I had a great experience with the whole Faulkner organization especially with my salesman Don Friel. When I first walked in to their brand new used car sales building Don was very friendly and down to earth, explained my options and the price of the car. I left and with talking to my Wife we decided to make an offer on a 2014 Terrain. I stopped back to see Don and we negotiated a price as two friends would talk about a price, not like a salesman and buyer, no pressure at all! After agreeing on a price it was late (4:00) and my wife was not with me. So we agreed to pick it up the next day and Don had it detailed, oil changed, tires rotated and almost full tank of gas. the next day we came in and where meet by a team of three people, Ashley, Chris and Maryland to handle the paper work and explain all my options on warranty and other options like extending the factory warranty, financing and what all the papers that needed signing where, not just putting them in front of you and asking you to sign. If I had to rate this whole experience from 1 to 10, I would give it an 11.

We purchased a 2013 CPO Buick Encore on 11/28/2015. A $20/month math error was exploited and used to charge my elderly and disabled father $1000 more than promised on an extended warranty. After realizing what had happened, I immediately cancelled the warranty on 12/1/15. As of today, January 6, 2016, my parents still have not received the refund for the warranty that is supposed to be applied to their auto loan. After roughly 25 emails back and forth with the dealer, I am being told that there is basically nothing more they can do to since the check was supposedly sent on 12/11/15.My parents also were not shown how to use any features of the car, nor were they given their trials of OnStar or Sirius XM, which are supposed to be part of the Buick Certified Pre-Owned experience.I told Brian Walsh, our salesperson, before we even came to the dealership, that I needed this purchase to go as easily as possible for my father's sake. Instead, this nightmare has been ongoing for roughly 40 days.

This was the first, BUT not the last time I will go to Faulkner Buick. I was looking for a car that work for driving my 87 yr old parents in comfortably. Lucky for me, Charlie Mullen was the consultant that greeted me. He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. After looking at other dealerships for possible options, I came back to Faulkner Buick. It just so happened I saw your Black Friday Ad about lease specials. I had never leased before, but thought that might be a better fit for me at this time. I came in on Black Friday at 9:00am to see Charlie. After running a few scenarios, I decided on the basic Encore. And to my surprise came home with a 48" Samsung TV!...which we gave to my parents as an early Xmas gift. They love the car and the TV. I'll be back in 2yrs.

I had put off car shopping for weeks because I was sure it would be a hassle and that I'd end up settling for something I didn't want. Then I read that the GMC Terrain has high ratings for interior noise reduction: exactly what I need in order to better hear my 5-year old talking from the back seat! That was enough to motivate me; I did the online credit application and submitted my information, and was pleasantly surprised when I got a call NOT from a salesman but from a customer service representative. Wow, who does that?! Joe Crostarosa took some information and confirmed that I would be approved for financing (not always a given for stay-at-home moms without "a job"), and arranged my test drive. Joe was great. The exact vehicle I saw online was waiting for me upon my arrival, and sales consultant Ricky Grissinger was professional and patient and provided great information about the vehicle. He made sure to work around my schedule, ensuring I was on time to pick up my son from school, even arranging to pick up one of my trade-ins for me. I leased the car from Faulkner Buick GMC the same day I saw it online!

My wife and I took our 2015 Buick LaCrosse in for the 2nd oil change and tire rotation. We also needed a state inspection done. The man at the counter told us it would be done in about one hour. Not having the required parts available to install at Faulkner on the day I arrived, meant the inconvenience of having to return the next day, even though I was given a "loaner car" overnight. The one hour and 20 minute, traffic light after traffic light ride, and return trip in heavy traffic at rush hour was no fun. The new parts, however, when finally installed were done well in my opinion.

I thought it took too long for an oil change. I went to the Dealership and gave my car to a Service Writer around 1:00 PM. My appointment was for 1:30. I requested a shuttle ride home and I was quickly summoned by the shuttle driver about 5 minutes later for my ride home. After two calls to find out if my oil change was completed around 4:20, I then asked for the the shuttle and was picked up and then taken to service.

Overall the staff was helpful and got me at a payment I was comfortable with. The only thing I would recommend is that options on mileage is discussed. After I left, I thought about the mileage I signed to and felt that it was going to be too low. There were no other options discussed at the table and when talking to others who leased, they said I could have gotten more miles. When going back to the dealer to see if it could be changed, it was not an option at that point. That is the only thing I was not satisfied with.

