necessity of purchasing a new car for at least two years. Because we did not want to deal with the hassle, we delayed even visiting a dealership. We found our experience with Arnold Brown at Euromotorcars in Germantown to be most pleasant. My initial visit included a test drive with Mr. Brown. He explained features clearly and took me on a complete tour of the whole service facility. When I returned with my husband several months later, he remembered me immediately and was enthusiastic about the follow-up visit. He remained highly focused, answering questions and seeking assistance when he needed to consult. The two of us took another test drive. After the test drive, we discussed details including a USAA insurance price advantage. He did not pressure us in any way and was highly respectful of our cautious nature.When we returned a few days later to finalize the purchase, the whole staff including Arnold Brown, made the process quick, easy, and efficient. I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Danny Nasr. I gave him the specification and an approximate price. He called me in an hour and had found the car and had worked out the price with the business office that I was satisfied with. I told him when I can come in and told him to have the paper work ready.When I got there the car was ready and all the paper work in place. He went over the the specification of the car and all the important issue in detail. Dealer offered me additional options that would save money in the long run. I was out of the dealer ship with the new car within an hour. Nice work and kept their promise.

I have been looking at buying a C class for a couple years, but I'm very indecisive and kept chaning my mind about what I wanted. Larry was very patient with me, gave me pros and cons and feedback on the different packages available. When I finally made my decision he had the car for me within 3 days. I have purchased at least 6 autos from dealerships in the past 20 years. This was by far the easiet auto purchase I ever made. We came to terms on the price almost immediately and I drove away with my new car that evening. I came back the next day, met with finance and paid for my auto. I was in and out of the dealership, car completely registered, tagged and cleaned in less than 1 1/2 hours. I noticed a couple of nicks on the paint, brought it back the next day and waited while it was touched up at no charge. I would hightly recommend this dealership and my sales rep. AC to anyone.

I had a great experience at this dealership in leasing a new R Class. I have been to multiple Mercedes dealerships around the area and most were not very helpful or seemed to even want my business. Our sales person Minsu Shin actually listened to what our needs were and got us the best deal possible. Actually this was the first time I came out of a dealership feeling that the salesperson was working for me and not the dealership. As well, I met with the sales manager who stopped by to greet us and even he seemed to want to work with us in getting the amazing deal that we did. I have been shopping around for an R class for 2 months and not one of the many dealerships I went to was even close to the price we got at Euromotors in Germantown.....

I was in the market for a 2008 R350. I saw a car on the internet and my husband and I decided to drive to Germantown to see it. I was shocked that they even showed me their inventory. The car was disgusting, they hadn't detailed it. it was if the previous owners had just dropped it off. Whomever they were had no pride of ownership bc the macadamian interior was basically balck from floor to sealing. I was so turned off by it I was wondering if I even wanted that model at all. I asked that we go back inside to see what else they had. Eric was nice and patient which I don't blame him for the way Euro is operated. Every car we looked at, had not been detailed. We were showed 5 different cars, and not one of them were clean. I don't know about them but a first impression is all I could think about... Needless to say we didn't buy from them we went to Annapolis and bought our car. Euro, I would suggest detailing all cars before showing them to future customers or not showing them at all...

I called to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Craig said he would do a search and call back in 2 days - never called back. I also needed a second Smartkey fob. They gave me a price of $277. Since that was way high, I called all twelve dealers within a 60 mile radius. They were the highest by over $25. Because dealers want you to go twice to them, once to order and once to pick up the fob and this dealer was the closest, I asked them to match the price of another authorized MB dealer. They refused.

My experience with this dealership was the most ridiculous car buying experience of my life. The car I was looking at was a pre-owned Porsche 911 Cabriolet. The salesman Bruce got the keys, and then he asked me if I knew how to drive stick in which I told that I did, but also commented that I hadn't driven one in a few years. Based on that information alone he REFUSED to let me even sit in the driver's seat let alone drive the car. He told me it had too much power and that he didn't want to risk a crash, and offered to drive me around. I simply told him that this was ridiculous and that I have been driving stick most of my life and that it was a non-issue. He still continued to refuse to let me drive the car at all.When we got back to the dealer he spoke to the manager and said the BEST they can do was take me to an empty parking lot. HELLO?!? I'm in the market for a high-performance sports car and they are telling me the the best they can do is let me drive it in a parking lot?!?I simply told him that this was a huge waste of time and left.I honestly can't believe how a dealer can treat a customer that way and this has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
