I had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda Titus. She was knowledgable about her product, pleasant and friendly to deal with. She wasn't "high pressure" and all, "what's it gonna take to put you in this car today" In her approach. I was reluctant to deal with Faulkner because of experiences I've had at other dealerships of theirs. However, because of Amanda, I bought a vehicle, I then referred a friend who purchased a vehicle from her the next day. I have referred her to my coworkers, friends and family. Faulkner would be wise not to let her leave . . . ever!

As usual, Faulkner Mazda has done a great job, with fair prices and great attention to detail. Took my Mazda 3 in for annual inspection & an oil change, and it came back clean and running great! I recently visited Faulkner Mazda afterhours and decided to head back and do a test drive. Laura Knepp couldn't have been nicer...very professional and listened to what I was looking for. She wasn't pushy and addressed me rather than dealing directly with my husband since it was my ride. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Mazda 6. I absolutely LOVE it...great features and much more than I've had in the past. Frank Kaminski is the Manager. I highly recommend this dealer...you won't be sorry!!!

In for Warranty service and write up was friendly and courteous even going out of way to help with possible tire selections for a later date. Service was quick and car wash needed. Only reason I gave a ding on the facilities is that the waiting area is rather small. The facilities were a great step up from the Paxton St. location but the waiting area seemed to have shrunk in size - unless you count the loner bar outlooking the lot. A happy experience all around though.

We purchased a 2016 Mazda 6 Sport from Faulkner Mazda. We received excellent customer service due to the salesman with whom we worked! He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. In addition, he was not "pushy" at all. (A quality which we do not appreciate in a salesperson!) We also came across a few other employees whom were also nice with whom to work. A good price was also offered! Although the exact car was not on the lot, the dealership was able to get the car the very next day and had it ready for us to take home. Great experience and a great car!!

I made the trip to Faulkner Mazda in Harrisburg all the way from Gettysburg to get the Mazda I have always wanted. Gregg Willis was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. No matter what I asked for, he made it happen! If I wanted to see one in liquid silver, he pulled it up front. Then I changed my mind and went back to the white one, he dug that one out for me! And never once did he show any remorse for any of my demands! Friendly staff and more than accomodating Gregg made my experience absolutely wonderful!

Everything went smoothly. I wanted to buy an used MX-5 and drive it back to California - that's 3000miles. After research I've chosen Faulkner Mazda as the dealership with the best reviews. I called them and Gregg honestly explained me the history of the car, that it had a severe accident, but it's rebuilt and fine now. I put the phone down. After two days I've called them back that I want the car. It was the best decision of my winter. When I flight over to Harrisburg, everything was ready, they took great care of me offering water, coffee and telling me more about the car. And the car was marvelous. I was driving this convertible non-stop across USA through one digit temperatures, snow storm, rain storm and tough uphill. No problems at all. And the price was just great.I would do it again.

I took my daughter to Faulkner Mazda to buy a used care we found on Cars.com. Our sales person's name was Greg, and he was very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our car buying experience was a good one. My daughter loves the car, and I feel comfortable that she is in a safe, reliable vehicle. Late on New Years Day we found a used car on line at Faulkner Mazda in Harrisburg, Pa. We submitted a request for more information on the car and got a response within 10 minutes. We called the next day and spoke with Gregg Willis the sales representative regarding the car. Living over 2 hours away we started off to see the car. We were delayed in our departure and called to let Gregg we were going to be much later than we had originally expected. He was busy with another customer and we left him a message. Within 10 minutes Matt, the sales manager, called to tell us that Gregg was busy with another customer and to see if he could assist us. We told him about our being late and continued to Faulkner. Once at the dealership we were immediately greeted outside by Audrey who had originally responded to our internet request. She took us to meet Gregg and he showed us the car. While he was taking it out of the showroom Matt came over to introduce himself as the person who spoke with us earlier on the phone. The car was everything they described plus Everyone at Faulkner went out of their way to offer us snacks and drinks while they completed the paperwork. Josh was able to offer us favorable financing which we took advantage of and we drove our car home that evening. Our customer experience couldnt have been better from Audreys quick response to our internet request to Gregg, Matt and Josh making the deal and financing work for us. It is apparent to us that customer service is more than a catch phrase at Faulkner Mazda.

I was shopping for a 2011 Nissan Juke and found one at this dealer. I am normally very apprehensive when I am speaking with car salesman but Sarah put me at ease within minutes of arriving. There was no pressure at all and they delivered on every promise they made. I had financing ready to go through my credit union and they ended up beating the terms! I found a used car online that interested me. I emailed Faulkner and within 30 minutes Amanda from Faulkner called me. She was pleasant and ready to answer any questions I had about the car. We set up an appointment. The entire staff was friendly and all questions were answered. The application process went smoothly and I now have a great used car. Early in my buying process I stopped by and met Dan Shay. I had intended on buying a used CX-5 and had an offer on one at another dealership. Dan took the time to explain the features of the Mazda (I was trading a Honda, never owned a Mazda) and I left very impressed with his ability to "connect" with me as a customer. After a weekend-long search of dealerships within 100 miles - both in person and on the internet - I contacted Dan via email ( ON SUNDAY ) about buying a 2014 model. He responded later that day and we agreed to talk on Monday. On Wednesday I bought a 2014 CX-5, "demo". When Dan gave me the purchase price, I said, "Let's do it!" He made it that easy.

Honesty and upfront forthrightness with to the point answers. Never said "No, we cannot do that". Our college bound granddaughters have been in love with the "3" from the start. They will have a safe dependable "ride" while down in Florida for their schooling.They seem to find the audio system very important as they have downloaded all of their own tunes very quickly.