I left my car at the afterhours drop-off location, on a Sunday, at the dealership. The next business day, I received a phone call with a preliminary update about a service issue. Later that same evening, I received another phone call for another update. By the following day the service issue was resolved and I was back in my car. The service was excellent, as I expected it to be. But, I really want to make a point about the communication from the service center. The fact that I received updates and not just a final call telling me my car was ready, really says something about Faulkner. It says that customer service, not just automobile service, is a key factor in their daily process.

I recently has a new driver's side interior door panel installed as an accommodation to correct a problem with an interior door handle. I thank Faulkner Buick service again. However, after installed, when driving at speeds greater than 45 mph, I could hear wind whooshing as through the door panel and driver side window. The concerned techs tried solutions such as repositioning the shield and installing a new weather strip. I recognized and appreciated the diligence that the pros at Faulkner exhibited to try to solve the problem. Unfortunately, the problem continued. Until, Joe, sorry I don't know his last name, an extremely attentive tech, noticed after test driving with me, that a small part was missing from the replacement interior door panel. The part was ordered, and a day later....problem solved! I want to thank my service rep Judy Simonetti and Joe Busfield, and obviously the observant, problem solving Tech Joe. Professionals all.

I did not purchase my vehicle at the Faulkner Dealership however, I have taken the car there on multiple occasions to have items fixed that were covered under the manufacturer's warranty. These issues were handled in a timely manner and without hassle. I will continue to take the car to Faulkner because I feel that I was treated with respect and as a valued customer. The one thing that I hope does not continue to happen is that the vehicle does not continue to have problems. Most of the problems have been minor however the vehicle warranty is up on December 31, 2015.I hope that I continue to receive offers to extend the vehicle warranty and as time gets closer I will consider purchasing the extended warranty. My experience was perfect. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and an hour later received a call it was done! I will bring my car back again for repairs or oil changes. The only advice I would give is when i brought my car in I asked the attendant if you did car detailing she replied you have to make an appointment being in the service industry myself I would of spoke to the customer and tired to get an appointment for the customer at least called to see if they could of done it the same day as well.

I usually wait for my vehicle as I don't live in the area, but this last visit meant an unexpected longer wait time. I was immediately offered a shuttle to the local mall which I didn't really want. Intending to cancel my appointment, I was generously offered a loaner car due to the distance I travelled to get there. Your Service Department is the greatest I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, I have no complaints and can only compliment you on the service. I am however completely dissatisfied with the performance of this vehicle (2014 Buick Encore) It rides to ruff and sluggish, can feel and hear every bump, grooves in the road, outside noise (with windows up) I believe I didn't get what I opted for but currently, there are several things going on that shouldn't be happening with a BRAND NEW Vehicle from day one. Tires loosing pressure, slow to start, sluggish when I excel, noises coming from the rear like something is loose. I haven't had it a full year yet with only 6900 miles on it and it runs like I've had it a few years already.

I had a warranty issue that needed to be fixed by Faulkner. The GM roadside assistance that was provided was a nightmare and had my friends and co-workers laughing at their ineptness. Through all of this Joe c. at Faulkner was tremendous. My lease will be up this year and I was already researching my options as I intend to buy my next car. Faulkner was not an option I was entertaining. The only reason I am now entertaining Faulkner, as an option for my next car, is the honest and superior customer service that Joe C. was able to provide.

I would reccomend Connie to anyone and I have never met any sales manager like Rob before. He sat with me for over an hour to talk about the car and just how the business works in general while my sales person was busy. I have dealt with Nissan, vw, Lexus and Infiniti before but I can honestly say this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Also went to nearby GMC, Peruzzi, and the price was a decent amount lower at Faulkner not to mention the quality of there employees being far superior. If you are ever going to buy a GMC this is the place to go

I was experiencing a problem with my 4WD. I was informed that the problem was part of a recall. The service representative stayed on the phone with me and she was trying to trouble shoot the issue with a service tech. They offered to have the SUV towed and/or I could drive it right to the dealership for service. I was even given a loaner car due to the time of day the issue occurred and that I drive over an hour to get to this dealership. Great customer service experience.

