Helen and Saki sold me a 2012 BMW 328i and I love it. They made an appointment for my husband and me on a Saturday morning to test drive a few vehicles. They were patient with us and gave us detailed information on all the cars available. Additionally, I traded in my beloved Saab and the transition was seamless. I especially liked the fact they gave me a loaner until my car was ready. Excellent and honest people to work. Integrity a plus!

I happened on ECW by chance on a rainy day and saw a 1987 Mercedes 560SL sitting at the back of the lot. I returned the next day for a test drive and agreed to a price that afternoon. All in all an efficient, professional and friendly experience. All staff have been extremely helpful in answering questions and addressing minor issues since the purchase. Both Helen and Saki have been available when necessary and show a clear passion for their work and customer satisfaction. The service staff are knowledgeable, helpful with information and professional.

I moved to Wmsburg 10+ years ago .. and was ecstatic to find ECW, a true Family owned and operated small business that earned my trust and my continued business. When it was finally time to replace the old Volvo they had been servicing for 8+ years. ECW was my first and only choice for getting a reliable, used premium vehicle at a fair price. I told Helen and Gus what I was looking for. I never expected them to find a Mercedes E320 that met my requirements at a price point I was willing to pay, but they did. I have no doubt that Saki and Helen pull off this kind of miracle on a regular basis. And I am serenely confident that Chris, Travis and the guys in the shop will give it all the TLC it needs to keep my new Mercedes in tip top shape for years to come.

I receieved a Volvo stationwagon for my birthday last year and was elated! The prior owner had taken very good care of it and it had some mileage on it. Being it was my First Volvo, (a life long dream come true) I wanted to be sure it got the Best in service and repair. I had driven past Williamsburg European Cars many times and was impressed by the appearance and cars as I drove by. After asking about a reputable place to take my Volvo, all answers pointed to Williamsburg European Cars. Having put almost 20,000 miles on my vehicles in 7 months, I must say that WEC and staff are the BEST!! I have had regular service done and two repairs that have been handled in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner. Mr Gus and Chris have been very helpful in taking care and explanining how to get the best performance from my Volvo. Of all the dealerships I have been to and waited for service on my vehicles, I must say that the wait time at WEC is enjoyable: pleasant, spacious, interesting, and enjoying the automobiles on display is note worthy. Thank you all at Williamsburg European Cars for your integrity and awesome customer service!

Excellent used car dealership with outstanding service. I have been visiting this company for the past 10 years for service on my foreign cars and have always been very satisfied with their knowledge and quality of their work. I was recently having my oil changed on my BMW Z3 Roadster and noticed a BMW 330Ci convertible that they were offering for sale. The car was immaculate and had been throughly checked by them and even though I was not actively looking for another car I did purchased this vehicle. I dealt with Helen (the owners daughter) for the sale and she was extremely helpful and professional, knowing the ethics of her familys business (her brother is also one of the mechanics) I was very comfortable with my decision. European cars used cars come with a 30 day warranty and they were very responsive in correcting a minor issue after the purchase. A great group of people to do business with.

We moved to Williamsburg from Germany nearly 10 years ago and discovered European Cars of Williamsburg almost immediately. They stood out from the competition by their professional qualities, personable demeanor, and immaculate facilities. The maintenance that they recommended never surprised me, they always fixed problems the first time, and the cost of their services has been entirely fair. They had been our maintenance people for our two old Volvos for over 5 years, when we realized that we needed to buy vehicles for our maturing children. Helen sold us two nearly flawless used cars, one of which was on consignment and the other having been the object of a long and difficult period of indecision as to what we wanted. Helen was wonderfully helpful and patient, and quickly found the perfect car for us -- an almost new Volvo three states away. We agreed on an auction price limit; they bought the car, trucked it to Williamsburg, performed full systems checks, and only then offered us the car -- at the same price as we agreed before the auction. We could not be happier that the only surprises we've had with European Cars of Williamsburg have been the outstanding level of customer services and support.