I went in to Faulkner Mazda not quite knowing what to expect. A friend recommended going there to speak with Mike, as I needed a new car. Due to a good medical emergency, Mike was not available, but Amanda was. She was very friendly, and very helpful. This was my first time buying a new car, so I was a bit nervous. Amanda was very down-to-Earth, not at all pushy, and listened to what my thoughts were in terms of what I wanted in a car. The experience was absolutely amazing. The test drive was comfortable, and I was given no pressure to buy. Amanda gave me all of the time I needed to ask questions, and made recommendations that further assisted me in choosing the right car. I would highly recommend Faulkner Mazda, and am very thankful for great service, and an awesome new car!

The experience with Mike Ramsey and Faulkner as a whole was excellent (2014 CX-5 GT). Laura was also very helpful in Mike's absence. Never any pressure to purchase, always polite and obliging. Mike is very knowledgeable about the autos he sells and has a good sense of what info customers need and what they don't. While I was originally concerned that the large size of today's Faulkner (numer of dealerships) might be detrimental to getting a competitive price, I ultimately found the negotiating experience to be pain-free and one of the quickest/smoothest I can remember. My target price was eventually met without fanfare and everyone walked away happy. I would definitely visit them again first when it's time for another new car.

Went to the dealership to check out a Subaru that was posted to autotrader, and within ten seconds was greeted by Mike. I appreciated being welcomed and not having to seek assistance by wandering around. Mike was professional, courteous, and extremely personable. He truly made the experience great and hassle free. We thought Sarah was great! She welcomed us and after a few questions found me the perfect car. She knew safety for my 3 yr old daughter was important to us. She made my daughter part of the car picking process which Impressed me and entertained my daughter. Sarah never made me feel pressured. We didn't purchase the day we test drove and was understandable. She was readily available for my questions when I called back. One of the reasons went back to buy the Mazda was because of Sarah and how comfortable she made us feel in this important decision. I gave a 4 for overall experience because of the finance portion. I filed paperwork one night, got the car the next and had to redo paperwork because of buying a warranty I didn't know about the first night and had to go back a third time to sign more paperwork that was missed. I am not letting those technicalities ruin it. I would definitely recommend Sarah again. She is young and enthusiastic and makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

Mike Ramsey was excellent to work with but the other employee (Andrea) I felt was misleading in her attempt to sale the extended warranty and other optional coverages on the vehicle. It left me feeling that we paid too much for services that we probably didn't need. Had I read the details before I left the dealer I probably would not of purchased some of the extra coverages. I discussed my experience with her and I am not sure whether it will affect my decision to go back again to purchase a car?

I went to Faulkner Mazada because I was looking to purchase the CX5 based on the write-ups I have read. When I went in, the salesman, Danny came to my wife and I and ask if he could be of service. We explained to him what we were looking for. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the Maza vehicles. He went over all the features on the CX5 Grand Tour Model. He then took us to one of the Vehicles and went over all the controls/ bells and whistles associated with the vehicle. He then ask if we wanted to take a test ride. We took the test ride and both of us drove the vehicle. We were extremely pleased with the vehicle and ask when they could have the one we chose from their brochure i.e., color, interior, and ammenities. He informed us it would take about a week. They were true to their word, with in the week we had the vehicle of our choice. All the employees we were introduced to at Faulker Mazda were courteous and knowledgeable on their vehicles. When we arrived to pick up the car, Danny introduced us to the financial assistant. Within 30 to 45 minutes we had all the paperwork signed and were on our way in our new 2014 Mazda. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing and new or used vehicle.

Overall great experience. Dan provided me with excellent service and explanation of the features of the CX-5 and worked with me to make sure the sale was completed in the timeframe that I provided. Our experience at Faulkner Mazda has left absolutely nothing to be desired. The experience was simple, quick and enjoyable. From the politeness of the staff to the quality of the product, Faulkner Mazda has covered all of their bases. The quality of the product is obvious and was explained in depth by our sales person Mike Ramsey and Mark Eager. We were presented with the best possible situation to meet our family and financial needs and we left the dealership in a much better financial position than we came in with. The finance manager, I believe her name was Amanda, was very thorough and helpful, and everyone helped to create a very non-pressuring environment. From the beginning Dan Shay was professional and courteous. I was buying 2 cars and had specific needs on a tight budget. Both Dan and sales manager Brian worked with my wife and I to make sure what we got would satisfy those needs. Dan spoke to my wife and myself equally, a rare find in the auto world. This was the best buying experience I ever had. Laura was friendly and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy and she and the rest of the team really worked with us. I felt she went the extra mile to help us purchase the new vehicle. I shopped around at many other Mazda dealership and no one was offering a price as low or even in the same ball park. They were straight forward with the price and did not try to play games with teasing me with a low price with rebates that did not apply to me. Faulkner Mazda will be my first and only stop next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.

Dan was a great guy to work with. A great experience from start to end. Jesse McKnight was the most pleasant, friendly, will-bend-over-backwards-and-gives-the-shirt-off-his-back kind of guy. I could not say enough nice things about him without sounding too cheesy. He sold us a great product (Mazda CX 5) at the price we wanted, with all the options we wanted, and then he sweetened the deal even further. Then his service manager Frank came over and threw in something extra on top of everything else that we did not expect. I have always had great experiences with the Faulkner dealerships (having owned a Honda and a Nissan, both of which were service at Faulkner dealerships). It is great to see Faulkner Mazda is as great to deal with as other Faulkner dealerships. Thank you Jesse.