Dropped my car offer for an appointment for oil change and check engine light issue. They called me around 12:00 after determining what the problem was, told me the cost and that the card would be ready by 4:30 pm. The called back at 4:00 pm the card was ready. The actual cost was less than they had estimated. (That is always a nice surprise). I am VERY HAPPY the the entire experience from the staff to the service performed.

I recently had my GMC Acadia in for service for routine maintenance and a concern with the rear heat. I was immediately offered a courtesy vehicle so I didn't have to sit and wait for the service to be completed. I received a call that the issue with heat required a part that they wouldn't have until following day. The next day, my car was ready and freshly washed!! We have never had such a great experience when buying a car! Rick Grissinger was by far the best salesman. He knew every option and button on our Terrain and explained it all. We showed up late on a Friday and thought we'd be rushed but it was the complete opposite. This was our first time at Faulkner and have decided that we will never go to any other dealership. I bought my Saturn from the associated Saturn dealership on the property. When Saturn went out of business I was forced to continue my service under Faulkner to keep my warranty. They pushed unnecessary services on me like "fuel injector cleaning" which I later learned was a scam and never really needed. In fact, doing this can lead to other problems with your car. When I finally owned the car outright I stopped going there. Most recently with the GM ignition recall I had to schedule an appointment to get my ignition replaced, I made the appointment online, requested that someone call me to let me know how long it would take and I got no response other than appointment confirmation by both email and phone message. When I arrived at the dealership they informed me that because I didn't call them they didn't have the part. The completely unprofessional looking chick with the lip ring told me that no one even reads the emails sent on the website so if you needed a specific part that they don't always have in stock then you wouldn't even see that until you show up for your pointless appointment.

I had an appointment for an oil change covered under the faulkner advantage plan we received when we purchased the vehicle and arrived for the appointment right on time. Although your service staff is exceptional and I understand there are delays at times, it took just under 1.5 hours for the oil change to be done, which is a little crazy.

had my 6 mo old car repaired there after the accident. quality of work horrible. they charged my ins co about 12k to do the repairs. i was not happy with the results, brought the car back repeatedly. every visit some minor improvements were done. body panels were not aligned to each other, gaps between panels. car looked like junker after their repairs. they said car fixed to industry standards. had to take the car apart myself to find that parts they charged for are still broken, never replaced, some new parts never painted. took it to a different shop, paid out of my pocket. car finally fixed. no more dealer repairs. they are crooks.

Overall, I was pleased. However, I was told that what had to be done is a "normal" maintenance thing at approximately 30,000 miles. If it's so normal, like an oil change, why was this the first I heard about this particular maintenance? I would have appreciated being made aware of it so I could have the $185 that was needed...instead someone else had to cover my expense.

routine service oil and tire rotation but service rep helped me with the menu item I was looking for and I was concerned about a message that had showed up twice when starting vehicle. as usual they handled the issue with respect for me and this is why this is my third vehicle I have obtained from Faulkner and won't be my last. Faulkner's staff does not make you feel like when you drive off the lot after purchase that you are on your own.

This is a follow up to my disappointing experience regarding getting my check for my trade in. The finance office called me and apologized for the mixup in the finance office. They cut a check and offered to drive it to me. I was very impressed and feel that they made it right. I got my check. Overall I was very happy with my experience. I do believe that there was a mixup. I am actually sending my wife to Faulkner in a few weeeks to get a new car for herself.

Taking new GMC Terrain (2 mos. old) on a road trip. Brought it in to get checked out. They corrected items I was not aware of. I was impressed with "extra mile" level of service. I appreciate this, in that I take care of my cars. I have bought/leased a number of Pontiacs (sorry to see them go out of manufacture) and GMCs from Faulkner dating back to 1980. I started with Oldsmobile. Their service has been top notch over three decades.