I would highly recommend European Cars of Williamsburg for any car purchase or vehicle maintenance. I recently purchased my second Mercedes from them. The benefit of working with EC of Williamsburg is their attention to detail and customer service. They inspect the cars thoroughly before they sell them to you. I actually ordered a car for my son but, when it arrived they told me they did not feel comfortable selling me the car due to its lack of routine maintenance resulting in a high repair bill to make it road worthy. Talk about honesty! EC of Williamsburg is a family business that takes pride in their work. For new car purchases, Helen is a joy to work with. She is very patient and listens carefully to what your needs are when searching for a new vehicle. On the service side, Gus and Chris have always treated me extremely well. The bottom line it comes down to doing business with people you trust and that is why Ive been a loyal customer for the past 4 years!

This is a terrific car dealership and repair service. Honesty, fairness, care and concern arent attributes one normally thinks of with car sales or repairs, but this is the bedrock of European Cars of Williamsburg. Of all the car buying experiences we have had, European Cars of Williamsburg is by far the best. We happened upon this dealership by chance, and were immediately impressed by Helen Fotiadis, who greeted us so warmly and with genuine interest in helping us find the right used vehicle. There was no pressure whatsoever. She spent months searching for the right car for us, and then when she found it we were given every opportunity to truly feel good about the car before committing to the purchase. We have now bought two vehicles here, a BMW and a Mini Cooper convertible. Not only is the car buying experience a pleasure, but the knowledge of car service and conditioning this dealership possesses is highly commendable, too. We trust Gus (Konstantin Fotiadis), simply said. The service bays here are spotless. It gives you confidence in the precision and attention to detail they bring to their work. You can tell everyone at this dealership cares about what they do, and wants you to be satisfied.

Gus has been servicing both my Mercedes E430 and my daughter's Audi A4 for several years. His show room and service bays are as clean as you will ever find. I recently purchased a 2010 Mercedes C350 and the experience was exceptional. Both Gus and Marina are customer oriented as well as being fair and honest. European Cars of Williamsburg is a real gem in this area.

My wife and i had recently moved to Williamsburg from Massachusetts and had sold our second car before we moved. I performed a market search on to find an independant service to take care of our 2003 Audia A4 3.0 six speed. Gus the owner was more than helpful with taking care of our service requests. When visiting it was our pleasure to find European Cars in a well maintained condition. We were also surprised to find out that European Cars sold used vehicles and we found our new used car sitting in the beautiful showroom. Marina was helpful and provided us with a competitively price. We have been extremely pleased with our car and how we were treated by everyone at European Cars.

We recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz from European Cars of Williamsburg. It was the best car buying experience we have had in many years. There was no pressure. We got all of our questions answered and they have a friendly, family atmosphere. We also toured the service facilities and were very impressed. Other dealers should be like this.

I bought my BMW from Euro Cars and have been a loyal customer ever since. Excellent car, the best I've ever owned. Euro Cars does all my service - they find ways to keep the cost down while keeping reliability and performance to factory specs. The car buying experience was great and enjoyable. More importantly, though, is that I trust Gus and Marina. They are interested in establishing long-term relationships and know this is done by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and providing value. They are family owned and operated and if you hang around for very long you'll feel like part of the family too. I recommend Euro Cars to my friends for both sales and service. This dealership is an outstanding find for the quality of their cars, their expertise in car maintenance and repairs and the general trustworthiness and friendliness of the owners and their staff. I have purchased two automobiles from European Autos (a Mercedes and a BMW) after having had them handle our repairs for several years. Their cars are immaculate and above industry value, with a 90 day, 3,000 mile guarantee. For repairs, I cannot commend this dealership more highly! Their work is completed in a timely manner and their rates are very reasonable.The facility is spotless, reflecting the care and attention to detail that distinguishes this business, with state of the art equipment and a small, but highly skilled group of mechanics specializing in Volvo, BMW, Cooper, Benz, Audi and Porsche repairs; they also handle high end luxury cars like Lamborghini and Bentley.