I went in and purchased an RX8. When i test drove it, I noticed it idled rough. I asked the sales person about it, but they said that was what RX8 do. After two weeks, I brought it back and was told again that the rough idle was normal. A mechanic in my local Mazda dealership told me that it was not normal so I again took it to Faulkner. When I called, they told me there was nothing they could do since I was a week over my four week total warranty. After I finally got them to look at it, they said that there were aftermarket spark plugs that were really good in it and that was why it idled rough. Today, my check engine light came on. Instead of having to deal with Faulkner, I went to my local Mazda dealer, who told me that aftermarket parts dont work out good in RX8's and I need totally new wires, plugs, etc. Faulkner sold me a car that had parts in it that didn't work, has never cared that they didnt. I asked about the idle numerous times and was told it was nothing. Don't waste you time dealing with people who don't want to help you out once they take your money.

My husband and daughter had stopped at the Mazda dealer in Mechanicsburg since we had purchased a used Mazda 3 for our daughter. While there they looked at used and new Mazda's. Later that evening he said let's ride over and you can test drive, I suggested we go to Faulkner since they had already been to Mech. and to be honest see if we could get a better price. We didn't get there until almost 6:45 and when it got close to closing I even said we can come back, they said not a problem...Well. at 9:22 pm we pulled out with our Mazda 3. Definitely did not think I would be purchasing a car that night. Everyone there were great and yes we did get a better price!

I dealt with Mark Eager through email and phone. He went above and beyond in answering my questions and putting my mind at ease. At the dealership, Jessie was very friendly and helpful as far as going through the process and a quick intro to the car. I drove 2 hours to pick up the car from MD, and everyone was enthusiastic even though I arrived just before closing.Good experience, especially compared to other dealers I;ve dealt with before.

I recently purchased a brand new Mazda 3 hatchback at this dealership. This was my first time buying a new car, and I wanted to make sure to get a good deal as well as good customer service. I read lots of good reviews about this dealership and all of them were true. Mark gave me a really great deal, and Mike helped me get the exact car and options that I wanted. They were all very friendly and cheerful and not pushy at all. It only took me an hour to test drive and make a deal and another hour to finish up the paperwork and drive the new car off the lot. It was a very pleasant experience, and I definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

This is my third car from Jesse and every time I was guaranteed not to be let down and always promised a vehicle that will be safe for me and my daughter. This was my first Mazda purchase and I was not in a hurry to buy a new car. My sales person was Jess Mcknight and he was very patient and helpful during the process. I was looking at the Mazda 3 hatchback and was very impressed with Jesse knowledge of his product. Any question I asked he was able to answer without needing to refer to the book. I went into Faulkner knowing exactly what I wanted and Jesse did everything to make that happen for me. He found the car I wanted and went over every part of the car to make sure I understood exactly what I was getting and what features the car would have. I came in with a good idea of what I wanted. The car was a great trim for the price -- all the features for the same cost as the other new basic versions of that model. I had never bought a car before, but the process was very smooth and efficient. Unfortunately, when it came time to finance, I ran into problems with my large amount of student loans. I almost had to back out on the deal, but Jesse and the finance manager worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. In the end, they made the car I wanted affordable, and I didn't have to spend more time and effort shopping around or settling for something less. I thought that going to a car dealership would be intimidating, but actually, I now wish more people/places had this level of customer service.

I had a great experience at Faulkner Mazda in Harrisburg. As soon as I walked onto the lot, Jesse Mcknight greeted me and husband. As we started to talk about what I was looking for, I felt like Jesse was very knowledgable about the model I was interested in. I test drove one and fell in love with it right away. The very next week I came back and purchased it, a beautiful Red Mazda 3 iTouring. Jesse was very patient with me, took his time helping me get a great deal. I feel like the finance department got me the best pricing possible, and I did end up financing through the dealership. My car was delivered on the spot, right as the dealership was closing. Jesse had me come back the following week to teach me more about my car. His priority is to make sure I am satisfied with my car above all else, and still calls to check up on me from time to time. I look forward to my experience with the service department, they seem friendly and skilled. I will absolutely recommend seeing Jesse Mcknight at Faulkner Mazda.

What a fantastic experience my wife and I had, from Mike Ramsey, Salesman to the Frank Kaminski, General Manager at Faulkner Mazda, Harrisburg Pennsylvania. We liked and found everybody we dealt with to be very friendly, honest and down to earth. My salesman, Mike Ramsey was great to deal with; we never dealt with Faulkner Mazda prior to this. Mike listened to what we were looking for, immediately answered any questions we had and showed us the perfect vehicle with the equipment we were looking for. I was given a good trade-in value for my vehicle and did not have to dicker-around as with most other dealerships I visited. Mikes straight forward, no-pressure, no-nonsense approach worked for me and made purchasing the vehicle on our first visit to the dealership a breeze. Faulkner Mazda is the only dealership I ever dealt with where the general manager was on the sales floor talking to potential customers about whatever, very friendly and down to earth; not stuffy like most other GMs are.At 56 Years old, I must say it was a very different from any other dealership I ever dealt with and would definitely recommend them to my family, friends or anybody else looking to purchase a vehicle.

I purchased an 02 Honda Civic from Faulkner Mazda on April 4th. At the time of purchase I was told that it would need $800 in repairs which I was okay with. They also provided me with a list of the necessary repairs. I was also told that the car had had an oil change prior to pick up. Three days later the check engine light came on. It was the thermostat which I knew about. It was replaced. The next day the light came on again and we replaced the spark plugs. I did not know about this. A few days later it was on again for the ignition coil. I then had it inspected and was advised that the car would also needs all of its belts and the water pump replaced. Oh and by the way the oil has not been changed....These items were not on the list so I asked the dealership why.They apologized for missing those items but that seems to be all they have to offer. How an apology is supposed to help I just don't know. On the oil change issue: Of course your next oil change is free. Is it any wonder why I am a very disastified customer?