My wife and I walked into Faulkner to browse one night after some late sports with our three children. Steve Svarczkopf was the salesman who was up at that time. From the moment he introduced himself through the day we completed our sale Steve was a wonderful help. No pressure or annoying phone calls just let me take my time and make our minds up with lending all the help he could along the way. We all have experienced that new car dealership that will not leave you alone until you are roped into a sale that you may or may not have wanted. Steve allowed my wife and three kids along with myself to browse and leave the showroom that night with all the freedom in the world. Even the new car sales manager Kevin Rogers was an extreme help doing everything in his power to get me in the vehicle I chose at a price and payment I was comfortable with. Never did either he or Steve try to force a higher payment or deal into my budget. They exhausted every available option until finally my family closed on the EXACT car we wanted. The Faulkner advantage is reason enough to buy a car here but the deals and service will make any buyer feel at home. Faulkner will be my dealership of the future for all my new and used cars...

Traveled 1.5 hours to look at a used car that I called about the day before. When I arrived one of the tires was flat due to a screw and the car wouldn't start even after the associate tried to recharge the battery. I never bought a new car from Faulkner so I can't speak about that experience. However, my used car shopping experience with them was not good.

I have nothing but good to say about Lou. He is not a pressure sales person and that worked best for me. I do not respond to high level sales pitch. Actually I would simply walk out the door. The only hitch in my experience was that the actual buying paperwork took much too long. There were attenuating circumstances, but we should have been told and we could have been comfortable in our own home for close to the 3 hours it took, till the paperwork was filled out and ready to sign. Thank you to Lou again, it was a pleasant experience.

Me and My wife after checking in Cars,com verify the Acadia 2009 the dealer was selling and at the moment we put the first step at the door somebody will well you. They give us a ride of 4 miles with the vehicle and the purchase process was quick and easy going.(Yuo need also a good credit) The Vendor was nice and the service quick and sharp.

Mike explained features of model, then offerd us a test drive continuing to explain other features. Upon return we discussed pricing with Mike & Pat Duffy. We were given final figure. GO SEE C. J. PEARIL! I was recently placed back on the car-search market due to someone crashing into vehicle and totaling it. After a long and rigorous search I found myself interested in a 2010 Mazda 3i Sport which was at this particular Faulkner. I first went into the wrong building and a sales rep (Mike Rocchi (also a good guy to see)) actually walked me in the freezing cold to the other building to see the right man for the job. His name was C. J. Pearil. He was very knowledgeable, knew his business well, and wasn forceful at all. After a very good test-drive he went over every possible option for me to purchase this car with as little stress as possible. But the action that he performed which was the most important to me was that he made sure that I liked the vehicle before he tried to sell it to me. A great guy. Very friendly. Dealer service is to be avoided, they do not treat women kindly, very demeaning. They also make you feel like it is an inconvenience when you take your car in for service. Plus everytime I got my vehicle back from service it ran awful.....avoid this location for service

Purchased an 07 Buick Lucerne CXS with 6k miles on it; big al's car which he knew inside and out and is a very particular pri..person. Anyway, turns out that the car had a vibration through the whole car at various speeds. The Buick factory rep told me to turn up the radio which is a joke from Click and Clacks talk show on PBS. Only he wasn't joking. The dealer's service department attempted 8 or 9 times to fix the problem; they couldn't. So they went into a denial mode and told me that there was nothing wrong with the car which they tried to fix over and over. I would not buy off on this; filed a lemon law complaint. But still brought the car in for service as authorized under the manufacturer's warranty. I deduced that the problem was not one of suspension or wheels, etc. which the dealer had been chasing. It was an internal engine problem because the car would vibrate sitting in the driveway in park whenever the engine was run up to 1500 rpms. As a matter of fact, the service manager said to me that he could not fix my car....On the occasion of my last trip to the dealer's service department I was ambushed by the el presidente of the dealership, the infamous al sherwood. He unceremoniously asked me to leave his dealership as I was haranguing his employees. I guess he defines haranguing as when a customer keeps asking to have his car fixed over and over because your service department just can't seem to fix it. I managed to negotiate a $4k reimbursement from GM for the "nonproblem" with my car. However, with GM in bankruptcy I don't think that I will be seeing the money very soon or ever for that matter. I unloaded the car and replaced it with a much, much better car --an 08 Hyundai Azera Limited with the Ultimate Package. It got an 8.3 rating from Edmunds.com while the Buick only got a meagerf 6.8. I would rate it more like a 5.5. As for the dealer, I would rate them at about a -1. My only wish is that big al sherwood gets a dear john letter from gm for a truly happy ending for this story.
