I just recently purchased a Toyota from charlie at exclusive auto group. The entire sales experience was great. From test drive to closing charlie was very knowledgeable and very helpful to meet our needs as customers. I highly recommend this dealer if you are shopping for a used vehicle.

Charlie was very professional in my engagement with him to purchase a used car. It helped that he had at least 40 pictures of the used car I purchased listed on Cars.com. That helped me in my decision to buy a car site unseen. After my vehicle purchase, Charlie picked me up personally at the airport so that I could retrieve my car. He was very professional and had all the paper work ready for me to sign. He even provided me with a full tank of gas. I drove the car 1200 miles back home and it ran beautifully. I wish all car dealers, both new and used dealers, would display the professionalism and great customer service Charlie gave me.

Charles and his people took care of me throughout the buying experience. Even though I bought my car 'as is' he worked tirelessly to correct issues that occurred with the car within the first few weeks. He went above and beyond his obligation as the seller. Because of this I would buy another car from him and recommend him to friends and family. Good service, Great people.