On 4/11/13, I bought a Mazda 3 from Faulkner Mazda. It was a very good experience with everyone that I dealt with. But exceptional kudos, go to my sales person, Jesse McKnight. When buying a new car there is always that uneasy feeling in your gut. There is that nervous feeling that you are going to pay too much (be ripped-off) or pressured into something you're not comfortable with. That is definitely not the case in working with Mike Ramsey. He is laid back and makes the entire buying process easy and worry free. I have worked with Mike on a previous Mazda purchase and this recent purchase has had the same results. This is the second time that we bought a vehicle from Faulkner Mazda of Harrisburg. On this day, we left the dealership with 2 new Mazda 3's. The plan was for our daughter to get her 2nd Mazda 3, which she did. We dealt with Mike Ramsey the first time and did so this time. Our experience was a good one both times. Mike is so helpful and friendly. I'm sure once these are paid off, and maybe before, we will once again frequent the dealership for another new Mazda 3. We are all enjoying the new cars. I went to Faulkner Mazda to look at a Mazda 2. At the time I was cross shopping with a Honda Fit to decide which subcompact hatch would work for me. I was not very impressed with my experiences at other dealerships, but when I went to Faulkner I was very impressed with how interested everyone was to have my business. At no point did I ever feel as if i was being pushed or forced into a situation I was uncomfortable with, overall the whole sales process was very relaxed. My salesman Jesse Mcknight was the kinda salesman I enjoy. He was knowledgeable and very energetic about the product he was selling. I would recommend Faulkner Mazda to anyone in the market for a new Mazda, not to mention they have a very good selection of used cars as well.

From the minute my wife and I walked into the dealership we were treated excellent. We were already familiar with the dealership as my wife bought a Mazda 3 several years back, but it was my first time dealing with Jesse McKnight. Jesse knows his stuff! He's truly a nice guy and you can tell he believes in what he sells. He made us feel like we were VIP's in the dealership and answered every question I had in excellent detail (I had a lot of questions). He was never pushy with us and I never felt like he was trying to get over on us. We ended up buying a 2013 Mazda CX5 with all the bells and whistles from him and we couldn't be happier. I had been considering purchasing a mazda 3 for several years but was never happy with the sales people at the dealerships I tried in the past. I went in after my sister purchased a used vehicle from Amanda just to see what I could get possibly on a trade. The first vehicle I test drove seemed out of reach of my price range but after very friendly and helpful staff I left with my dream car! I was given another option if I could not afford this one which put my mind at ease. Everyone was very friendly and honest with me and made me feel right at home. I had a great experience at this dealership. They took the time to get to know me and set me up with the car that would be right not only for my budget but also for my life. Then, not only did I get the car that I wanted, I got it at a great price that was comfortable for me. They let me test drive each car, including taking the one I was going to buy out even though I had already driven that model. I was shopping around and limited my search to a few makes/models. I stopped in to test drive a Mazda3. Mike greeted my girlfriend and I and addressed all of our needs. The intention was not to buy a car immediately, but after some careful consideration and a few days to think about it, I called Mike to discuss what I wanted out of a deal. Mark helped run the numbers and we came awfully close but both sides needed more time to review all the facts. Finally, it was Mike that touched base and we agreed on the deal! I was able to find the car at a great price and both Mark and Mike gave me the time to deliberate on all the information.

My experience at Faulkner Mazda was amazing from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I drive my new vehicle off the lot. The staff were all extremely helpful, but not pushy. They encouraged me to look at other dealerships and models of vehicles so that I was comfortable with what I would eventually end up buying. They were willing to answer all of my questions, allow me to test drive the vehicles multiple times until I felt comfortable making a final decision. In Laura's absence, she arranged for another employee to help me who was also extremely helpful and when I struggled with a decision, Mark reminded me of the reason I gave for wanting a new vehicle when I first walked into the dealership. Frank is an amazing general manager and was very willing to go above and beyond. I can't say enough how happy I am with the treatment we received and the help we received throughout this process. I had contacted the dealership online, expressing interest in a particualr vehicle and heard back promptly. I was encouraged to make an appointment , which I did.The minute I got to the store I was greeted cordially by the manager, Mark, who had arranged for Jesse to show me the vehicle I was interested in. Jesse knew every detail of the Mazda 5 and took his time with me, encouraging questions and demonstating each and every nuance in the vehicle. We went for a test drive and took the car through its paces. There was no pressure applied for an immediate sale, in fact, I was given ample opportunity to consider all the details that go into purchasing a car, especially financing.Jesse was there every step of the way. The day we finalized our purchase and drove our new Mazda 5 home, Jesse made it very clear that our relationship would be ongoing- meaning that if I ever had any difficulties with the car (such as locking keys in the car or low tire pressure), I could call him and he would help in any way humanly possible. Everyone I met at the dealership has been extremely helpful and concerned that my needs concerning my visit there had been met. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had (and I have had a few!)

I visited Faulkner Mazda after seeing the internet sale price of a CX-9 that I saw on the Faulkner Mazda website. I arrived at the dealership a couple hours before closing on the snowy Saturday this past December. The Faulkner Mazda sales team and service people were moving cars around so that they could plow the lots. Amanda greeted me as I pulled in. She was very friendly and not pushy right from the start. We took the CX-9 for a test drive and she was very thorough in explaining the various features of the SUV. Amanda and Sean had to work on the numbers for me including my trade. She was very patient and was clearly determined to meet my needs. I also met with the Financial and Service people as well, who were very friendly and welcoming. I felt very welcomed and relaxed during the whole process, and every employee we interacted with was accommodating and service-oriented. I walked out with a great deal on a 2012 CX-9 which may family and I thoroughly enjoy. I would highly recommend Faulkner Mazda!

