Great Ford Dealership! I was searching for a Bronco Sport for weeks and Peter in the sales department was able to help me. He made sure I received all of the information I needed and he was very patient with me (this was my first new car purchase). I felt cared for and I was not pushed or taken advantage of. I drove over an hour to Family Ford and was not disappointed. I highly recommend using Family Ford for your next vehicle purchase. I made an appointment as a first time customer for July 28, 2021. I requested an oil change and the point inspection deal. I waited for over an hour. When I received my truck I noticed on my way home that it was shaking a whole lot. I pulled over on the highway not far from the place and called them right away to report the problem I was experiencing. It was late afternoon so I couldn't bring it back so they offered to have me bring it in the next day July 29, 2021. I wasted more time resolving something that should not have happened in the first place going by their level of service on their website. I waited another long hour which added to my frustration of having to drive there again with that uneasy shaking. I then talked to the lady located in the left of the entrance about some sort of compensation for the trouble and time as a first time customer and of course nothing was done. When I finally received my truck, they said they noticed I need new tires and a wheel alignment which was not found and told to me yesterday when they inspected my truck. So this would be my unnecessary second and final visit to this place. I expected much better service than what I received.

No problem with Family. Both Our Fords are rust buckets such that that is the only criteria for replacements. Do not like to replace because the more electrical (less electronics) Fords are much more dependable and cost effective to run. Ford used to have good engineering ideas and much less keeping up with the Jones.

Always great service at Family Ford. The Service department handles all issues timely and keeps in contact with the client. Highly recommend.
