I have been coming to Faulkner Mazda for service now for over 25 years.. and each time I come I am greeted with warmth.. I truly feel like I’m part of the Faulkner family and truly feel they look out for my car needs and me.. Yes I could go to another local dealer for service.. but because of the service I receive.. I make the longer trip.. it’s very assuring and worth the trip in the end.. to keep on coming back.. thanks to Todd and his staff!!

I have an 06 Mazda3 (there was a recent recall) I took it in on a scheduled appointment everyone very nice they completed the job in about an hour and also did an all points check (tires brakes etc) and car wash! Most importantly NO hassle from sales to trade in my older car! My service advisor was Mark Rodriguez. Thanks for a great experience!

Communication was excellent and very impressive including both in-person communication & texts. Efficiency couldn’t have been better! I chose to wait in the waiting area. My car was ready in less than 1 hour with a video of the service! The waiting area was a safe environment with staff & customers masked & following necessary precautions demonstrating respect for our well-being & safety. The staff was pleasant, courteous & happy. The waiting area was spacious, clean, had computer work stations & stocked with snacks, refrigerated water, coffee & tea. The bathroom was large & very clean. Received my car with a texted & verbal explanation as well as a printed report. My car was received sparkling clean. I am so impressed by the service received - more than my highest expectation. My experience with this Mazda dealership from car purchase to service is the very best experience I’ve ever compared to any previous cars.

One of the best dealership experiences I've had so far. I had equity in my current lease and they gave me a fair buy out to use towards my next car while another Mazda dealership tried to pull one over on me and then never even called back! Tyler was my sales rep ; he's great. They went above and beyond to find me the exact car color and trim level I wanted in a market where buyers are lucky to get 1 of those 3. This has taught me that not all Mazda dealerships are the same - Faulkner is the real deal. No BS and the employees and managers all really get along and have a good time while doing it. Makes it less stressful when buying/leasing!

Great service! This service team greets me by my name soon as I enter the facility. I get a service reminder call for several days in advance and get a loaner vehicle assigned as needed. I never have to worry about deciding between service on my vehicle and being unable to get where I need to go.