I went to Faulkner because my Subaru died. I found one that I liked on the lot on a Sunday. I checked it out online and received a call from Sean. Jesse was chatting with my mom the same day that I was talking to Sean. We went in that night and Jesse was already with a customer, but directed us to Sean. Sean worked with me and showed me the car. He took all of my info and we left for the evening. The next day, I got a few calls from Jesse who worked with the finance manager to get me my car. After work, I went to the dealer and Jesse showed me everything about my car and had several suggestions on maintenance down the road. The staff was very helpful. I was there at 5:30pm and was out by 7:00pm with keys in hand.Very friendly and easy to deal with. Jesse was one of the friendliest and understanding salesmen I encountered during my car search. Overall, I interacted with approximately 10 dealerships and 13 salesmen. Jesse got my business because of his competitive pricing, but mostly because of non-pushy attitude. In better terms, Jesse was less of a salesman, and more of an assistant. Jesse helped me every step of the way, and once I decided to go with his offer, we were in constant communication about how to make the process as easy and quick as possible so that we did not have to sit in the dealership for hours waiting on paperwork to go through (I live 45 mins away). In addition, I was introduced to every member of the dealership staff, and they were extremely welcoming. Jesse took me through the basics of my new vehicle, and even cleaned off my old license plate from my trade-in so that it wouldn't tarnish the look of my CX-5. Finally, apparently I left a CD in my trade-in vehicle, and Jesse was nice enough to call me the next day and tell me that he would send it or keep it on his desk for me when I returned for my first inspection. Great service overall!

it started with a call from frank kaminski with a deal that seemed to good to be true,but we made an appointment for a saturday morning, when we got there frank greeted us with open arms, the mazda 3 was ready to go for a test drive but frank wanted to go over the numbers first so not to waste any more of our time if we were not happy with them. when he was done i was more skeptical it just seemed to good to be true,i kept waiting for that hidden sales pitch,true to his word there just wasn't one. frank introduced us to jesse mcknight, what a great guy a family man with a demeanor to match, his knowledge and passion for these cars are undeniable. he explained every thing so we could easily understand, we really had a good time which seems unheard of,we were not there long, a big plus, they treated us with the upmost respect, they bent over backwards for us we felt like family. frank and jesse are great assets to your dealership,will recomend freinds and family and remain a customer. can't wait to see how the service dept. treats us.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I stopped by around 5 pm to get general information about leasing a new Mazda 3 (terms, price, etc.) and walked out with a good understanding of what we would do the next day. Next morning we discussed the details and left with the brand new Mazda 3. Easy!

This was my second and only time I was buying a new car. After extensive and difficult researching online I walked in Faulkner Mazda to look at some of the cars on the lot. Mike was my official salesperson but he wasn't the only one to offer detailed and honest answers to my multiple questions. The staff was nice and very knowledgeable and after just visiting one time the next visit was the day I purchased my car. I was greeted warmly upon entering, and the rep listened to exactly what I wanted. After test driving a car that I liked, I went home to discuss the choices with my fiancee. Every question I had was answered by the rep, and they made me aware of incentives and deals they were offering so I got the best deal possible. They then went the extra mile and got a me a car with a few extra features for a lower price so that I could get the model and color that I liked. Nice work, guys! I am a happy customer.

From day one Jesse was great! My intial visit was to start the car buying process and was very hesitant thinking I would be pressured into buying a car right away. Jesse was very knowledgable about all vehicles and offered many options that catered to what I wanted. He was friendly and easy to talk with. I never felt pressured in any way. Ms. Laura Knepp made the entire car buying experience an excellent one for us. She was friendly and very easy to work with, easy to contact and seemed like she really cared about us being happy with our car selection. She even helped me set up several programming functions available on this car. Great customer-focused sales person. Mr. Eager spent time talking with us about pricing and spent enough time to answer any and all questions we had. My wife and I drove to the dealership after seeing a car on Cars.com. I had called ahead to submit all the papers and finance info. We had a 2.5 hour drive to the dealership and did not want to go home without the new car. We got there and everyone was very nice and knowledgeable about the car. They were willing to work on the trade in price so that it fit within our price range. The parts guy hooked me up with some new floor mats. They have also called a couple times to follow up on the car. Very happy I bought my car here; I would do it again.

Amanda was one of the best car salesperson I have dealt with over the years. Alot of car dealers are "pushy" when you are browsing their lots, which easily can turn people away. She greeted us with a smile and asked what I was interested in and after I told her I was browsing the lot, she let me know she was there if we needed her and checked back with us a short time later. She made the experience a pleasant one for my daughters first new car purchase. I definitely would love to deal with her again with my next car purchase. Every dealer should have someone like her on their salesteam.

I'm a younger adult female and was looking to buy my first brand new car after my divorce. I spent 45 minutes at a dealership in Mechanicsburg walking around the car lot and no sales representative asked if i needed any thing. Thats what took me to Faulkner Mazda. I walked into the dealership wanting my trade in paid for and zero % financing. They had tons of inventory and exactly what i wanted. I gave them a figure and figured they were going to try to swindle me because Im a woman. They just gave me what I wanted which was more than Kelly Blue Book Value. I got more than my pay-off. I got my financing at 0% for 60 months. They had to call in there finance person because it was late. They were there 30 minutes after the closing time. All with not one bit of haggleing. I will definitely go back to Faulkner in the future. I love my new car. My new Mazda 3 represents my new found freedom! Thank You Michael Fletcher for making it happen!!! They totally took me seriously.

