I was to get a Chevy Envoy from the lot in Fairfield Oh. One day before I was to go pick it up,they called me and told me the car was sold. That's after I put a deposit down for them to hold the car. So the manager checked into it. Then he calls back and says it wasn't sold, they couldn't find it because it was at a different lot and it wasn't there. So I waited an hour and called them back to see if they found it. I was then told there was problem with the vehicle and it was sold back to the auction. They were to mail my refund back to me. I get a call last Thursday saying I'd have the check Friday because they were over nighting it. Here it is Monday 5/16 and no check. I called back and was told its in the office available for pick up or they can over night it! It was supposed to be mailed last week! I am not driving 3.5 hours for the check when it was to be over nighted to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!! Very poor customer service. The lady from then main office even agreed that it was very poor customer service.

The process was not long. Very straight forward policy. They are fun great people working here! Debbie was really sweet and helpful! She really cares about the consumer and getting you in a vehicle of your and the one you can afford.

We applied online. We were approved for a car up to $17,000. They called us and congratulated us on being approved. We let them know we had $650 for a down payment they said awesome! We have a program that will work with you. So we made an appointment to go down there. We called a cab to get there . once we got there they pulled up our application and they told us we needed $1000 down after they told us on the phone that $650 would work. We asked to talk to the person we spoke with on the phone and they said no one by that name worked there. So I asked for a manager. The manager said that who ever called from the online application should have not given them the promise of $650. So we left and called them and asked for the person who we talked to from the online application and they said he was not in the office but earlier they said he didn't work there. So we had to walk 2 miles to another car dealership because they are liars. Don't believe any pricing they tell you over the phone. You need atleast $1000 down.

My Wife and I can't say enough about the Sales Staff and Management Team at DriveTime in Fairfield. We 1st dealt with Debbie, who was kind and an excellent sales lady. When we came back another day to close the deal we were given Derek cause Debbie was off. Derek went above and beyond with our deal, even prepping and washing the car by hand himself rather then the lot tech. And Manager Andrew was too notch and so was the GM Steve. If your looking for a newer car with low milage and cheap payments, Drivetime is the place to go. Thanks for everything guys. . . .

I was turned down everywhere I went because I have a loan still in my name already and they wanted paid off everything in an auto loan... I was turned away by every one.... Went to Drive Time and ran into Mo I was approved on the spot but I didn't have anyone to pay for my other car loan which I was screwed on for 14000 on a 07 Cobalt... So I left with no new vehicle... My sister was getting get licence and needed a car said she would take over my payments... So I went back and met Brittany do hilarious and entertaining... I walked out with a 12 Cruze and love it!!!! Thank u guys

This is now my 2nd Vehicle I've got through Drive Time and the experience again has still been AWESOME! I didn't feel any pressure or as if I was rushed. The process was smooth and seamless!Nick, Britt, and Steve who sold me my first car and is now the GM were all awesome! Thank You for another great experience.

The Fairfield Drive Time is amazing. ..they turned a negative experience at their Beechmont location into a positive! I'm so happy about my vehicle and the service I received! Thank you.
