LOVE MY KIA RIO! This is the forth KIA Rio I have purchased from Evergreen KIA. After all this time I was very pleased to find they still offer the best warranty in the business. I received an excellent trade in and was given another perk with free oil changes for the lifetime of the car! All of my purchases have included this perk. The car rides so smooth. This is worst kia dealership I've ever went to. The customer service is horrible. Mo at the front desk has the nasty attitude and Byron/Brian over the service department attitude sucks as well. I think he purposely lies about the schedule so he doesn't have to do any work. I've came several times before the strike and before looking at the schedule he says. I can't do anything this month But you can call any other dealership and you can hear them over the phone checking but this fool just sit at his desk. And by the look on his face. He hates his job. Oh and Liz..I don't know why they have her answering the phone when she can't answer not one question. It's just ridiculous there.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!! I purchased a car the end of July! A 2021 Kia Sorento! These people will be extremely nice to you so they can get your money! Two weeks later the service required wrench came on! I took it back to them because I did pay for an extended warranty. The guy told me his appointments for service was booked until October! Told me my car is fine to drive and turned my sensor that said “service required” off! Well today this car is locked! It will not cut on and I believe because it did actually need the service and they wanted to avoid the work! Now they are not even trying to help over the phone when I told them the situation nobody else available! Service department sends me straight to the voicemail! I will be returning this car. Triple A can just drop it off! They are careless and just want your money! Once you leave the lot they do not care! I paid for my extended warranty in full the day I purchased this car!! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Purchased my Kia Telluride November of 2019. One year after, the door guard/bumper guards on all of my doors chipped off and began to peel off. I contacted service dept for repair. I was deferred to parts. Then sent back to service, only to be told this is an "after market" item that could be replaced only on Fridays when a 3rd party sales rep comes in. I have been trying for months now to make an appointment to get the strips replaced. When I call I am always transferred from department to department, only then to be transferred to someone's voicemail box that is full. Disconnected every time. I love my SUV, however I will never contact Kia for help in any matter ever again. No one calls back, returns messages, or has any answers. I went to another Kia location in hopes to have the strips replaced and was told I would be charged for parts and services as that was not the original Kia dealership I purchased the vehicle from. Nothing should "fall off" a brand new vehicle at one year from purchase. If it does, the dealership should at least be accessible to help correct this matter.

I am displeased with the fact that I had in writing a discount on my brake service and it wasn't honored. The service rep didn't care. When it's time for me to buy a new car I will be going to a different Kia dealership.

My buying experience wa extremely easy and streamlined. I inquired via the internet and received a voicemail message. I returned the call and went to the dealership the same day. When I bought my car they gave this picture perfect picture that if I heard anything within 30 days that they would take a look at it. Bad enough the car was sold to me with scratches on it that they agreed to repair. So after a month of them giving me the run around with service department to fix the scratches I mention to them that I had been hearing some noises. Then all of a sudden they are saying oh we can't check that out its a charge. Long story short I spoke with the financing manager and he kept saying the same thing and saying he never promised that when that wasn't true. He got me really upset and riled up then now I am asking for the GM not once did he get up to address the situation. Since my vehicle had to stay they offered a loaner vehicle once I got into that vehicle it had old subway napkins it and water bottles and they thought I would be ok with that. So once I am upset so the fake GM by the name of Harry Mays which is a sales manager asked me to come outside and said look Mami we aren't going to device you today you are interrupting my dealership and business. And dropped my keys into hands like I wasn't a valued customer and I had only had the car a month.

I feel cheated! Was greeted by Rick, very lengthy process. When I asked for water, I was sent to a vending machine. They have no snacks for their lengthy process. I told Rick my budget and what other dealers quoted me at and I was not willing to pay. He said they were cheating me. He came back with the same exact offer, I told him I would not pay. He told me to sign the paper and came back with an offer in my budget. It was basically the same price only spread out longer. No Rick you were the one that got over on me. When it came to the final process, Rick told me I would get 4 oil changes free, I told him to put it in writing. He said, just call me and I'll take care of you. When l got to the finance department the told me I did not have a 100,000 mile warranty as the second owner. I only had a 60,000, my payments would be higher than I was quoted. When I came back a few weeks later for my oil change I called Rick up, he had no clue what I was talking about with my free oil changes. He told me I would have to pay that day and that since it wasn't in my contract he would pay the next time. I knew then that he was scamming me the whole process.

Worst dealership ever!! they did not register my car for months got two tickets that they will not help me with having to miss work and more money because of them they gave me a price on my car for a lot more than what was advertised online and trying to resolve issues with them I get cursed out on the phone by the sales manager steve my advise stay far away

My advice to anyone is to stay very far away from this dealer. If you don't believe me they have 19 complaints to the better business, so check that. My car did not get registered for months. They gave me a price that was a lot more expensive than that was online. The sales manager steve curses me out on the phone and hangs up on me. I have gotten two tickets because of the registration and can never get ahold of any one there. so if you want the worst service and help be my guest and go get a car from them. DONT DO IT STAY AWAY!!

This place is a rip off! Their service department tells you one thing over the phone, and then when you bring the car in, they mark up the price! I was quoted one price over the phone for a side mirror and then when I got there they marked it up another $20 bucks. They didn't find any new issues with the mirror. It was a simple replace. Called them again for another issue just to get a price quote. They quoted me $400 and other mechanics/dealers that I called only quoted $200. I was able to get it fixed for $150. It's unfortunate that this is the only Kia dealer in my area, but I'm grateful that I found a mechanic that quotes me honest prices. Called to inquire about a part# and price that I needed for my truck. PETER in parts was very condescending and impatient. I heard him mumble something to his coworker while I was on the phone which sounded A LOT like "this [effing] broad." He didn't seem willing to want to assist me at all. He found the part number and rambled it off so fast. When I asked him to repeat it, he was noticeably irritated. I just shake my head at this dealership and will only call them with inquiries. Never will they receive a dime of my money! Go elsewhere for your car needs!

Bought a new car in 2011 nothing but issues from the liscense plates to the steering wheel. Had several manufacture issues with my vehicle which required hours of my time in service. They did not offer a loaner car, coffee or any amenities for my inconvenice. Steering wheel needed to be replaced twice! After 2 hours in service was told they sill didn't have the part and I would have to come back, they put the wheel back on wrong. Left with the wheel in worse shape then when I cam in and two hours of life lost! Horrible dealer do not buy from here! Big mistake!

worst and most incompetant service dept i have ever dealt with. will never go back to this dealer again. brian has no customer service skills and john should not be a manager. managers dont swear while on the phone with a customer. i was there 4 times in 2 weeks for the same issue and do not feel like they even cared about my car felt like i was an inconvience to them. think they need a class in customer service and people skills