We visited Faulkner Mazda to test drive a used, but like new, Mazda that we saw on www.cars.com. We arrived at the dealership an hour before closing on a Saturday. Jesse greeted us soon after we starting looking around the lot. He was friendly and not pushy right from the start. We took the car for a test drive and he was very thorough in explaining the various features of the car. The car sold itself, but Jesse had to work on the numbers for us (including our possible trade). He was very patient and was clearly determined to meet our needs. We kept him hours past closing time, but he didn't make us feel rushed at all. We also met the GSM personally, who was very friendly and welcoming. This car-buying experience was, by far, our best ever. We felt very welcome and relaxed during the process, and every employee we interacted with was accommodating and service-oriented. We are even willing to drive an hour to have our vehicle serviced at this dealership because of the outstanding service we received. We highly recommend Faulkner Mazda!

I was greated by Michael Ramsey in the sale department who was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to getting me out of a lease agreement and into a New 2012 Mazda 2 for my wife Mary in brilliant black. The test drive was wonderful for a small car. He shoiwed me all my purchaseoptions and he and the sales manager Mark eagor got me the payment i needed to purchase the car. Nothing caused us more anxiety than buying a car....that is till we met Jesse McKnight. He made us feel comfortable the minute we met him. We recently purchased a CX-9 from Jesse at Faulkner Mazda. He was extremely helpful with our decision on the purchase and took the time to explain all the options of the car and made sure he knew exactly what we were looking for and matched us with a car that met all of our wants. When we finally decided on a car he sat down with us and gave us a great pricing breakdown of the car as well as all financing options. The pricing was extremely straight forward and really a great deal right out of the gate. There was no pressure to buy and Jesse always made us feel very comfortable with the process. Had a great experience at Faulkner Mazda of Harrisburg. Laura and Mark were very knowledgeable and personable - we felt at ease in their low pressure/cordial sales environment throughout the process. We experienced none of the cat-and-mouse that other dealers engage in with regard to price and financing options. We told them that we intended to visit another local dealer to test drive another brand, and they left us with a copy of the detailed cost breakdown with Mark's card photocopied onto it. The other dealer we visited that day had a very hastily written price breakdown and would not let me take it home. When we committed to buy the next day, Eric contacted several banks throughout the day and came up with financing that beat anything I would have been able to obtain on my own. When we met with him the following day for what sometimes can be the dreaded visit with the finance manager for a hard sell of add-ons, Eric simply presented the warranty/add-on options with all pricing detailed, and answered our questions without any pressure to buy.All in all a great sales experience, and we love our CX-9. I was searching for a good low mileage car on-line. I found a low mileage Subaru at Faulkner Mazda and stopped by to take a look. Jesse greated me in the lot and took the car for a test drive. Having a very hectic schedule I had very little time to sit down and discuss numbers on the vehicle. I found a 30 minute window 2 days later where I could bring my wife in to look at the vehicle. Jesse apprecited our returning to take a look at the vehicle and understood our time contraints. His follow-up contacts were professional and exteremely courteous. I never felt pressure to make a decision on the vehicle, like we have in many of our previous car shopping experiences. I found this dealer after looking at so many other new cars. I saw a commercial on tv and I thought, I'll check them out. So I looked at the Online specials and found a nice looking CX-7. When I called they told me that car was sold but another on for the same price was there. My wife went there and loved the car. Jesse McKnight was such an easy going guy. By the time I got to your dealership I was pretty worn out and frustrated with all the car shopping I had done. I had printed off information that I found on the internet about a Mazda CX 7 that I wanted to check out and that was going to be my last stop for the evening. Jesse is a wonderful sales person. From the moment he approached my sister and I the shopping experience became interesting again. He is very knowledgeable and is patient. That was definately a plus for us since Im a very impatient person. He took his time and explained every detail of the SUV to us. We took the vehicle for a ride and I must say by the time we got back to the dealership the truck was already mine (in my mind). Jesse was great, as well as the rest of the staff. Jesse and the manager made sure I got the best price on my trade-in as possible, and the best deal on my new 2010 Mazda3 HB. I'm sure Jesse makes a point to be very personal with all his customers, but he made us feel very important to him. He let the car sell itself, and it did, but he helped us make sure it was the best fit for me! When it comes time for my bf to buy his next Mazda, we will make the trip from Bloomsburg to Harrisburg just to have Jesse as our salesman again. My husband had taken me to almost every single dealership in a 50 mile radious.I was looking at everything possible since I was not sure if I wanted a car, crossover or full SUV.I must admit in the lot I was not enticed but I walked into the dealership where I met Laura. Laura was very friendly and went out of her way to help me get all information on the Mazda 5, 3 and 2. My fiance and I went in knowing what we wanted in a car and Jesse was so helpful in making our decision so easy. He didn't try to sell us a car that we weren't interested in like some dealers do. All the employees were so nice and polite the entire time we were there. My husband and I decided it was time to make the upgrade to a minivan since the birth of our third child. I have always been partial to the Mazda MPV (so sad they don't make them anymore). As a family with only one income we of course went the route of a preowned vehicle and we also wanted to find a reliable care, reasonably priced that we could pay cash for, along with our trade in. A week ago I found, what appeared to be, a nice 2002 MPV on cars.com. We drove out to the dealership to take a test drive and find out what our trade in was worth. But it's not the specifics of what we were looking for or the tremendous deal we were blessed with! It was the service! We weren't going into this dealership to by a $30,000 vehicle, the van we were looking at was only $5,500. But it didn't matter, I have NEVER been treated with as much respect and kindness as I was at this dealership!! Who says that about a car dealership?? We didn't have to play hardball or "let's make a deal". They were fair and honest. Our salesman was extremely helpful and courteous, as was the rest of the staff! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or previously owned vehicle! They went above and beyond and we left feeling extremely satisfied and happy with our purchase.

This was my first car buying experience. I was looking for a Mazda3 and knew what I wanted, with specific colors, accessories and options. It wasn't easy, as I was very specific that I wanted a manual transmission. Faulkner, and in particular Jesse McKnight, was overwhelmingly accommodating in finding exactly what I wanted when last year another dealership didn't even want to look. Thanks to Faulkner and McKnight's efforts they found the car and put a great deal together. I take care of my cars and keep them for an extended period of time, so getting what I want is important to me. Jesse had me drive a manual in both the original engine and one in the new Skyactiv. I'm glad he did that, the difference was so noticeable that I went with the Skyactiv without question. I appreciate their time, effort and courtesy.

Mike was great and so friendly, from meeting him at the auto show to test drive to signing the papers. He is so knowledgeable and what he doesn't know, he goes above and beyond to find out. He and Brian worked so hard to get us the best deal possible and keep us within our budget. Mike was honest with us about what would best fit our budget and lifestyle and was not pushy at all. Though a Mazda3 would net the company a higher profit, he respected my desire for a smaller car, finding a Mazda2 in the perfect color in such a short amount of time! These guys were a pleasure to work with. Down to earth and easy to talk to. I prefer a casual environment without pressure and these guys were perfect for my personality. Even the people I wasn't working directly with were very friendly. Jesse did a great job showing me around the CX-7 and setting up the bluetooth for me. I've been to other dealerships and driven other cars and these guys were by far the easiest and most fun to work with and to sweeten the deal they even know how the cars operate! I was amazed how how many salesmen (at other dealerships) did not know the specs or how to operate the vehicles they were trying to sell me. Kudos to Faulkner Mazda for knowing their product. I just bought my first new car today from Jesse, a Mazda 3, and I am so pleased with how helpful and friendly he was without being pushy or condescending. He took the time to explain all the features to me and made sure that I understood how to use them. My old car, that they were generous enough to let me trade in, was 13 years old, so I was intimidated by all the new features on the Mazda. My husband and I have been shopping for a new vehicle so we decided to stop at Faulkner Mazda. We were immediately greeted by Jesse with a big smile and friendly voice. We have never owned or let alone driven a Mazda. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and his knowledge of the vehicles we test drove was impressive. He was very friendly and didn't act like your typical salesman. He made us feel very comfortable and in a pressure free environment the whole time. I called him a few days later to ask if we could test drive the CX7 again. When we got there, he had it all ready and waiting. Needless, to say we bought it that night. Jesse and the rest of the staff worked hard to get us in the car that night. Even though it was well past closing, we never felt like we were a bother to be there. I recently purchased a new Mazda3 Touring from this dealership and dealt with Jesse McKnight. I cannot speak highly enough about the experience for a number of different reasons. They were friendly, polite and most importantly they did not use the high-pressure tactics I had become accustom to at other dealerships. I was particularly dreading the experience of having to purchase a new vehicle (I arrived at the dealership still driving the same car I purchased in 1998) but the staff at Faulkner made the process even enjoyable. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. They were patient, giving me time to think it over and consider options.. respectable, professional and their attention to detail impressed me. I was also VERY happy with the price of the vehicle (I had been doing research beforehand for a comparison) and they matched the trade-in value of my original vehicle that another dealership had offered (considering my car was so old and beat that I couldnt even get it registered, I would have actually paid them to tow it). Id like it noted also that Jesse McKnight cancelled plans with his kids on a Friday night to best accommodate my work schedule. Ive been driving this vehicle for 3 months now and as yet absolutely NO buyers remorse. Ill be doing business with this dealership exclusively for the maintenance of my Mazda.

I came to Faulkner looking to see if I could trade in my CX-7 for another car that made more sense for me. I had an appointment with the dealership that sold me the CX-7, but decided to check with Faulkner first. Boy am I glad that I did!I was greeted by Jesse and the other members of the sales staff with smiles and handshakes. Once I described to Jesse what I needed, wanted and the payment I needed to make this deal work; he set to work to get me just that. Unfortunately, upon checking out my trade, we came up with some previous information on the used vehicle I had that made the trade-in value much lower than I had hoped. The short story is that the previous dealership had duped me. I was very distressed at learning this and was sure the whole thing was off. Jesse assured me every step of the way that he would do everything he could to get me into the Mazda5 that I wanted. Jesse and the staff at Faulkner did everything they could to meet all my requirements in purchasing a new car. I cannot say enough good things about Jesse McKnight. I hope that Faulkner recognizes what a valuable asset they have in this salesman. In the future if I find I need another vehicle, I will definitely see Jesse first! I also have told everyone I know what a positive experience I have had with Faulkner Mazda and Jesse! Thanks again!

Sales person and Sales manager were very good to work with. No pressure to buy it right now. I was instantly given the opportunity to test drive and quickly given a written price with my trade. The car was delivered quickly to suit my needs to continue on with my daily activities. The sell for an extended warranty was to long. I stated I did not want it, but had to suffer through the pitch. Without the extended warranty irritation I would rate all great.

Our salesman, Michael, was very friendly, not self-centered or boastful,and was helpful without being pushy. He patiently answered any questions we had--even calling us from home on his own personal time. We appreciated the fact that he was respectful of our price range, and we were pleased with both the trade-in value given on our old car and the total price of the newer used car we purchased. Faulkner's body shop took care of some scratches on the bumpers that bothered us. We give Brian, who took care of all the financial details, a two thumbs up, as well! Michael was honest with us and treated us like family, thus making us feel happy about our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others looking for a new or used car. Keep up the good work, guys!

After much discussion with Jesse I decided to sell my car instead of trade it in on a new one. I spent a great deal of time talking with Jesse as we were waiting to test drive and he was very friendly and approachable. We ended up setting a day for me to come in and talk to Eric who is the Pre-Owned Manager so that he could check out my car and make me an offer. I arrived that day and spoke with Eric. He was very nice and pleasant. Eric and I walked around the car and checked it out. I answered his questions about the car. He asked how much I was looking to get from the car. After answering and him checking around for comparable values he said that he would be able to offer me very close to what I was looking for. I was happy with that. He said that he had to call the sales manager just to confirm that was fine. He was unable to get ahold of the manager so he thanked me for coming in and said that he personally would call me either that evening or the next morning to confirm the offer. I went home quite satisfied with the service. I called my mom who was looking into CX-9s and told her of my good experience.I received a voicemail the next morning from Eric asking me to call him back. I called him back about an hour later. As we were talking I noticed that he had a noticeably different attitude. He was rude and pushy to me. He proceeded to tell me that he would offer me $3,000 less than the number that he and I were discussing (this being almost 20% less than what we had talked about). He then brought up an number of excuses such as &quot;well, the weather is getting colder and people aren't buying as many cars, these cars are rare and I really don't like this car so much&quot;. None of these topics were discussed by Eric with me when I sat down with them. I was quite confused because in our earlier conversations he had actually complimented me on the car and how he liked it and they would be &quot;able to sell that car all day long in that condition&quot;. Needless to say, these dealership antics left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend Faulkner to anyone. I called my mom again and she purchased her fully loaded CX-9 from another local dealership. She will be posting a very positive review up shortly.

Jesse was very nice and friendly and really helped me looking for a car. Mark Eager was approachable and showed me several different options. I didn't end up using this dealership, because the deal wasn't the right one for me, but if you can find the right deal here, you'll have a good experience.

Jesse and Mark were both friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door of the dealership. Before visiting Faulkner Mazda in Harrisburg, we had visited another car dealership the day before, but had been not been treated with the same degree of respect and straightforwardness that we received from Jesse and Mark at Faulkner Mazda. In terms of our buying experience, Mark was generous and to the point and there was no haggling negotiation process. Right from the get go Mark gave us the best possible purchase price and made the decision to buy a Mazda from Faulkner a "no brainer." In finalizing our purchase, Jesse was clear and concise in reviewing the details and options that available on our Mazda. Furthermore, he was one of the most genuine and "down to earth" salesmen I have ever worked with, which made the entire process easy and enjoyable. First purchase from a car dealer and it went well. Jesse did a great job! He stayed late, answered every question I asked and was very patient and friendly with me and my family. No crazy sales pitch or in you face, "I wanna sell you a car!" business. The sales team as a whole was great. They did what they said they would do NO BULL. My Husband and Myself and our 2 children spent several hours w/ Jesse. We test drove a few vehicles and settled on our van. Jesse was very patient and kind w/ us and our kids, he talked to them as well and made them feel important. We had a very good experience w/ Jesse and the rest of the staff at Faulkner Mazda. I even took a stack of his cards to hand them out, which I never do! I will go back there in the future for our car needs. Might even make the 45min drive for service due to their kindness. Faulkner did a great job working with me on my new purchase. They provided a great trade in offer, and worked with me to get my monthly payment around where I was comfortable. The only downside was that it took some time to finalize the transaction because they were already working on three other sales at the time. I guess that is good and bad in a way. Otherwise, I would definately urge you to try Faulkner Mazda and get Jim Smee if you want a great experience purchasing a new or used vehicle.

I did this online and was thrilled with the service and promptness. USAA should always keep Faulkner Mazda. The price was the best around and they were able to find what I was looking for. Not only that, but they did not keep making me come to Harrisburg. The put all the accessories I wanted on the car before I came in to finalize paperwork! The sales associate was very pleasant and friendly. HE was very knowledgeable about the car and the warranties/extended warranties. He was willing to go a little beyond the standard protocols to get me the car i wanted (he knew the car I liked was coming in on inventory, and made it possible for me to explore this option). I was offered a good deal that that was comparable to other dealers.

I needed to purchase a new vehicle. It was a lengthy search filled with online research, and visits to several dealerships. At one dealership in particular, I was 'profiled' as someone who was only worthy of the cheapest car on the lot.When I arrived at Faulkner Mazda in Harrisburg, Jesse McKnight was there to greet me in the parking lot within a minute of my arrival. He was quick to get me test driving a car - the point of my visit.A week or so after my visit to Faulkner, I was given a quote from another car dealer that I felt was less than adequate. I took the quote to Jesse and pointed out my problems with it. Jesse was able to get me a better offer for the car and a better deal for my trade in.From there, the rest of the experience was great. When my wife and I picked up the car, we were processed very efficiently and all of our questions were answered. Jesse introduced us to all of the people that we would be working with in the service department and he saw us off in our new car.The the reason for my rating (5s across the board) is that I cannot think of a single problem I had with this experience.

Great experience, love the car. I Was greeted w/in 30 seconds by a friendly salesman. I was given a fair trade-in value and they gave me the best offer of the 5 local mazda dealerships. I was offered refreshments several times and had several other employees stopped by to say hi and talk to me. Mike was very helpful in giving me time explain my situation and budget and did not try to push extras. I forgot to remove my sunglasses from my old car and called in after leaving. Mike had removed them and had them ready and walked them out to my car before I even got out of the car the next day.
